About Ultralytics: At Ultralytics , we commit to relentless innovation in the AI space and seek team members who resonate with our ambition to produce the world's best YOLO AI models . If you're obsessed with AI, eager to make an impact on the world, and thrive in dynamic, high-intensity environments, we invite you to apply for a position on our team. 🌍 Join the team powering the future of vision AI Hello, hola, 你好, こんにちは, नमस्ते, hallo, bonjour! Thanks for stopping by — we know your time is valuable, so here's what makes Ultralytics special. ⚡ Who we are At Ultralytics , we're on a mission to simplify AI for everyone . As the creators of the world's leading Ultralytics YOLO models , we empower millions of developers, researchers, and companies worldwide to build state-of-the-art computer vision applications. Following our $30M Series A round , we're expanding rapidly across our global hubs in London, Madrid, and Shenzhen . This is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling, high-performance team that's redefining the future of vision AI — where ambition meets impact, and ideas become reality. We move fast. We build boldly. We execute with purpose. And we do it together. 💼 About the role Ultralytics is hiring its first in-house lawyer. There's no legal team to join — you're building it. That means setting up how contracts get reviewed, collaborating with outside counsel across jurisdictions, and deciding what processes are actually worth having at a company this size, rather than inheriting someone else's playbook. The first priority is the part of the business that generates revenue directly: the AGPL-3.0 and Enterprise dual-licensing model behind YOLO. Every company using Ultralytics' models commercially either open-sources their entire project under AGPL-3.0 or buys an Enterprise license. Supporting compliance, converting violations into contracts, and negotiating Enterprise agreements are core to the P&L, not a background compliance task. We need someone who's done this kind of work before, not someone learning open-source licensing on the job. 🚀 What you'll do Open-source licensing and IP Own the AGPL-3.0 and Enterprise licensing model end to end: detect likely violations, lead outreach and negotiation to convert unlicensed commercial use into paid Enterprise agreements. Structure and negotiate enterprise license agreements directly with customers — scope, pricing triggers, audit rights, term. Own IP portfolio strategy and lifecycle (trademarks, copyright, trade secrets), working with external IP agents and attorneys for filings and renewals rather than filing directly. Set and maintain the open-source contribution and dependency policy — what can come in, what obligations it carries, how attribution and notices are handled. Commercial contracts Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, licensing, distribution, partnership, and vendor agreements. Build contract templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and approval workflows from the ground up. Own liability, indemnity, warranty, and risk positions across customer and vendor contracts. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering to close deals and manage legal risk. Privacy, compliance, and legal operations Advise on GDPR, data processing agreements, and international data transfers across the UK, EU, US, and China. Establish proportionate AI governance and regulatory compliance processes. Select and manage outside counsel across the UK, Spain, China, and other jurisdictions as needed. Introduce practical systems for matter management, contract tracking, legal intake, and reporting. 🧠 Skills and experience Core requirements UK-qualified solicitor or equivalent, with genuine experience working across multiple jurisdictions. Hands-on experience negotiating or enforcing copyleft/open-source licenses, including AGPL, GPL, or similar models. Experience converting unauthorized commercial use into paying licensing customers. Strong track record of drafting and negotiating SaaS, technology licensing, distribution, and other commercial agreements independently. Comfortable operating as the sole in-house lawyer and building a legal function from scratch. Working knowledge of GDPR, data processing agreements, and cross-border data transfers. Excellent judgment, commercial awareness, written communication, and stakeholder management. Nice to have In-house experience at an AI, computer vision, or open-source software company. Familiarity with Ultralytics, YOLO , or comparable dual-licensed open-source projects. Experience with SCA tooling, SPDX, SBOMs, or license-scanning tools. Experience with AI governance, emerging technology regulation, or software IP enforcement. Spanish, Mandarin, or another relevant language. 🌟 Cultural fit At Ultralytics, we set bold goals and execute with speed, precision, and teamwork . We're driven by hard work, ambition, and resilience — building fast, learning constantly, and delivering measurable impact. This is an intense startup environment. You'll be expected to work with urgency, take full ownership, make decisions without perfect information, and deliver high-quality work at pace. You'll thrive here if you: Take ownership and deliver results with focus and accountability. Combine strategic legal judgment with hands-on execution. Communicate clearly and turn complexity into practical action. Value excellence, grit, and creativity in equal measure. See collaboration as the foundation for meaningful progress. Our culture is built around our core values: Relentless progress: Constant evolution and improvement. Strive for excellence: Perseverance and attention to detail. Actions, not words: Focus on delivering meaningful results. Act with urgency: Seize fleeting opportunities. Open access to all: Transparent communication and collaboration. High impact: Your work will shape the future of vision AI. 🌎 Where and how you can work We believe great work happens where passion meets purpose. This role is hybrid at our London, UK hub. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom. We're an in-office team that values daily collaboration, energy, and connection. Being together helps us move faster, learn from one another, and celebrate wins as they happen. 🚀 Why join us We're not just building models — we're building the ecosystem powering the future of vision AI . About Pleo Messy spend management is tricky business. And tedious processes are a lose-lose situation for all involved, not just finance. At Pleo, we're changing that. We build spend solutions that make managing money seamless, empowering, and surprisingly effective for finance teams and employees alike - with a vision to help all businesses 'go beyond'. The word 'Pleo' actually means 'more than you'd expect', and living by that mantra has been the secret to our success over the last 10 years. Now, we're at a pivotal moment in our journey; every move we make has a direct impact on our 40,000+ customers, our business, and our collective success. We need people who take pride in uncovering customer needs, who turn complex problems into simple solutions, challenge the way things are done (respectfully), and always aim high. With great ambitions driving us forward, we can't say we've got this whole thing figured out. And frankly, that's half the fun! What we can say is that we're a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together. About the role We're looking for a GTM Operations Analyst to join our CX Operations team at Pleo. In this role, you'll drive operational excellence across customer experience, retention, and lifecycle workflows, manage CRM systems and data integrity, build reporting dashboards, and translate operational data into actionable insights for proactive retention strategies. If you're excited about building scalable customer-facing processes and are passionate about customer experience and SaaS operations, then this is the opportunity for you! Who you'll be working with and reporting to You'll report to our GTM Operations Manager and work closely with teams in Customer success & Sales teams. Our team is highly collaborative and dedicated to operational health and data integrity. You'll also have the chance to partner with teams across GTM to ensure success. What you'll be doing As a GTM Operations Analyst, you will: Operational Reporting & Dashboards – Design, build, and maintain comprehensive operational dashboards in Looker, Vitally, or Power BI to track customer health, onboarding progression, risk signals, and lifecycle renewals. CRM Administration & Data Management – Manage HubSpot or Salesforce systems including field configuration, custom objects, data mapping, and user access management. Churn & Risk Analytics – Analyze customer usage patterns and behavioral indicators to identify at-risk accounts early and support proactive retention interventions. Process Optimization – Map and evaluate post-sales and CX workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements across CX platforms. Stakeholder Collaboration & System Hygiene – Partner directly with CX leadership, Sales Operations, and GTM teams while conducting regular platform audits and workflow automations. You can expect to work with the following tech stack: HubSpot, Vitally, Salesforce, Freshworks, Looker, Power BI, and SQL/Python tools. What you bring You'll thrive in this role if you have: 3+ years as a CX Operations Analyst, Operations Specialist, Business Analyst, or similar role in B2B SaaS. Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and Customer Success tools (Vitally, Gainsight). Proficiency in building and maintaining business intelligence dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical skills, execution focus, and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-have: Proficiency with SQL or Python, workflow automation tools (Zapier/Make), and background in data governance. A strong background in customer success, sales operations, or customer analytics. Why is this role a good fit for you This role is a good fit for you if: You're comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy building structure and process where none exists yet, rather than waiting for a fully defined playbook. You're happy fielding ad-hoc requests and shifting priorities without losing momentum, and you don't need every task pre-defined to get moving. You get energized by digging into messy, complex problems and finding the root cause rather than settling for a quick patch. You're flexible and adaptable, comfortable working across multiple systems, stakeholders, and shifting priorities at the same time. You're naturally curious about data and genuinely enjoy translating numbers into a clear story that drives a business decision — a core trait of strong CX/Sales Ops talent. This role is not a good fit for you if: You need clearly defined, rigid action items and step-by-step direction to feel comfortable, rather than figuring out the approach as you go. You prefer priorities to stay fixed and find frequent context-switching between projects and stakeholders draining rather than energizing. You'd rather go deep on a single system or process than work across multiple CRM and CX platforms and stakeholder groups at once. You need a fully built-out process before you can start executing, rather than building the process as part of the work. How you'll develop in this role In your first 6 months at Pleo, you'll: Lead reporting/dashboards to drive impact in Revops. Collaborate with the CX team to improve processes or systems. Grow your skills in Revops, taking on new challenges as the company continues to scale. We're committed to helping you develop your career, whether that means taking on bigger projects, stepping into leadership, or acquiring new skills in Revops function. Show me the benefits Your own Pleo card (no more out-of-pocket spending!) Lunch is on us for your work days - enjoy catered meals or receive a lunch allowance based on your local office Comprehensive private healthcare - depending on your location, coverage options include Vitality, Alan or Médis We offer 25 days of holiday + your public holidays For our Team, we offer both hybrid and fully remote working options We use MyndUp to give our employees access to free mental health and well-being support with great success so far Paid parental leave - we want to make sure that we're supportive of families and help you feel that you don't have to compromise your family due to work The interview process We want to ensure you are set-up for success and understand what will be expected of you. If your application is successful, our interview process is as follows: Intro call: A 30-minute chat with our Talent Partner to discuss the role and your background. Hiring Manager Interview - 45 mins - To understand your experience, skillset, team fit and general alignment for the role. Pleo Challenge - 60 mins - An opportunity to showcase your knowledge and skillset, this will be with 2-3 leaders across the business. Transparency is important to us so we also wanted to share some insights about what we're looking for in applications to ensure you can set yourself up for success! When reviewing applications for the CX Operations Analyst role, here is what we really care about: We receive a lot of CVs, and many of them are AI-generated. We love seeing people leverage AI—it's a big focus for us internally too—but without human intervention, these CVs can sometimes become generic and fail to show a candidate in the best light. What we're really looking for is the specific details of real impact that only you—not AI—know from your previous experience. A top tip from us is to use the "Achieved X, as measured by Y, by doing Z" formula (credit: Laszlo Bock, ~2014) to give a really clear picture of what you've worked on. A final note: including links to your previous companies' websites is a huge help and allows us to truly understand your background. Every single application we receive is reviewed by a human (yes, hundreds of them) because we believe that candidates' efforts should be matched by an equal level of human care. This means that we expect a similar level of attention put into your application. Read and answer the application questions carefully, they make a huge difference in our decision-making process. Highlight most important aspects of the role, points that might get misunderstood, any specific industry requirements etc. About your application English first. Since it's our company language, please submit your application in English. You'll be using it a lot if you join us. A fair look for everyone. Our talent team reads every single application to ensure the process is fair. To keep things running smoothly, we only accept applications through our system—our support team can't pass on calls or emails. Diversity drives us. We can only reach our goals if our team reflects the world around us. That starts with you hitting apply, even if you don't tick every single box. We encourage people from all backgrounds and experiences to join us. Interview at your best. We want you to feel comfortable throughout the process. If you have any accessibility requirements or need a specific format, email belonging@pleo.io. We'll design a process that works for you. Your data is safe. When you apply, we process your personal data as a data processor. For more information on how Pleo processes personal data, read our Privacy Policy here . Applying for multiple roles? Nothing is stopping you, and we assess every role independently. However, we do look for alignment, so make sure you can explain why your interest and experience are right for each specific role. Reapplying. If you're applying for the same role again, please wait six months from your last decision before hitting submit.
Brightline is redefining what pediatric behavioral health care looks like for families across the country, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for Brightline's Public Sector business. This is one of the most senior individual contributor Product Management roles at Brightline and a high-impact, cross-functional position within our Product Development organization. Why This Role Your initial focus will be BrightLife Kids, Brightline's partnership with California's Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), where you'll own product strategy for new programs and initiatives that strengthen and grow the partnership. From there, you'll expand into owning additional public sector partnerships as this business grows — building the systems, product capabilities, and go-to-market motion that let Brightline both deepen existing government partnerships and win new ones. We're looking for someone who thrives navigating complex, technical and non-technical stakeholder ecosystems as much as they do defining a product roadmap. The public sector isn't a standard user-to-software environment — it involves political entities, government agencies, school and community partners, caregivers, and intricate cost-share and funding structures. The ideal candidate is a strategic generalist: comfortable operating zero-to-one in an ambiguous, still-forming market, deeply integrated with go-to-market and product marketing work, and able to independently lead complex initiatives from discovery through delivery. This role will regularly mean wearing multiple hats in service of a single goal — growing Brightline's public sector business like a startup within the company. Responsibilities Own product strategy and execution for BrightLife Kids, Brightline's partnership with California's DHCS, and expand into leading additional public sector partnerships as the business grows Develop, prioritize, and communicate a public sector product strategy and roadmap — organized around durable opportunity profiles such as renewal defense, scalability enablers, market share expansion, and net-new deal execution — to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Partner closely with Clinical, Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to translate state and community-level business challenges into scalable product solutions Deliver on specific state and agency commitments (e.g., program requirements, notification and reporting obligations, language access) that are critical to the continued success and growth of the partnership Build the foundational product and platform capabilities that let Brightline launch and scale new state and grant-funded programs more efficiently Operate comfortably in a client-facing capacity, supporting sales conversations, partnership discussions, and program presentations directly with prospective and existing state, agency, or community partners Define, measure, and improve the metrics that matter most for the initiatives you own — renewal probability, district/school adoption, program utilization, operational throughput, or other key outcomes Independently lead large, ambiguous, multi-stakeholder initiatives from discovery through delivery in a market where the mandate is often "figure out what to build before building it" Mentor other Product Managers and help elevate the product discipline as the public sector team grows Requirements 6+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience building healthcare technology products Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments involving institutional, governmental, or public-sector-adjacent buyers (e.g., school districts, state agencies, government health programs) — comfortable navigating political, institutional, and cost-share dynamics that go beyond a standard user-to-software relationship Demonstrated ability to operate zero-to-one: driving discovery, synthesizing market and stakeholder needs, and building a strategic roadmap from scratch in the absence of an established one Direct experience partnering with go-to-market, marketing, or sales teams to draft and test pitches, positioning, and value propositions — not just handing off requirements to engineering Comfortable operating in a product marketing and client-facing capacity — supporting sales or business development conversations and engaging directly with institutional or government partners Strong analytical capability, including experience using SQL, product analytics tools, experimentation, and data to inform product strategy and measure business impact Proven ability to independently lead large, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, and comfort wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving, still-scaling business Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment Nice to Have Experience in behavioral health or hybrid digital/physical healthcare Experience with government, education-sector, or grant-funded program contracts (e.g., Medicaid/state health agency programs, school-based mental health initiatives) Benefits, Perks & Stipends We invest in our people with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, your family, and your life outside of work: Health coverage: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, a Flexible Spending Account, and a 401(k) Time to recharge: 12 Company Holidays, Floating Holidays, and Paid Time Off — plus a company-wide Holiday Shutdown between Christmas and New Year's, so you can truly unplug knowing your teammates are offline too Growing your family: Parental Leave to be present for what matters most Perks & stipends: Health and Wellness Stipend, Home Office Reimbursement, License Maintenance Reimbursement, Commuter Benefits, and Professional Development Reimbursement to support how and where you do your best work At Brightline we have built a total rewards philosophy that includes fair, equitable, competitive, geo-based compensation that is performance and potential based. Our strategy is based on robust market research, including external advisory specializing in national compensation, and thoughtful input from every level of our organization. Depending on the position, total compensation packages are dynamically structured and may include a combination of cash salary, equity, benefits, wellbeing, and professional opportunity. Compensation for this role varies based on geographic location and market data. Final compensation will be determined by factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity. In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range is $180,000 to $200,000. Our Commitment to Building a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Workforce At Brightline, we believe that Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging are essential to the foundation upon which our mission is built. We are committed to: building a future where all families can access inclusive, high-quality care creating an environment that encourages our employees to show up authentically, reach their highest potential, and have an equal opportunity to thrive systematically evaluating and improving our inherent beliefs, observed behaviors, structures, and systems ensuring that every employee, candidate, client, and family we serve is valued and respected About Brightline Brightline is a therapy and psychiatry practice that delivers expert pediatric, teen, and parental mental health care to families and kids up to age 18.
