ContractFully RemoteMid
jiraqcschedulingeditingonboarding

About the Role We're looking for a Project Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale localization program for a multinational gaming publisher. This customer ships localized content across dozens of titles, platforms and languages, and the program spans in-game text, marketing and UA content, cinematics and trailers, and supporting print and digital collateral. You'll act as a key operational point of contact for the account, coordinating linguists, DTP and video specialists, and internal stakeholders to hit release-critical deadlines. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who has managed localization programs for a game publisher before and is comfortable owning complex, multi-workstream schedules under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of localization projects for the account, from initial quoting and scoping through scheduling, resourcing and budget tracking, to final delivery and invoicing, across multiple concurrent titles and languages. Manage transcreation and marketing localization workstreams, ensuring tone, intent and cultural nuance are preserved for user acquisition, marketing and in-game copy. Coordinate subtitling, voiceover (AI and human) and video localization for trailers, cinematics and other video assets, including timing, rendering, editing and final QC of localized video files. Oversee desktop publishing (DTP) workflows for localized packaging, manuals and marketing collateral, working with DTP specialists to maintain layout fidelity across languages. Run thorough linguistic and mechanical/functional QC on every project, tracking issues to resolution and feeding recurring themes back into style guides, glossaries and linguist onboarding. Act as the day-to-day customer contact for delivery matters, managing a smooth workflow from quoting through local market review to completion, surfacing risks early and running status/retrospective calls. Manage high-volume, high-stakes workstreams within the account, building strong customer relationships and driving overall customer satisfaction. Build and maintain project schedules and resourcing plans across Workfront, Google sheets, and JIRA. Manage content intake, review cycles and publishing workflows in coordination with the customer's content and web teams. Use LILT-proprietary AI localization tools and build/maintain customer-specific translation memories and termbases to maintain consistency and leverage across projects. Support vendor management, including onboarding and evaluating linguists and other specialist vendors for the account. Support other project managers on the account, sharing best practice on production workflows and quality standards. What You'll Bring Proven experience as a project manager in the localization industry, with direct experience delivering programs for a game publisher or games customer. Hands-on experience managing transcreation, subtitling, DTP, video rendering/editing and linguistic/mechanical QC workflows concurrently across multiple languages. Strong working knowledge of AEM, Workfront and Jira (or directly comparable content, work-management and issue-tracking tools). Practical experience with AI localization tools and translation memory / terminology management. Confident user of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for reporting, tracking and customer-facing documentation. Experience managing high-volume, high-stakes customer accounts, with excellent stakeholder management across internal teams, linguists and customer contacts. Comfort with budget tracking and vendor/linguist management as part of day-to-day delivery. Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent, deadline-driven workstreams. Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English. Nice to Have Experience with additional localization or workflow platforms beyond those listed above. Familiarity with quality frameworks such as ISO 17100 or ISO 9001. Experience working with global, multi-time-zone teams. VP, Growth
NivodaRemote (Fully Remote)39 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid
go.netprocurementtradinginsurancehubspot+4

About Nivoda Nivoda is the operating system for the global jewellery industry. Our B2B marketplace connects jewellery retailers with diamond, gemstone and jewellery suppliers in 70+ countries, and we process $300M+ in annual transactions in a $350B industry that has barely been touched by technology. We remove the traditional barriers of capital, geography and information asymmetry. An independent jeweller in Ohio can source from a cutter in Mumbai with the same ease, pricing and confidence as one of the world's largest chains. That's the whole point. Our Mission 🚀 Diamond and gemstone trading has run on inefficiency, opacity and exclusivity for generations. Relationships were gatekept, pricing was hidden, and the size of your business decided the terms you got. We're building the infrastructure that changes that — so any jewellery business, anywhere, regardless of size, can compete on the quality of what they do rather than who they know. The Marketing Team ⭐️ We're a remote-first, low-hierarchy company where the best idea wins. Marketing at Nivoda is at an inflection point: we have real product-market fit, thousands of businesses transacting, a category we have the opportunity to redefine, and a marketing function that has not yet been built to match the scale of the opportunity. About the Role We're hiring a VP of Growth to build Nivoda's marketing function from the ground up and turn it into a predictable growth engine for a two-sided global marketplace. This is a builder's role, not a caretaker's or maintainer's. You'll own the strategy, the growth model, the budget, the team and the number. You'll be the person who decides what Nivoda's category story is in partnership with the CEO, how we reach tens of thousands of independent jewellers and suppliers, and how we prove — with data, not decks — which of those bets are working. You'll report directly to the President and sit on the senior leadership team, with a mandate that spans demand generation, product marketing, brand, content, lifecycle and marketing operations across every market we trade in. What would you be doing? Owning Nivoda's marketing strategy end to end - translating company goals into a growth model, then into the channels, programmes and headcount that deliver it Building the marketing team from its current base: hiring, structuring and levelling up a global team, and building the systems, briefs and feedback loops that make good marketers great Owning demand generation and pipeline contribution for both sides of the marketplace - retailers who need supply, and suppliers who need demand Building the measurement layer: attribution, funnel instrumentation, CAC and payback by segment and geography, and a reporting rhythm the leadership team actually trusts Running marketing as a portfolio of experiments rather than a calendar of campaigns - defining leading indicators, killing what doesn't work quickly, and going all-in on what does Owning positioning and product marketing across a multi-product platform (diamonds, gemstones, melee, bridal, finished jewellery, payments and logistics) so each launch lands with the right segment Building the category narrative for "the operating system for the jewellery industry" - and making Nivoda the default name in an industry that still runs on WhatsApp and trade shows Driving lifecycle and retention marketing in partnership with Product: onboarding, activation, reactivation and share-of-wallet growth inside existing accounts Partnering closely with Sales and Revenue leadership on segmentation, ICP definition, territory support and sales enablement - marketing that helps close, not just fill the top Localising go-to-market across our biggest markets, from the US and UK to India, Europe and Asia, without fragmenting the brand Owning the marketing budget and making a clear, defensible case for where every dollar goes and what it returned Representing marketing at leadership and board level - bringing a point of view on where growth comes from next, and the evidence behind it What do we need from you? Significant experience leading marketing in B2B SMB - selling to owner-operators and small businesses, not enterprise procurement committees. You understand that a high-volume, lower-ACV motion is a fundamentally different sport A track record of building marketing teams and functions from the ground up. You've been the first or second marketing leader, hired the team, chosen the stack and created the operating model. Maintaining someone else's machine is not what you're looking for Deep, hands-on data and growth orientation. You build growth models, instrument funnels, run experiments with real statistical discipline, and can talk fluently about CAC, payback, conversion by stage and cohort behaviour. You're as comfortable in the numbers as you are in the narrative Demonstrated ownership of a pipeline or revenue number, with the receipts — you can walk us through what you inherited, what you changed, and what it did to the funnel Full-stack breadth: you've owned some combination of performance, content, product marketing, lifecycle and brand, and you know which of them matters most right now versus in eighteen months Genuine senior leadership: you've hired, managed managers, made hard calls on people and priorities, and held your own with a founder, CEO or board The judgement to say no. You can name the channels you deliberately didn't pursue and explain why, anchored to the company's go-to-market model Comfort with ambiguity and low hierarchy. You're happy to write the ad copy yourself one week and present the three-year growth model the next Excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to operate across time zones in a globally distributed team Nice to have Experience marketing a two-sided marketplace, where supply and demand have to be grown in step Background in a traditional, offline-heavy industry going through digital transformation — jewellery, construction, logistics, food service, wholesale, agriculture Experience in a company that scaled from roughly $10M to $100M+ in GMV or revenue International go-to-market experience across multiple regions and languages Familiarity with a modern growth stack — HubSpot, Mixpanel or similar product analytics, and a warehouse-backed reporting setup Our culture and what we offer 🌍 We're collaborative, fast-moving and allergic to bureaucracy. We're growing exponentially, which means real ownership and real scope — the work you do here is visible, and it compounds. We hire people who want to get better, give them the context to make good decisions, and then get out of the way. Our current benefits ⏰ Flexible working hours and a vibrant company culture 🏡 Remote work 🏥 Private health insurance 📚 Opportunities for growth and continuous learning 💳 Flexible compensation card (meals, transport, childcare) 🌴 Unlimited holiday allowance 📈 The chance to join a company in its exponential expansion phase Benefits vary by country of employment - your recruiter will walk you through the specifics for your location. Equal opportunity Nivoda is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building a team that reflects the global industry we serve. We welcome applications regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age or veteran status. Even if it seems you don't meet 100% of our musts, don't let it stop you - if you think you'd thrive here, we'd rather hear from you than not. Swarm Aero is redefining air power, building the largest swarming UAV and the most versatile swarming aircraft network in the world. The company is moving quickly to launch the first aircraft designed specifically for swarming, as well as the Command & Control software to mobilize swarms of thousands of heterogeneous autonomous assets and empower human operators to achieve superhuman results. The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. The Role Right now our factories are floor plans, early equipment, and a handful of people who've done this before. In a few years they need to produce aircraft at rate. You'll help find everyone in between. You'll be a core part of our manufacturing hiring across two sites: our Oxnard HQ and a new facility in Northwest Arkansas. Early on, that means landing the few people who set the foundation. Later, it means scaling fast without lowering the bar. When manufacturing hiring is lighter, you'll flex to support other teams across the company, so you'll never be short on work or on range. The Work Own full-cycle hiring across manufacturing, industrial, quality, tooling, and production roles at both sites, from technicians on the floor to the leaders running them Learn manufacturing well enough to follow a layout review. Composites, tooling, process development, and factory ramp: you should know what good looks like Recruit from where the talent actually is. Automotive, EV, consumer hardware, and high-rate industrial manufacturing are often better sources for us than legacy aerospace Build our Northwest Arkansas talent pipeline from zero: schools, trade programs, local manufacturers, veteran networks, and community partners Hire ahead of the scale-up. Build relationships today with people we may not hire for two years Flex to support aircraft, supply chain, operations, and other teams when manufacturing volume allows. Manufacturing always comes first You Have [4+] years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time recruiting for manufacturing, production, or hardware teams Know the difference between a manufacturing engineer and an industrial engineer without looking it up Have hired through a factory launch, production ramp, or high-growth hardware environment and liked the pace Can run hiring in two very different markets without either one feeling like the afterthought Would rather source a composites tech out of a boat builder than wait for an applicant Bonus Points Recruiting experience at an EV, automotive, aerospace, or hardware company during a plant launch or ramp Experience hiring hourly and skilled trades at volume alongside engineering roles Familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas or Midwest manufacturing talent market Supply chain or operations recruiting experience Why This Seat You get to build the hiring engine for a factory before it exists, at a company where manufacturing is the whole ballgame. How We Recruit We're a small recruiting team building a defense company that has to win. Here's how we operate, and we hire recruiters who already work this way. The Standard. We know the work deeply. We are not generalists hiding behind job descriptions; we study the engineering, the domain, and the landscape until we can hold a real conversation with a practitioner. Every candidate who talks to us should call it the best recruiting experience of their career, and we each bring our own personality to get there. High touch, never scripted. How We Think. One foot old school, one foot forward: we're obsessive about the fundamentals of recruiting and restless about finding better ways to do it. We play the long game and hire for what someone will do in two and five years, not just next quarter. And we'd rather define the industry standard than follow it. How We Operate. Mission first, always. Speed is a competitive weapon, and we use it. Quality over comfort: we'll have the harder conversation with a hiring manager before we'll make the easy hire. If that reads like a description of how you already work, we want to talk. ITAR requirement To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Swarm Aero is an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse backgrounds and experiences and make employment decisions without regard to race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, or disability. What We Offer Meaningful equity in a high-growth defense technology company Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Medical, dental, vision, and 401k PTO and paid sick leave Monthly wellness stipend Daily catered lunch (office) Paid parental leave Direct impact on a critical national security mission A world-class team of engineers and operators solving genuinely hard problems Compensation: $130K – $180K • $130K – $180K Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
