Intro At carbmee, we're building the environmental intelligence platform the world's largest industrial companies use to measure, manage, and reduce their carbon emissions. We work with companies like Maersk, Lufthansa, and Zeiss, and we're growing fast. As Account Executive , you'll own the full sales cycle for our largest enterprise prospects, from first conversation to signed contract. You'll have real ownership from day one, on deals that actually move the needle for us. Why this seat is different Our deals are long-cycle, technical, and multi-stakeholder: you'll be selling into procurement, sustainability, and engineering teams at the same time, often against the inertia of "we'll just use a spreadsheet." If you've sold complex B2B SaaS where the win depends on translating technical value into board-level urgency, this is that seat, at a stage where you shape how we do it. Your tasks Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, close Build and run your own outbound strategy: LinkedIn, phone, email, your own network, to build pipeline in your target accounts Lead demos and presentations that translate technical product value into business and compliance urgency for enterprise buyers Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals (procurement, sustainability, technical) without losing momentum Keep your pipeline clean and current in our CRM: no last-minute pipeline archaeology Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to keep what we sell aligned with what we can deliver Bring market and competitor intel back to the team to sharpen our positioning Your profile Proven track record running full-cycle enterprise B2B SaaS sales Comfortable managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical and non-technical buyers Experience selling into industrial or regulated sectors (automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, logistics, chemicals, or similar) is a strong plus, but we're just as interested in strong operators from adjacent complex B2B environments Fluent in German and English : most of our enterprise buyers are German-speaking Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot) Genuinely curious about the climate/carbon space , or ready to get fluent fast: prior climate tech experience is a plus, not a requirement Based in or willing to relocate to Munich , with regular travel to costumers Benefits Unique & Powerful Mission: join a fast-growing and ambitious tech company that is shaping the future of carbon management and fighting climate change Compensation & Rewards: a steep learning curve and ownership from day one. We offer an attractive compensation package, including virtual stock options Health & Wellbeing: Urban Sports Club subscription to stay healthy & fit.1:1 coaching sessions with Nilohealth for your mental well-being. Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: A hybrid setup with 3 days/week in our Munich office. Real collaboration time with the team, plus the flexibility to structure the rest of your week where you focus best. Team Culture: Our transparency, Humility, and Accountability values create a unique and supportive working environment. Be part of a multinational, motivated team that thinks work should be fun! At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀 ClickUp is hiring a Majors Account Executive to grow and expand our footprint across larger EMEA customers. This role is built for a seller who can take strong product adoption, identify real whitespace, and turn it into broader, multi-team commercial growth. This is an especially important hire now because ClickUp's international business already matters materially, and larger customers increasingly want to consolidate scattered tools, improve execution clarity, and understand how AI can create leverage across teams. We need someone who can run strong discovery, build a credible business case, and guide more complex stakeholder groups from interest to expansion. Mission Own and grow expansion revenue across major EMEA accounts by identifying whitespace, building business cases, and positioning ClickUp as the platform that helps larger teams work with more clarity, speed, and operational leverage. Key outcomes and responsibilities Own expansion opportunities across major accounts in your region, with a core focus on larger organisations in the roughly 1,000–2,500 employee range. Consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting account signals, free trials, marketing-qualified leads, demo requests, and product adoption into qualified commercial opportunities. Run structured discovery that uncovers workflow pain, stakeholder priorities, buying friction, and the business case for broader ClickUp adoption. Deliver compelling presentations and demos that connect ClickUp's platform value to customer priorities, cross-functional workflows, and executive-level outcomes. Build and manage multithreaded deal plans across end users, managers, executives, procurement, and other decision-makers. Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and adjacent GTM teams to improve lead quality, regional account coverage, and conversion. Maintain strong process discipline across forecasting, pipeline inspection, next steps, CRM hygiene, and follow-through. Identify recurring patterns across segments, objections, and account behavior to help sharpen the majors expansion motion in EMEA. Support more formal buying motions when needed, including RFIs / RFQs and procurement-heavy evaluations. Required qualifications Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales with clear ownership of full-cycle deals, account growth, or expansion motions. Track record of exceeding quota and managing a disciplined pipeline in commercial, strategic, or larger-account environments. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including comfort communicating with both practitioners and executive stakeholders. Clear consultative selling instincts, with the ability to connect customer pain to value, urgency, and practical next steps. Strong process rigor and attention to detail across forecasting, deal planning, and follow-through. Experience completing or leading RFIs / RFQs, or operating in deals with more structured evaluation processes. Ability to work in our Dublin / London office 2-3 days per week. Preferred qualifications Experience selling workflow, collaboration, productivity, CRM, CX, or adjacent horizontal SaaS platforms. Experience in an expansion-heavy, cross-sell, or land-and-expand motion rather than a purely transactional new-logo model. Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying groups in larger customer environments. Familiarity with EMEA selling dynamics, regional complexity, or distributed territory ownership. Comfort selling a broader platform and AI productivity story instead of relying on feature-by-feature comparisons. #LI-SO1 #LI-Hybrid Equal Opportunity Employer ClickUp is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. About Faire Faire is a technology wholesale platform built on the belief that the future is local. Independent retailers around the globe collectively represent a multi-hundred-billion-dollar wholesale market that has historically been fragmented and offline. At Faire, we're using the power of tech, data, and machine learning to connect this thriving community of entrepreneurs across the globe. Picture your favorite boutique in town — we help them discover the best products from around the world to sell in their stores. With the right tools and insights, we believe that we can level the playing field so businesses can grow and local communities can thrive. We're looking for smart, resourceful and passionate people to join us as we power the shop local movement. If you believe in community, come join ours. About this role Faire's quality, depth, and breadth of brands is its strongest value to retailers. Our Brand Partnerships team is at the forefront of Faire's success, ensuring that the best and most relevant brands join and thrive on our platform. As an Enterprise Account Executive (ENT+, L4), you will be a trusted advisor to the largest, most influential brands in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and byond, helping them unlock wholesale growth on Faire and driving significant, durable GMV at scale. This role is a blend of strategic thinking and enterprise sales execution. You will own a concentrated portfolio of Faire's highest-value DACH brands, running complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from first outreach through C-suite negotiation. You bring a strong commercial mindset, comfortable operating at the most senior levels of an organisation, and you use AI, data, and sharp instincts to outperform. German and English bilingual fluency is mandatory: you will lead the full sales cycle natively in German, with no reliance on translation or a local partner to close. You're excited about this opportunity because… You have been top of the leaderboard before and you want to do it in the German-speaking market's largest, most valuable brands, where your book becomes the enterprise playbook others inherit You are energised by fast-moving, ambiguous environments and see AI as a genuine force multiplier You want to sell something that actually matters: levelling the playing field for independent retailers against e-commerce and big-box giants is a mission you can get behind You want to work alongside a tight-knit team of high performers who share wins loudly, debug losses together, and hold themselves to a standard most sales teams only talk about You are curious by default: you dig until you understand, and you bring that intellectual rigour to every deal, especially the complex, multi-threaded ones that define enterprise DACH What you'll do Identify and win the right opportunities Manage a concentrated, high-value book of ENT+ brands across DACH with the goal of maximising the incremental GMV that these flagship brands bring to the Faire platform Set your own sub-targets, hold yourself accountable, and know exactly what levers to pull when performance is under pressure, across fewer, larger, longer-cycle deals rather than a high-volume motion Use business data, category insights, AI-powered tooling, and your own DACH market knowledge to build a pipeline that is both strategically targeted and high quality Support new enterprise brands through their first quarter on Faire, ensuring they understand the platform and are set up to receive orders and grow Lead a best-in-class enterprise sales cycle Lead every customer interaction with a personalised, insight-led approach: understanding each brand's unique business and shaping Faire's value proposition to their specific problems, delivered natively in German where needed Navigate multi-threaded, multi-quarter deals with confidence: from C-suite and board-level vision conversations to operational onboarding with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams Develop tailored onboarding plans that balance near-term activation with long-term platform success at enterprise scale Make independent, well-reasoned decisions on when to advance a deal and when to pass, and own the outcome either way Stay resilient and input-focused when performance is challenging; model the standard for the team Be the expert on the DACH market Be solution-oriented to common objections and DACH-specific blockers, including local business norms, procurement processes, and regulatory considerations. Size the opportunity, identify what's needed, and act on it with product and leadership Understand how competitors and industry players operate in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and articulate Faire's key differentiators with precision, in German and English Research trends, industry events, and key account signals across DACH, and bring that intelligence back to sharpen team strategy Represent Faire across the wholesale industry Drive Faire's value props and messaging across the full sales surface: outreach, nurture, DACH trade shows and events, and in-person brand visits Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities that drive incremental revenue for the platform Develop German-language content and host webinars to engage leads in your verticals and share onboarding best practices Collaborate with marketing to shape top-of-funnel messaging across paid, web, and nurture channels for the DACH market Qualifications Must haves German and English business-fluent, bilingual: mandatory. You will run the full sales cycle, including C-suite/board-level negotiation, natively in German Proven track record of exceeding quota at enterprise/strategic level: top 3 in your org, President's Club / All-Stars qualifier Enterprise deal experience: comfortable running fewer, larger, multi-stakeholder deals with longer sales cycles, without losing rigor or urgency Sharp executive presence: comfortable operating at C-suite and board level AI fluency: you use AI tools daily to prospect, prep, and accelerate, not as a talking point but as a genuine lever Intellectual curiosity: you ask better questions, dig deeper, and find the unlock others miss Mission alignment: you believe in independent retail and can articulate why Faire matters Nice to haves Existing network or relationships among large DACH brands Additional European language skills Background in wholesale, retail, or brand partnerships at enterprise scale Experience with Salesforce, Clay, or AI sales tooling Why you'll love working at Faire Faire is being built for entrepreneurs, by entrepreneurs. Why Mozilla? Mozilla Corporation is a non-profit-backed technology company that has helped shape the internet for the better over the past 25 years. We're the makers of Firefox , the privacy-focused web browser used by more than 225 million people around the world each month. As we look to the future, we're working to shape the next 25 years of the internet—one that's built for people, not just for profit. Mozilla Corporation is wholly owned by the 501(c) non-profit Mozilla Foundation , meaning we're accountable not to shareholders, but to our mission. Alongside thousands of contributors and collaborators around the world, Mozillians design, build, and maintain open-source software that empowers people to use the internet on their own terms. About this team and role: We're now seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive (DACH) to help grow Firefox Enterprise across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a high-impact enterprise sales role for someone who is excited to build pipeline, create momentum in a developing market, and close the first wave of meaningful commercial wins. You will work closely with the Business Development Lead DACH to help shape the market, open new conversations, qualify opportunities across multiple segments, and run deals from first contact to contract signature. This is not a narrow named-account role. It is a broad, hands-on sales role focused on fast pipeline creation, strong commercial discipline, and early revenue. What you'll do: Build pipeline across DACH by developing new opportunities with large enterprises, regulated organizations, and public-sector-related accounts. Personally own the full sales cycle from sourcing and qualification through discovery, evaluation, business case development, negotiation, and close. Drive immediate commercial momentum by converting customer interest into pilots, support agreements, and enterprise platform opportunities. Work across multiple target segments and account types, rather than a fixed carved account list. Partner closely with the Business Development Lead DACH on market priorities, top opportunities, executive engagement, and deal strategy. Collaborate with Solutions Engineering to support technical discovery, validation, pilots, and customer rollout planning. Engage effectively with CIOs, CISOs, enterprise architects, workplace leaders, procurement teams, and compliance stakeholders. Build customer-specific value cases around security, operational confidence, deployment flexibility, and trust. Help refine the regional sales motion by identifying which messages, use cases, and segments are converting fastest. Champion Mozilla's values in every customer interaction. What you'll bring: Significant experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, security, or platform sales . A strong track record of building pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals. Experience running full-cycle sales motions in environments where markets, account priorities, or segment fit are still developing. Confidence engaging with both senior business stakeholders and technical decision-makers. Strong commercial judgment. You know how to qualify well, prioritize effectively, and move quickly without sacrificing deal quality. Comfort with ambiguity. You do not need a fully built regional machine to be effective — you know how to create structure while selling. Experience working closely with technical pre-sales or solutions engineering teams. The ability to articulate value beyond feature comparison alone, especially in areas such as security, resilience, and strategic differentiation. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (native level) . You are motivated by privacy, open source, and building technology that serves the public interest Nice to have: Experience selling into one or more of the following: financial services insurance public sector utilities or critical infrastructure Familiarity with enterprise browser, endpoint security, Zero Trust, secure access, or digital workplace categories. Experience in new market entry, early commercial build-out, or category creation. Understanding of European procurement dynamics and multi-stakeholder buying processes. About Mozilla Mozilla exists to build the Internet as a public resource accessible to all because we believe that open and free is better than closed and controlled. When you work at Mozilla, you give yourself a chance to make a difference in the lives of Web users everywhere. And you give us a chance to make a difference in your life every single day. About Volta Volta is the category-defining, fully vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform – from capital to clusters to software, under a founder-led enterprise. Our mission is The Utility of Compute™: AI infrastructure as dependable and available as electricity, for every organization that needs it. Launched with a $10B strategic partnership with one of the leading frontier AI labs, a Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, and a $5B AI Infrastructure Fund, Volta is building the infrastructure layer of the AI era from the ground up. We are 100+ people across London, Palo Alto, and New York, with rapid growth expectations to hundreds. About The Role We are making our first dedicated FP&A hire: an FP&A Manager to own short-range forecasting, variance analysis, and accounting-grounded financial modeling across a multi-entity, multi-currency group, operating at both corporate and SPV level. Reporting to the VP of Accounting, this is a hands-on, builder role: you will design the forecasting and reporting cadence from scratch, in an environment where capital deployment is large, fast, and lumpy — data center build-outs, GPU procurement, colocation deployments, and project financing. This is not a classic long-range planning seat. The emphasis is on near-term accuracy: rolling 13-week cash forecasting, in-quarter and quarterly reforecasts, burn management, and models that reconcile cleanly to the general ledger and to US GAAP accounting positions. What You Will Be Doing Own the rolling 13-week cash flow forecast across all group entities and currencies (GBP, USD, EUR, NOK), including AP outflows, payroll, project payments, and intercompany funding Run a monthly and quarterly P&L reforecast cycle covering opex, capex, headcount, and cash runway, with clear bridges to the prior forecast Produce consolidated cash and burn reporting for the VP of Accounting, CFO, board, and investors, and manage runway scenarios against the funding plan Deliver monthly actuals-vs-forecast and actuals-vs-budget variance analysis at entity, department, and project level, with root-cause commentary Track project-level cost variances on data center deployments against approved budgets and purchase commitments Build and maintain the group's operating and financial model on a US GAAP basis, consistent with the group's technical accounting positions (capitalization policy, ASC 842 lease accounting, project-finance debt, share-based compensation) Model the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts of major transactions: site acquisitions, colocation and lease commitments, GPU financing, debt drawdowns, and equity events Establish variance thresholds, escalation routes, and reporting formats that will stand up as SOX-adjacent management review controls Define the FP&A calendar, templates, and data model, and contribute to ERP design during the NetSuite implementation What You Bring Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or equivalent depth in US GAAP-based modeling — this role requires genuine accounting fluency, not just spreadsheet fluency 5+ years in FP&A, with demonstrable ownership of short-range cash forecasting and variance analysis in a capital-intensive or high-burn environment Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency groups; comfort with intercompany flows and FX in forecasting Strong grasp of accrual accounting mechanics: able to build a three-statement model that ties to the trial balance and explain timing versus rate versus volume variances Advanced Excel; experience with leading ERPs is strongly preferred Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one process building; you write clearly and present numbers that go to the board without rework Nice to Have Data center, infrastructure, energy, or other project-finance-heavy sector experience Exposure to SOX 404 environments or IPO/listing readiness Familiarity with ASC 842, ASC 718, or capitalization of infrastructure assets Experience forecasting in pre-revenue or early-revenue companies REQ-9 What We Offer At Volta, we believe people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted and able to grow. Finance Business Partner - Project Controllership
Full TimeOn-siteMid$85,000 - $85,000 / Year

About The Role The Finance Business Partner will be embedded within the Project Controllership Organization, acting as the finance owner for large, long-duration capital projects from initial commitment through to completion and transfer to operations. You will bring rigorous project and cost accounting to the delivery teams: owning capex and cost accounting for your projects, building and maintaining project cost structures, tracking budgets, commitments and actuals, reporting variances with insight, and ensuring each project is accounted for accurately under US GAAP and closed out cleanly at completion. This is a hands-on role that pairs technical accounting depth with genuine business partnering - you will sit alongside project directors, engineers and procurement, not apart from them. What You Will Be Doing Project and capex accounting Capex accounting: own end-to-end accounting for assigned capital projects, including construction in progress (CIP/AUC), capitalization assessments under US GAAP (ASC 360), componentization, capitalized interest where applicable (ASC 835-20), and transfer to fixed assets on completion with correct in-service dates and useful lives. Compute and equipment capex: own the accounting for high-value compute and network equipment (GPU fleets and associated infrastructure), including vendor purchase order and financing payment tracking, delivery acceptance and in-service dating, componentization and useful lives, residual value support, and lessor accounting for intra-group equipment leases (ASC 842). Cost accounting: maintain accurate, complete and well-classified project cost records - distinguishing capital from operating expenditure, applying the capitalization policy consistently, and ensuring costs land in the correct entity, project, site and cost category. Project costing: build and own project cost breakdown structures (WBS/cost codes) aligned to contracts, procurement packages and the accounting dimension framework; establish cost baselines and estimates-at-completion (EAC) and keep them current. Accruals and commitments: run monthly cost accruals from contractor applications for payment, certifications and goods receipts; maintain the committed cost position (POs, contracts, change orders) and reconcile committed, accrued and actual spend. Month-end close: deliver project close activities to the group timetable - CIP reconciliations, accrual journals, retention and milestone payment tracking, and balance sheet substantiation for project-related accounts. Reporting, variance analysis and forecasting Variance reporting: produce monthly project cost reports comparing actuals and EAC against budget and prior forecast; explain variances with root-cause commentary and work with project teams on corrective actions. Forecasting: partner with FP&A and Strategic Finance on capex cashflow forecasting, phasing of spend, and funding drawdown planning for your projects. Provide current capex phasing and estimate-at-completion data into Strategic Finance's monthly business plan refresh. Board and investor reporting: contribute project cost and progress data to board packs, lender/investor reporting and management information, ensuring one version of the truth between delivery and finance. Work within, and help build, the group project reporting framework. Balance sheet visibility: own the project-related balance sheet - CIP, retentions, VAT recoverable, prepayments and committed spend - and feed these positions into the group management balance sheet dashboard on an automated, near-real-time basis. Project lifecycle and business partnering Cradle to completion: support projects through their full lifecycle - business case and budget setting, contract award, execution, change management, practical completion, final account settlement, and financial close-out including release of retentions and accrual true-ups. Change control: evaluate the cost and accounting impact of scope changes, change orders and claims; ensure changes are approved, coded and forecast before costs are incurred. Business partnering: act as the trusted finance counterpart to project directors, construction managers, procurement and engineering; challenge constructively, translate financial data into decisions, and embed cost discipline in delivery teams. Contract and procurement support: work with procurement and legal on the financial aspects of construction and equipment contracts (payment mechanisms, milestones, retentions, bonds, liquidated damages) and ensure compliance with the Group Procurement Policy and PO controls. Controls, policy and audit Controls: operate and help design internal controls over project costs, capitalization and payments as part of the group's SOX 404 readiness program, including preparing clear documentation and audit evidence. Policy: apply and help refine group accounting policies (capitalization, PP&E, procurement) and prepare technical accounting analysis for project-specific matters, escalating judgmental issues with well-structured recommendations. Audit: act as the primary project-accounting contact for external audit on assigned projects, preparing schedules, reconciliations and supporting evidence. Anything else that makes sense: as an early hire in a fast-scaling finance function, contribute to systems implementation (ERP selection ongoing), process design, and whatever else is needed to build best-in-class project controllership. What You Bring Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience. Demonstrable experience of project accounting for large, long-term capital projects - for example data centers, energy, utilities, infrastructure, construction or industrial facilities - covering the full project lifecycle. Deep, practical knowledge of capex and cost accounting: CIP/AUC, capitalization criteria, componentization, accruals from contractor valuations, retentions, and asset transfer at completion. Experience building and managing project cost structures (WBS/cost coding), budgets, committed cost tracking and estimates-at-completion. Strong variance analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to explain cost movements clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Proven business partnering experience embedded with, or working closely alongside, project delivery teams. Advanced Excel and strong data and dashboarding skills, with an automation-first mindset; comfortable working from imperfect data in a scaling environment. Nice To Have US GAAP experience (ASC 360 fixed assets, ASC 835-20 capitalized interest, ASC 842 leases as they touch project sites). Experience in a SOX-regulated or IPO-readiness environment, or supporting external audits of major capital projects. Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency structures and cross-border projects. Nordic experience - local statutory reporting alongside US GAAP, and VAT on construction and imports. Experience accounting for high-value technology or compute equipment (GPU, network or telecoms assets), including intra-group equipment leasing. Familiarity with project controls disciplines (cost engineering, earned value, contract administration) and construction contract forms. Experience of ERP and project accounting systems implementation. REQ-156 What We Offer At Volta, we believe people do their best work when they feel supported, trusted and able to grow.
