About Intch Intch is a professional social network with a marketplace for part time work. You can think of it as a professional network built for senior specialists who take on meaningful contracts alongside their main work. A typical contract lasts from three to six months. The product is used in 140 countries and is available in up to 20 languages. Intch has fewer than 40 people and four product areas, with three already live and one preparing to launch. Intch is rethinking how people and companies find each other and build trust online. Changes that made the interface feel more like a real conversation have already improved key metrics by up to three times. About the role Today one part time designer supports all Intch products. Since the company moved to a product based structure, that is no longer enough. Intch is now looking for its first full time designer. Product managers build and test early prototypes themselves. Around one in ten experiments moves forward. Your role is to join the thinking early, work through the problem with the product team and turn validated ideas into clear, production ready experiences. This is a hands on role with broad ownership. You will work across all Intch products and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and the current designer. What you will work on Join product discussions early and help shape the problem before screens are made. Take a task from an open question to a production ready design. Design flows where the interface supports communication between people and businesses. Work on onboarding, profiles, discovery, paywalls and other core product areas. Cover key states, edge cases and handoff details, then stay involved during implementation. Extend the existing UI kit and keep patterns consistent across products. Increase the share of design work that can move into production without another rework round. What matters for this role Strong UI craft and a portfolio of clear, thoughtful interfaces. Solid web product experience. Web is the primary platform at Intch. The ability to explain your decisions through user context, not personal taste. Openness to evidence and the confidence to change your mind when a better argument appears. Experience owning design from an unclear problem through to launch. Comfort working with autonomy in a small product company. Experience in a startup, as a founding designer or in an in-house product role, would be useful. A practical approach to AI tools. The current workflow includes Figma handoff and clickable prototypes in Claude. Production code is not expected. English at B1, fluent Russian. What you get Remote, open geography. Time zone overlap with ~CET is what matters. Flexible schedule. Paid vacation, sick leave, and days off. A flat team under 40 where you can bring a worked-out idea into any product — and get paid for it if it performs. A design problem the market hasn't solved yet, in a product used across 140 countries. Real autonomy from day one. You'll sit in product discussions, not receive tickets. About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you've built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and our growth marketing team is how millions of businesses first hear that story. As we expand internationally, paid ads are one of our highest-leverage channels — and localized, high-craft creative is what makes them work in a new market. Based in our London office, you'll own the creative that powers Ramp's international acquisition engine across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Direct Mail. You'll take the playbook we've built in the US and adapt it for the UK and EU — shaping how Ramp shows up across paid social, video, and display for international audiences. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing team to turn ideas into ads that move metrics, while pushing the creative bar on what a finance brand can look and feel like abroad. This is a temporary full-time role, based in London. What You'll Do Design and animate paid creative end-to-end across static and motion formats, tailored for international markets. Create and localize ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels across the UK and EU. Adapt the US growth creative playbook for international audiences — and flag where local nuance means it needs to break, not just translate. Develop scalable design and motion systems that help the team move faster while maintaining a high creative bar. Concept hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants that earn attention and drive performance in-market. Partner closely with Performance Marketing, copywriters, and product marketers (largely US-based) to bring ideas to life across time zones. Iterate quickly based on performance data and contribute to international testing strategy. Build templates, automations, AI workflows, and creative systems that increase team velocity. Explore new tools, techniques, and AI-native workflows to expand what's possible inside our production pipeline. Help evolve how Ramp's brand shows up across international growth marketing. What You Need 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or creative production Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid acquisition channels Strong taste and a clear point of view on what makes great advertising — with an eye for what resonates in UK/EU markets Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where speed and iteration matter Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedback Comfort collaborating with a primarily US-based team across time zones Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects) Based in or able to work from the London office Nice-to-Haves Experience building automations, templates, component systems, scripts, or internal creative tooling Fluency with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Claude Code, or similar Experience creating short-form video for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and paid social Experience creating or localizing creative for multiple international markets Experience in finance, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies Familiarity with performance marketing and growth experimentation frameworks Benefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global) Flexible PTO Centralized home-office equipment ordering Health and wellness stipend Budget for intra-office travel Weekly coffee stipend United States 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents One Medical annual membership 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay Pet insurance In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) Canada Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life Life, AD&D, and disability coverage Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health United Kingdom Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay Referral Instructions If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. About Flock Road accidents kill and injure people, damage vehicles, and cost businesses fortunes. But traditional insurance does nothing to prevent them - it just pays out claims when they happen. At Flock, we're changing that. Using telematics, AI, and real-time data, we proactively help our fleet customers prevent crashes. We obsessively focus on keeping drivers safe, and we put our money where our mouth is - paying out millions of pounds per year to fleets that get safer over time. We were acquired by Admiral in May 2026. Now we combine the backing of the UK's leading motor insurer with startup energy and speed. We're growing fast with bigger plans than ever, and we're hugely optimistic that our approach will save many more lives in the decade ahead. We're on a mission to make the world quantifiably safer. Join us! About the Role Content and events. Two engines of Flock's marketing, and you own the execution of both. Today the marketing team is one Senior Marketing Manager, who owns the brand and website, publishes the content, launches the products and runs up to nine events a year, getting it all out of the door by pushing AI hard. We're doubling the team and backing it with 3.5x the budget. You're the second person in, owning events and content. Events. You'll plan the calendar with the Senior Marketing Manager and own delivery: trade shows and conferences, plus our own broker and customer events. On each one you'll set the budget, build the stand, run the day, chase the leads and report on whether it was worth repeating. Content. You'll shape the strategy with the Senior Marketing Manager, then produce it. Volume and quality both count. LinkedIn and the Flock blog are the priorities, plus video and website copy. The stories sit with underwriting, distribution and product, so getting good material out of busy people is a big part of the job. AI. Flock runs on AI and we build AI products for customers too. Marketing is held to the same standard. We want you to be the person who brings the newest tool into the office and shows everyone what it does. Brokers and customers still respond to work that feels human, so you'll be someone who writes excellently and still has creative flair. What you'll be doing Own social media. Run our social strategy, with LinkedIn as the primary channel: product videos, carousels, infographics, and PDF's, posted consistently and measured for engagement. Create content at volume. Case studies, articles, industry news, thought leadership and product launch material, several times a month. Make video. Film and produce videos with our team in and around the office: people stories, product walkthroughs and interviews. Deliver events. Work with the Senior Marketing Manager Coordinate and execute our calendar of seven to nine events a year: trade shows, conferences and our own customer and broker events. Design your own assets in Claude Design and Figma, to a standard that holds up next to agency work. Work with AI daily. Draft, edit, repurpose and scale content with AI tools, applying your own voice and judgement so nothing reads machine-written. What you'll need Significant content creation and social media experience, ideally in B2B tech, with measurable results from owning and executing a social strategy. A portfolio of work you can share on the spot. Strong copywriting and communication, proven in published work. A track record organising and coordinating trade shows, conferences or business events, plus internal events for customers and stakeholders. Hands-on design skills in Figma and Claude Design. Adobe Creative Cloud would be a bonus. Startup pace and ownership: you've worked somewhere small enough to own outcomes end to end, spot what needs improving and act without waiting for a brief. Confident, critical use of AI across your marketing work. Nice to have: video editing experience, and exposure to insurance, fleet or telematics. Benefits 25 days of holiday (+ Bank Holidays) 🏖️ Share Incentive Plan 📈 Workplace Pension 💰 Private Medical Insurance 🏥 (including Dental 🦷 Optical 👓 & Mental Health 💆♀️ support options) Various Salary Sacrifice Schemes - Holiday Purchase, Tech, Gym, Cycle to Work, Electric Vehicle, Private Medical Insurance for families 💵 Enhanced Parental Leave and Pay 🐣 £1000 toward relevant professional qualifications 🎓 £500 per annum towards learning and development 🌱 3 days paid leave for L&D purposes 🌻 We work hybrid, typically three days a week in our Central London office (fewer office days can be accommodated for longer commute times), a few minutes from Moorgate and Liverpool Street. Visits to client sites, conferences and broker offices count towards office days. Making the world quantifiably safer takes more than good data. It takes a team where different perspectives are heard, and that's a priority here. We insure fleets and drivers from every background, and we know a team built the same way makes sharper decisions and a better product for our customers. So we hire on merit, full stop, and we actively encourage applications from everyone. If you don't tick every box, apply anyway. Just come as your genuine self: the qualities and experiences only you bring are exactly what we want. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Our customers are some of the most ambitious, fastest-moving companies in the world - Replit, Figma, Framer, LumaAI, Gamma, Airtable - companies that set the standard for what modern growth looks like. We help them run high-impact creator programs across LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and more. We're expanding fast across New York, Europe, and Brazil - and we're just getting started. About the role We're growing 13x YoY - and growing that fast only works if we know exactly which number we're growing toward, and why. That's what this role is for. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you'll set ambitious financial targets for the whole company, then own the thinking that gets us there: knowing our P&L and balance sheet inside out, understanding exactly what it takes to hit the number, and turning that into a plan the whole team can rally around. You'll be the person everyone trusts to say clearly where we stand, what's needed to close the gap, and what has to happen next - across accounting for both our US and German entities, revenue, and how the company spends and pays its people. What you'll do Own the numbers Stay on top of our P&L and balance sheet, keeping them accurate and up to date. Own accounting for both our US and German entities in-house - running monthly reconciliations, closing the books, handling tax filings and compliance, and making sure our financials are clean and audit-ready in both jurisdictions. Help set the company's financial targets Partner with the Head of Operations to set financial targets for the whole company, and track performance against them. About Passionfroot Creator-led growth is one of the fastest-growing channels in B2B—and we're building the infrastructure behind it. Passionfroot is the leading platform where modern companies scale creator-led growth, and where top creators manage and monetize brand partnerships. Our customers include some of the most ambitious, fastest-moving companies in the world—Replit, HubSpot, Figma, Cursor, Gamma, Attio, Intercom, and ElevenLabs. We help them run high-impact creator programs across LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletters, and more. We're growing 13x in revenue year over year, profitable, and just closed our Series A round! We are backed by leading investors including Insight Partners , Creandum , Supernode and founders and operators from Cursor, Anthropic, n8n and more. We're expanding fast across New York, Europe, and Brazil - and we're just getting started. We're still a small team, which means the people who join now will have an outsized influence on the product, the engineering culture, and the company we become. About the role We're looking for a Senior or Staff Product Engineer to help build the next generation of Passionfroot. You'll work across the full stack on both our core platform and Zest, our AI Campaign Manager for creator marketing. That could mean designing a new workflow for managing creator campaigns, making collaboration data feel instant, or turning models, search, and product context into a reliable AI experience that customers can trust. We don't separate "AI engineering" from "product engineering." AI is becoming part of how the product works, but great product fundamentals still matter: understanding the user, shaping the problem, choosing the right architecture, building a thoughtful experience, and operating it reliably in production. You'll work closely with the founders, design, and customers to take important problems from early exploration to shipped product. We're a team of six engineers, and staying small is deliberate. It means you can have an idea on Monday and have customers using it by Thursday—without layers of sprint ceremonies or alignment meetings in between. The flip side is real ownership: you need to exercise strong judgment, communicate your decisions, and think through their consequences rather than wait for someone else to catch them. 📍This role is based in our Berlin or São Paulo offices with a hybrid work model. We are also open to candidates who are willing to relocate to either area. What you'll do Own meaningful product areas from problem definition through architecture, implementation, launch, and iteration. Build customer-facing features across our marketplace, campaign management, collaboration, payments, analytics, and creator workflows. Help make Zest an indispensable part of how modern companies run creator-led growth. Turn foundation models into structured, reliable product experiences—not just impressive prototypes. Work on intelligent workflows involving agents, tools, retrieval, search, recommendations, and generated interfaces. Develop the evaluations, observability, and feedback loops needed to understand whether AI features are genuinely useful. Work closely with design to create experiences that are fast, intuitive, and polished. Talk directly with customers and translate ambiguous needs into simple product decisions. Make pragmatic architectural choices that balance speed, quality, maintainability, and performance. Improve the systems and engineering practices that help a small team ship reliably at high velocity. At Staff level, provide technical direction across projects, raise the engineering bar, and help other engineers make better decisions. What we're looking for Significant experience building and shipping high-quality, customer-facing software. 5+ years is a useful guide, but the scope and quality of your work matter more than the number. Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals, with experience working across the full stack. A track record of independently driving complex features or products from an ambiguous starting point to measurable customer impact. When you encounter a blocker, you investigate, communicate, and find another path forward without waiting to be managed. Strong product and technical judgment. You care about what should be built, how it should feel, and whether it actually solves the problem. You can distinguish between problems that need a sophisticated system and problems that need a simple, well-executed solution. Experience building with LLMs or other applied AI systems in production. An understanding of the challenges behind reliable AI products: evaluation, context, retrieval, model behavior, latency, cost, observability, and failure modes. Clear, proactive communication and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment. Care for software craftsmanship without losing sight of momentum and customer outcomes. Our technology Passionfroot is built primarily in TypeScript across the full stack. Our core product uses React, Remix, PostgreSQL, Prisma, and Zero sync for real-time product experiences. Our AI systems use foundation models from multiple providers alongside the AI SDK, Typesense, and Laminar for search, agent workflows, evaluations, and observability. You don't need experience with everything we use. We care more about strong fundamentals, relevant product experience, and your ability to learn quickly. What success looks like Within your first months, you will have: Developed a deep understanding of creator-led growth and the problems our customers face. Taken ownership of a major product or technical area with limited oversight. Improved how we build, evaluate, and operate AI-powered functionality. Earned the trust of the team through reliable execution and clear communication. Helped us make better product and technical decisions beyond your immediate projects. Our interview process We want the process to be useful, respectful, and representative of how we actually work. We don't use take-home challenges or algorithmic whiteboard interviews. The process typically includes: A short introductory call. A conversation with Lorenzo about your experience, ambitions, and the work you are most proud of. A technical walkthrough of a project you know deeply, focused on the decisions and trade-offs you made. A collaborative product and technical problem-solving session with members of the team. A paid work trial based on a realistic problem, which can be completed flexibly around your current commitments. References and offer. We aim to complete the process within one to two weeks. What we offer Competitive salary and equity in a Series A company. Remote-first work with the option to work together in Berlin if you are local. Latest Apple hardware and the tools you need to do your best work. 25 days of paid vacation, plus local public holidays. Regular team events and off-sites—past destinations include Mallorca, Barcelona, the South of France, Berlin, and the Baltic Sea. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
Texas Sports Academy is a K-12 school designed for serious student-athletes who want both elite academics and high-level athletic development. Students cover 2x the material in just 2 hours a day, using the same 2-Hour Learning model as Alpha Schools. That frees up their entire afternoon for serious training, where they work alongside former pro and D1 athletes coaching them at the highest standard. We're hiring a Junior Full-Stack Product Engineer to build the web apps and internal tools that run our K-12 campuses. You'll own features end to end in a TypeScript stack: React and Tailwind on the frontend, Node and API routes on the backend, Postgres for data. The bar is the product itself, with real users, real features, and real polish. This is early-career, but we want someone who already ships full products on their own. If you've built a TypeScript app end to end, designed a schema, written the API, shipped the UI, and put it in front of real users, you're the kind of engineer we want to talk to. We care more about what you've built than where you went to school. What You'll Do Build Full-Stack Features in TypeScript: Own features end to end in a TypeScript stack (Next.js, React, Node), from the UI to the API routes to the database schema. Ship them to production and iterate based on how people actually use them. Design UI That Holds Up: Build clean, responsive interfaces in React and Tailwind that work the first time on a parent's phone and a coach's laptop. You care how it looks, not just whether it renders. Own the Backend Behind Your Features: Write the API routes, data models, and database queries that power what you build. Postgres, Prisma or Drizzle, and basic auth patterns are not someone else's job. Think in Products, Not Tickets: Take a rough problem from a coach, parent, or operator, scope it into something shippable, and decide what to build and what to cut. Push back when the spec is wrong. Model Data and Write the Queries: Design Postgres schemas, write the migrations, and tune the queries your features depend on. Use Prisma or Drizzle as the ORM, and drop down to raw SQL when it's the right call. Integrate the Tools We Run On: Build the integrations and webhooks that connect our app to Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Workable, and our AI providers. Keep Production Healthy: Handle the parts that are not glamorous: logging, error states, loading states, monitoring, and the small details that keep a product from feeling cheap. Requirements You've Shipped Full-Stack TypeScript Apps: Not a tutorial clone. Something you built end to end in Next.js or a similar TypeScript framework, with a real database, real users, and a real URL. Be ready to walk us through how you built it and what you'd do differently. Strong Product Instincts: You can look at a half-formed idea and turn it into a working v1. You make calls about scope, edge cases, and what the user actually needs without waiting for a PM to spell it out. You Care About the Frontend: You write clean React, you have opinions about component structure and state management, and you notice when spacing, typography, or loading behavior is off. You Can Own the Backend Too: You can model data in Postgres, write the API, handle auth, and reason about performance. You don't bounce off the database layer. Comfortable Across the Stack: You can jump from a React component to an API route to a database migration in the same afternoon and not slow down. You don't have a side of the stack you avoid. You Finish What You Start: You communicate clearly, flag blockers early, and get features across the finish line. Speed matters, but completion and polish matter more. Location: Remote (U.S.). U.S. work authorization required. Bonus Points Design Sense: You're comfortable in Figma, can take a rough sketch to a working UI, and have a point of view on what good product design looks like. Public Work to Show: A GitHub profile, a live side project, a personal site, or a writeup of something you built. Anything that lets us see how you think and what you have done. Experience with Our Stack: Next.js, React, Tailwind, Postgres, Prisma or Drizzle, tRPC, Vercel. Not required, but a head start. SQL and Light Data Work: You're comfortable writing queries, cleaning up data, and building small internal dashboards when the situation calls for it. AI Image or Video Generation: You've used Nano Banana Pro, Veo, Seedance, Kling, or similar tools to produce real assets. Not required, but a real plus.
