About Us: Wrapbook is the AI platform for production finance. We're building a system of action that puts finance teams in control of their whole production, from payroll, to spend, to accounting. Built for feature films, TV, and commercials, Wrapbook is trusted by teams at Netflix, Paramount, Anonymous Content, and more. With backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Jeffrey Katzenberg's WndrCo, our team of 350+ is using AI to transform how finance teams work and empower them to do more with less. The Opportunity - Senior Software Engineer II, Business Systems (Remote - USA / Canada) You'll build the internal software that runs Wrapbook's marketing, sales, and client operations — full-stack: interfaces, back-end services, APIs, and data pipelines. Salesforce is one of the systems you'll build in and integrate with, alongside the custom applications and services you'll own. This is an AI-native team: you'll use agentic coding tools to prototype fast and ship to production, work across a cloud data stack, and build LLM-powered features into the products you ship. Who You Are: You go to the work. You'd rather sit with an operator and watch the process than wait for a finished requirements doc. You redesign the workflow, not just automate the task — you ask why a process exists in that shape before you build. You're a real engineer who respects the platform. You've worked in Salesforce and don't consider it beneath you; when the no-code path runs out of road, you're who builds past it, bringing engineering rigor to a surface that's often had none. You can hold the business conversation. Half the job is translating what an operator needs into what to build — and pushing back when the ask is wrong. You know when the answer is an agent, when it's deterministic automation, and when it's not software at all. You own ambiguity end-to-end — observe, build, validate, ship. You've probably been an early engineer somewhere: a founding or small team where you wore every hat and shipped before the requirements were clear, or you work like someone What You'll Do: Design, build, and ship internal applications and services end-to-end, with clean architecture and long-term maintainability as the baseline. Build and integrate APIs across the marketing, sales, and client operations stack — telephony, marketing automation, sales engagement, support, and BI — with reliable handoffs and schema integrity. Build and own data pipelines that feed reporting and operational systems. Extend and maintain our Salesforce platform (Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components) to the same engineering bar as everything else you build. Design AI-native workflows and agents where they create real leverage, with the guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls to run them in production. What You'll Have: 5+ years hands-on software engineering — full-stack, backend, or systems backgrounds preferred Fluent in a modern language or two (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and quick to pick up the next Experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) Fluent in SQL, and strong on data architecture — schema design, data modeling, and pipelines Builds usable interfaces — UX/UI sense for internal tools people actually want to use Designs API integrations with attention to schema mapping, error handling, and data fidelity Has built or integrated with Salesforce (Apex, Flows, APIs) and is willing to keep going deep on it Ships production software with version control, testing, and CI/CD as default Owns the full development lifecycle — from requirements through UAT, release, and iteration A point of view on where AI and agents create leverage in real workflows, from hands-on building Bonus: entertainment or project-based industry experience; telephony integration (e.g., Zoom Contact Center); Salesforce certifications Why Join Us At Wrapbook, creativity meets technology — and not just in the product. In addition to a competitive salary and all the benefits you can expect from a fast-growing technology company, you'll get access to a team of creative problem solvers and the chance to see your contributions make large impacts. Benefits include: Unlimited Paid Time Off Work from anywhere in Canada and USA Health and Dental benefits Up to $1,500 USD/ $2,025 CAD towards IT set up for your home Up to 2% matching RRSP / 401K Learning and Development opportunities Up to $50 USD/ $67.50 CAD towards Internet/Cell phone service Our Pledge to Fostering an Inclusive and Safe Workplace: Wrapbook pledges to be a harassment- and discrimination-free space for everyone, regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, nationality, neurotype, personal appearance, political affiliation, professional background, race, religion, or sexual identity or orientation. The Opportunity — (Remote - USA / CANADA) We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations & Compensation Manager to serve as the embedded operational partner to our Sales organization. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll own the Salesforce data layer, forecasting cadences, compensation administration, and deal desk processes that power Wrapbook's go-to-market engine across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. This is a high-autonomy role where your work directly impacts revenue predictability — you'll be the person Sales leadership leans on to turn data into accountability, process into pipeline, and comp plans into performance. What You'll Do Salesforce Data Ownership & Hygiene Own the Salesforce data layer for Sales: object model accuracy, field definitions, pipeline data integrity, and the hygiene processes that keep opportunity data trustworthy. Build and maintain SFDC reports for Sales — pipeline views, stage conversion, rep activity, attainment — serving as the primary Salesforce reporting resource for Sales leadership and frontline managers. Define and enforce data entry standards across the Sales org; build the accountability loops (process, tooling, or workflow) that sustain hygiene over time without manual correction. Partner with the GTM Systems Architect on SFDC configuration changes, flow updates, and object model evolution driven by Sales process needs. Serve as the Sales-side data partner to the GTM Insights & Analytics Manager, ensuring Salesforce objects and fields are correctly structured as upstream inputs to Snowflake and the BI layer. Forecasting & Pipeline Cadences Own the Sales forecast process operationally: run the weekly pipeline and forecast review cadence, partner with frontline managers to validate SFDC data (deals, close dates, eGPV, stage accuracy), and ensure action items are followed through. Prepare pipeline review materials — pulling from SFDC reports — that surface trends, risks, slippage, and coverage gaps by segment for Sales leadership discussion. Proactively flag forecast risks and data quality issues; escalate coverage shortfalls and drive cross-functional conversations when pipeline generation is off track. Partner with the GTM Insights & Analytics Manager on forecast accuracy improvement: they bring the BI modeling and historical analysis; you bring the SFDC data discipline and process accountability. Support GTM MBR and QBR cadences with consistent, SFDC-sourced reporting inputs and segment-level operational narrative. Sales Compensation Design & Administration Own end-to-end compensation administration for the Sales organization — plan documents, quota assignments, attainment tracking, payout calculations, approval processes and dispute resolution. Partner with the Head of Revenue Operations and Finance to support annual comp plan design, ensuring plans are aligned to GTM strategy, bookings goals, and crediting rules for both standard and non-standard deal structures. Maintain the compensation administration platform as the system of record, ensuring calculation accuracy, auditability, and clean data lineage from deal close to payout. Manage the full comp calendar — plan communication, quota letter distribution, mid-year adjustments, and commission statement delivery. Administer SPIFs and accelerators; track performance and report outcomes to Sales leadership and Finance. Build and maintain comp infrastructure that scales with headcount growth and plan complexity — modular, documented, and auditable. Sales Process & Deal Desk Operations Own the documentation and operationalization of Sales processes and methodology — ensuring consistent execution from prospecting through close. Partner with Sales leadership and Enablement to drive process adoption and accountability, with clear feedback loops on where breakdowns occur in the funnel. Own the deal desk process for standard and non-standard pricing: define the approval matrix, set and enforce SLAs, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure contract and implementation handoffs execute without friction. Identify process gaps and prioritize improvements in partnership with the GTM Systems Architect; translate Sales business requirements into system changes. Optimize the Marketing → Sales → Implementation → Customer Success handoff, reducing friction at each transition point. Operating Cadences & GTM Rhythm Own the weekly pipeline and forecast review end-to-end: preparation, facilitation, and follow-through. Track open headcount and hiring progress across the Sales org; flag capacity and coverage risks to RevOps and Sales leadership. Partner with Sales leadership on bookings planning — coordinating inputs from segment leads, validating against historical data, and stress-testing plan assumptions. Support segment performance reviews by preparing SFDC-sourced operational inputs; partner with GTM Insights for the analytical narrative layer. What You'll Have We're looking for a Salesforce-native Sales operator who combines system precision with process ownership — someone whose SFDC data is clean enough to trust, whose comp statements arrive on time and without errors, and whose forecast reviews actually improve rep behavior. Core Experience & Mindset 5–8 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment. Deep Salesforce ownership experience — object model design, data hygiene management, and SFDC as the system of record for Sales. Direct experience owning sales compensation administration — plan design support, attainment tracking, payout calculation, and dispute management. Proven ability to own a forecasting cadence: running the process, driving data discipline in CRM, and delivering reliable roll-ups to leadership. Comfortable building and maintaining SFDC reports and dashboards for Sales leadership and frontline managers. Working knowledge of how Salesforce data flows into downstream systems — sufficient to partner effectively with Analytics Engineering and GTM Insights without owning those layers. Familiarity with modern data stack tooling (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent) is a plus. High ownership orientation — identifies what needs to be done and does it without being directed. Strong cross-functional communicator: fluent in a forecast review with a sales manager and a comp dispute conversation with Finance in the same week. Comfortable in a fast-moving, build-mode environment with limited process inheritance. Salesforce & Technical Fluency Advanced Salesforce experience — object model design, reporting, dashboards, pipeline management, data hygiene, Flows. Salesforce Administrator Certification (Plat-Admn-201) — strongly preferred. Familiarity with how SFDC data is modeled in Snowflake/dbt as downstream inputs — sufficient to collaborate with the GTM Insights Manager and Analytics Engineering. Comfort working across adjacent tools: comp administration tools, spreadsheet modeling, and BI platforms (Omni/Looker) as a consumer or contributor. Familiarity with compensation administration platforms — or demonstrated ability to manage comp with high accuracy in a structured non-tool environment. Why Join Us At Wrapbook, creativity meets technology — and not just in the product. In addition to a competitive salary and all the benefits you can expect from a fast-growing technology company, you'll get access to a team of creative problem solvers and the chance to see your contributions make large impacts. About Customer.io Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day. Customer.io powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. About the role Hi, my name is Diep Nguyen, VP of Finance here at Customer.io , and I'm looking for a Director, GTM Finance to own our go-to-market P&L end-to-end as we scale from $100M+ ARR today to $1B+ ARR in the future. We're hiring for strategic finance horsepower first: someone who builds models from a blank page, challenges assumptions, and earns trust with senior executives. Deep GTM fluency matters just as much — but for a strong finance generalist, that business partnership often shows up in the work rather than the title. You'll own our GTM P&L spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and build the team behind it. We're an AI-forward company: this role requires someone energized by using AI to reinvent how finance operates, not someone who merely tolerates the tools we hand them. What we value Financial rigor over title-matching — we care more about how you've built and defended models than whether "GTM Finance" was ever your title. AI as genuine practice, not a buzzword — we want concrete stories of AI changing an outcome, not familiarity with the tools. Ownership from day one — you'll build and lead a team, not just execute analysis handed to you. Directness with data — you challenge top-down assumptions with account-level evidence, even in uncomfortable conversations. What you'll do Own the GTM P&L end-to-end — revenue, gross margin, and opex across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — not just a spend-efficiency lens. Drive unit economics and the growth funnel model — CAC, LTV/CAC, payback, magic number, and cohort/retention analysis across self-serve and sales-assisted motions. Own the ARR roll-forward, bookings, and revenue forecasting — auditable, reconcilable, and independently stress-tested against top-down assumptions. Partner with Sales and RevOps on capacity planning, deal economics, and pricing — protecting margin and ARR quality without slowing deal velocity. Build and own the monthly/quarterly GTM reporting package for the exec team and Board, with variance analysis that explains root cause. Champion AI-enabled finance workflows and build the GTM finance team as Customer.io scales past $250M+ ARR. What we're looking for 10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles at complex, scaled orgs; a first-principles modeler who builds from a blank page rather than inheriting assumptions Deep GTM business-partnering experience with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success — regardless of whether "GTM Finance" was ever the title Comfortable with subscription/SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) or able to get there fast Concrete, demonstrated track record driving AI adoption in finance workflows — not just familiarity with the tools Proven people leader — has managed and developed finance professionals Strong Excel skills (with experience using Snowflake a plus) and experience with planning/GTM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Gong, Drivetrain) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus Compensation & Benefits We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $200K–$255K USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family . We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO , stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more. See full benefits here → Our Process No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision. Recruiter Screen (30 min) Hiring Manager Screen (45 min) Two Cross-functional conversations with team members (30 min each) Case study + Case Review Panel with team (45 min) All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process. Customer.io recognizes the stifling impact of systemic injustice on diverse communities. We commit to using our influence to increase inclusion and equity within the tech industry. We strive to build an inclusive team culture, implement bias-free hiring practices, and develop community partnerships to expand our global impact. Zoom is the only video conference platform that we use, virtual interviews will be conducted using the video capability (i.e., not via the chat), and offers will be extended in writing on official Customer.io letterhead. Please be vigilant in all of your job search activity, and if you have any questions please contact jobs@customer.io . Join us! Check out our careers page for more information about why you should come work with us! We believe in empathy, transparency, responsibility, and, yes, a little awkwardness. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe. We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in. At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it. Position Summary The Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services owns the end-to-end design of our financial and administrative back-office processes — financial close and reporting, procurement, tax, supply chain operations, hardware fulfillment, human resources operations, and sales compensation administration. This scope is intentionally broad rather than a single linear process flow, spanning several distinct domains that share a finance and administrative reporting line rather than a common process sequence. The role is the connective tissue between Finance, HR, and Supply Chain leadership and the technology teams that build supporting systems. Importantly, this role owns the business capabilities in this scope — their definition, design, decomposition, and governance — in close partnership with the business teams that operate the underlying functions day to day. It does not own those functions themselves; success depends on heavy partnership with business and technology leads rather than on direct authority. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: the person hired personally facilitates working sessions, maps processes, writes requirements, and stays engaged through delivery and adoption. It also sits within a newly created function whose standards and operating rhythm are still being defined. Deep specialist expertise in every domain within this scope is not expected; the ability to establish consistent standards, prioritize effectively, and drive improvement across genuinely different process areas is the core skill this role requires. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously maintain a detailed (L2/L3) decomposition of Record to Report, Direct Tax and Tax Compliance, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Operations, hardware fulfillment, Hire to Retire, and Sales Compensation Management capabilities, keeping documentation accurate as the operating model and systems landscape evolve, and using standards shared across the Business Process Lead team. Facilitate structured working sessions with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to document how processes work today and design how they should work going forward, producing process maps, documented decisions, and requirements a technical team can act on without extensive follow-up. Translate future-state process designs into system requirements, partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads through design, build, and testing, and confirm that what gets delivered reflects the intended process design. Support two parallel delivery tracks — current, in-production systems and the next-generation platform build — correctly identifying which track an incoming request belongs to, and ensuring lessons learned in day-to-day operations are reflected back into documentation and forward-looking design work. Own change management, enablement, and adoption for process changes in this value stream — stakeholder impact assessment, readiness planning, training materials, and post-launch verification that new processes are being used as intended — and define and report the process performance metrics that show whether they are working. Hold and maintain documented agreements at shared boundaries with peer Business Process Leads, so handoffs between value streams are explicitly agreed rather than assumed. Own the capability design for sales compensation from an approved sales quota forward — plan administration, crediting rules, attainment calculation, dispute resolution, commission expense accrual, and the payout handoff to payroll — partnering with the Sales Compensation and Payroll teams who execute it. Own the capability design for hardware fulfillment — provisioning, warehouse and inventory management, returns, and warranty — and for Hire to Retire, including onboarding, self-service, HR helpdesk, absence, and performance management, partnering with the Supply Chain, Fulfillment Operations, HR, and People Operations teams who run them. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience designing or improving month-end close and record-to-report processes in a multi-entity ERP environment. 5+ years of experience in business process design, business analysis, business architecture, or operations in a relevant domain. Demonstrated experience decomposing business capabilities into detailed, multi-level structures. Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional business stakeholders, including experience working at a Controller or Finance director level. Experience translating business process requirements into system requirements for a technical delivery team, along with strong documentation habits. Preferred Qualifications Experience with physical fulfillment and supply chain process design — warehouse, inventory, returns processing, and warranty management. Sales compensation process design experience, including plan administration, crediting, attainment, dispute resolution, and commission accounting. Procure-to-pay process design experience, including intake, approval routing, supplier onboarding, and three-way match controls. Direct tax process and statutory reporting experience in a multi-jurisdiction environment. HR operations process design experience, including onboarding, self-service, helpdesk operations, and performance cycle management. Treasury and cash management process design experience. Experience with Oracle (accounting, inventory, and accounts payable modules), NetSuite, Oracle EPM, close management tooling such as FloQast, and incentive compensation platforms such as CaptivateIQ. Additional information Kaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
