google adssocial media marketingsales

⭐️ Your Impact: As our Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you own performance marketing end-to-end: Google Ads and Meta Ads that turn budget into qualified homeowner leads. and act as a hands-on force multiplier across events, PR, social, and sales enablement. You work closely across Growth, Sales and Product and our first Marketing FTE. Your Impact Own and scale our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts end-to-end — strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and continuous optimization against CAC and pipeline targets. Build and maintain landing pages and conversion tracking, so every euro of spend is measurable back to signed projects, not just clicks or impressions. Live in the numbers: build your own reporting, connect marketing spend directly to sales revenue, and be ready to defend or change course based on what the data shows. Bring a strong bias to action and a KPI-driven mindset — launch tests quickly, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does. Get hands-on wherever the team needs it — organizing trade fairs and events, supporting PR outreach, running social media marketing, and producing sales materials for the field team. Accept being measured the way we measure ourselves: on a blend of marketing performance and sales revenue outcomes, not marketing metrics in isolation. ✨ What Makes You a Great Fit: 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management. Very analytical and numbers-driven — comfortable building your own reporting and making budget calls from data, not gut feel. Basic experience organizing events, setting up landing pages, and implementing conversion tracking. Senior enough to own your channels end-to-end, but genuinely hands-on — open to supporting wherever needed, from fairs to PR to sales materials. C2-level German and working English. Based in Berlin. ☀️ Why You'll Love Working With Us: Attractive VSOP package, market-rate compensation, and a performance-based bonus Hybrid work setup (2 days/week in our Berlin office) 30 vacation days and Deutschlandticket or Urban Sports Club membership Real ownership from day one, flat hierarchies, and a steep learning curve Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Also: worauf wartest du noch? Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Account Executive, Existing Customers (DACH)

At Sanity.io , we're building the future of AI-powered Content Operations. Our AI Content Operating System gives teams the freedom to model, create, and automate content the way their business works, accelerating digital development and supercharging content operations efficiency. Companies like SKIMS , Figma , Riot Games , Anthropic , Spotify and Puma are using Sanity to power and automate their content operations. We're looking for a German speaker who's built and closed net-new enterprise deals in complex technical products, who blows past growth targets more often than they hit them, and who can turn what they learn about a customer into an account plan the whole team can act on. We care less about a perfect résumé match than clear communication, an entrepreneurial streak, and real curiosity about where your customers' industries are headed. What you would do Grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, mostly through net-new business: new teams, new use cases, business units that haven't bought Sanity yet. Build your own pipeline instead of waiting for one, and be the advisor customers call before they've even decided to make a move. Run consultative sales cycles start to finish and create expansion inside accounts you already own. Treat renewals as one chapter in a bigger growth story, not the finish line. Prove ROI to the exec who signs the contract and to the editor who lives in Studio every day. Keep account plans current, with next steps tied to what the customer and the company actually need. Partner with Product and other teams to surface opportunities and kill problems before they escalate. Watch customer health and usage data, and act on it early, not at renewal time. Follow your customers' industries closely enough to have a real point of view. About you Sold net-new into enterprise organizations where a deal means procurement, security review, and half a dozen people who all need convincing, and built that pipeline yourself. Can point to real numbers on revenue, expansion, and account growth. Know how to find the actual decision-maker, earn executive buy-in, and build relationships that outlast any single deal. Consultative, not pushy: read usage data and turn it into a business conversation, talking architecture with a technical lead in one meeting and ROI with a CFO in the next. Ideally some CMS background, or experience selling API-based products in SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS. Clear, direct written and verbal communication. Comfort working in Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Looker, and G-Suite. Fluency in German and English. Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, creative, team-oriented, happier building a process than waiting for one. What we can offer: A highly-skilled, inspiring, and supportive team Positive, flexible, and trust-based work environment that encourages long-term professional and personal growth A global, multi-culturally diverse group of colleagues and customers Comprehensive health plans and perks A healthy work-life balance that accommodates individual and family needs Competitive salary and stock options program Who we are: Sanity.io is a modern, flexible content operating system that replaces rigid legacy content management systems. One of our big differentiators is treating content as data so that it can be stored in a single source of truth, but seamlessly adapted and personalized for any channel without extra effort. Forward-thinking companies choose Sanity because they can create tailored content authoring experiences, customized workflows, and content models that reflect their business. Sanity recently raised a $85m Series C led by GP Bullhound and is also backed by leading investors like ICONIQ Growth, Threshold Ventures, Heavybit and Shopify, as well as founders of companies like Vercel, WPEngine, Twitter, Mux, Netlify and Heroku. This funding round has put Sanity in a strong position for accelerated growth in the coming years. You can only build a great company with a great culture. Sanity is a 200+ person company with highly committed and ambitious people. We are pioneers , we exist for our customers , we are hel ved , and we love type two fun ! Read more about our values here ! Sanity.io pledges to be an organization that reflects the globally diverse audience that our product serves. We believe that in addition to hiring the best talent, a diversity of perspectives, ideas, and cultures leads to the creation of better products and services. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, or gender identity. Independent retailers around the globe collectively represent a multi-hundred-billion-dollar wholesale market that has historically been fragmented and offline. At Faire, we're using the power of tech, data, and machine learning to connect this thriving community of entrepreneurs across the globe. Picture your favorite boutique in town — we help them discover the best products from around the world to sell in their stores. About this role Faire's quality, depth, and breadth of brands is its strongest value to retailers. Our Brand Partnerships team is at the forefront of Faire's success, ensuring that the best and most relevant brands join and thrive on our platform. As a Senior Account Executive (L3), you will be a trusted advisor to Upmarket brands across Central & Northern Europe, helping them unlock wholesale growth on Faire and driving incremental GMV at scale. This role is a blend of strategic thinking and high-velocity sales execution. You will own a complex, high-value portfolio of brands across your geos, proactively identifying and activating the best-fit brands for Faire. You bring a strong commercial mindset — comfortable from C-level to operational stakeholder — and you use AI, data, and sharp instincts to outperform. We are looking for a stellar performer: someone who has finished top 3 in their org, qualified for President's Club or All-Stars, and is hungry to do it again in a market that is genuinely early and genuinely exciting. You're excited about this opportunity because... You have been top of the leaderboard before and you want to do it in a market that isn't fully built yet — where your territory becomes the foundation others inherit You are energised by fast-moving, ambiguous environments and see AI as a genuine force multiplier, not a buzzword You want to sell something that actually matters — levelling the playing field for independent retailers against e-commerce and big-box giants is a mission you can get behind You want to work alongside a tight-knit team of high performers who share wins loudly, debug losses together, and hold themselves to a standard most sales teams only talk about You are curious by default — you dig until you understand, and you bring that intellectual rigour to every deal What You'll Do Identify and win the right opportunities Manage a high-value book of business across Central & Northern Europe with the goal of maximising the incremental GMV that new Upmarket brands bring to the Faire platform Set your own sub-targets, hold yourself accountable, and know exactly what levers to pull when performance is under pressure Use business data, category insights, AI-powered tooling, and your own market knowledge to build a pipeline that is both high volume and high quality Support new brands through their first quarter on Faire — ensuring they understand the platform and are set up to receive orders and grow Lead a best-in-class upmarket sales cycle Lead every customer interaction with a personalised, insight-led approach — understanding each brand's unique business and shaping Faire's value proposition to their specific problems Navigate multi-threaded deals with confidence: from C-suite vision conversations to operational onboarding with sales and marketing teams Develop tailored onboarding plans that balance near-term activation with long-term platform success Make independent, well-reasoned decisions on when to advance a deal and when to pass — and own the outcome either way Stay resilient and input-focused when performance is challenging; model the standard for the team Be the expert on your markets Be solution-oriented to common objections and geo-specific blockers — size the opportunity, identify what's needed, and act on it with product and leadership Understand how competitors and industry players operate and articulate Faire's key differentiators with precision Research trends, industry events, and key account signals across Central & Northern Europe — and bring that intelligence back to sharpen team strategy Represent Faire across the wholesale industry Drive Faire's value props and messaging across the full sales surface: outreach, nurture, tradeshows, events, and in-person brand visits Identify and pursue new business opportunities that drive incremental revenue for the platform Develop content and host webinars to engage leads in your verticals and share onboarding best practices Collaborate with marketing to shape top-of-funnel messaging across paid, web, and nurture channels What we're looking for Must haves Proven track record of exceeding quota at upmarket level — top 3 in your org, President's Club / All-Stars qualifier High-velocity pipeline engine: ability to run multiple complex Upmarket deals simultaneously without sacrificing quality Sharp executive presence — comfortable operating from C-level to operational stakeholder AI fluency: you use AI tools daily to prospect, prep, and accelerate — not as a talking point but as a genuine lever Intellectual curiosity — you ask better questions, dig deeper, and find the unlock others miss Mission alignment: you believe in independent retail and can articulate why Faire matters Fluency in English & German; additional European languages a strong plus Nice to haves DACH market experience or German Speaker Any other European language skills Background in wholesale, retail, or brand partnerships Experience with Salesforce, Clay, or AI sales tooling Salary Range London, UK: the OTE pay range for this role is £89,500 to £123,000 per year.
