EnpalBerlin, Germany33 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteLead

Our goal is to have a solar system on every roof, a storage unit in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated total solution for decentralized energy—from solar systems and battery storage to wall boxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. At the heart of it all is our AI-powered platform Enpal. One +, which intelligently connects thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in on the energy market. Are you ready for solutions that are more than just a promise and bring real quality of life to thousands of households every day? What you create at Enpal will deliver clean electricity tomorrow and bring about lasting change in how we use energy. What you'll do Enpal is transforming its ERP landscape from a traditional D365 F&O setup into an Agentic Enterprise, a clean D365 core with an AI-native execution layer on top. AI-native product squads, organized by E2E process domain (D2O, O2C, P2P, SCE, R2R, MDG), replace traditional workstream towers. Each squad includes a Business Intent Owner (BIO), a Technology Orchestrator, Context Engineers, and Harness Engineers. This role sits in ERP Engineering and is a core contributor to building the agentic operating model that will power Enpal at scale. As Engineering Manager ERP, you lead the team responsible for the technical heart of Enpal's agentic enterprise: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and the AI-native execution layer being built on top of it. You are both a technical leader and a people manager. You steer the transition from a heavily customized, fragmented D365 landscape to a clean-core, max-standard platform and you build the engineering capability to deliver agentic extensions, integrations, and agent harnesses at the speed the transformation demands. TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP & ARCHITECTURE Define and execute the ERP engineering strategy: transition from a customized D365 landscape to a clean-core, max-standard platform with agentic extensions built within clean-core guardrails Evaluate the current D365 F&O landscape: architecture, customization debt, integration patterns, performance, data quality, and adjacent system dependencies and define the transformation path forward Own the technical architecture for the agentic layer: agent harnesses, MCP/A2A integration standards, runtime pipelines, guardrails, and monitoring infrastructure Ensure all D365 customizations are reduced to the minimum, only where legally required or business-critical, and that every extension decision is tested against clean-core fit, cost efficiency, and platform alignment DELIVERY & ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE Oversee end-to-end D365 F&O development and integrations: clean technical design, code quality, documentation standards, and release governance Implement strong DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for smooth, predictable releases and deployments, including agentic build, test, and ship cycles Design and scale integrations with Enpal's broader tech ecosystem: CRM (Salesforce), IoT, Azure, Snowflake, Aryza, Kyriba, and the Microsoft AI platform (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric) Ensure the D365 core is the trusted system of record: deterministic ledger, traceable decisions, full audit trail, the foundation that makes agentic operations trustworthy PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & TEAM BUILDING Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ERP developers and engineers, including hiring, onboarding, and developing talent as Enpal scales across 30+ legal entities Foster a culture of engineering excellence and ownership: AI-native delivery mindset, clean-core discipline, and continuous improvement Balance innovation, scalability, and operational stability across a fast-growth environment with continuous business unit onboarding What you'll bring Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Senior ERP Architect, or Technical Lead with strong people leadership in a modern engineering environment In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX/AX2012, including customization, integration, and architecture Proven experience conducting independent ERP technical assessments and translating findings into actionable roadmaps Deep expertise in D365 F&O architecture, LCS, Azure DevOps, and integration design Hands-on background in software engineering (C#, X++, .NET, Azure, or similar cloud-based stacks) Experience with or strong interest in agentic AI engineering: MCP/A2A standards, agent harness design, LLM integration, or AI-native delivery models Deep understanding of core ERP process domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) and the ability to translate business complexity into clean technical architecture Experience building and leading teams that deliver scalable, stable, and high-performing systems in a fast-growth environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical domains Fluent in English; German is a plus Are you interested even if you don't meet all the requirements? Apply anyway! We look forward to discovering your potential—regardless of whether your experience meets every single requirement. ☀️ Why this role matters Enpal is pioneering the Agentic ERP: a clean D365 core with an AI-native execution layer delivered at pace. The Engineering Manager is the technical owner of that platform. You are not maintaining a legacy system; you are building the engineering foundation for an agent-operated enterprise. The quality, speed, and discipline of your team's delivery directly determines whether the transformation succeeds. Founding Product Engineer
PharmlogicLondon HQ, Germany34 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid£55,000 - £55,000 / Year
typescriptgoreactrailsazureclinical+4

We're on a mission Every business grows through a CRM and a direct line to its customers. Healthcare, and pharmacy most of all, is the one place that never happened. It was too hard to build, too hard to distribute, and too hard to do compliantly. Customer data sits idle whilst running a community healthcare business continues to become structurally tighter. We're on a mission to change that. We are the compliant data layer for community healthcare: the system that lets a pharmacy use the patient data it already holds to grow revenue and relationships, compliantly, on the clinical system it already runs. This is already working. Pharmlogic is NHS-assured, integrated and lives in hundreds of pharmacies nationwide, and we've powered millions of patient communications. The role You will work directly with the CEO and founding team every day: deciding what gets built, building it, and owning it as it grows. There is no layer between you and the product, the customers, or the decisions. Our stack is JS/TypeScript end to end: React on the frontend, Node on the backend, everything on Azure and we implement infrastructure as code throughout the process. We build fast and we use AI tools throughout the workflow, to move quicker, not to think less. What does not move is the bar: we are looking for someone who works at the pace and quality of the best product engineering teams in UK health tech, and who wants the scope that only the first engineer gets. The problems you'll own Features end to end. From refining the problem with the team and our customers through architecture, implementation, rollout and everything the feature becomes afterwards. You own outcomes, not tickets. Speed as a discipline. We ship multiple times a day, learn, and go again. You will set the patterns that let us stay fast as the codebase and the team grow: the architecture calls, the quality bar, the tooling, what we automate and what we refuse to build. Software that is safe in a clinical context. Our platform touches patient communications and, increasingly, clinical workflows under NHS assurance and clinical safety standards. Reliable, intuitive and safe is the same standard here, not a trade-off against speed. The platform underneath the roadmap. We are becoming the data layer for community healthcare: deeper NHS integration, our own clinical rails, and products that do not exist yet. The boundaries and systems you design now are what all of that gets built on. Knowing our users. Pharmacies are busy, regulated, and allergic to tools that waste their time. You will talk to them, watch how they work, and build for the person at the counter, not the spec. This could be for you if You work insanely fast, and it shows in what you have shipped. You put things in front of users in days, learn, and go again, without waiting for a finished spec or a brief. You are strong across the stack in TypeScript and React, or strong enough in one end to follow any problem across both, and comfortable running production systems on Azure or an equivalent cloud. You can pick up unfamiliar code, use AI tools and judge their output critically. You know what to delegate to them, what needs your judgment, and what should not be built at all. You own it. When something is yours, it happens: you influence the decision, disagree openly when you think it is wrong, commit fully once it is made, and own the result either way. You hold a high bar under real constraints. You manage technical debt deliberately, you spot the flaw before someone points it out, and you know what great looks like in your strongest domain. You thrive on the team's success. A customer win or a teammate's great launch does more for you than your own credit. Small team, shared scoreboard. You share the vision. You believe every healthcare business should be able to understand its customers and improve care for them while staying viable. If that sentence resonates rather than reads as marketing, this will feel like your work, not just a job. Experience in healthcare, pharmacy or another regulated domain is a real advantage, and genuine curiosity about it is essential. What you'll get £55,000 - £63,000 + up to £10,000 in share options The scope of engineer number one: real product decisions, and an engineering culture you'll help define further Private medical insurance Flexible, hybrid working 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and up to 4 weeks a year working from anywhere Compensation: £55K – £65K • 0.1% – 0.5% • £55K – £65K • 0.1% – 0.5% Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
