Grafana Labs is the company behind Grafana Cloud, the fully managed observability platform trusted by more than 10,000 organizations to ensure reliability, resolve incidents faster, and optimize telemetry at scale. Built on open source and open standards and designed for interoperability across any stack, Grafana Cloud brings AI to observability and observability to AI, giving teams (and their agents) unified visibility so they can see, understand, and act on all their disparate data, wherever it lives, and move at the speed of their ambitions. Customers, including Anthropic, Bloomberg, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Salesforce, rely on Grafana Labs. We are a 100% remote company with team members across 40+ countries, backed by leading investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, GIC, Coatue, J.P. Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital. Learn more at grafana.com and follow us on LinkedIn and X . We're scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do. You may not meet every requirement, and that's okay. If this role excites you, we'd love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Germany. About Product Management As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own the experience for your product as well as its roadmap and competitive positioning, and you will collaborate with company leadership on setting your product's goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential. Product Managers are the bridge that connects R&D to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers. The role As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you'll own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside our standard multi-tenant SaaS. That includes Grafana Federal Cloud , for organizations that need FedRAMP-authorized observability: US federal agencies; state, local, and education (SLED) customers; and commercial companies that sell FedRAMP offerings of their own. It also includes Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) , which delivers the full Grafana Cloud experience while the customer pays the infrastructure bill directly to their cloud provider, saving them significantly at scale. Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS because of compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. Deployment choices change the product: features that are simple in standard SaaS can be hard, expensive, or impossible in a regulated or customer-owned environment. You'll be responsible for adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features come in, which wait, and which stay out, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud. You'll also help shape which deployment models we offer next. Along the way, you'll use AI tools daily to speed up research, analyze product signals, and develop positioning, applying strong judgment to the results. As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products, using product data and market research to balance customer value against engineering cost and technical constraints Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products, including how they compare to regular Grafana Cloud, and partner with Product Marketing on launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand programs Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments, balancing customer timelines with engineering capacity Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals and brief partners, resellers, and analysts on our deployment options Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting our authorization or existing customer commitments We're excited about you because you have 5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product, or a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, and a firsthand understanding of how it changes the product, its operations, and its economics Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools Clear product and go-to-market judgment: you've shaped what a product should be and how it's positioned and sold, not only when it ships Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles. Deep compliance expertise isn't required. Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization Bonus Points Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers, or other highly regulated industries Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks, such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with offerings such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies In Germany, the base compensation range for this role is EUR 124,571 - EUR 149,485 . Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally. Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market's defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process. Why You'll Thrive at Grafana Labs: 100% Remote, Global Culture - As a remote-only company, we bring together talent from around the world, united by a culture of collaboration and shared purpose. Scaling Organization – Tackle meaningful work in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment. Transparent Communication – Expect open decision-making and regular company-wide updates. About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Wolt is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Front-end-leaning) to join our Operations Foundations team. The team sits within the DoorDash Client and AI Development group and is responsible for the foundation that hundreds of engineers across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo rely on to build internal operations tools. Our platform hosts 250+ micro-frontends (MFEs) used to operate every part of the business. Our team is focused on building a scalable, reliable, and high-quality internal tooling platform that supports Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo's operations and business. The team plays an important role in improving how engineers build, test, and ship software across the organization, with a strong emphasis on reusable libraries, micro-frontend architecture, and agentic development: building the platform where AI agents can take changes from task to merged PR safely and reliably without lowering the quality bar. Currently, we are focused on unifying our frontend platforms, evolving shared components and library development, improving developer productivity, and enabling teams to deliver more independently through better architecture and tooling. It's an exciting time to join because the team has strong ownership and a broad technical impact. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of complex technical initiatives across both frontend and sometimes backend and infra domains. In this role, you'll work primarily with TypeScript, React, Node.js, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Buildkite), and MFE architecture to build scalable, maintainable solutions that support multiple product teams and business areas. Success in this role means becoming a trusted technical owner who consistently delivers reliable solutions and helps the team execute more effectively. Six months into the role, we'd expect you to be independently leading technical initiatives and contributing meaningfully to architecture and delivery planning. This role offers the opportunity to solve challenging engineering problems with visible impact across the business. It's especially exciting for someone who enjoys combining product engineering with platform thinking, improving developer workflows, and building systems that scale across teams and domains. What you'll be doing Owning the Foundation: the runtime, build, deployment, and developer experience that 250+ MFEs and hundreds of engineers depend on every day. Evolving Our Micro-Frontend Architecture : improve composition, isolation, and shared dependency strategies so feature teams can move fast. Product and Planning: Independently drive projects from idea to production: breaking down ambiguous problems into clear technical plans, estimating delivery, identifying risks early, and delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner. Supporting Engineering Excellence : Champion best practices, raise the bar for code quality, and turn lessons learned into platform improvements. Long-Term Thinking: Balance short-term feature unblockers with the long-term health, security, and maintainability of the platform. Agentic Development: Build the foundations that let AI agents work autonomously on our platform, including agent instructions, reusable skills, tool integrations, guardrails, and the automated checks that make agent-authored changes safe to ship. AI Fluency: Work agent-first in your own day-to-day: delegate implementation to agents, and focus your judgment on direction, architecture, and verifying outcomes. 📍This role can be based in our Berlin tech hub. Read more about our hybrid setup here . Feel free to check out the Wolt Tech Blog for more insight into our culture and technology. Our humble expectations Proven expertise in building production frontend applications using TypeScript and React. Solid backend knowledge, comfortable owning and operating Node.js services that support frontend infrastructure. Strong knowledge of frontend build tools, bundlers, and module systems, and the ability to evolve them as the platform grows. Track record of diagnosing and resolving complex performance, reliability, or DX issues in large frontend codebases. Experience driving technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills: aligning priorities, managing expectations, and communicating trade-offs clearly with partner teams and leadership. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, platform-mindset approach to working with feature teams. Strong documentation skills, including experience writing RFCs or ADRs. Nice to Haves Experience with micro-frontend architecture. Frontend platform engineering experience. Experience building shared component libraries used by many product teams. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure for frontend workloads. Experience or interest in observability and reliability (SRE). Experience building tooling or workflows for autonomous AI coding agents (e.g., agent instructions, skills, MCP servers, or evaluating agent-generated code). What's in it for you Impact: Build and shape the platform that thousands of people depend on. Scale: Work on real platform problems behind 250+ MFEs with hundreds of monthly contributors. Collaboration: Partner with talented engineers, designers, and operators across companies to make their daily work faster and better. Growth: Take on deep technical challenges across frontend architecture, agentic development, DX, and improving engineering efficiency. Culture: Be part of a diverse, open-minded team that values creativity, autonomy, and continuous learning. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. "Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads." Doc Brown, Back to the Future Senior Software Engineer - TypeScript & Node, Distributed Messaging (Kafka / RabbitMQ) and AI Coding Agents. Remote, USA (Pacific overlap preferred). Up to $230k + equity. Full-time. US citizens and Green Card holders only - no sponsorship or visa transfers of any kind. READ THIS BIT FIRST Three things decide whether this role is for you. Everything below is detail. Deep TypeScript and Node. Expert level, not exposure. Modern service frameworks, a monorepo setup, React on the front end, cloud-native infrastructure. If TypeScript has been incidental to a Java or Python career, this is not your role. Real distributed messaging Kafka, RabbitMQ or equivalent. This is the single most common reason strong resumes get rejected here. Event-driven systems, queueing and streaming, ordering, idempotency, retries, and what happens when a consumer falls over at volume. Calling REST APIs is not this. Shipping production code with AI coding agents. Hands-on, in a real codebase, right now. You should have opinions about what you delegate to an agent, what you never would, and how you review what comes back. Theory and weekend experiments will not clear the bar. Miss one of the three and the conversation stops there. Have all three and you are already most of the way into a process with a company paying well above market for engineers who do this properly. THE COMPANY A venture-backed B2B software company of roughly 100 people, rebuilding the data layer that moves orders, invoices and shipment data between the companies that actually make and ship things. It is a category that has run on decades-old tooling, manual configuration and months-long onboarding since roughly the fax era. This team turned it into a self-service platform with AI built into the core of the product, and hundreds of enterprise customers now push serious production volume through it daily. Boring-sounding industry. Enormous, sticky market. Genuinely interesting engineering. WHY THIS ONE IS DIFFERENT Most companies will tell you they are AI-forward. Usually that means someone expensed a licence and the team is encouraged to experiment. Here, coding agents are standard equipment - simply how the work gets done. Which means the senior engineering job has quietly turned into something more interesting than it was three years ago. You are not the fastest typist on the team. You are the person who decides what is worth building, designs the system it lives in, directs the agents doing the construction, and reviews their output with exactly the scepticism you would bring to a teammate's pull request. And here is what gets missed in every breathless post about AI replacing engineers: this makes deep fundamentals more valuable, not less. You cannot safely approve what an agent produces if you do not genuinely understand the system underneath it. An agent will happily hand you something that compiles, passes tests, and quietly falls apart the first time real volume hits it at 3am. Catching that is the job. WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY BE DOING Designing the hard parts. You lead the technical design of major initiatives and product features. You write the design docs. You make the call on architecture and you argue it in business terms, not just technical ones. Directing and reviewing AI agents. Decomposing work so agents can execute it well, steering that execution, and reviewing it rigorously. You set the standard for what an agent is and is not allowed to ship. Living in distributed systems. The platform is event-driven, moving high volumes of transactional data between parties who all have opinions about format and timing. Owning reliability. Enterprise customers' supply chains depend on what you build. You own how it behaves under load and when things break. Raising the bar. Mentoring other engineers and lifting their design skills. Partnering with product. Pushing back when the engineering cost does not justify the outcome, and proposing the better route to the same result. WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT Not a management role. No reports, no headcount, no review cycles. If you went into management and came back to IC because building is what you love, that reads as excellent judgement here. Not execution inside someone else's architecture. If the last few years were delivering well-specified work within a design someone more senior set, this will not land at this level. Not a prompt-engineering gig. Using agents is the baseline, not the achievement. Not a process role. Nobody is being hired to run ceremonies, own a board, or evangelise a methodology. Not backend-only, frontend-only or infra-only. This is product engineering. Not hybrid, and not sponsored. Genuinely remote, US-based, Pacific overlap preferred. No visa sponsorship and no visa transfers. THE REST OF THE SCREEN 5-15 years in product engineering, shipping things customers use. A growth-stage background - Series C or later, or Series A/B with genuine enterprise traction. End-to-end ownership of a major system or product area. Product-minded, strong communicator who can argue a trade-off with people who do not write code. B2B SaaS experience is a bonus. THE DETAILS Up to $230k + equity. Full-time and permanent. Remote-first by design, with unlimited PTO and a work-from-home benefit. Four-stage interview process. Several engineers are being hired on this requisition, so you are not competing for a single seat. This is a confidential search handled by Big Wave Digital. Apply here and we will walk you through the company, the product, the team and the process. Where we're going, we don't need roads. We do need someone who can read what the machines write. People & Workplace Experience Manager
Full TimeOn-siteMid€55,000 - €55,000 / Year

About Dust Work is being rewritten, and the people holding the pen are the ones who actually run it. With enterprise-grade governance, flexible model choice, and a collaborative interface for humans and agents to work together, Dust empowers AI Operators at the world's fastest-moving companies to rewire how work gets done. With 70%+ weekly active users, people stick with Dust as much as they do with Slack and Notion. We don't get piloted and shelved. We land once, and spread. We're at an exciting stage of our journey, and growing fast. We're serving great customers like Datadog, 1Password, Cursor, Clay, Vanta and Persona, and aim to x5 our growth by the end of 2026. Dust is backed by Sequoia with a determined team of optimists (coming from Stripe, OpenAI, and Stanford) who like to focus on users, ship fast, and don't take themselves too seriously while doing so. The Generalist named us among the Future 50 . The role Dust is growing fast, and we want every person who joins us to feel welcome, supported, connected and able to do their best work. As our People Experience Manager, you'll shape how people experience Dust, from their first day and the moments that bring us together to the way our offices in Paris, London, New York and San Francisco support the team. We're looking for someone who is operationally excellent and creatively ambitious. You'll handle the details carefully, and you'll also look for ways to make the employee experience much better. One day you might be redesigning part of onboarding, the next planning a company offsite, acting on survey feedback, or working with a site lead to improve one of our offices. This role works as a partner across the company. You'll work most closely with People Operations, who lead on the core people processes. Together, you'll make sure the employee experience is well run behind the scenes and thoughtful in how people actually experience it. In Paris, you'll also work closely with our Office Manager, who runs our HQ on site and leads much of our day-to-day office life and events. In London, New York and San Francisco, you'll coordinate with local site leads. You'll also work with IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, leadership and outside partners. Your guiding principle: consistency where it matters, local adaptation where it creates a better experience. What you will do: Own the employee journey Own the onboarding experience end to end, working closely with our People Ops Specialist, from pre-boarding and equipment to first-day logistics and the first few weeks, so new joiners can contribute from day one in every location. Work with People Ops, IT, Finance, hiring managers, our Paris Office Manager and site leads so every handoff in the employee journey is smooth. Partner with People Ops and IT on offboarding, so people leave with the same care they got when they joined. Be a trusted point of contact for everyday employee questions and needs, and know when to bring in People Ops. Build culture and community Run and improve our team rituals, including weekly lunches, team drinks, dinners and company gatherings. Organise one or two company offsites or retreats each year. Create moments that help people connect, celebrate progress and feel they belong, across offices and time zones. Pay attention to the details that make experiences feel personal and inclusive, such as dietary needs, accessibility, preferences and team milestones. Partner with People and Marketing on selected external and brand-building events. Listen and turn feedback into action Build feedback loops (surveys, conversations, informal check-ins) to understand how people experience Dust. Turn what people tell us into concrete recommendations and visible improvements. Define and track simple, useful measures of employee and workplace experience. Communicate clearly and consistently about updates, events, practical information and team norms. Be assertive when needed. Shape our workplaces Make sure our offices are safe, welcoming, functional and ergonomic, and that they reflect how we want people to feel at Dust. Work with our office manager on day-to-day operations: supplies, maintenance, access, equipment and services. Manage workplace vendors, contracts and budget, and look for efficient ways to improve the experience. Spot operational needs early and fix issues before they disrupt anyone. Scale the experience as Dust grows Help shape how our physical, hybrid and digital environments evolve as the company grows. Set up simple, scalable processes and clear ownership across People, IT, Finance and Legal topics. Keep the employee experience personal and high quality without making it bureaucratic. What success looks like After your first 100 days, you will have: Built a smooth, consistent onboarding experience for every new joiner, in every location. Delivered team rituals, events and offsites that strengthen connection and culture. Set up feedback loops and a practical set of metrics that guide People Experience decisions. Created well-run, welcoming offices where operational issues are handled quickly and proactively. Established clear processes and ownership across People, workplace, IT, Finance and Legal. Helped Dust grow its employee experience without it becoming bureaucratic or impersonal. What we are looking for 4+ years of experience in People Operations, People Experience, Workplace Experience in a fast growing, globally distributed environment A proactive generalist who can handle many kinds of work at once without losing sight of the bigger picture. Real ideas, sound judgement and the confidence to improve how things work today. Strong operational ownership, project management skills and attention to detail. Warmth, empathy and a genuine interest in helping people feel comfortable and connected. Clear, direct, thoughtful communication, and discretion with sensitive situations. Confidence working with vendors, budgets and outside partners. The ability to build simple processes that scale, and to keep a high bar for quality while staying pragmatic. Comfort with a fast-moving environment where priorities can change, working on your own while collaborating across the company. Location We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris, London, San Francisco, and New York because we value the magic that happens when talented people work closely together. We have an office-first culture. Some of the best things about building at Dust are the energy, the fast decisions, and the unexpected conversations that unlock a hard problem, which happen because we are in the same room. Being together is not a formality, it is how we do our best work, and it is something we actively protect. That said, we hire people with strong judgement and we extend that trust to how they manage their time. When working from home makes more sense for what you need to get done that day, we trust you to make that call. Why Dust The models are powerful enough. What's missing is the product layer where AI meets how companies actually work. That's what we're building: the infrastructure that lets any team turn scattered knowledge and tools into coordinated execution with agents they build, own, and run themselves. We use Dust ourselves every day. We get to shape how humans and agents collaborate while solving our own problems with the product we ship. That loop is rare, and it's why we move fast. If you're excited about defining a new category and want to join a determined team of optimists who focus on users, ship fast, and don't take themselves too seriously, we'd love to talk. Even if you don't check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we're more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist. Learn how we think and work. Our product constitution, a story about our mission Your Next Co-Worker Isn't Human , Stanislas Polu , VivaTech 2026. A conversation about AI agents taking on larger parts of work and how teams collaborate with them. Dust: Gabriel Hubert on Enterprise AI , Gabriel Hubert , Nasdaq, published May 7, 2026. AppFolio is more than a company. We're a community of dreamers, big thinkers, problem solvers, active listeners, and multipliers. At every opportunity, we set the pace while delivering innovation built to carry real estate into the future. One in which every experience feels effortless, yet meaningful. Where customers are empowered to take on any opportunity. We show up as one team, connected by our values to be a force for good. Because together, we have the power to create extraordinary outcomes for our customers, our communities, and ourselves. Who We Are Looking For Are you passionate about expanding housing opportunities? Do you want to play your part in addressing the affordable housing crisis in the US? We are hiring a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to join an exceptional team and become a technical domain expert in our Affordable Housing space. Our team aims to make applying for, living in, and managing affordable housing units feel effortless and simple. Affordable Housing is an enormously complex domain - requiring complex data gathering and recurring submission of that data for certification and compliance—all within a diverse and ever-shifting regulatory environment. Things get very complicated very fast and property managers can struggle to keep up. With this team's focus, innovation, and attention to detail, we see a future where it doesn't have to be this way. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a passion for building leading-edge software and is driven to help build a successful SaaS product used by thousands of happy businesses. We foster an environment that empowers small teams to set the technical direction of our solutions collaboratively. Responsibilities Build a deep understanding of our existing Affordable Housing segment, enabling you and your team to truly own the domain. Develop scalable, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems - this will involve some combination of leveraging our existing technology, refactoring, integrating with partners, or starting from scratch when it makes sense. Help mentor and guide other software engineers. Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance. Work closely with and incorporate feedback from other engineering team members, QA, product owners, and designers. Enthusiastically participate in a high-performing, empowered team with high levels of mutual trust and respect. Along with the team, you will take ownership of your problem space, reflecting on and growing from our failures and celebrating our successes. Work in a truly agile fashion to turn a massive, unruly problem into thinly sliced deliverables and execute quickly against them while limiting work in progress. Research, share, and recommend new technologies and trends. Hold a high bar of engineering excellence and always look for ways to raise it. Adopt our engineering best practices, provide and receive in-depth code reviews, and participate in healthy debate as a team. Evangelize your own expertise and experience among your teammates and the rest of the organization. Prioritize quality. Thoughtful test coverage is a given and any escalations from external stakeholders like our onboarding or customer care teams are handled and resolved swiftly. Use test-driven development, code reviews, and continuous integration to deliver high-quality software and rapidly fix bugs as they come up. You know you are the right fit if you… Have extensive experience developing web applications, preferably in an agile SaaS environment. Have proven experience working across all levels of the development stack. Have strong familiarity with the technologies we use like Ruby on Rails, React, MySQL, AWS, SOA Have strong familiarity with Agile software development processes: Scrum or Kanban Have strong familiarity with Test-Driven-Development Have creativity and proactivity - an ability to solve complex problems without a roadmap Love to learn about and use new tech, but understand the value of continuing to leverage existing technology when it gets the job done. Care about the long-term maintainability of the codebase and advocate for refactoring and code cleanliness. Can identify and resolve code-smells through sensible refactoring. Additional Skills And Knowledge 5+ years of experience working in software engineering teams Comfortable working with remote team members Ability to think pragmatically and effectively balance business outcomes with technical goals Ability to establish strong working relationships with peers across other platform development teams.
