Product Marketing Lead In Brief We're a rapidly growing startup on a mission to make healthcare proactive by empowering physicians, nurses, and care team members with real-time data to save lives. As our Product Marketing Lead, you will own how we show up for health system leaders. That covers the sales content that moves deals forward, the messaging behind each new module, and the story we tell customers who are ready to grow with us. Who We Are Bayesian Health 's mission is to improve patient outcomes by empowering clinicians with the insights they need to make the right decision for the right patient at the point of care. We're a diverse team of clinicians, engineers, AI experts, product designers, and performance improvement leaders committed to enabling smarter, patient-specific care delivery through unlocking the power of data. We're funded by top tier tech and biotech investors: Obvious Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, American Medical Association's venture arm, Catalio Partners, and LifeForce Capital. Recent recognitions include Forbes AI Top 50, World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer, Time Best Inventions, and BioTech AI Company of the Year. Read more about our peer-reviewed research in Nature Medicine associating our products with improved patient outcomes. About the Role This role spans three connected areas of product marketing: sales enablement, module marketing, and customer expansion. You will own all three end to end. Most of your energy will go to enablement, expansion, and module marketing, in that order of urgency as the field and our roadmap demand. Product marketing is a function we are still building. You will be our dedicated product marketer, so you will set the standards, templates, and systems as much as you follow them. You will decide what gets built next based on what Sales and Client Success tell you is moving deals and renewals. As the team grows, you may have the chance to mentor more junior marketers. What You'll Own Sales Enablement Own the core sales content library, including the sales deck, two-pagers, white papers, and collateral that quantify our impact for buyers and customers. Keep it accurate and current as the product and the market change. Work with Sales to learn which pieces move deals forward and which ones don't. Deal-Specific Content Build tailored content for late-stage opportunities, such as custom one-pagers and slides. Take a rough brief from a sales rep and return a polished deliverable without a heavy process around you. Be able to point to specific content you built that helped advance or close a deal. Competitive Intelligence Maintain competitive intel and battlecards as the market shifts. Keep them current without being asked, so reps never walk into a conversation with outdated information. Product and Module Marketing Develop positioning and messaging by module and buyer. Build module deep-dive materials and lead go-to-market for module launches, including palliative care and deterioration. Customer Expansion Partner with Client Success on expansion messaging, executive steering committee and QBR materials, and release communications for existing customers. Help customers see the value they are already getting and what more is possible. Buyer Messaging Write for the full health system buying committee, including CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, and quality leaders. Translate clinical outcomes and technical capabilities into language that resonates with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders. Make a business case land with a C-suite, not just a product pitch. Cross-Functional Partnership Join deal calls and QBRs. Pull roadmap details from Product proactively, and work with Clinical to keep every claim credible. Surface what is working in the field and feed market and competitive insight back into the business. What You'll Bring 5+ years of product marketing experience in healthcare technology, with direct experience marketing to health system executive buyers A bachelor's degree A record of building positioning, messaging, enablement, and launch programs that sales teams actually use A track record of deal-specific content tied to advanced or closed opportunities Experience writing for CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, and quality leaders, and supporting long, multi-stakeholder deals into health systems Working knowledge of how enterprise health system deals move, including committee-based buying, clinical validation, IT and security review, and budget cycles Exceptional writing that is clear, credible, and evidence-based, with first drafts that need little rework Self-direction in a fast-moving startup, including the instinct to spot what is missing and build it without being asked Strong partnership habits with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Clinical teams Nice to Haves Product or customer marketing experience with an installed base, including expansion or upsell campaigns Familiarity with clinical AI, clinical decision support, or quality and safety improvement Experience informally mentoring a more junior marketer Life at Bayesian We're a small, mission-driven team building AI tools that help clinicians catch life-threatening conditions earlier. Clinical Quality Consultant In Brief We're a rapidly growing startup on a mission to make healthcare proactive by empowering physicians, nurses, and care team members with real-time data to save lives. You'll support product quality for an FDA-cleared, AI-driven clinical platform, from complaint investigation once it's live in hospitals, to the quality system and regulatory record that hold it all together. Recent recognitions include Forbes AI Top 50, World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer, Time Best Inventions, and BioTech AI Company of the Year. Read more about our peer-reviewed research in Nature Medicine associating our products with improved patient outcomes. About the Role When a care team asks why an alert did or did not fire, that question comes to our Clinical Production Support team, and answering it well takes real clinical judgment. Clinical case reviews are the largest share of that work and the heart of this role. You will investigate what happened in a given encounter, reach a sound and defensible conclusion, and communicate it clearly to the clinicians and client teams who asked. Strong clinical reasoning is the foundation. On top of it, you will build a working understanding of how the product behaves, including how flags are generated, how suppression logic works, and how data moves from the EHR into the model. That technical fluency is taught here rather than expected at hire. The same is true of the medical device regulatory side, where you will grow into product complaint handling and, once trained, contribute to the disposition of possible anomalies that gate our releases. This is a function still being built. Case volume is growing faster than the process around it, so you will be writing and improving the review standards, templates, and escalation paths as much as you follow them. What You'll Own Clinical Case Review Perform clinical case reviews on sepsis alerts: work the encounter record, establish the clinical timeline, determine whether the alert behaved as designed, and produce an internal case review with cited evidence and a recommended next action. Product & Technical Fluency Build and apply working knowledge of how the product generates, suppresses, and delivers flags, including the EHR data that drives it, so your conclusions hold up to both clinical and technical scrutiny. Review the AI-assisted triage and classification our tooling performs, including investigation and complaint classification, ticket creation, and draft acknowledgements, and correct them where the clinical facts don't support the output. Communication & Escalation Write clear, accurate responses to the clinicians and clinical informatics teams who submitted the case, following our communication standards, which protect patient privacy and avoid giving clinical direction. Own escalation: route issues to the accountable team in data science, engineering, implementation, or clinical, give them the clinical context they need, and drive tickets through to closure rather than handing them off. Send close-out communications and close resolved tickets. Caseload Management Manage a concurrent caseload against response commitments: track status, prioritize by clinical and client risk, and keep the queue current without prompting. Pattern Recognition Look across cases, not only at them. Identify recurring patterns such as mapping failures, interface latency, or suppression gaps, quantify how often they occur, and raise them with the owning team before clients do. Process Ownership Create and improve case review templates, evidence standards, response language, triage rules, and escalation paths. Document what you build so the next reviewer reaches the same conclusion from the same facts. Complaint Handling Support product complaint handling: document complaints and assemble the clinical evidence a complaint review requires, and, once trained, contribute to the disposition of possible anomalies as part of the release process required of a regulated device. What You'll Bring Sound judgment and the ability to reason from vitals, labs, medications, and documentation to a defensible conclusion Clear written communication suited to clinician and clinical informatics audiences A record of getting things done without close supervision, in an environment where the process is still taking shape Evidence that you fix processes rather than work around them, something you found broken, changed, and documented so it stayed fixed The ability to learn a technical product quickly and reason about it accurately, including asking the right questions of engineering and data science Fluency with AI tools in daily work, with the judgment to verify their output rather than pass it through Comfort working in a ticket-driven, data-heavy environment, staying organized and accurate across many concurrent cases Genuine interest in learning medical device quality and regulatory practice, including complaint handling Qualifications 5 years of experience, either: An active RN license and 3+ years of acute care experience, for example ICU, emergency, or rapid response, with strong familiarity with sepsis and clinical deterioration OR Commensurate healthcare experience with ability to understand clinical aspects of sepsis and clinical deterioration Experience with EHRs such as Epic or Cerner, or work in clinical informatics, clinical research, or clinical decision support Exposure to SEP-1 or sepsis bundle abstraction and quality reporting Familiarity with medical device quality standards such as QMSR or ISO 13485, or clear eagerness to build that knowledge Comfort reading structured clinical data exports and spreadsheets Authorization to work in the United States Life at Bayesian We're a small, mission-driven team building AI tools that help clinicians catch life-threatening conditions earlier. We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to strengthen the function's ability to deliver its program priorities consistently across regions through focused planning, disciplined execution, clear visibility, and dependable follow-through. As an execution partner to IEM leadership, you'll help turn strategic priorities and operational learnings into a measurable book of work. You'll establish clear plans, ownership, operating cadences, risk visibility, and follow-through, while bringing an informed external perspective on relevant industry practices. You'll partner with the IEM team and stakeholders across Technical Services, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and other teams in the Americas, Asia Pacific, and EMEA. This is a program-management role - not an incident commander or technical investigator role. Functional leaders and incident responders retain accountability for strategy, policy, technical decisions, people leadership, and live operational response. You'll own the execution system around prioritized work so leaders and subject-matter experts can focus on customers, technical judgment, incident leadership, and their teams. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Toronto for our hybrid working model. What you'll do Own the IEM program of work and its supporting materials, maintaining a clear roadmap of outcomes, priorities, owners, milestones, dependencies, capacity considerations, commitments, and decisions Partner with IEM leaders and sponsors to identify and prioritize strategic focus areas, assess opportunities to mature the function, and recommend practical improvements aligned with relevant industry practices Turn ambiguous needs into scoped, measurable work. Clarify outcomes, sequence milestones, establish accountable owners, document decisions and delivery expectations, and coordinate technical and cross-functional reviews Drive delivery across Technical Services, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and partner teams. Clarify accountability and handoffs, resolve dependency gaps, and surface blockers, capacity constraints, and resourcing risks early—with options and recommendations Establish and run planning, program-review, and risk-review cadences. Keep backlogs and program records current and decision-ready, track commitments, facilitate decisions, and follow agreed actions through closure Connect IEM program works with the Customer Organization's wider PMO, aligning planning, governance, dependencies, and reporting to ensure organizational alignment and visibility Help translate recurring incident and escalation patterns, post-incident findings, customer-impacting gaps, and corrective actions into prioritized improvement work with owners, timelines, milestones, and verifiable closure criteria. Coordinate root-cause analysis completion and customer incident-report delivery with clear ownership and quality expectations Advance incident-response and escalation practices, including frameworks and playbooks, readiness, communications, training, simulation exercises, post-incident review, and consistent implementation across teams and regions Partner with data and tooling teams to improve operational instrumentation, metrics, reporting, workflow integration, and automation. Help ensure AI-enabled workflows are appropriately governed, measured, and human-reviewed. Mature program reporting by refining outcome and health measures, improving data quality and consistency, establishing baselines, and turning operational data into actionable insights - not simply reporting activity or optimizing a single response-time metric Prepare concise updates, requirements, specifications, operating proposals, decision records, and executive-ready summaries that make progress, trade-offs, risks, and decisions clear Coordinate readiness and adoption so approved changes to processes, tooling, roles, communications, and operating procedures are understood, operationalized, and sustained What success looks like Priority initiatives have clear outcomes, accountable owners, realistic milestones, active risk tracking, and reliable follow-through Leaders have an accurate, timely view of program health, delivery risks, dependencies, capacity constraints, and decisions needed Post-incident and post-escalation learning becomes prioritized, durable improvement; corrective actions have clear owners and do not remain open-ended Readiness, handoffs, communications, and closure practices become more consistent and measurable across teams and regions Escalation Managers, Incident Commanders, and technical experts spend less time coordinating program work and more time applying their expertise to customers, incidents, and teams Program measures guide decisions and improvement, while execution reliability and stakeholder confidence increase How success will be assessed The role will be evaluated on program health and operational outcomes - not meeting or status-report volume. Measures will be baselined during the first 60–90 days and refined with leadership. They may include: The share of priority initiatives with clear outcomes, accountable owners, milestones, and active risk tracking Initiatives and process improvements completed and adopted Closure rate and aging of post-incident and post-escalation actions, overdue actions, and unresolved dependencies Evidence that recurring incident and escalation patterns are being addressed through durable process, tooling, or product changes Stakeholder confidence in visibility, coordination, and decision follow-through Sampled estimates of coordination time returned to operational leaders and subject-matter experts What you'll bring 7–10 years of progressive program or project management experience, with a track record of growing responsibility - from coordinating smaller initiatives to leading complex, cross-functional programs. Experience outside the technology sector is welcome Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in a global enterprise or similarly demanding environment, delivering through a matrix rather than relying on direct authority Demonstrated experience with incident response, major-incident management, customer escalations, crisis management, service operations, trust & safety, or closely related operational programs at scale. You understand the lifecycle from detection and triage through coordination, communication, mitigation, review, and follow-through A track record of building or improving operational programs - not only tracking projects - including governance, operating cadences, roles and handoffs, readiness, metrics, and continuous-improvement mechanisms Strong project and program-management fundamentals, including program prioritization, scope and outcome definition, sequencing, dependency and risk management, capacity awareness, backlog discipline, stakeholder alignment, delivery governance, and change adoption Experience establishing useful operating cadences and decision-ready reporting, and working with operational data to set baselines, interpret trends, and turn evidence into practical recommendations The ability to structure ambiguous requests into clear requirements, operating proposals, decision records, and measurable work. Excellent written and verbal communication, including concise updates for senior leaders and clear coordination across technical and customer-facing teams. Sound judgment in high-pressure, ambiguous environments; a collaborative, calm approach to resolving blockers; and the ability to create accountability without adding unnecessary process. Experience working across global teams, time zones, and organizational boundaries, and with program or delivery-management tools A recognized program or project management qualification, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is preferred Helpful experience Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud services, technical support, production operations, or another customer-facing technology organization Familiarity with highly technical platforms, distributed systems, databases, reliability, or service-management practices Experience with post-incident improvement programs, corrective-action tracking, operational dashboards, incident metrics, or executive reporting Experience improving incident-management tooling, communications workflows, workflow automation, or responsibly governed AI-enabled operations Experience coordinating global teams across regions, time zones, and follow-the-sun operating models What you can expect in your first 90 days First 30 days: Build relationships with sponsors, functional leaders, and program owners. Understand the operating model, active program work, commitments, decision forums, systems of record, reporting, and key measures By 60 days: Reconfirm priorities, outcomes, owners, sequencing, dependencies, capacity constraints, and delivery expectations. Review risks, blockers, post-incident actions, and recurring coordination gaps; establish an initial baseline for program health and measures By 90 days: Present a prioritized program overview, baseline assessment, risk and dependency summary, initial measure results, and recommendations for the next two quarters.
