Phantom is on a mission to connect the world to the freedom of open markets. Tens of millions of people all over the world use Phantom to access global markets that never close, including perpetuals, prediction markets, tokenized assets, stablecoins and memes. Phantom users are able to discover the markets that matter and the cultural moments that shape them, building conviction through real-time data and the verified performance of top traders. With self-custody and access to open networks at its core, Phantom lets them control their financial moves in the same app they use to safely store or spend money worldwide. Phantom has reached #1 in Google Play's finance category and consistently ranks in the top 50 apps across all categories. Phantom partners with many of the most trusted and influential names in finance like Hyperliquid, Stripe, Kalshi and Visa, to make the most popular and innovative financial products accessible to everyone. We are around 180 people, fully remote, backed by a $150M Series C investment from a16z, Sequoia Capital and Paradigm. We're looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our Brand Creative team and help shape how Phantom shows up in the world. This is a high craft, high autonomy role for someone who thinks and operates at the intersection of brand strategy and visual execution; someone who can help us define what great looks like, build the systems that make it repeatable, and raise the bar across every touchpoint. If you're energized by ambitious brand problems, love building in a fast-moving environment, and want your work to be seen by tens of millions of people, this role is for you. Responsibilities Own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and brand moments from concept through final production. Help evolve and extend Phantom's visual identity contributing to design system decisions, setting creative direction, and maintaining a high bar for brand quality across all surfaces. Translate complex briefs into clear, compelling creative; whether that's a campaign concept, a brand system expansion, or a one off hero asset. Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Product to ensure brand quality creative is embedded in everything Phantom ships and promotes. Lead creative development on high visibility projects, presenting work and aligning stakeholders across functions including executive leadership. Actively shape how the team works, introducing scalable processes, building reusable components, and exploring how AI tools can unlock faster, better creative. Design and produce presentation materials for high stakes audiences like board updates, investor decks, and partner materials that are polished, on brand, and clearly communicate Phantom's story. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in brand design, preferably with experience across both agency and in-house environments. A portfolio that shows both strategic conceptual thinking and exceptional design craft. Your work should demonstrate the ability to define a creative direction and execute it at a high level across multiple touch points. Proficiency in core design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required; After Effects is a strong plus). Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to present creative work to senior stakeholders, clearly explain your rationale, respond thoughtfully to feedback, and confidently advocate for strong creative decisions. Experience contributing to and extending a brand design system, not just working within one. Curious about AI powered design tools and motivated to integrate them into your workflow. Why Work with Us Opportunity We are a team of experienced builders who started from a simple belief: crypto should be easy, beautiful, and available to everyone. That conviction has fueled our growth to 20M+ users, a #1 ranking in the Google Play Store finance category, and a product that consistently ranks among the top consumer technology platforms in the world. There has never been a better time to work in crypto and at Phantom, you'll help shape how tens of millions of people experience it every day. The Brand Creative team sits at the center of that mission, building the visual language that makes Phantom feel like the most trusted, most polished product in the space. First impressions matter: Wallets are responsible for a users first impression with crypto and onboarding new users into crypto. By ensuring that a user has a great first-time experience with crypto, we can help supercharge the growth of the entire ecosystem. Make crypto easier to navigate: There is no easy way for a user to discover and navigate all that crypto has to offer. Wallets have a unique opportunity to help users not only onboard to crypto but also stay retained by exploring new things to do. We live in a multi-chain world: We currently support Solana, Ethereum, Polygon and Bitcoin with more networks to come in the new future. We are focused on creating a unified, multi-chain crypto experience for users. Benefits Competitive salary and equity Eligibility to participate in performance bonus program Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision) — 100% covered Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: laptop, headphones, and any other work gear you may need Flexible hours and a long-standing, supportive remote environment Unlimited vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!) 401(k) retirement plan Wellness benefit Daily lunch benefit The target base salary for this role will range between $175,000 to $230,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer. We strongly encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply. We believe that our work is stronger with a variety of perspectives, and we're eager to further diversify our company. If you have a background that you feel would make an impact at Phantom, please consider applying. We're committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best work of your career. By submitting your resume and application materials, you acknowledge and agree that Phantom Technologies, Inc. Product Designer, Safeguards
AnthropicSan Francisco, United States (Hybrid)29 days ago

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Design at Anthropic sits at the intersection of craft, research, and product intuition. We're a small team working on products that millions of people use daily—and on interactions that don't have established conventions yet. Our work shapes how people experience AI: whether Claude feels like a tool or a collaborator, whether it earns trust or erodes it. We partner closely with engineers and researchers, often designing around capabilities that are emerging in real-time. That means staying close to the models, prototyping rapidly, and being comfortable with ambiguity. We're looking for designers who ship fast and stay in motion—people who would rather get something in front of users this week than perfect it for a month. You're excited to question fundamental UI assumptions and invent patterns that feel native to AI, and you're already using tools like Claude Code to extend what you can build. You pay attention to where model capabilities are heading, not just what Claude can do today, and you find ways to keep caring about the pixels, the copy, and the edge cases while shipping quickly. Key responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI researchers and other stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps, and play an active role in shipping. Understand the technical architecture of our products and define primitives for new capabilities. Define feature areas with exceptional attention to detail and polish, identifying opportunities to improve quality and consistency of broader flows Craft beautiful, polished, and delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our AI technology Comfortable in code, design, prototypes, and learning new ways to communicate ideas and concepts Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, resource-constrained startup environment Minimum qualifications Experience designing and shipping complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, developer tools, or API products end-to-end Proven track record of executing end-to-end on large and complex products, or a series of products, in ambiguous environments A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and polished UI craftsmanship Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code as a creative partner in your own design practice Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority Preferred qualifications Experience prototyping with front-end code (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS) Passion for crafting scaled, highly impactful, safe and beneficial artificial intelligence technologies to enable new possibilities The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $305,000 — $385,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit  anthropic.com/careers  directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Senior Product Designer, Badoo
Bumble Inc.UK London, Germany29 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
figmadata sciencedentalmental healthinsurancecompliance+8

Introduction to Role & Team Badoo is one of the world's largest dating apps, connecting millions of people across the globe. It's a mature, much-loved product with enormous reach, and we're in the middle of an ambitious chapter: modernising the experience, sharpening how we help members find real connections, and building a healthier, more sustainable business. As a Senior Product Designer on Badoo, you'll help shape that next chapter. You'll take end-to-end ownership of meaningful surfaces - onboarding, people discovery, chatting,, and the monetisation experiences that sit alongside them - designing for a global, diverse, and value-conscious membership. This is high-craft product design under real-world constraints: a lean, fast-moving team, an experiment-led culture, and a design foundation we're actively rebuilding. You'll be a key voice at the intersection of product, engineering, research, and data - balancing sharp product thinking and strong craft with commercial pragmatism and a deep respect for the people who use Badoo. If you're energised by scale, comfortable making trade-offs explicit, and want your work to move both member and business outcomes, this is a rare canvas to work on. What You'll Do Own end-to-end design for multiple Badoo surfaces leading the work from discovery and problem framing through interaction design, visual polish, and delivery. Design experiences that balance member value with commercial impact: paywalls, consumables and subscription flows that feel fair and clear. Monetisation is central to Badoo's roadmap, and great design is what makes it work for members and the business. Work in an experiment-led way. Most meaningful changes ship as A/B tests with clear hypotheses and guardrails, so you'll design for iteration and learning, not just a single polished hand-off, and stay close to the results. Help modernise Badoo's design foundations. Our design system is a work in progress; you'll contribute patterns and components that raise consistency and quality across a large, mature product. Collaborate closely with PMs, UXR, data science, and engineers to frame problems, validate hypotheses, synthesise insights, and evolve designs based on evidence, accepting that data is sometimes imperfect and that judgment matters. Ship pragmatically within a lean team. Prioritise for member and business outcomes over perfection, make trade-offs explicit, and know when to push for the ideal experience and when to ship a well-reasoned version. Design for a global, inclusive audience - a diverse international membership across many markets, languages, and devices - and for platform and compliance requirements as they evolve. Apply AI-powered tools and methods to accelerate exploration, improve accessibility, and personalise experiences responsibly. Give and receive design critique with precision and care while elevating the work around you and modelling a culture of high craft standards. Model Bumble's core competencies: collaborate with purpose, take ownership, adapt with agility, and deliver from insight to impact. Embody our values of Courage, Respect, and Joy in how you work and the experiences you create. About You You're an experienced end-to-end product designer with a track record of delivering thoughtful, high-quality mobile experiences from ambiguity to release. You have a strong product mind: you frame problems before jumping to solutions, connect design decisions to user and business outcomes, and think in systems as much as screens. You're commercially fluent and comfortable designing monetisation experiences that feel fair, and are a well-crafted part of the product rather than a bolt-on. You thrive with constraints. You're pragmatic about scope, comfortable in a lean and fast-moving team, and energised by working on a mature product that needs modernising. You're at home in an experiment-driven environment: designing for A/B tests, iterating on results, and reasoning under uncertainty in a two-sided marketplace where impact is hard to predict. Your visual and interaction design craft is strong, your work is polished, considered, and reflects a deep understanding of what makes digital experiences feel right. You bring real intentionality to your process: from how you frame a problem to how you design a transition, your work shows rigour, purpose, and care. You balance user empathy with commercial pragmatism and know when to push for the ideal experience and when to ship a well-reasoned version. You're fluent in Figma and modern prototyping tools and you use them to think as well as to communicate. You're grounded in inclusive design principles and accessibility standards, and you bring a global mindset to your work. You're curious about AI's role in product experiences and you apply these tools with ethical care and creative intention. You take full ownership of your work: you drive things to a conclusion, communicate proactively, and build trust with partners across disciplines. Typically requires 5-8 years of experience, though we welcome candidates with alternative backgrounds that demonstrate equivalent skills. ✨ Kind, curious, and low-ego designers thrive at Bumble Inc . About tonies: tonies is the world's leading interactive audio platform for children, with over 12 million Tonieboxes and 165 million Tonies sold globally. Our intuitive, screen-free system empowers children to learn and play independently in a safe and engaging way. With a presence in over 100 countries and a diverse portfolio of ~1,500 Tonies across multiple languages, we continue to redefine how children experience storytelling and learning. Since our IPO in 2021, our global team of 630+ colleagues is united by a shared mission: shaping the future of play, learning, and imagination. You as part of tonies: We're looking for an experienced Graphic/Visual Designer to own the design output of the tonies Accessories portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Accessories, you'll be responsible for CMF direction across all categories, 2D asset creation, product renders, licensor approval submissions, and Style Guide stewardship. You'll work within a structured product development process (PDP), holding the Responsible role across various design tasks — from initial ideation through to golden sample approval. This is a role for someone who thinks in finished products that excite our target audiences, not just finished files. You understand that what you're designing will be held by a child, sitting on a shelf in a retailer in Germany, the US, or the UK, next to one of the most loved children's brands in the world. That context matters to you. This role may NOT be a great fit if: Your background is primarily in UI/UX, Web, or Digital Product Design. Your experience is strictly in Hardlines or Industrial Hardware Design (e.g., plastic toys, consumer electronics, or pure hardware). You have no experience designing physical products aimed at kids, families, or youth lifestyle audiences. Your focus has been on managing external creative agencies or vendor design teams, rather than personally creating hands-on 2D production-ready artwork. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: Design ownership across the full PDP Direct CMF (Color, Material, Finish) for all accessories categories — Headphones, Nightlights, Bags, Shelves, Decoration, and more. Build design briefs for ODM/OEM manufacturing partners and own the construction sample process Lead first sample and golden sample approvals against brand and CMF standards Manage Top of Production (TOP) sample reviews and sign-off Commission 3D packaging renders from supply partners and review against brand Licensor management Own the end-to-end licensor design submission process for all IP partnerships Maintain the licensor submission tracker and ensure approvals stay on schedule Build fluency with individual licensor style guides and maintain their application across the range Brand stewardship Own and maintain the Accessories Style Guides — the definitive brand reference for all categories Ensure visual coherence across all accessories SKUs (across our entry, mid and premium tiers) in the annual pipeline with a distinctive connection with the broader tonies product ecosystem Maintain and organise shared drive documentation (samples, approvals, asset files, product catalogue) Work closely with external agencies and the brand creative teams to ensure alignment and brand integrity Cross-functional collaboration Present design routes and options to Senior Product Managers who set commercial direction Work in lockstep with the Senior Operations Lead on sample logistics, scheduling, and PDP coordination Translate commercial briefs into executable design direction for manufacturing partners including our preferred outsourced operations partner. What we are looking for: 5–7 years of product design, graphic/visual design or packaging design experience in consumer goods, accessories, lifestyle, or licensed products essential Proven CMF direction experience across multiple product categories Hands-on experience managing licensor approval loops with brand partners (entertainment, character, lifestyle IP) Experience working with ODM/OEM supply chains — you know what a design brief needs to include for a manufacturer to execute it Familiarity with a structured product development process (stage-gate, RACI-based, or similar) Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop) including production-ready artwork Strong understanding of material and print processes — what a spec sheet needs to say, and why English at a professional level; German is a strong plus Nice to have: 3D rendering capability (Keyshot, Rhino, or similar) Experience designing within licensed brand style guides (entertainment IP, or similar) Background in apparel, fashion & home accessories, or soft goods design (toys & consumer electronics is a plus) Understanding of sustainable packaging and materials principles Portfolio that demonstrates physical product development, not just graphic design Why tonies? ● Global Teamwork: We collaborate across departmental and country borders. You'll be part of a truly international community where every voice is heard. ● Come as you are: This applies to the dress code and everything else. We believe you give your best when you feel truly comfortable being yourself. ● Competitive Package: We offer a competitive salary and a range of comprehensive benefits tailored to your specific location, which we'll share during the recruiting process. ● Collaboration & Community: We're big on "we." You'll join a team that values connection and celebrates wins together, no matter the time zone. ● Continuous Learning: Benefit from internal/external training and an individual learning budget to keep your skills as sharp as a Tonie's ears. ● Tonie Discounts: Enjoy attractive discounts on our entire range of products. You'll quickly become the favorite guest at every birthday party! ● Rest & Recharge: Great work requires a clear head. You'll enjoy generous paid time off to ensure you have plenty of time for your own stories. Good to know: Please submit your application documents in English. As part of our principles, we are committed to supporting inclusion and diversity at tonies. We actively celebrate our colleagues' different abilities, ethnicities, faith and gender. Everyone is welcome and supported in their development at all stages in their journey with us. We look forward to hearing from you! Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
