Account Executive (m/f/d)
BliqBerlin, Germany32 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteExecutive
crmsalesb2c salesoutboundaccount executiveresearch

Your mission At Bliq, we are building and launching driverless vehicles for everyday life and business operations across Europe. We are looking for a Account Executive to help bring them to customers. You will acquire business and individual customers across European markets and own the commercial process end-to-end: identify and engage prospects, run discovery, demonstrate the product in person, design the right commercial and operating model for each customer, build proposals, negotiate, and close. Our customers can look very different. One week, you may be discussing a fleet deployment with a taxi or car-sharing company. The next, you may be showing the vehicle to a real-estate company, law firm, mobility operator, or prospective individual customer. This is not a role where you inherit a mature market, established category, and optimized sales playbook. Driverless technology is only getting started in Europe. You will need to understand unfamiliar customer problems quickly, figure out how Bliq can solve them, and help us discover how this technology should be sold. You will work closely with the Commercial Lead and founders to refine Bliq's sales playbook market by market. Responsibilities Own the sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract Build pipeline through targeted outbound and proactive prospecting across European markets Run sharp discovery conversations that uncover customer operations, economics, pain points, and decision criteria Conduct live Bliq vehicle demos and turn the experience into a compelling commercial conversation Develop deployment concepts together with prospects, including use case, fleet size, operating model, responsibilities, economics, and rollout plan Create proposals, commercial models, LOIs, and contracts together with the relevant internal teams Navigate complex buying processes involving operators, management teams, fleet owners, partners, and other stakeholders Build relationships with customers across mobility, taxi, car sharing, rental, real estate, professional services, and other relevant sectors Own defined markets and be accountable for commercial progress within them Keep CRM data, pipeline, next steps, and forecasts accurate Test new segments, messages, channels, and commercial models and turn what works into repeatable processes Work closely with the Customer Deployment team to make sure signed customers can actually be deployed successfully Represent Bliq at customer meetings, industry events, demos, and market visits across Europe Support B2C sales initiatives when they become part of the GTM strategy Bring customer feedback directly into Bliq's product, operations, and commercial decisions Your profile Apply if this describes you: You have at least 2 years of Account Executive or comparable full-cycle sales experience You are a hunter and enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for inbound demand You learn quickly and can become credible on a complex technical product without hiding behind technical jargon You are excellent face-to-face and comfortable walking into an important customer meeting, running the room, and demonstrating a physical product You are customer-first and care about finding solutions that make customers satisfied You have strong commercial judgment and understand how to turn customer needs into a viable deal You write clearly and can produce concise, convincing emails, proposals, and commercial documents You are highly organized and detail-oriented; pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and commitments do not get lost You have CRM experience and understand disciplined sales processes Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is a plus You know how to use AI to research, prepare, analyze, and move faster while keeping the thinking and customer judgment your own You have a figure-it-out mindset and remain effective when there is no existing template for the problem You are comfortable owning a market or commercial project and being measured by the outcome You can work professionally in German and English; additional European languages are a plus You are based in Berlin You are willing to travel regularly across Europe Experience selling hardware, mobility, automotive, physical technology, or other operationally complex products is a strong plus This role will probably not suit you if you want an established sales process, a narrowly defined territory, a predictable product demo, or a manager telling you exactly what to do next. It will suit you if you want to help create a category, sell something people can experience in the real world, and build the commercial machine while running it. Why us? Sell a product people are excited about Build Bliq's sales playbook together with the Commercial Lead Work directly with the founders and senior team Own meaningful customer relationships and markets from an early stage Work on complex deals combining technology, vehicles, operations, economics, and regulation See deals move from your first message to vehicles operating on public roads with the customer Fast decisions, direct feedback, and no bureaucracy Strong compensation package with meaningful upside for performance Significant room to grow as Bliq expands across European markets Tips for a successful application Show us that you can sell. Generic applications tell us very little. Tell us what you have personally owned and what results you produced. If you have built pipeline, opened a new market, sold a difficult product, or closed an unusual deal, tell us how. Use AI as a tool. Make sure the thinking and personality in your application are yours. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Role Hive Robotics is building Europe's first full-stack orchestration platform for unmanned systems: connecting, controlling, and commanding multi-vendor drone and robot swarms. Our RF communication systems are Made in Germany, deployed on active frontlines, and targeting a highly valued tactical communication market with zero sovereign alternatives today. As our first dedicated Account Executive, you own the sales pipeline: every opportunity from a lead to a signed contract. You take over our existing customer accounts and drive the opportunities our founders and Business Development have opened, with the first new deals expected to close within 3 months. You currently report to the CEO. This role is customer-facing by design: expect 30–50% travel to customer sites, procurement offices, partners and trade fairs across Germany and Europe, sometimes internationally. The rest of the time you work alongside Engineering, Product Management and our Field Application Engineers. Responsibilities Own the funnel from the first qualified conversation to signature. Our founders and Business Development open doors with customers, partners and the wider ecosystem. From there the opportunity is yours: you qualify it, drive it and close it, pulling the founders back in only when a deal needs them. Leads you generate yourself count just as much, this isn't exclusively BD's territory. Qualify hard and early. Run discovery against a fixed gate (pain, budget, decision-making unit, timing) before we invest engineering time in a technical deep dive, and keep a clear next step with a date on every opportunity. Lead the customer's buying team through a hardware buying cycle: end users, engineers, procurement, legal and IT, across long evaluations, equipment trials run as projects, integration questions and security reviews. Orchestrate the deal team. Bring in our engineers and Field Application Engineers for demos, trials and technical deep dives, and Product Management for configuration and fit. You decide when a deal needs them and what they're there to do. Own our active customers commercially: account plans, follow-on orders, upsells and expansion into new units and use cases, every escalation that touches the relationship, and regular account reviews with the Field Application Engineer who owns adoption. Turn deployed systems into the next deal: reference visits, customer quotes and case material that you or the founders can use to open new accounts. Own the offer: configuration and pricing, terms and conditions, the cost-benefit case on the customer's own data, and the project plan to signature. Lead our responses to RFPs and tenders where they apply, and build the templates so every proposal starts from a proven base. Get a trial agreement signed before any trial starts: scope, duration, success criteria, pilot price and the path to the main contract. You drive it, Operations owns the paperwork. Close, and hand over cleanly. Request the contract from Operations, keep the customer and the internal side moving, and sign. Then hand over to Operations as a confirmed customer order and to the Field Application Engineer for onboarding. Keep the pipeline honest: stage discipline, forecast and CRM hygiene, and a weekly pipeline review you run for the founders Requirements Must Have 7+ years in B2B sales of technical products into complex, multi-stakeholder deals, ideally in a scale up company You have sold hardware, or hardware combined with software and firmware: physical systems with configurations, lead times, integration work and delivery commitments behind them Comfortable selling to technical and non-technical stakeholders in the same room, and knowing when to bring in the engineers Hands-on daily work in a CRM and a disciplined qualification method (e.g. MEDDPICC): your forecast is something the company can plan on Closer's mindset: you treat an opportunity without a next step and a date as a problem, not a pipeline entry Structured working style: your offers, decisions and customer commitments are written down so that Operations, the field team and the founders can act on them without asking Willingness to travel 30–50 % across Germany and Europe, occasionally beyond Europe Fluent English (German is a very big plus) Eligibility and willingness to undergo security vetting for access to some customer sites Nice to Have An existing network or experience selling to the DACH defense ecosystem: armed forces, procurement offices, primes, integrators Technical fluency in RF communication, embedded systems, unmanned systems, command-and-control or robotics Experience building a sales pipeline or sales function from scratch rather than inheriting one Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem. This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. THE ROLE We are looking for a security-cleared (enhanced UK Government) Senior Systems Engineer to join our Public Sector, Defence and Defence Industrial Base team as a trusted senior technical pre-sales partner to our Account Executives and channel partners across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will help government departments, defence customers, and defence industrial base partners understand how our storage and data platform solutions solve mission critical business and technical challenges, and you will play a key part in advancing opportunities from discovery through technical validation and close. This is a highly collaborative, customer facing role for a senior technical professional with strong storage fundamentals, a consultative mindset, and the confidence to engage in technical conversations with senior stakeholders across government, defence, and industry. A meaningful part of the role is also enabling partner SEs so they can independently position and scale our solutions across the public sector and defence market. This role is remote based. There is an expectation that you will travel regularly across the UK and Ireland to meet customers and partners in person, including on-site visits to government, defence, and defence industrial base locations as required. WHAT YOU'LL DO Partner closely with Account Executives on public sector and defence opportunities, joining discovery conversations, territory planning, shaping solution direction, and helping move deals forward through the funnel. Act as a senior technical lead within a pool of SEs supporting the Public Sector, Defence and Defence Industrial Base business, providing mentorship and technical direction to less experienced colleagues. Translate customer requirements, including those with specific government and defence security, accreditation, and compliance considerations, into clear technical architectures, proposals, sizing, quotes, and solution concepts that build confidence and accelerate decision making. Run technical presentations, demos, workshops, and follow-up sessions for government departments, defence customers, and defence industrial base primes and SMEs, both remotely and on-site across the UK and Ireland. Enable and coach channel partner SEs through workshops, bootcamps, and joint customer engagement so partners can better position and scale solutions across the public sector and defence market. Validate technical fit for opportunities, including storage architecture, protocols, virtualisation environments, and broader infrastructure considerations, with attention to the security and resilience requirements common in government and defence environments. Collaborate across Systems Engineering, Sales, Partners, Support, Product, and other internal teams to solve customer challenges and deliver a strong buying experience for public sector and defence stakeholders. Participate in internal training, pipeline reviews, technical enablement, and ongoing knowledge sharing across the team, including sharing domain expertise on public sector and defence procurement and requirements. WHAT YOU BRING 10+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, systems engineering, solution architecture, or a similar customer facing technical role in the technology industry, ideally including experience with public sector, defence, or defence industrial base customers. Strong grounding in storage and infrastructure fundamentals; storage experience is strongly preferred, and post-sales experience can also be relevant if paired with customer facing commercial capability. Good understanding of block, file, and object storage, along with related technologies such as FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN, virtualisation, and VMware-style environments. Familiarity with UK government and defence procurement frameworks (such as G-Cloud and Crown Commercial Service frameworks), security classifications, and accreditation processes is highly valuable. Ability to lead consultative technical discovery and engage confidently with senior customers, prospects, and partners across government, defence, and industry in both business and technical conversations. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and credibly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior government and defence stakeholders. A collaborative, curious, and proactive working style, with a willingness to learn quickly, excellent technical discovery and qualification skills, and the confidence to ask questions when needed. Experience working with or through channel partners and defence industrial base primes and SMEs is highly valuable, as partner enablement is a significant part of the role. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through. Completed enhanced UK Government security vetting required. Note: this role can be based remotely anywhere in the UK. Regular travel across the UK to be on-site with customers and partners should be expected as a core part of the role. #LI-REMOTE WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US: Innovation : We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production. The old way doesn't work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don't. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation. Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.
