Title: Senior Customer Success Manager Location: United States, REMOTE Salesloft is building the next era of enterprise revenue — one where teams make confident decisions powered by AI and real signals. By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we're building the industry's first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth. With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won — the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate. Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future. THE OPPORTUNITY At Salesloft, our Senior Customer Success Managers own the relationship that determines whether a customer renews, expands, and becomes an advocate — or quietly churns. You are the person accountable for making sure customers realize measurable value from our Predictive Revenue System, translating platform capability into revenue outcomes their leadership can see. This is not a reactive support role. You will manage a book of business proactively — using product usage data, AI-surfaced health signals, and your own commercial judgment to intervene before problems become risks and to spot expansion opportunities before the customer asks. You will be the voice of the customer inside Salesloft and the trusted advisor the customer relies on outside it. On a day-to-day basis, you will: Own retention, adoption, and net revenue expansion across a defined book of business, translating each customer's goals into a clear plan for realizing value from the platform. Use AI-surfaced customer health signals, product usage data, and engagement scoring to prioritize proactively — acting first on the accounts and moments that matter most. Lead strategic business reviews with customer stakeholders and executives, connecting platform usage to measurable revenue outcomes and ROI. Partner with Account Management to identify and drive expansion opportunities grounded in demonstrated value. Advocate for customers cross-functionally — bringing structured product feedback to Product and Engineering and coordinating internal resources to resolve challenges. Drive adoption through tailored enablement, onboarding support, and ongoing strategic guidance that keeps customers progressing toward their goals. This role lives at the heart of how we are Customer Inspired: every action you take is measured against a single question — does this make our customer more successful? And in the spirit of how we Lead From the Front, you'll use the same AI-powered platform our customers use, bringing applied curiosity to how technology can scale the value you deliver across your entire book. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a commercially minded relationship builder who understands that customer success is a revenue discipline, not a support function. You are equally comfortable running an executive business review and digging into usage data to find the signal that tells you where to focus next. You embody what we call Evidence Over Ego — you bring data to customer conversations rather than assumption, you let health signals and outcomes guide where you spend your time, and you're honest with customers about what will and won't move them forward. You are proactive by nature, energized by ownership, and motivated by seeing customers win. This is the right role if you want to own real commercial outcomes at a company whose platform is redefining how revenue teams operate. THE TEAM The Salesloft Customer Success organization is responsible for the retention, adoption, and growth of our customer base — the team that ensures the value we sell is the value customers actually realize. CSMs here operate as trusted advisors and commercial owners, working closely with Account Management, Support, Product, and Marketing. The team Moves as One — success, sales, and support operate with shared ownership of customer outcomes, surfacing risks and opportunities directly rather than passing them between functions. And we are relentlessly Customer Inspired: the entire team measures itself by customer success, not internal activity metrics, because a renewed and expanding customer is the only result that counts. THE SKILL SET Proven track record in a Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sale role at a B2B SaaS company, with direct ownership of retention and expansion outcomes. Demonstrated ability to manage a book of business and consistently meet or exceed retention and net revenue expansion targets. Comfort working with product usage data and customer health signals to prioritize action and drive decisions. Strong executive presence — the ability to run business reviews and build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate platform capability into business outcomes a customer's leadership will value. Experience with a sales engagement, revenue intelligence, or revenue operations platform — Salesloft, Clari, Gong, Outreach, or adjacent tools. Familiarity using AI-driven customer health scoring, engagement analytics, or predictive churn signals to manage a book of business. Experience partnering closely with Account Management on expansion in a shared-account model. BENEFITS: For more information about our company's comprehensive benefits please visit: https://salesloftbenefits.com/ At Salesloft, we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone belongs and can thrive. Senior Frontend Engineer – Marketing (USA Only, 100% Remote)
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior
astroverceldentalanimationseocrm+1

This job description was written by a person About Us Since 2013, we've been building a CRM that gets out of your way and helps your team sell more, faster. Now we're building AI into every part of it, so Close does the busywork and your team does the selling. No manual data entry, no 10-click workflows. Just communication-first, AI-powered sales software designed to help you succeed and scale. We're bootstrapped and profitable which means we answer to our customers and play by our rules. We're proud of our 120-person, 100% remote team, focused on building Close so that no small, scaling business fails because it can't figure out sales. About the Role One of our values is "Build a house you want to live in." In this metaphor, Close.com is the front door. Our website is where people learn about who we are, what we do and, even more importantly, it's a critical touch point on their journey to becoming a Close customer. We're dedicated to making it best-in-class. We've recently migrated from Webflow to our own codebase (Astro, Sanity, Vercel) so a new and improved foundation is in place. We believe building in-house gives us the flexibility, creativity, and speed to make our website a competitive advantage - this is where our first Sr. Frontend Engineer - Marketing comes in. As the technical owner of the website, you'll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and instrumenting Close.com . You'll work closely with Marketing, including a Marketing Designer, but report up through Engineering. You are A marketing website engineer. You've built beautiful, conversion-focused websites for a while now - probably 5+ years. You may have worked in an agency, but you've also had to build, own, and collaborate on websites long-term - seeing your work through impact and likely many iterations. Motion, ambitious CSS, and rich media are second nature, and you sweat page speed and how the site reads to both search engines and AI agents as much as how cool it looks. A modern stack like Astro paired with a headless CMS (Sanity is ours) is familiar territory to you. Fluent in measurement. The sites you build aren't only beautiful, but they're well-measured too. You understand cookies, conversion events, analytics, and experimentation tooling, and you've worked with tools like Segment, Amplitude, or Customer.io . Focused on conversion and fueled by impact. We're primarily a self-service SMB business and that means that Close.com isn't just a brand experience. It's a critical part of our acquisition funnel. This means that your work will have a direct effect on some of our most important business metrics - traffic, conversion, revenue. You're the type who finds this motivating and is eager to parter with Marketing and Growth to move these numbers. Energized by empowering non-technical team members. You've built systems that allow Marketers or Designers to self-serve and solve problems quickly and independently. You're comfortable thinking through guardrails, automations, and tooling. Already building with AI. You use AI to move faster and empower your team but are equally discerning about which moments require craftsmanship and taste. Resourceful and collaborative. You'll bridge two teams (Marketing and Engineering) and will need to easily work with folks across departments and levels. No tweak or task is too small (or too big) for you to tackle. You will Build and continuously improve a world-class marketing website. We want close.com to be responsive, highly interactive, and polished. The kind of site that brings the product to life through animation and interactivity. You'll ship new pages and continue raising the bar on core site functionality. Make the site fast and findable. You'll own performance, technical SEO, and how the site shows up to search engines and AI agents. Manage the infrastructure behind the site. The platform (Sanity), components, integrations, and deployment are for you to maintain and evolve. Own the technical integrity of site measurement and partner on experiments. Make sure tracking, attribution, conversion events, and funnel data are implemented correctly and reliably flow into our marketing and data systems. Build tools that let Marketing self-serve...and help the site self-improve. You'll build automations and flows to help the team ship pages, campaigns, and experiments, but you'll also help the website be a partner in its own development - be it catching regressions or flagging performance problems and SEO issues. The website of the future is a surface for collaboration between you, the marketing team, and AI agents. Stretch beyond the site and act as an engineering resource to marketing. The website is your focus, but there's a lot of work to be done! You'll be a resource for solving tricky problems, across the website and in other areas of marketing - sometimes that means hopping in yourself, or just knowing when to loop in the right person. Benefits Compensation: Competitive pay plus an organization-wide goal-based bonus Paid Time Off: ~5 weeks of PTO to start. Plus a 1-week all-company Winter Holiday Break and paid US holidays. You'll earn 2 extra days for every year you're with Close. 80% Work Option: Work with your manager to choose between a standard 5-day week or a 4-day week at 80% pay Parental Leave: Paid leave for primary and secondary caregivers Sabbatical: A 1-month paid sabbatical every 5 years with the team Healthcare (US residents): Two medical plans with Close covering 99% of your premium, plus Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, and company-paid Long-Term Disability 401k (US residents): We match your contributions up to 6%, vested immediately Our Values Build a house you want to live in - Examine long-term thinking and action No BS - Practice transparency and honesty, especially when it's hard Invest in each other - Build successful relationships with your coworkers and customers Discipline equals freedom - Keep your word to yourself and others Strive for greatness - Constantly challenge yourself and others Learn More Listen to our CEO and Founder, Steli Efti, tell the story of Close's journey in the $0-30m Blueprint . In 2027, we're headed to Dusseldorf, Germany! Explore our product. Check out a demo ! Our Hiring Process We ask a few role-specific questions as part of our application process. These questions are designed to help us learn more about you from the start, so please answer each one thoughtfully. We see this as an opportunity to get to know you beyond your resume. We use AI tools daily at Close and expect candidates to do the same. In evaluating your application, we aim to get a sense for you - the way you think, how you communicate, the work you've done. Applications that read as fully AI-generated will not be considered. Regardless of fit, you can expect to hear back from our team with an update on the status of your candidacy. If you progress to the interview process, you'll receive a full outline of the role-specific steps in your first touchpoint with us. We do our best to make the hiring process clear and human. Senior Backend Engineer - CRM (USA Only, 100% Remote)
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior

About Us Since 2013, we've been building a CRM that gets out of your way and helps your team sell more, faster. Our Stack Our backend tech stack consists primarily of Python Flask web apps with our TaskTiger scheduler handling many of the backend asynchronous task processing chores. Our data stores include MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis. The underlying infrastructure runs on AWS using a combination of managed services like EKS, MSK, RDS and ElastiCache and non-managed services running on EC2 instances. We have CI/CD pipelines that build Docker images, run automated tests and deploy to Kubernetes clusters. We also use these images in our local development environment allowing coding locally against all of our services. We have a well-documented public API that is consumed by our front-end JavaScript app as well as numerous integrations. Our infrastructure is heavily automated using Terraform, Ansible and other AWS tools. We love open sourcing our code and ideas on our GitHub and on The Making of Close , our behind-the-scenes Product & Engineering blog. Check out our open source projects like SocketShark , TaskTiger , LimitLion and ciso8601 . AI is both how we build and what we ship, and that's reshaped what engineering looks like. This is a transformation we're embracing and find deeply exciting. About the Role The CRM team owns everything that Close's customers touch all day, every day: leads, contacts, opportunities, tasks, activities, custom objects, and search. Each time a call is logged, an email is threaded, a meeting is summarized, it lands on the record this team owns, and every agent we ship starts there. Today, this team is making big moves towards the next iteration of Close's core data model, our largest engineering effort currently underway. We're reopening assumptions made a decade ago and asking what a modern CRM's data model should look like — one that makes Close flexible for our small, scaling business customers. This is a long series of migrations and rearchitecture projects. If you like greenfield and you like hairy, this is both: help design the next version of Close, and untangle the current one. One thing to know: we do move people between teams as the work shifts. Most engineers here end up on more than one team over their time at Close — this team is where you'd start, but over time you'll likely have the opportunity to work on many different projects. You are A seasoned engineer. Python is our backbone, but perhaps you've worked across Go, Rust, or TypeScript. You pick the right tool for the workload rather than retreating to what you know. Architecturally minded. This is the thing we care about most. You've designed systems others built on, planned a migration that couldn't take the product down, and know how to sequence a rearchitecture into pieces that ship independently. Drawn to data model and retrieval problems. Schemas, relationships, normalization, query design, type systems. The plumbing decides whether a CRM feels fast and we pride ourselves on being fast. Experienced in search — this is a serious bonus. Elasticsearch especially, and anything adjacent: Lucene internals, query planning, relevance, indexing at scale, building or operating a search engine. AI-native in production. You've shipped meaningful LLM-backed or agentic features to real users, and you have a POV on where AI earns its place in a CRM workflow and where a structured system wins. Working with AI in your day-to-day. You use AI tools in your own workflow to ship faster, write tighter code, and reason about unfamiliar parts of the codebase. We fund best-in-class developer tools and treat experimentation as part of the work. Battle-tested. You've debugged incidents where latency budgets didn't hold, owned a system everyone else relied on, or carried a pager for something with real customer impact. A builder first. You'd rather get a sloppy v1 in front of fifty customers than spend three weeks on abstractions. You ship. You will Rearchitect the core CRM data model. Rework how leads, contacts, opportunities, and custom objects relate to each other so each of our customers can represent their business the way it operates. Make Close usable by agents. The Agents team builds the MCP foundation; we build the tools and endpoints on top of it that expose the CRM's data and actions. The hard part is search: any MCP-compatible harness should be able to traverse, filter, and reason over a customer's CRM without learning our private query language first. Ship AI-native CRM features. This team built agentic enrichment: instead of paying a third-party data provider, an agent goes and researches whatever field you need, in bulk or automatically inside a workflow. There's a lot more of this ahead, including AI-powered data cleaning and richer AI search. Keep the hot paths fast. Finding a lead, updating a deal, scanning a pipeline, running a bulk action. Salespeople do these hundreds of times a week and no amount of clever architecture matters if they're slow. Tech you'll touch: Python, Flask, FastAPI, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, TaskTiger, MCP — plus whichever LLM ships next. Senior Backend Engineer - Backend Platform (USA Only, 100% Remote)

Check out our open source projects like SocketShark , TaskTiger , LimitLion and ciso8601 . AI is both how we build and what we ship, and that's reshaped what engineering looks like. This is a transformation we're embracing and find deeply exciting. About the Role Close runs on Python: Flask web apps, TaskTiger, billions of MongoDB documents, a public REST API that customers and external agents both build on. Four product teams ship features on top of that every week. Backend Platforms owns the foundation underneath it all. As an Engineer on our Backend Platforms team, you're building for other engineers. When a product team adds a new API endpoint, most of what they write isn't their feature — it's wiring: authentication, permissions, rate limiting, the shape the endpoint has to take so it looks like every other endpoint when you squint. Multiply that across telemetry, eventing, database migrations, authorization, and local development, and you get the problem this team exists to solve: make the paved road faster to walk than the trail. The other half of the team's mandate is the AI development platform. We've built DevDawg, cloud-based development environments preconfigured for our entire application stack and our engineering practices, and Spice, our extension layer on top of a coding agent that runs internal review workflows and root cause analysis. Spice is hooked into GitHub and can already approve mergeable pull requests on its own for simple changes. This team is responsible for expanding what it can safely handle. This is a new team. You would be one of the first hires, and you'd have unusual influence over what the team owns and how it operates. One thing to know: we do move people between teams as the work shifts. Most engineers here end up on more than one team over their time at Close — this team is where you'd start, but over time you'll likely have the opportunity to work on many different projects. This role is open at the Senior and Staff levels. You don't need to pick one when you apply: we'll calibrate together during the process. You are A seasoned Python engineer. Python is our backbone and it matters in this role more than on other teams at Close. Architectural patterns don't port cleanly between languages, and you'll be setting the patterns. Go, Rust, or TypeScript alongside it is welcome. Drawn to meta-problems. This team doesn't ship features to customers; it changes how features get built. AI-native in production. You've shipped meaningful LLM-backed or agentic work to real users. For a team building AI tooling that other engineers depend on, this is foundational to the role. Working with AI in your day-to-day. You use coding agents in your own workflow and have a real POV on where they help and where they get in the way. On this team, your POV becomes the product. We fund best-in-class developer tools and treat experimentation as part of the work. Fluent in observability and production practice. Telemetry, metrics, tracing, alerting, Sentry ownership, what production-ready actually means. You've been the person who made a system legible when it broke. Opinionated about API design. You've shipped internet-facing APIs and you think about who's on the other end — apps, agents, humans reading docs — and what each needs. Battle-tested. You've debugged incidents where latency budgets didn't hold, owned a system everyone else relied on, or carried a pager for something with real customer impact. A builder first. You'd rather get a rough v1 in front of five engineers than spend three weeks on abstractions. Energized by internal customers. Your users are a Slack DM away. You'll talk to them directly instead of through a PM, and you'll use most of what you build yourself. You will Expand DevDawg and Spice. Cloud development environments for our full stack, paired with automated review and root-cause tooling that can approve real pull requests. Making that safe enough to cover more of our review surface is one of the team's biggest projects. Build the paved roads for our API layer. REST blueprints, GraphQL schema, OpenAPI, realtime, and the auth and permission plumbing that every endpoint needs. Consistent patterns are what make shared utilities possible. Modernize the backend framework layer. Web and async compute frameworks, performance, and migration paths (Flask → FastAPI, among others) — with clear defaults, examples, and migrations teams can adopt without asking permission. Own how we see production. Observability, metrics, alerting, and the readiness bar teams meet before shipping. When the same issues keep showing up in incident reviews, you make sure the underlying cause gets owned rather than re-triaged. Ship shared backend services and primitives. Eventing patterns and the event log, database-change safety and migration guardrails, delegated access and auditability, the internal admin framework and support-facing APIs. Set the guardrails for coding agents in our backend. Static analysis, linting, hooks, test harnesses — the constraints that make agent-written code safe to merge at volume. Partner across the org. Infrastructure owns the substrate (AWS, Kubernetes, datastores); you own the application layer on top. Tech you'll touch: Python, Flask, FastAPI, GraphQL, TaskTiger, Rust, Typescript, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions — plus whatever coding agent ships next. Benefits Compensation: Competitive pay plus an organization-wide goal-based bonus Paid Time Off: ~5 weeks of PTO to start. Plus a 1-week all-company Winter Holiday Break and paid US holidays. Staff GTM Analyst (USA Only, 100% Remote)

About the Role Our GTM org has a lot of questions. Most of the questions we care about can't be answered by spinning up a cute dashboard. Is branded search creating new customers or capturing demand that already existed? Did the homepage redesign improve conversion, or did our traffic mix change? If we've got some wild ideas for our next bet, where should the money go? These kinds of big-picture questions require someone who can interrogate the metric, trace it through the warehouse, understand the business context, and turn it into action. This person will be our first Staff GTM Analyst. You'll work alongside GTM leadership to make consequential decisions while still staying hands-on in the nitty gritty of all the data. The best part: the way we answer these questions is changing. Effective SQL is just a few tokens away, dashboards can be Claude-ed in minutes, and teammates increasingly expect to find their own answers. You'll build the semantic layers, context, and guardrails that make self-service possible, even trustworthy, then determine where an analyst's expertise is indispensable. You are An experienced analyst. You have roughly 8 years of hands-on, highly technical analytics experience. Most importantly: you're backed by the pattern recognition that comes with having seen all sorts of hairy problems. You're at the point in your career where you can take an ambiguous business question, dive head-first into the data, turn your findings into a decision, and bring everyone else along with you. A bridge between the technical and the business. You can build a model in dbt, work directly in Snowflake, and translate it into something actionable. You'll partner closely with our Lead Analytics Engineer but you need to be willing and able to dive in and self-serve. Fluent in the quirks of GTM data. Attribution, channel definitions, UTMs, bots and broken tracking are known quantities. You don't need to have been a dedicated GTM Analyst, but you should certainly know your way around this part of the business. Pushing the boundary of what AI means for analytics. AI is writing your first-draft SQL, analysis, and reporting and you've shifted that energy to bringing analysis into the future: building the semantic layers, context, and guardrails that let the team self-serve trustworthy answers. A trusted cross-functional leader. Teammates across functions and levels listen to you. You immerse yourself in the context of their needs and bridge gaps in understanding. Fiercely independent and accountable. You welcome a vague ask with aplomb. You'll scope the problem, find the dependencies, bring in the right people, and drive the work through the analysis, recommendation…all the way to a fix. More concerned with impact than output. A polished dashboard is useful only when it changes what we do. You prioritize the questions that can materially improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue. You will Make our GTM data trustworthy. You'll define metrics, model the funnel from first touch through paid conversion, and reconcile discrepancies across Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, GA4, and our ad platforms. Explain what we're seeing. Why are trials up while paid conversion isn't? Why are Snowflake and Amplitude disagreeing? Which channel is driving volume but producing low-quality customers? You'll dig into the data until we understand what changed and why. Help decide what to do next. Are we on track to hit our goals? What would another investment in paid media produce? You'll forecast, model the tradeoffs, and empower leadership to make the best possible decision. Own the outcome. Whether you uncover something small like broken campaign tracking or you're focused on moving a major business metric, you'll bring in the right people and shepherd the team to the data-driven outcome. Define the next era of Data at Close. You'll help us move from a queue of reactive requests to a system where an agent spots changes, assembles the context, and gets the right insight to the right person at the right time. Benefits Compensation: Competitive pay plus an organization-wide goal-based bonus Paid Time Off: ~5 weeks of PTO to start. Plus a 1-week all-company Winter Holiday Break and paid US holidays. You ultimately ensure we have the right number of bikes, batteries and parts at the right time, the right place and the best price. Oversee our assembly & refurbishment activities: Manage our assembly and refurbishment partners, own the bills of material for everything we build from purchased components as well as internal refurbishment within our locations. Own the systems, not just the process: Take full responsibility for our ERP and warehouse management setup for all supply chain topics, from data model and master data through to daily execution – you will be the business owner to our software team and guide implementation. Professionalize the structure: Design and implement the processes, controls and physical setup our growing operation needs, and then get your hands dirty making them real and ensuring your organization internalizes them. Own the numbers behind the goods: You will guide the rest of the company on such topics as transfer prices, landed cost allocation and other supply-chain related financials, ensuring each business line's P&L is accurately reflecting parts consumption and asset usage – together with our Finance team. Drive the agenda across teams: Set priorities, align Hardware, Finance and Tech behind them, and hold the line when it matters. Partner with the larger organization and understand your impact on them: All you do, you do with the end goal in mind to become the best friend of our Local and Country Operations and Sales teams, who all depend on your fulfillment excellence to grow and maintain their businesses. Lead and grow your team: Build a supply chain organization that scales with us across markets. Your skills and qualifications We are looking for someone who has built structure inside a well-run company and is ready to build it again from scratch, with their sleeves rolled up. Ideally you bring: 10+ years of relevant professional experience, of which at least 5 in a managerial supply chain or operations role. Experience leading a team of at least 3 direct reports in a supply chain or operations-heavy function. Structure from an established company: You have worked inside proper processes and systems and know what good looks like. 0 to 1 experience: You have also built something from nothing in a smaller or fast-moving company or demonstrated you can excel in such a setting, and you are comfortable being scrappy when that is what the situation needs. Commercial and financial fluency: Working capital optimization, inter-company transactions or product costing, are all familiar territory for you. Cross-functional communication: You can carry a topic across teams and drive it to a decision. Ownership and a firm, professional attitude: You take the whole problem, not your part of it. English at C1 level or above Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Odoo or a comparable ERP, ideally including experience in shaping or designing a system for supply chain topics rather than execution alone. Background in bike, scooter, mobility or another hardware-heavy industry where physical goods move between internal as well as external locations.
