The Music Mission team owns Spotify 's end to end proposition for music creators and the experiences they create for fans. The organization is dedicated to building tools and services to enable creation, promotion, expression, and monetization at scale. Our team makes music videos easy for fans to discover and meaningful for artists, powered by scalable, intelligent infrastructure that grows with our catalog. We're building personalized music video playlists, sorting videos into meaningful categories, and learning which videos listeners are most likely to love, then helping that content reach the right people. As a Backend Engineer, you'll help shape how millions of listeners experience music videos on Spotify, working alongside Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, and partners across product and design. What You'll Do Build and run production backend systems that improve how listeners discover and enjoy music videos. Design, develop, and evolve scalable backend services and APIs that support high-traffic parts of the Spotify app. Develop and maintain Java services and Scio data pipelines used by millions of listeners every day. Partner with product managers and engineers to solve complex problems and create smooth, enjoyable experiences for listeners. Contribute to system design, code quality, and reliable, well-run systems as part of an autonomous, cross-functional squad. Explore and experiment with AI tools available at Spotify to improve how we build and ship. Who You Are You have experience with Java or another JVM language, and familiarity with (or interest in learning) data pipeline tools like Scio, Apache Beam, or similar. You've built and operated distributed, high-volume services in production, ideally on a cloud platform such as Google Cloud Platform. You're comfortable with system design, data structures, and algorithms, and use data to inform how you design systems and make decisions. You work directly with partners to understand their needs and turn them into scalable backend systems, APIs, and pipelines. You enjoy working in teams where experimentation and iteration are part of everyday work. You care about code quality, reliability, and maintainability, and take pride in shipping well-crafted work. You bring a collaborative mindset and are comfortable working across team boundaries. Experience in data engineering or machine learning is a bonus, not a requirement. Where You'll Be We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. This team operates within the US Eastern timezone for collaboration Compensation Additional Information The United States base range for this position is $151,942–$189,927 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future. Spotify is an equal opportunity employer. You are welcome at Spotify for who you are, no matter where you come from, what you look like, or what's playing in your headphones. Our platform is for everyone, and so is our workplace. The more voices we have represented and amplified in our business, the more we will all thrive, contribute, and be forward-thinking! So bring us your personal experience, your perspectives, and your background. It's in our differences that we will find the power to keep revolutionizing the way the world listens. At Spotify, we are passionate about inclusivity and making sure our entire recruitment process is accessible to everyone. We have ways to request reasonable accommodations during the interview process and help assist in what you need. If you need accommodations at any stage of the application or interview process, please let us know - we're here to support you in any way we can.

Customer Experience Engineer I/II
HarnessCanada, USA (Fully Remote)23 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior
pythonbashnode.jsawsazuregcp+15

Harness is the AI Software Delivery Platform company, led by technologist and entrepreneur Jyoti Bansal (founder of AppDynamics, acquired by Cisco for $3.7B). Harness has raised approximately $570M in funding and is valued at $5.5B, backed by leading investors including Goldman Sachs, Menlo Ventures, IVP, Unusual Ventures, Citi Ventures, and more. As AI accelerates code creation, the real bottleneck has shifted to everything after the code – testing, deployments, application security, reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. Harness brings AI and automation to this "outer loop," helping teams ship software faster while maintaining security and governance throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle. Powered by Harness AI and the Software Delivery Knowledge Graph, the Harness Platform applies deep context and intelligent automation across the software delivery lifecycle with governance and policy-driven controls embedded throughout the platform. Over the past year, Harness powered over 185M deployments, 82M builds, 18T flag evaluations, 8M security scans, 9.1B optimized tests, 3T protected API calls, and helped manage $2.8B in cloud spend — enabling customers like United Airlines, Morningstar, and Choice Hotels to accelerate releases by up to 75%, reduce cloud costs by up to 60%, and achieve 10x DevOps efficiency. With a global team across 26 offices and 27 countries, Harness is shaping the future of AI software delivery — and we're looking for exceptional talent to help us move even faster. About the Role Join our Customer Engineering team, where you'll own complex, often ambiguous technical issues for enterprise customers, broken pipelines, deployment failures, connectivity problems, misconfigured infrastructure through to resolution, and feed what you learn back to Product and Engineering. This role works whether you're early in your career and want to get hands-on with real production systems fast, with mentorship built in or you're an experienced DevOps/SRE/platform engineer who wants direct customer impact without giving up hands-on coding. What You'll Do Own customer cases end-to-end on your team, triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution across Kubernetes, ECS, Docker, and AWS/GCP/Azure including occasional customer build engagements (~20–30% of time) where you'll shadow and co-build alongside a senior engineer. Contribute to customer-facing tooling and small product fixes alongside Product and Engineering, turning patterns from your casework into reusable diagnostics, dashboards, or bug fixes. Lead or actively participate in customer calls and screen shares, communicating findings clearly to both engineers and managers. Build internal scripts and diagnostic tools that speed up the team's casework, with growing exposure to our AI/LLM-powered internal tooling as that practice matures. Turn recurring patterns into run books, playbooks, and reusable templates for the broader team. What You Bring 2+ years in a customer-facing engineering, DevOps, SRE, or platform role or equivalent depth from internships, personal projects, or open-source work. Depth and curiosity matter more than years. Hands-on with Kubernetes, ECS, and Docker, plus at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Solid grasp of CI/CD concepts and Linux/networking fundamentals. Scripting ability (Python, Node.js, Bash, or similar) and enough coding experience : coursework, projects, or professionals to read source code and make small, guided changes. Clear written and verbal communication comfortable driving a customer call and writing up findings for both engineers and managers. A fast learner, comfortable getting hands-on in unfamiliar systems. What You'll Grow Into This team gives you a runway most CXE II roles don't: Leading customer build engagements independently, as you build a track record beyond shadowing. Contributing more deeply to internal AI/LLM tooling as the practice matures. Exposure to observability tooling, Infrastructure-as-Code, AI agents/MCP, and secrets management. Work Location Remote - United States/Canada What you will have at Harness Competitive salary Comprehensive healthcare benefits Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Flexible work schedule Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Time Off and Parental Leave Monthly, quarterly, and annual social and team building events Monthly internet reimbursement Pay transparency $100,000—$135,000 USD Harness in the news: Accelerating Our Mission to Bring AI to Everything After Code Goldman Sachs leads investment in software delivery startup Harness at $5.5 billion valuation How Harness runs 16 "startups within a startup" at scale | Jyoti Bansal Harness Research Shows AI Visibility Crisis Fueling Security Nightmare Harness has been named to the Inc. Sales Director, Enterprise Sales
RoboflowUSA (Fully Remote)23 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector$100,000 - $100,000 / Year
machine learningcomputer visioninsurancecoachingsalesenterprise sales+3

Who We Are Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too. We're building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow's machine learning open source and hosted tools. That includes counting cells to accelerate cancer research, improving construction site safety , digitizing floor plans , preserving coral reef populations , guiding drone flight , and much more . Roboflow is supported by great customers and investors, having raised over 63 million from Y Combinator, Google Ventures, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, amongst other leading software investors. Roboflowers love building great things with passionate teammates. We value ownership, accountability, and a bias toward action—whether it's a big initiative or a small fix. Many of us have founder mindsets and thrive in Roboflow's high-autonomy environment—some even started as side hustlers in school. The Mandate This is a frontline enterprise leadership role. You will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for net-new logo acquisition and high-velocity expansion. Our model is Land-and-Expand. Initial use cases convert into broader platform adoption, and it is common to build toward seven-figure deals within the first 12 months of a new enterprise relationship. Your team is expected to open the door and systematically expand the footprint. What You Own 1. The Number Full team quota attainment. You manage coverage, pipeline quality, and conversion discipline with extreme ownership. Forecast accuracy. We operate with transparency. If the number misses, you own the post-mortem and the correction. 2. Pipeline Culture The Standard: Minimum 2+ net new meetings and 1+ qualified net new opportunity per rep, per week. Self-Sufficiency: Pipeline is generated by the reps, not outsourced to marketing or SDRs. Outbound discipline is enforced, inspected, and coached daily. We build pipeline; we don't wait for it. 3. Deal Quality & Inspection Rigorous Qualification: Weekly structured deal reviews. We do not tolerate "framework theater"- you are expected to surface the truth of a deal, identify gaps in real-time, and drive a credible path forward. Truth over Optimism: Deals are inspected for use case alignment, economic buyer access, and implementation feasibility. 4. Coaching & Standards Tell, Show, Observe, Feedback: You provide live deal coaching and call reviews. You don't just tell reps what to do; you show them. Methodology: We run Command of the Message–style value selling. You are expected to uphold and evolve this standard across the team. 5. Recruiting as a Discipline Talent Density: Proactive talent mapping and a continuous recruiting motion. You aren't just backfilling; you are upgrading the team over time with a clear, high-bar hiring rubric. Candidate Profile Non-Negotiables Leadership Track Record: You have led enterprise AEs and consistently hit team quota. High-Performing IC Roots: You were a top-tier individual contributor before moving into leadership. You know what excellence looks like because that was you. Outbound Grit: You have built outbound pipeline discipline yourself and can explain how to replicate it. Deal Intuition: You can run a live, unscripted deal review and improve the deal's probability of closing in real-time. Scale Experience: You have operated in the $10M–$200M ARR growth stage where structure is evolving and the pressure is constant. Strong Preferences Experience selling AI/ML, developer tools, data infrastructure, or technical platforms. Experience with $100K+ ACV and multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles. Formal training in Command of the Message or an equivalent value-based methodology. Background of flourishing within rigorous enterprise sales organizations. Why This Is a Meaningful Seat Vision AI is becoming infrastructure for the physical world. Organizations are deploying vision systems in production now. They aren't experimenting. We are early enough that the leaders here will define how this category sells and scales. This is a durable business with real customers, real deployments, and a credible path to a meaningful exit. The Interview Process We run a rigorous process because the seat demands it: Initial Conversation: Context, motivations, and standards. Deep Dive: Detailed walkthrough of your deals, hiring decisions, and operating rhythm. Challenge Interview: Present a 30/60/90-day plan and defend it under pressure. References: We triangulate beyond your provided list. What You'll Receive: The target compensation for this role is $400k OTE- this uncapped. In addition to our cash compensation, we offer generous perks and benefits. Below are some of the highlights: $4000/yr Travel Stipend to travel anywhere anytime to work alongside other Roboflowers $350/mo Productivity stipend to spend on things that make your work environment more productive, like high-speed internet at home or a co-working space $350/mo AI Tools stipend $150/mo team lunch stipend $500/one time home office stipend Cover up to 100% of your health insurance costs for you and your partner or family Equity in the company so we are all invested in the future of computer vision Equal Employment Opportunity At Roboflow, we believe great ideas come from everywhere—and everyone. We're proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics.

Not all heroes wear capes — but plenty of them use toilet paper Want to challenge yourself at a purpose-led scale up AND make a difference in the world? Come join the revolootion! Funny name, serious business We are a leading eco-friendly household essentials business and we donate 50% of our profits to help everyone gain access to clean water and a toilet. As of June 2026, we've contributed over $20 million AUD to this mission. Basically, we're really good at making it easy to do good. We operate scaling businesses in the UK, US, Australia and Canada, with our amazing team based in Australia, the UK, the Philippines, China, and the US. Our 250+ people aim to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next 5-10 years, we're hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services. A bit about the role Delivering a bulky box of toilet paper from our warehouse to a customer's doorstep is a complex operational challenge, and one of our biggest levers for environmental impact. The way we architect our global logistics network will define our sustainability footprint, customer experience, and commercial strength - which means donations - in a major way. That is why this role exists. As our new Head of Global Logistics, you will take end-to-end ownership of warehousing and last-mile delivery across Australia, the US, the UK and Europe, while guiding expansion into scaling markets like Canada. Reporting to our Chief Supply Chain Officer and partnering closely with our GM of Supply Chain Operations, you will lead established regional Logistics Managers, their teams and partners across UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. Your mission: elevate their strong existing local foundations into a unified global strategy, sharpening commercial rigor and setting a clear trajectory for the function that meets the needs of our hugely ambitious next phase of global growth. If you worked here this past month, here are some things you might have been involved in: Supported the expansion of our UK 3PL model, including contracting and integrating our new partner, with no gap in service for customers Shaped the logistics design for a major retail growth push in the USA, and help build the commercial models for an upcoming US retail range review Partnered with Finance on our reporting architecture, and explored how AI can give us deeper insight into cost drivers Supported your in-market team through a major carrier RFP and negotiation, then took the Exec team through the final decision criteria, showing how the decision ladders to our 5-year strategy and what our volume growth and partnership mean for us and the partner. Coached your team through a rate review negotiation with an existing 3PL Coached regional leads as they build business cases, such as expanding a dedicated, branded electric vehicle fleet for last-mile delivery Brought the logistics cost perspective into product design conversations with our commercial team, such as the cost impact of pack size, before the design is locked Identified AI optimisation opportunities across your team and across our global tech stack Let's talk about you You think in cost per order, not cost per truck. You understand the economics of last mile delivery and warehousing at a level that goes deep into the cost drivers and market economics. You can decompose cost per order into its levers, model what a network design choice does to it, build a capital business case, and walk into a carrier negotiation with a genuine point of view on the other side's cost structure. You've made structural calls before; aggregator versus direct, make versus buy, whether an automation investment stacks up, and you've lived with the consequences. You can hold a five-year view and a next-quarter view at the same time, and you drive a metrics and insight led culture across your teams and partnerships. You lead leaders, and you play well with peers. Leading three established regional Logistics Managers across distinct global markets, your mission is to empower local ownership while providing a unified global vision, commercial rigor, and clear operational standards. You excel at coaching high-performing talent, keeping senior team members challenged, engaged, and motivated. Partnering closely alongside a GM-level peer, you bring a proactive, relationship-first approach to align shared outcomes, establish clear boundaries, and build strong cross-functional partnerships You build with AI, you don't just use it. You lead and inspire your team to design workflows and processes that make them faster and more capable, building a culture of learning, testing and documenting AI-enabled ways of working. The outcomes you seek are those that make your team or partners faster and more capable. You also think through the architecture needed to unlock our next level of AI and technology. You know where human judgement has to stay in the loop and are able to lead our team through the transformations that lie ahead with empathy and care. You give a crap. Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too! Why should you work with us? First off, as a certified B Corp™, we work to make a difference every day while maintaining the high standards of social and environmental impact. We're in very good company with other exceptional B Corps around the world. We also believe that helping to make the world a better place should be rewarded accordingly. That's why we offer competitive, market informed salaries, meaningful support towards healthcare for our team around the world, generous paid leave, tailored learning and development opportunities, and free toilet paper (yes, you read that right). Our engagement surveys (thanks Culture Amp!) tell us that our team is really proud (over 90%) to work for Who Gives A Crap and, well, we couldn't be more proud of that. Have you made it this far? If you're still reading, we think there's a strong chance you might be our kind of person. Here's the thing, though — research suggests that 60% of women and underrepresented folks might have already talked themselves out of applying. Even if you don't check every box above, we want to encourage you to introduce yourself. We believe a diversity of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger — and the stronger our team, the closer we are to delivering toilets and clean water for all.
