About Docker Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout. We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default. About the Role Docker's Professional Services team partners with customers to turn AI and cloud-native deployments into working production outcomes. We are looking for a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements. You will be embedded as an overlay alongside technical sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners, translating customers' technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements and managing them through delivery. You will be both builder and operator: designing repeatable service offerings where none exist today, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves to scope a detailed Statement of Work or unblock a stuck engagement. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building order from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and low ego, this role is for you. What You'll Own Delivery operations Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from scoping and kickoff through delivery, handoff, and retrospectives. Directly manage customer engagements: plan, run governance cadences, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalations. Review technical assumptions in scopes and SOWs with solution architects (environments, integrations, identity, network and security constraints, customer prerequisites) so estimates and timelines hold up in delivery. Own customer readiness and handoff: environment prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and clean transition to Support and Technical Account Managers. Offerings and reusable assets Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets: playbooks, runbooks, statement of work templates, reference architectures, and onboarding workshops/guides. Turn repeatable customer patterns into packaged, fixed-scope offerings with defined outcomes, durations and pricing inputs. Build and maintain the sales-cycle engagement model and intake process for when and how Services are engaged across sales stages. Governance, tooling, and metrics Build the program management and governance infrastructure: intake frameworks, capacity planning models, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and milestone tracking. Define and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, engagement margin, customer satisfaction. Own SOW amendment and change-order processes: define when and how scope changes are documented, approved, and reflected in project tracking. Partner with Legal on SOW frameworks and language. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward deployed engineering services or equivalent cross-functional roles. Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers. Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch not just optimizing existing ones. Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in systems architecture discussions, understanding system dependencies. Strong structured problem solving, facilitation, and systems thinking, including participation in Experience with Professional Services tooling and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA tools) Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to produce executive-grade program readouts and customer-facing documentation alike. High degree of personal accountability; comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited oversight and providing value-added improvements. Preferred Qualifications Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator. Experience self-serving data and analytics (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to build performance reporting. Prior experience scaling a Professional Services or delivery organization or a support services operation through a growth or transformation phase. Experience building engagements with third-party partners and system integrators within professional services delivery models. Why This Role Building a PS function from the ground up is rare. This is an opportunity to shape how Docker serves its most strategic customers, define what great looks like for technical delivery, and leave a lasting operational footprint on a high-growth organization. You will have broad scope, executive access, and the room to build something that matters. What to Expect in the First 30 Days Shadow: join scoping calls and review active projects. Audit the existing SOW process and template library to identify gaps in standardization, approval routing, and tracking. Meet your key partners: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Finance and Legal. What to Expect in the First 60 Days Manage first customer engagement directly, with support from the existing team. Identify the highest-priority SOW template gaps for standardization. Document the current delivery framework as it exists today capturing what's working, and what needs to change. What to Expect in the First 60 Days Autonomously managing customer engagements. Support leadership with quarterly review cycles on active engagements and retrospectives. Translate process gaps into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and accountability. Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role. Compensation & Equity EU: €74.2K – €106K + equity _ Posting Information Open vacancy: This posting is for an existing open role. AI in hiring: Docker may use AI-assisted tools during our recruiting process. Interview recordings: Candidates will be invited to opt in to interview recordings to support interviewer calibration and consistent evaluations. Recordings are optional and require explicit consent. __ Perks & Benefits Remote-first by design – Work from your home, with offices in Seattle and Paris for connection and collaboration. Flexibility that fits your life – We trust you to manage your schedule while delivering great work. Time to recharge – Generous PTO, designated quarterly Whaleness Days, and a designated end-of-year Whaleness break. Home office support – Set up your workspace for comfort and success. Technology stipend – Equivalent to US$100 net per month to help support your work. Learning & development – Annual stipend for conferences, courses, certifications, and continued learning. Parental leave – 16 weeks of paid parental leave after six months of employment. Equity for all full-time employees – Share in Docker's long-term success as we continue to grow. Comprehensive benefits – Medical, retirement, and paid holidays vary by country. Docker swag – Because representing the whale never gets old. Docker is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a team that reflects a broad range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe diverse teams build better products, make better decisions, and better serve our global community. #LI-REMOTE Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
Before the detail, here's the challenge you'd help us solve. We build the embodied intelligence that moves real vehicles safely, and the ecosystem a billion machines will run on in the future. Very few people in AI can say this. Every role here, whatever the team, plugs into that. Here's what this particular role covers. 🛠️ About our Robotaxi Teams The Robotaxi team is taking Wayve's AI Driver to its first public-scale deployment, with fare-paying riders on global ride-hail platforms. This team owns the end-to-end performance operating system for the product: the metrics, triage, and release gates that decide whether the autonomy is good enough to ship, and stays great release over release. For an end-to-end learned driving system, there's no existing playbook to follow: this team is defining what "performance" means from scratch. 🧠 Your day-to-day Own and evolve the autonomy performance measurement framework for Robotaxi (driving + pick-up/drop-off): the metrics, dashboards, and narrative leadership uses to make ship/no-ship decisions Build and run the end-to-end performance improvement loop: detect issues, triage and prioritise, drive root-cause investigations, and land fixes across model, robot software, backend, and evaluation tooling Lead cross-functional execution across AV core, evaluation/validation, robotics, robot software, triage/systems, and SRE, aligning roadmaps to performance outcomes without direct reporting authority Define and enforce performance release gates and regression detection for production deployments, owning readiness calls and incident follow-through Stay hands-on in the data and code when needed (Python/C++/SQL) to accelerate debugging and unblock delivery 🧩 What you'll be working on: Standing up Robotaxi's performance operating system from scratch: metrics, triage funnel, release gates, and rollback plans for an end-to-end learned driving system with no existing playbook to copy External-facing performance reporting that's trusted and repeatable enough to share directly with partners like Uber Integrating new model features and architectures from core engineering into live Robotaxi operations The stack underneath it all: WayveCode (Python + C++), Looker, Databricks/SQL, Grafana, and internal evaluation and sim tooling In your first 90 days: mapping the top prioritised fixes across backend, robot, and driving model, and shipping a new driving model deployment and robot software release end-to-end 👤 You should apply if: You've demonstrated cross-functional engineering leadership, steering complex delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders to production outcomes, without relying on direct line management You bring a strong product and customer orientation, and can connect technical performance metrics to rider experience, operational outcomes, and launch readiness You have strong autonomy/robotics performance debugging experience, including deep hands-on work with real-world issues and time-series/real-time signals, rather than just managing a queue You have strong technical foundations in learned systems/ML-driven robotics, and can reason about model behaviour, failure modes, and measurement pitfalls in data-driven autonomy stacks You're production-fluent in Python, C++, and SQL, comfortable working directly in code and analytics pipelines to diagnose problems and validate improvements You have experience owning or co-owning releases to a fleet of robots/vehicles in production, including release processes, gates, rollback plans, and regression handling You're familiar with modern data/observability stacks used in autonomy programs (e.g. Databricks/SQL, Grafana, internal eval/sim tooling) 🌱 Not ticking every box? That's totally okay! If you're passionate about autonomy and keen to learn, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement. More about Wayve: 🚗 Wayve is building the leading AI platform for autonomous driving. We are pioneering an end to end AI approach that enables vehicles to learn directly from real world experience, developing the ability to adapt, generalise and improve at scale. Instead of relying on hand coded rules or pre mapped environments, our AI Driver learns to drive by understanding the world around it. The result is technology that navigates complex urban environments with intelligence, precision and natural flow, unlocking meaningful advances in both safety and efficiency. We believe autonomy represents a once in a generation transformation in how people and goods move, comparable to the shift from horses to cars, and from human driven vehicles to intelligent machines. Our ambition is to make autonomy universal. Wayve's mapless and hardware agnostic AI platform integrates with global OEM partners, enabling continuous software evolution and unlocking advanced levels of automation from L2 plus through to L4 as our core AI model scales. In a race increasingly defined by intelligence and real world learning, Wayve is taking a distinct approach, building a generalisable driving intelligence that can power any vehicle, anywhere. By combining embodied AI with scalable deployment, we are creating technology that can be shaped to each OEM brand and driver experience, accelerating the transition to a safer, more intelligent future of mobility. How we work 💻 — Locations & Flexible Working: Our main hubs are in London, Sunnyvale, Yokohama, Herzliya, Vancouver and Leonberg. We operate a hybrid working model that combines in-person collaboration in our dedicated office spaces with focused time working remotely. This gives our teams the connection and energy of working together, alongside the flexibility to do their best work in a way that fits their lives. 📋 The Interview Process: Our process is clear and respectful of your time: Initial call / recruiter screen (30 mins) Hiring manager Interview (30 mins) Deep-dive technical interviews (product sense, domain and system design; 3 hours total) Final interview : mission & values alignment (45 mins) We'll always explain the format and work around your availability. What's in it for you (Location dependent): 💰 Salaries benchmarked against the market annually 📈 Meaningful equity, sharing in the ownership and long term success of Wayve ✈️ Relocation support and visa sponsorship where applicable ✅ Hybrid working, core hours and the chance to work hands on in vehicle workshops and labs 📚 Learning and development budgets with support for training, conferences and growth 🩺 Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, retirement or pension where applicable, access to therapists, wellbeing partner discounts and more A quick, honest note before you apply. Wayve is not a mature, fully-structured place with the playbook already written. Much of how we work is still being written, and if you join, you'll help write it. That suits people who want real ownership more than people who need a settled structure from day one. If that sounds like the kind of problem you want to spend your time on, we'd really like to hear from you. At Wayve we're committed to creating a diverse, fair and respectful culture that is inclusive of everyone based on their unique skills and perspectives, and regardless of sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding) or any other basis as protected by applicable law. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager At Wolt, we create technology that brings local communities, merchants and customers closer together. What started with restaurant delivery has grown into a broader local commerce platform, helping customers discover and access more of what their cities have to offer. As our Retail business continues to grow, we're looking for a Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager to expand our selection of high-value regional retail partners. You'll join our Sales team and take ownership of some of the most important regional acquisition opportunities across priority retail verticals, helping shape what customers can find on Wolt in their cities. This role can be based in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich . What you'll be doing In this role, you'll own the acquisition and development of high-value regional Enterprise retail partners in Germany, from identifying and engaging the right prospects through commercial negotiations, signing and initial rollout. You'll combine strong commercial execution with a strategic view on which partners can have the greatest impact on Wolt's selection, coverage and long-term growth. Day-to-day in this role you'll: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for regional Enterprise retail opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting and signing. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of larger regional retailers and multi-location partners across priority verticals such as grocery, convenience, pet, pharmacy and beauty. Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners' businesses and create compelling commercial propositions that demonstrate the value of partnering with Wolt. Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with sustainable economics and Wolt's long-term business objectives. Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales process. Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to structure partnerships and enable successful launches. Take ownership beyond the signature, ensuring a strong handover and initial rollout so that newly acquired partners can successfully go live and scale. Use market insights, pipeline data and commercial learnings to identify opportunities, prioritize the highest-impact accounts and continuously improve our regional Enterprise sales approach. Contribute to sharing best practices and raising the bar for Enterprise sales execution across the wider team. Our humble expectations You have significant experience in B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships, ideally working with Enterprise or other complex, multi-stakeholder customers. You have a strong track record of independently managing and closing complex commercial opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature. You're an excellent negotiator and understand how to build partnerships that create sustainable value for both sides. You're comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both externally and across cross-functional internal teams. You combine a hands-on, results-oriented sales mindset with strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on their strategic impact. You're highly structured and comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. You're comfortable working with data and commercial metrics to evaluate opportunities, build business cases and inform decisions. You communicate clearly and persuasively and are fluent in German and English. What we offer This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the next phase of Wolt's Retail growth. You'll have direct ownership of high-impact regional partnerships and the autonomy to take opportunities from first conversation all the way through to launch. You'll work at the intersection of sales, strategy and operations, collaborating with experienced colleagues across Wolt while building relationships with some of the most important retailers in the market. The role offers substantial commercial ownership and exposure while giving you the opportunity to develop further in Enterprise sales and contribute to how we scale our Retail business. You'll also join a fast-moving international environment where good ideas can quickly turn into action, with the tools, support and trust to take ownership of your work and make a visible impact. Next steps If this sounds like an opportunity you'd be excited about, we'd love to hear from you. About Lendable Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world's leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start: One of the UK's most exciting unicorns with a team of over 800 people Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK Profitable since 2017 Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on Trustpilot ) So far, we've rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance . We get money into our customers' hands in minutes instead of days. We're growing fast, and there's a lot more to do: we're going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes. Join us if you want to Take ownership: you are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1 Work in small teams of exceptional people: Lendies are relentlessly resourceful. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions Build the best technology in-house : we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting About the role We're entering a once-in-a-company moment: a major step-change in our D2C marketing investment, a full rebrand of the company and product under the Zable brand, and a marketing function being built out at pace. This is one of the most exciting marketing builds in UK fintech right now, with the financial strength, customer base, and product depth to back it up. Direct Marketing is one of our highest-potential channels and we're hiring a leader to turn it into a scaled, precise, and defensible growth engine. We're looking for a Head of Direct Marketing to own the channel end-to-end: creative, sends, logistics, offers, and reporting, sourcing the data pipeline and user-data enrichment that let us target the right customer, with the right offer, at the right moment. Addressed direct mail is the core today, and you'll have the scope to extend into other formats. You'll lead the channel's dedicated analysts and work with our creative team. Your job is to set the direction: decide who we mail, with what offer and when, commission and challenge the selection and response models, and hold every campaign to CAC and LTV targets. Standalone direct marketing roles with this kind of budget and autonomy are rare. If you've got significant experience in acquisition mail and want to build and extend a channel your own way, at a profitable business with the product range and analytical capabilities to make it work, this is the role. What we're looking for: Essential: 5+ years in direct marketing, including at least 2–3 years owning an acquisition DM programme end to end: strategy, budget, data, production and results. A track record of mailing cold prospects at meaningful scale. You'll be able to talk through the volumes, budgets, response rates and CPAs you've been accountable for. Commercial ownership: you build the business case, forecast volumes and returns, and judge results on a marginal CAC basis rather than vanity metrics. Experience procuring data: working with data suppliers on list selection, screening, enrichment and cost. Deep knowledge of the DM supply chain: print, lettershop, Royal Mail products (Advertising Mail, Mailmark, partially addressed, door drops) and suppression (MPS, goneaways, deceased). A strongly commercial approach. You build the business case, forecast volumes and returns, own the channel P&L, and measure spend on CAC, ROI and payback rather than pieces mailed. Strong analytical judgement. You design test cells and holdouts, read results critically, and understand response and propensity modelling well enough to brief analysts, challenge their work and turn it into mailing decisions. Experience managing suppliers: tendering, negotiating, setting SLAs and keeping several partners to schedule. The ability to run a multi-drop campaign calendar across products, segments, creative, compliance sign-off, production and mail dates. Experience leading analysts and working closely with creative teams. A clear communicator who earns the trust of finance, risk, compliance and data teams. Demonstrable use of AI in your workflow. Desirable: Experience in acquisition mail in financial services, especially credit cards or loans, including prescreened or pre-approved offers and risk-based targeting. Experience standing up a data pipeline or enrichment stack (first-party + third-party / bureau data) Experience building a channel or function from scratch Background hiring and developing an analytics or design team You're a good fit if you're: Acquisition-minded: you're energised by finding new customers, not re-contacting existing ones. Commercially driven: you measure success in incremental LTV and payback, not response rate alone. A first-principles thinker: you argue from data and clean experiments, not received wisdom Organised: you can run several drops across multiple suppliers and still hit mailing deadlines. Energised by greenfield: you'd rather build the engine than tune someone else's What you'll be doing Strategy and commercials Own the direct marketing strategy and set volume, response and payback targets anchored to LTV. Own the channel P&L: forecasting, budget and CAC/LTV discipline. Decide how far and how fast to scale, based on the economics. Data and targeting Source and buy prospect data from bureaus and brokers, and combine it with our first-party data. Direct the analysts building the response and propensity models that decide who we mail, with what offer and when. Work with risk analysts to shape offers around eligibility and lifetime value. Campaigns and supplier management Plan and run the campaign calendar, from data selection to the mail landing on doormats. Select, negotiate with and manage print and postal suppliers on cost, quality and turnaround. Brief the creative team on packs, copy and offers, and take them through compliance sign-off. Reporting & Team Build the reporting that ties sends to funnel, revenue and LTV and report on channel performance Partner with data, product, risk, finance and the creative team to unlock targeting and offers Hire and develop the team as the channel scales, and use AI to let a small team punch above its weight Life at Lendable Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world's most successful fintech companies Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
