AI is being run everywhere, by humans and agents. Harmonic Security governs all of it. The AI Governance and Control (AIGC) platform understands user / agent intent and data context in real time, giving security teams visibility and control across every tool and workflow so companies can move faster with AI while minimizing risk. We operate in one of the fastest-moving spaces in tech: the emerging intersection of AI and cybersecurity. It's a market still being defined, and we're among the first to build natively for it - protecting sensitive data in real time, at the endpoint, with minimal friction for the teams using it. Enterprises get full visibility and control. Their people get to innovate without guardrails slowing them down. Named to the Rising in Cyber 2026 list, Harmonic is gaining serious recognition and serious traction. We're led by deep cybersecurity expertise and backed by investors who know the space: N47, Ten Eleven Ventures, and In-Q-Tel. As AI adoption inside the enterprise accelerates, the ability to safely observe, control, and enforce policy in real time isn't a nice-to-have. It's mission-critical infrastructure. That's what we build. How We Work: AI-First by Design Harmonic exists to help enterprises adopt AI safely and at scale. We hold ourselves to that same standard. Everyone here actively leverages AI tools to perform their best work, from deep research and writing to building robust processes and automating complex workflows. We expect every new hire to bring a genuine curiosity for AI and a commitment to using it to work smarter, faster, and with greater creativity. For some, this involves tinkering and remaining open to emerging tools; for others, it means architecting entirely new systems with AI at the core. We will be transparent about expectations for every role and provide the tools and support needed for you to thrive. The Role We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to take full ownership of a product area focusing on AI Surfaces - the ever-evolving set of places, tools and apps where AI governance has to operate. This is a broad, high-leverage part of what Harmonic builds and sells. You'll be the person who decides which outcomes matter most, in what order we go after them, and be accountable for the value delivered to our customers and our business. This isn't a role where the strategy arrives fully formed and your job is to deliver it. The market we operate in is changing week to week, and often in ways nobody predicted. A large part of this role is forming a view on where it's heading before all of the evidence is conclusive, committing to that view strongly enough that the team can act on it, and adapting your view when things inevitably change. What You'll Do Owning a product area end to end, from deciding where it should go over the coming year to the detail of what ships next, and being able to explain and defend the reasoning behind both. Building and holding a point of view on where your part of the market is going, grounded in what you're hearing from customers, what competitors are doing and how the technology itself is moving. Deciding which outcomes in your area deserve investment and in what order, and setting out clearly what success looks like so that we can tell honestly when something is or isn't working. Spending a real share of your time with existing customers and prospects, on sales calls, in proof-of-value engagements, being comfortable leading those conversations with different types of people such as CISOs, CIOs and the people who work for them. Collaborating closely across the business, particularly with engineering, design, sales, customer success, so that you can influence decisions well beyond your own team without needing formal authority to do it. Getting hands-on at the solution level, whether that means exploring an API, pulling and interrogating data yourself, or testing an idea yourself before committing engineering time to it. Raising the bar for how product work gets done here, so that the way you frame problems, write things down and make decisions becomes something other people start borrowing. What You'll Bring You've owned something substantial before, a product area or a connected set of problems where you set the direction rather than inheriting it. You'll also have strong conviction, because in a market moving this quickly, waiting for certainty often means arriving late. We need someone who is willing to say where they think things are going and stand behind it, while being honest enough with themselves to change course when the evidence tells them otherwise. We would much rather hear a clear view that turns out to be wrong than an overly careful one that rarely commits to anything. You're also energised by the reality of a startup, where priorities shift, information is incomplete and a lot of what you'll need doesn't exist yet, which means you'll often be building the product and the way of working around it at the same time. If that sounds like a frustration rather than the appeal, this probably isn't the right role for you. Nice to have Experience in B2B, particularly selling to and working with large enterprises. A background in security, data protection or a related field. This isn't a requirement, because we care far more about how quickly you can get to grips with a domain than whether you already know this one. Experience with products that are enabled via an endpoint agent. You live and breathe AI trends and latest developments to apply it directly in your role Why Join Us This isn't just a job - it's a chance to help define a category. For some, this involves tinkering and remaining open to emerging tools; for others, it means architecting entirely new systems with AI at the core. We will be transparent about expectations for every role and provide the tools and support needed for you to thrive. The role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who will start by owning our APIs, webhooks and integrations, and the value they deliver for customers. That means bringing Harmonic's AI Risk and Usage Intelligence into the tools our customers already use, and letting them set controls and policies without leaving their existing workflows. Over time it will also mean making it easier for partners to build with us, and shaping how AI agents connect to tools and data. You'll treat integrations as a product with real users, not just plumbing, and you'll decide which connections matter most and build them well. As Harmonic grows, we expect the scope of the role to grow with it. The market we work in changes quickly enough that we need everyone in product to have a view on where it's heading. In this role, that view is about the ecosystem around us: which platforms our customers are standardising on and where Harmonic needs to connect to them in a year's time. We'll expect you to form that view and hold it with conviction, even when challenged by others. What You'll Do Owning our APIs, webhooks, MCP servers and integrations end to end, deciding what gets built, for whom and in what order, and being able to defend that order clearly. Collaborating with our commercial and partnerships teams to understand where integrations and partner opportunities create real value for customers, and translating that into products people use. Deciding which integrations are worth building and which aren't, using your judgement and understanding of our other product areas to determine where the benefits can be felt the most. Holding technical conversations with engineers, both ours and those at partners and customers, covering API design, authentication, and common integration patterns to understand how systems fit together and how they might break. Spending real time with existing customers and prospects, including sales calls and proof-of-value engagements where an integration can make or break a deal, and holding your own in conversations with CISOs, CIOs and their technical teams. Getting hands-on yourself, whether that means calling an API to see how it really behaves, testing a webhook flow end to end, reading a partner's documentation to assess how hard an integration will be, or prototyping to test an idea before more time is committed. Producing work, whether that's discovery, specifications or written thinking, that is clear and technically sound enough to stand up to scrutiny from engineers without needing to be fully rebuilt. What You'll Bring You've owned meaningful product work end to end and seen it through to customers, and you can talk not only about what you shipped but about whether it worked and how you knew. You have strong fundamentals to go with that: your writing is clear, your discovery is sound, your prioritisation holds up when someone pushes on it, and you take pride in your quality of work. You're comfortable being technical. You don't need to write production code, but you're comfortable designing and critiquing APIs, you understand how webhooks, authentication and data flows work in practice, and you can work through detail confidently with engineers. You understand that the people using your products are often developers whose expectations may be very different from those of an end user. You also follow how emerging protocols such as MCP and A2A are changing the way products and AI agents connect, and use this to inform your view of how Harmonic should integrate. You're also energised by the reality of a startup, where priorities shift, information is incomplete and you'll often need to work out the right approach as you go rather than follow one that already exists. Nice to have Experience working alongside business development or partnerships teams, and an understanding of what makes a technology partnership succeed or quietly stall. Experience in B2B, particularly selling to and working with large enterprises. A background in security, data protection or a related field, or familiarity with the tools enterprise security teams already run. This genuinely isn't a requirement, because we care far more about how quickly you can get to grips with a domain than whether you already know this one. Description Legartis is on a mission: to unlock legal work at scale. We set the standard for AI-powered contract work by offering a platform that changes how legal teams work, from drafting through negotiation to completion. We are now looking for the person who turns what customers actually need into what our AI actually does. Joining Legartis is not taking a job, you take ownership. We are a team of product builders and lawyers, who do not chase hype; we build substance. If you are a lawyer who builds, someone who has stopped waiting for better tools and started making them, this is your moment and your place. Send us your CV, a short note on why Legartis, and links to anything you have built or published. Your mission Most companies split this seat across three teams, and that split is exactly the problem. The person who hears the customer describe their workflow should be the person who writes the requirement, and the person who writes the requirement should be able to build the first version themselves. That is you. 1. You translate customer reality into engineering requirements — and into revenue. You sit in customer and expert calls alongside Sales, not as a note-taker but as the person who understands the legal work. In trials and hackathons you coach hands-on: the customer drives, you navigate, and they create the first "wow" moment themselves. When they say "that won't work for us" or "we'll build it ourselves", you answer with a concrete path (a workaround, a workflow, the honest maintenance cost of the alternative) and you leave every conversation with a next step: trial licenses, a hackathon, a scoped rollout. Then you pull out the workflow: what actually happens, in what order, where it breaks, what the customer would pay to never do again. And you write the spec, edge cases, and acceptance criteria that Engineering can build against. 2. You build the skills yourself. You write, test, and ship agent skills and playbooks that solve real customer workflows. You build the evaluation frameworks and test sets that prove they got better rather than just different. When the AI fails on a clause, you diagnose why, at the prompt and context level, and you either fix it or hand Engineering a diagnosis precise enough to act on. 3. You make it repeatable, and therefore sellable. Anything you build once for one customer, you turn into something Sales and Customer Success can run without you. Standard demo environments. A skill library they can reach for. Onboarding that lands in days rather than months. Where Customer Success needs legal depth you step in, fix it, and turn the fix into something the team can handle alone next time. Your success is measured by how rarely you need to be in the room, and by what happens to adoption and expansion when you are not. 4. You are the legal authority in the building. Legal and compliance questions land with you: contract reviews, customer security and data protection questions, the occasional in-house matter which makes roughly ten to fifteen percent of your time. You use our own product to do it, and you tell us honestly when it is not good enough. Your profile The person we picture. There is a name emerging for what we are describing, and it is not "lawyer who is good with computers". It is legal quant : a lawyer who builds their own tooling to practise law, rather than waiting for a vendor to ship it. The distinction that matters to us: plenty of lawyers now use AI. A legal quant builds with it. They look at a workflow and ask how to redesign it from first principles to get the best possible outcome, rather than making the existing process incrementally faster. A note on how we are weighting this role. Three capabilities make someone exceptional here: commercial instinct, legal depth, and technical ability to build. The ideal candidate has all three. We know that person is rare, and we are not going to pretend otherwise by writing a wish list and hoping. So for this role we weight the technical evidence most heavily, because it is the hardest of the three to teach on the job. If you believe you genuinely combine all three, we want to talk to you regardless of how neatly your CV matches the bullets below. Say so in your note and tell us what you have built and what you have sold. 1. Technical track record. You have built things and they exist and ideally you have published some of it. You are fluent with LLMs the way a practitioner is fluent, not a spectator: you know how context windows fail you or why a prompt stopped working. When something breaks you go into the system rather than around it. Scripting, Git, and APIs are a strong plus. 2. Legal foundation. A law degree with a commercial-contracts focus: German-qualified (Bachelor, Master, or Staatsexamen) or an equivalent qualification from another jurisdiction. No bar admission required, no second Staatsexamen required. What we need: you have worked hands-on with German commercial contracts, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating them, and you can hold a conversation with a General Counsel as a peer. 3. Commercial and entrepreneurial track record. You have carried commercial responsibility for something of your own: a freelance client base, a legal tech product, or a company you started. You know what it takes to win a client from a standing start and why "they did not understand the value" is never the customer's fault. If instead you have supported enterprise sales teams in demos, pilots, and expert calls, tell us what you changed about the outcome. You prioritise by impact, you are comfortable deciding without permission, and you would rather ship something imperfect this week than something elegant next quarter. 4. Language. Excellent German and English. German is non-negotiable: our customers are DACH legal teams and the nuance lives in their language. You can run a room of legal buyers, ask the sharp question, and write a specification precise enough to build from. Other EU languages are a plus. Why us? Impact over hype. You define a new discipline at the intersection of law, product, and AI. Your work directly shapes how thousands of legal professionals will operate. No silos. You sit between Product, Engineering, and the customer, with a direct line to all three. The better argument wins, not the higher title. We invest in you. The enterprise motion (multi-stakeholder pilots, procurement cycles, security reviews) is teachable, and we teach it: side by side in real customer calls from week one. Real ownership. Competitive salary and employee stock options (ESOP). Build in public. We want you to keep publishing what you build, because it makes you better and it makes us visible. Offices in Berlin, Leipzig, and Zurich with a flexible hybrid setup. Regular apéros, lunches, and hiking trips as we enjoy the journey together. Process Expectations. A conversation with the People Manager about the role and who you are. Depth. A conversation with our General Counsel & Head of Legal AI on Legal Engineering at Legartis and where the legal market is going. Build session. A live case at the intersection of legal reasoning, prompting, and product work: a real customer scenario, a legal AI workflow, or a playbook that misbehaves. Meet the team in Leipzig or Berlin. A mutual decision, before we welcome you to the team. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

ABOUT NEXGEN CLOUD NexGen Cloud is a fast-growing GPU cloud and AI infrastructure business. We're the company behind Hyperstack — a self-serve, on-demand cloud platform built for high-performance AI, HPC, and compute-heavy workloads. Powered by 100% renewable energy and NVIDIA architecture, Hyperstack gives teams from AI startups to enterprise the compute they need, without the cost or complexity of legacy cloud. We move fast, solve hard problems, and build things that matter. If you want ownership, real impact, and a front-row seat to one of the most consequential infrastructure shifts of the decade — this is the place. THE ROLE: Data Analyst NexGen Cloud is moving to a data-driven way of running the business. Right now, revenue, occupancy, billing and pipeline data live across data warehouses, business systems and APIs, and the numbers don't always agree. We're building out our Strategic Finance team so that leadership, sales and operations can rely on one set of figures and act on them daily. This role suits someone who enjoys the technical craft of data and wants to learn the commercial side of the AI compute market. We'll teach you that context. When a number looks wrong, you'll dig until you find why, and you'll come back with a fix as well as the problem. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Rather than a checklist, here's what success in this role actually looks like: Build and maintain the pipelines that bring data from across the business into Databricks and Power BI, and automate the manual steps along the way Own the daily revenue and occupancy reporting that leadership uses to track how the GPU fleet is performing Check that what we bill matches what customers actually used, covering power draw, utilisation, asset registers and credits Support commission calculations and give sales leadership a clear view of pipeline health, conversion and churn Model pricing options and deal economics so investment decisions are grounded in real numbers Validate every figure before it reaches leadership or anyone outside the company Help the wider team work confidently with BI tools and data ABOUT YOU We care more about how you think and work than a perfect CV. You'll likely bring a combination of the following: Essential : Hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, including data extraction, integration or automation projects Strong SQL and Excel skills Solid Power BI experience, including reconciling figures when different sources disagree Hands-on use of a CRM (HubSpot or similar), and of AI tools to speed up analysis and build work A root-cause mindset: you find the underlying cause rather than reporting the symptom, and you bring a proposed solution with it Nice to Have: Experience with Databricks Exposure to billing, revenue assurance or commission processes, ideally in a cloud, SaaS or usage-based business Some experience with financial modelling or FP&A work Time spent in a high-growth company where data processes were still being built WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary and annual discretionary bonus scheme Employee wellbeing benefits 25 days holiday, plus public holidays Private Medical Insurance Enhanced Pension Scheme Flexible working arrangements (remote or hybrid, depending on role and location) Real ownership and autonomy — the trust to take initiative and experiment Visible, meaningful impact as we scale Clear career progression in a high-growth company A collaborative, international culture built on trust, transparency, and ownership The chance to help shape NexGen Cloud's team, culture, and future WHY APPLY We welcome applications from all backgrounds. If you enjoy solving complex infrastructure problems and want to build something meaningful at scale, we'd like to hear from you.
