Senior Lifecycle & Retention Manager
CosunoBerlin/Remote (Fully Remote)41 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior€65,000 - €65,000 / Year
gosqlprocurementcrmsalesforcesales+3

Your Mission Cosuno is a B2B marketplace connecting general contractors and subcontractors across the construction industry. As our Senior Lifecycle & Retention Manager, you'll build the growth engine that turns new users into active, paying and retained customers — and move us toward an AI-native, signal-driven system that decides what happens next on its own. You'll be one of the first to join the marketing lead in a lean marketing team: you'll shape how it operates as it scales, not just execute inside a fixed setup. What you'll do You build the CRM programmes and lifecycle journeys that drive adoption and conversion — from first tender discovery to paid conversion for subcontractors, and early product adoption to repeat tendering for construction companies. Together with the Marketing Lead, you build an agentic, signal-driven system that turns behavioural data, call insights and enrichment signals into personalised next-best-action triggers — replacing static journeys with ones that decide what happens next on their own. You experiment and measure with A/B tests and holdout groups, so decisions are based on incremental impact, not campaign output. You scale what works into a repeatable system, not one-off campaigns. You connect journeys with Sales and Customer Success, handing off to a human touch when that's more effective than automation. You use CRM as a lever for marketplace liquidity — getting the right subcontractors onto the right tenders — and orchestrate email, in-app, transactional comms and marketplace recommendations as one journey with Product. You support growth programmes such as referrals — from design through CRM execution. What You Bring You've owned CRM, lifecycle, retention or growth programmes and can show the commercial impact they created — ideally in B2B SaaS or a two-sided business model. You've directly influenced conversion, activation or retention metrics and are confident with data and experimentation. You're genuinely AI-native: proven experience building AI-driven automation or agentic CRM systems, not just using AI to write copy faster. You write and run SQL queries independently. You go from data → insight → idea → implementation → result without needing someone else to define every step, and you like solving ambiguous problems and building from scratch. You work effectively across Product, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering, and care more about measurable business impact than campaign output. A plus: hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign and Salesforce (or comparable CRM tools). Fluent in written and spoken German and English. Your Benefits Room to shape and grow: One of the first marketing hires — real ownership of lifecycle and CRM, with plenty of space to make an impact. AI at the core: Our product uses AI to analyze millions of price data points and help construction companies bid better — and we invest in it just as much internally. You'll build with the latest tools and move fast, not wait for approval. Competitive compensation: Salary above market average, permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company. Work-life balance: Fully remote or from our office in Berlin Kreuzberg, flexible hours. Top-notch equipment: A new MacBook Pro. A great team: Open, international, with regular off-sites and team events. Growth & feedback: Open feedback culture with regular 1:1s and development conversations. About us Cosuno – Revolutionizing construction through technology. We are Cosuno – a fast-growing tech startup that is making the construction industry more efficient and transparent with our digital platform for tenders and procurement processes. Our goal: to solve the most complex challenges in the industry with innovation and simplicity. Join us – Build the future of construction. Field Marketing & Partnerships Manager
CosunoBerlin/Remote (Fully Remote)41 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteMid€55,000 - €55,000 / Year
procurementsalespartnershipsprocurementlogisticslean

Your Mission Cosuno is a B2B marketplace connecting general contractors and subcontractors across the construction industry. As our Field Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you'll build Cosuno's presence in the industry beyond our digital channels — trade fairs, conferences, partnerships and our own event formats. This isn't primarily an event-logistics role: you'll decide where Cosuno should show up, build formats and partnerships that make that presence matter, and turn every event and relationship into visibility, pipeline and proof points. You'll be one of the first to join the marketing lead in a lean marketing team: you'll shape how it operates as it scales, not just execute inside a fixed setup. Your Responsibilities You shape event strategy alongside the marketing lead — identify and evaluate trade fairs, conferences and industry events worth Cosuno's time, and help build the annual calendar and budget priorities. You run events end-to-end — booths, logistics, suppliers, deadlines and on-site execution — working closely with Sales to bring the right prospects and customers into the room. You build Cosuno-owned formats — customer dinners, roundtables, breakfasts, workshops and webinars that bring customers, prospects and partners together. You build partnerships and industry relationships — media, associations, event organisers and commercial partners — finding ways to contribute expertise, not just sponsor or attend. You turn customers, experts and events into visibility — success stories, speaking, podcast and video opportunities, and reusable content for Marketing and Sales. You make it commercially valuable — target-account outreach with Sales, structured follow-up, and tracking what events and partnerships actually generate in relationships and pipeline, so no lead falls through the cracks. What You Bring You've owned events, field marketing, community or partnerships in a B2B environment and can show the commercial impact they created — not just attendance numbers. You've organised or owned trade fairs, conferences or field-marketing programmes end-to-end. You move comfortably between strategy and execution — contributing to decisions on which events are worth Cosuno's time, then sorting the last logistics detail yourself. You're a strong communicator and relationship-builder, confident approaching customers, executives, partners and suppliers — and you can prepare and coach speakers. You have a strong sense for what makes an event feel well executed, not just organised, and you'd rather build from scratch than follow a playbook. You think beyond attendance numbers — relationships, opportunities and pipeline — and work effectively across Marketing, Sales and Customer teams. Fluent German and strong English. Your Benefits Room to shape and grow: One of the first marketing hires — real ownership of events and partnerships, with plenty of space to make an impact. A product worth talking about: AI that analyzes millions of price data points to help construction companies bid better — something the industry actually wants to hear about at every fair and roundtable. Competitive compensation: Salary above market average, permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company. Work-life balance: Berlin Kreuzberg office or hybrid, flexible hours. Top-notch equipment: A new MacBook Pro. A great team: Open, international, with regular off-sites and team events.
