Senior Product Manager (ISR) Defence & Intelligence (f/m/x)
Liveeo GmbhLiveEO GmbH Berlin Office (Hybrid), Germany (Hybrid)29 days ago
Full TimeHybridSenior
rfigmamachine learningrestproject managementprocurement+7

Build the Market Leader in Satellite Analytics with us at LiveEO We are looking for a Senior Product Manager ( ISR ) (f/m/x) to own the product and delivery side of LiveEO's defence and intelligence business. Sektion 4 builds AI-based ISR capabilities for German and allied defence and intelligence customers: object and change detection in very high resolution satellite imagery, 3D terrain products derived from stereo imagery, and the analytics that turn imagery into decisions. You will run our customer-facing defence products end to end from a product management perspective including analytical products as well as end user applications. You will also build the roadmap that connects different customer timelines, our concept of operations and the actual maturity of our technical components into one plan that engineering and sales both work from. This role exists because our LiveEO engineers build world class AI models and your work will help to bring them into operations and roll them out to many more end users. We need someone who can say how an analyst does the job, write requirements a military user would recognise, and hold the line on what we ship. LiveEO is a dynamic team that thrives on big challenges and fast learning cycles. We move quickly, stay curious, and genuinely enjoy building together. We are on a mission to break the "curse of Earth Observation": turning incredible satellite data into reliable, actionable decisions that people can trust and use in real operations on scale. You will be part of Sektion 4, LiveEO's government-solutions product team. Sektion 4 owns its roadmap and delivers funded R&D projects and defence engagements end-to-end, from research through to production, and sets its own technical direction. You will work day to day with the team's ML engineergs, full-stack engineers and geospatial data egineers, and across LiveEO with sales, pre-sales and the teams building the Twinspector satellite programme. Externally you are in front of military and agency users, partners and integrators, in workshops, requirement sessions and user tests. Tech stack & tools: Linear (backlog, sprints) Confluence Google Workspace LiveEO's own ISR and analytics applications Figma QGIS and comparable viewers STAC -based imagery catalogs Data: very high resolution optical imagery synthetic aperture radar 3D surface models cloud and secure on-premise / air-gapped deployments agentic tools for a variety of work. Your challenge As Product Manager (f/m/x), you own what we build for defence and intelligence customers, and you are accountable for it reaching them. Own the ISR product: take our imagery intelligence application from working demonstrator to deployable product. Define the release scope, the deployment and support model for secure on-premise environments, and drive the first installation at a real user. Run the backlog: work with the engineering team in two-week sprints. Translate operational needs into written requirements and user stories, prioritise ruthlessly, cut scope when it is the right call, and keep the team pointed at what matters. Deliver defence projects end to end: own scope, milestones, deliverables and stakeholder communication for our customer-facing defence engagements, and take on new projects as the pipeline converts. Build and maintain the roadmap: reconcile project timelines, our concept of operations and component readiness into one roadmap that is used to set priorities, not to describe them afterwards. Be the ISR authority in the team: bring operational depth on the intelligence cycle, collection and tasking, and imagery exploitation. Be the person engineering asks how an analyst would really use this, and the person sales asks what we can credibly claim. Work with users and customers: run workshops and user sessions, gather and structure feedback, demonstrate the product, and support bids and proposals with operational substance. Your profile Professional ISR , GEOINT or IMINT background: Bundeswehr, the intelligence community, defence procurement, or an ISR role in industry. Real operational fluency in the intelligence cycle, collection and tasking, and how imagery products are produced and consumed at a staff. Proven ability to translate operational needs into written requirements that engineers can build from. Track record of driving work to a deadline across dependencies you did not control. German at native or fully fluent level, and professional English. German or European citizenship and eligibility to obtain a German security clearance (Sicherheitsüberprüfung). Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, hybrid with at least two days per week in the office, and to travel within Germany to customers and users. You take ownership and proactively push work forward. You communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly within and across teams. Pragmatic mindset: you balance operational ambition with what can actually be shipped. You enjoy working with complexity and turning ambiguity into structure. Product management or product ownership experience: backlog, sprint cadence, release scoping is a plus. Project management experience in defence or publicly funded programmes (national, EU, NATO) is a plus. Experience writing CONOPS , operational requirements or capability documents is a plus. Familiarity with satellite imagery, remote sensing, or AI and machine learning products is a plus. Experience delivering software into secure on-premise or air-gapped environments is a plus. An existing valid German security clearance (SÜ2 / SÜ3) is a plus. Working knowledge of NATO standards and interoperability for imagery and geospatial data is a plus. Your Benefits The opportunity to create a product that can improve business processes and lives across the globe. Flexible working hours and hybrid work model - we trust our employees to get their work done while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We empower employees to drive their own career development, take initiative and have the freedom to be creative and bold. Not an overtime culture - we take care that overtime is done only as a necessity and always offset with time off and rest. A collaborative and learning environment - frequent internal workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, journal clubs and hackathons. Office located in the centre of Berlin Kreuzberg with free fruit, nuts and drinks. Potential to participate in the employee stock option program. Senior AI Product Designer (m/w/d)
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior
gofigmanursingproduct designresearch

About Recare As one of the leading German HealthTech companies, we are reshaping discharge management – technology-driven, patient-centered, and free from bureaucracy. In addition to our market-leading SaaS platform, we develop AI solutions that radically simplify processes in hospitals and for aftercare providers, relieve healthcare professionals, and refocus attention on patients. Today, we already connect two-thirds of all German hospitals with over 650 rehabilitation clinics and 25,000 nursing and homecare providers. With currently around 100 employees, we continue to grow – and we are looking for people with character who want to help us improve the healthcare system and solve administrative complexity across care journeys in Europe. What you'll own as our Senior AI Product Designer You'll own end-to-end design for one of our core product areas, on a platform where AI is the foundation of the product, not a bolt-on feature. Your mission is to bring consumer-grade craft to a B2B healthcare product used by clinicians and hospital administrators under real time pressure, and to help invent the design patterns for AI-native surfaces that don't exist anywhere else yet. You design the AI-native surfaces our platform is built around, including multi-modal interfaces, agent state, uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop controls, inventing the patterns as you go rather than adapting existing ones. You own end-to-end design for a product area – Discharge Core, Voice Desktop, Extract & Docs, Patient Overview, or Agent – taking work from a messy problem statement through to what ships in production. You contribute to our design system, building the components and AI-specific conventions that other designers and teams build on. You partner closely with product and engineering, shaping technical and product direction rather than being handed a spec to execute against. You work with other designers across the organisation, bringing your input and influence beyond your own product area rather than staying inside a single team's boundary. You hold a high craft bar in critique, lifting the standard of what the wider design team ships. You help hold coherence across our AI Suite (Voice, Docs, Extract, Agent) and Discharge Core, so a fast-growing multi-product platform still feels like one product to the people using it. How we design: We're AI-native. We use AI tools daily in our own process, not just in what we design, and we want strong, opinionated views on how to wield them well. Consumer-grade craft is the bar, even in B2B. Our users are clinicians and hospital administrators. Human-in-the-loop by default. This is healthcare: AI proposes, people stay in control, and we design the approval and verification moments that make that real, not just a confidence score bolted on. We ship in production, not just in Figma. Craft is judged by what clinicians actually use, so we stay close to what ships. What to expect as our Senior AI Product Designer (m/w/d): Purposeful work – your role will have a positive impact on patients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Company culture – we believe in flat hierarchies that promote high performance and strong team dynamics. We foster an environment characterized by mutual respect, loyalty, and recognition. Together, we strive for our goals – and expect the same from you. Flexibility – want to pick up your child from daycare? Like to exercise during lunch? We'll support you. We are a remote-friendly company offering flexible working hours. Workations are also possible by arrangement. Edenred card – which you can use according to your needs. Extra vacation day – so you can celebrate your birthday with your loved ones, you'll have the day off. Here's how we picture you as our Senior AI Product Designer (m/w/d): You have 8+ years of product design experience, with at least 3+ years operating at Senior, Principal, or Staff altitude. You have designed for AI and non-determinism before, and can talk concretely about how you've communicated agent behaviour, handled errors, and kept users in control, not just in the abstract. You have owned or significantly contributed to a design system, at the level of patterns and principles rather than individual components. You are block-shaped: equally strong across UX process, UI craft, product thinking, research, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. You have taken features from 0 to 1 through an ambiguous problem statement to shipped code, and you're comfortable feeling like a PM or frontend developer on the days that calls for it. You have high agency and spot gaps without being asked to look for them, including outside your own product area. You hold a position under pressure but change it when new information warrants, rather than becoming precious about your own decisions. You communicate confidently in English and are comfortable operating in an international environment; German is a plus but not required. You bring a consumer-grade craft background with exceptional design; healthtech experience is a plus but not required. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we'd love to hear from you Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Senior Software Engineer, Android SDUI
DeliverooLondon, United Kingdom29 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
kotlinfigmaprotobufjetpack composerecruitinglogistics

Our Global Structure Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we're unlocking new possibilities as one global team. Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Engineering teams tackle complex technical challenges across a global, three-sided marketplace, building and scaling systems that serve millions of customers, riders and partners every day. From real-time logistics to resilient infrastructure and marketplace optimisation, we design, build and operate technology that powers Deliveroo's growth at scale. We're looking for a Senior Android Engineer to join our SDUI team. In this role, you'll help us build and scale our server-driven UI ( SDUI ) platform, enabling teams to build a UI once and have it deploy seamlessly to iOS, Android, and Web without redeploying a new app — performantly and consistently. This role is based in our London office with a hybrid setup, typically three days in the office. What You'll Be Doing You'll be joining the SDUI team. We own the Android rendering layer of our server-driven UI platform, and the backend services that drive it, ensuring every consumer surface built on it is fast, correct, and visually indistinguishable from native. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Drive technical execution by designing, building, and evolving the Android SDUI renderer — and the backend services (Kotlin, Golang, Protobuf) that feed it — to handle complex, real-time UI updates at scale. Lead architectural improvements and code reviews, ensuring the maintainability, visibility, and operational health of the renderer as more teams build on top of it. Partner with cross-functional disciplines (iOS and Web renderer engineers, product and design teams) to plan rollouts, align on platform decisions, and influence the roadmap. Own large-scale initiatives from design to delivery — including the push to bring SDUI motion and interaction quality to native-equivalent, and the ongoing migration off legacy rendering systems. Support the growth of others by mentoring colleagues and taking an active role in our engineering hiring process. What You'll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: 5+ years building Android applications at scale , with a deep understanding of Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Backend development experience , specifically with Golang, Kotlin, and Protobuf, and the comfort to move between client and server code as the work demands. Experience building or maintaining a server-driven / declarative UI system , with a keen interest in pushing what's possible with declarative rendering — bonus points if that included Litho or another DSL-based renderer. A product mindset , and the instinct to apply it to how you design platform services for the teams that build on top of them. Demonstrated ownership of technical delivery within cross-functional teams, guiding implementation choices and technical design for a platform other teams build on. Strong communication skills , working across time zones with iOS, Web, and Backend counterparts, plus PMs and multiple product teams. A pride in software craft , with a commitment to writing readable, well-designed, and thoroughly tested mobile code. Bonus points for exposure to Figma-to-code tooling, design-token/theming systems, or accessibility work in mobile rendering. Why Join Us? At Deliveroo, you'll do work that matters — solving real problems for a platform that every consumer-facing team builds on. We're renderer engineers, systems thinkers, and platform builders, brought together by a shared drive to make shipping UI changes fast and safe. Working here you can expect to: 🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale — Work on a rendering platform that every consumer surface depends on, used by millions of customers every day. 🌱 See your impact, fast — Ship, test and improve the renderer quickly in a low-hierarchy, high-ownership environment. 🧠 Grow through challenge and ownership — Take on big, ambiguous platform problems and accelerate your career with strong support. 🌍 A culture built for builders — High standards, collaboration, flexible working and continuous learning. 💰 Share in the success you help create — Competitive salary and equity options, so you're rewarded for the impact you make. ➡️ Want a deeper look at how we build? Check out our Tech Blog . We aim to create a fair process that lets your skills shine—our interview typically includes 3-4 stages. Explore our Engineering Interview Guide here to help you feel confident at each stage. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We're committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong. Senior Frontend Engineer, Marketing Website
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
typescriptgoastrotailwindfigmaaws+7

Synthesia is the world's leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. About the role As a Senior Frontend Engineer on our Website team, you'll be a co-owner of the platform behind synthesia.io : the component library, content model and rendering stack that every page on our marketing site is built from. You'll shape direction and make key technical decisions with the team, likely with a focus area of your own but context across the whole system. This is a hands-on engineering role, and your primary output is high-quality component and schema code, plus the tooling that lets others build with it. Millions of people visit synthesia.io every month, and it is one of the main ways we win new customers. That comes with real responsibility. The decisions you make are seen at scale, and we set the quality bar accordingly. The defining challenge of this role is composability: a marketing site that marketers, and increasingly AI agents, can build pages with, without breaking design, performance or SEO. You can expect to: Build, scale and evolve our section library: the Astro components, Sanity schemas and design tokens that let us compose marketing pages consistently and accessibly. Own the content model. Design schemas that resist misuse, so an editor, or an agent, can build a page that is correct by construction rather than correct by review. Take Figma component specs all the way to production: responsive across mobile, tablet and desktop, accessible by default, matching design intent precisely. Extend the platform for AI-assisted development, so coding agents can generate on-brand, on-spec sections from a design spec as reliably as a person can. Own SEO integrity as a first-class engineering concern: canonicals, sitemaps, structured data, redirects, and no traffic cliffs on launch. Raise the bar on engineering standards across the website surface: thorough code review, patterns others can follow, and tests around the parts that actually break. Maintain and extend localisation across nine locales and a translation pipeline, so the system works for a global audience. Shape the technical direction of the website platform over the next 6 to 12 months, and champion its adoption with the people who publish on it. What we're looking for At least five (5) years as a software engineer, including three (3) at senior level, building front end for content-driven or marketing platforms. Real ownership of a content model in Sanity. You've designed schemas other people had to live with, and you have opinions about references vs. embedded objects, when a variant belongs in the schema versus at runtime, and how to stop a section library sprawling. GROQ and Portable Text are familiar territory. Deep front-end expertise: expert HTML, CSS and TypeScript, with a strong command of component API design and the developer experience of a shared library. You can work end to end. Comfortable owning the server side as well as the front end: SSR, serverless and edge runtimes, API routes, a SQL database, secrets and CI. You should be able to take a feature from schema to component to the route that serves it without handing off, and be happy debugging something that only reproduces in production. Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility and web performance, and comfortable building to WCAG 2.2 AA. Accessibility is part of your definition of done, not a separate pass. You care that marketing sites are measured, on performance, SEO, analytics events and conversion, and you're happy being accountable to those numbers. A strong sense of craft and attention to detail, and the judgement to balance design intent against engineering constraints. Strong communication and collaboration skills. You explain your reasoning, review generously, and treat levelling up the people around you as part of the job. Nice to haves Prior experience working on a large SaaS marketing website, at real traffic and with real stakes attached. Astro, or another islands or static-site framework. Cloudflare Workers, or another edge or serverless platform. Experience with AWS Lambda. Tailwind CSS v4, and experience working from a token-based design system. Experience, or strong interest, in making component libraries and content models consumable by AI agents. A strong design sensibility: an eye for visual detail and the judgement to push back on and improve design decisions, not just build them. Experience with localisation and internationalisation at scale for a global audience. Analytics and tag management implementation: dataLayer events, server-side tagging, getting attribution right without hurting performance. Our culture At Synthesia we're passionate about building, not talking, planning or politicising. We strive to hire the smartest, kindest and most unrelenting people and let them do their best work without distractions. Our work principles serve as our charter for how we make decisions, give feedback and structure our work to empower everyone to go as fast as possible. You can find out more about these principles here . The hiring process: 30 min call with our Technical Recruiter 45 min call with the Head of Website about your past projects 75 min practical exercise with one of our engineers. We hand you a real Figma section spec and work through how you'd model and build it. Collaborative, not Leetcode. 60 min call with leadership, focused on examples of collaboration, growth, and the details of your future team. Other important info: Our preference is for this role to be based either in-office or remote in London, UK. We can also accommodate remote workers elsewhere in Europe subject to compliance and right to work checks. This is full-time employment only, usually through OysterHR. No contractors possible.
