Translating complex Salesforce concepts into clear, actionable designs for non-technical stakeholders and developers. Strong Salesforce data modelling and security and sharing design, with GDPR / UK GDPR and FCA obligations built into what is designed. Integration design across REST, platform events and middleware, and data flow ownership between Salesforce and other systems. Defining test strategy for customer-facing journeys, including cross-device and cross-browser coverage, accessibility and performance monitoring. Setting design and development standards, leading design and code reviews, and holding a delivery partner to quality outcomes.
