Develop and launch a repeatable Enterprise adoption methodology covering evaluation, production deployment, expansion and scaled adoption. Define the engagement model for Forward Deployed Engineers, Field Engineering and services within strategic Enterprise opportunities. You can turn a complex technology and market landscape into a clear point of view that customers and field teams can act on. You can move comfortably between a CIO, a product leader, a field seller, an engineer and an industry executive. Establish clear ways of working with country field sales teams, including qualification, routing, account assignment, handoff, executive sponsorship and attribution. Establish effective operating mechanisms with Product, Engineering, Field Engineering, Marketing, Capacity, Finance, Legal and other supporting groups. Implement the business review cadence, measurement framework and attribution model required to assess ecosystem and field impact. Who You Are 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, startup go-to-market or venture ecosystem leadership within cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology, AI or another complex technology environment. Significant leadership experience building and operating startup, venture capital or ecosystem programmes across multiple EMEA markets. A proven record of converting ecosystem relationships into qualified opportunities, technical adoption, pipeline, consumption and commercial growth. Demonstrated experience developing senior relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, universities, research organisations, founders, CTOs and technology executives. Experience working with country sales organisations to create demand and accelerate customer acquisition without displacing account ownership. Strong understanding of the startup lifecycle, from formation and seed funding through venture growth and scaled commercial operation. Experience identifying promising companies early and assessing their technical ambition, infrastructure needs, funding trajectory and long-term potential. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, developer tooling and the requirements of AI-native companies. Demonstrated ability to build structured programmes, operating mechanisms and performance measures that scale beyond personal relationships. Experience aligning Sales, Field Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal and executive stakeholders around shared opportunities. Strong analytical and operational capability, including market segmentation, portfolio analysis, opportunity attribution and executive business reviews. Experience building, hiring, coaching and developing high-performing business development or ecosystem teams. A record of operating successfully across EMEA markets and cultures, with the ability to travel regularly. Preferred Leadership experience within the startup organisation of a major hyperscale cloud provider, AI platform company or global infrastructure technology business. Direct experience building or scaling a regional startup business measured through customer acquisition, workload adoption, consumption and revenue. Experience designing the operating model between a regional startup business development organisation and country-based sales teams. Established senior relationships across the EMEA venture capital and AI startup ecosystem. Experience working with compute-intensive AI companies across training, fine-tuning, inference, applied AI or AI platform development. Experience creating startup programmes or technical adoption mechanisms that helped companies progress from experimentation to scaled production workloads. Experience influencing product, capacity and go-to-market decisions using insight from founders, investors and startups. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. We will also consider an exceptional senior venture ecosystem builder who has strong credibility with EMEA investors and founders, can identify high-potential technical companies early and has translated ecosystem access into measurable commercial outcomes for a technology platform. Experience focused primarily on events, sponsorships, brand awareness or community activity will not, by itself, be sufficient. Wondering If You're a Good Fit? We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring different experiences, even if they do not meet every requirement. You have built a startup business or ecosystem and understand that credibility must ultimately produce customer and field outcomes. You can move comfortably between a venture capital partner, a technical founder, a country sales leader and an internal product executive. You combine a strong external network with the discipline to build repeatable systems. You recognise promising companies early and make clear recommendations about where CoreWeave should invest time and resources. You measure success through the quality of companies won, workloads activated and value created for field teams, not activity alone. You operate with urgency, commercial judgement, curiosity and a strong bias toward execution. Why CoreWeave? At CoreWeave, we work hard, have fun and move fast. About Notabene Notabene is building infrastructure that's transforming how money moves in the digital economy. We're evolving beyond our compliance foundations to enable the next generation of digital financial services between regulated institutions with unprecedented efficiency. With nearly 50 employees across 14 countries and having recently closed our Series B round last November with support from leading investors including Y Combinator, DRW, F-Prime, Jump Capital, Castle Island, and Green Visor Capital, we're looking for people like you to help shape the future rails of the crypto industry. Location: US-based, Remote East Coast The impact you will have Notabene is planning on going through its first external financial statement audit, covering the fiscal years ending January 2026 and January 2027. You will own that process. You will also own the close, the books, and the accounting policy for a two-entity, multi-currency business whose revenue includes subscription fees, usage-based transaction billing, and a payments network take rate that has no clean accounting precedent anywhere. The accounting function is already substantially built. Close runs, the books are in order, and readiness work for the audit is well underway. What we need is someone to own it, finish it, and take it through the audit, while raising the standard on policy and documentation as the business gets more complex. You will be the most senior accounting voice in the company, reporting to the VP of Finance, with one direct report and a set of external providers. You will not have a large team before late 2027, and that is deliberate. Capacity here comes from better systems and better automation, and you will be the one deciding what those look like. Within a year you are successful if Notabene has a clean audit opinion on both fiscal years, with no material weaknesses and no second cycle on auditor requests The close hits its calendar consistently, starting with the revenue close landing on time Revenue recognition is documented in a written memo that stands up in fieldwork, rather than living only in the billing system configuration Multi-entity consolidation and FX translation run cleanly enough to survive audit scrutiny, with intercompany and CTA tied and supported Payroll allocation across departments and software development capitalization are written policy applied consistently, not judgment applied after the fact Key accounting controls are documented, operating, and evidenced At least two accounting processes that are manual today run without a person in the loop, and still hold up under audit What you will be doing Audit. Run the readiness assessment, build the remediation plan, contribute the technical view on which firm we engage, and then own the auditor relationship day to day. Close and reporting. Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across Notabene Inc. and Notabene GmbH. Produce GAAP financial statements, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and FX translation under ASC 830. Technical accounting. Write the positions and the memos. ASC 606 across three revenue models, ASC 350-40 for internal-use software capitalization, ASC 718 for stock compensation expense, and whatever emerges as stablecoin payment revenue matures. Revenue and billing systems. Own Tabs as the billing and revenue system of record, including contract configuration, usage data integrity, and the bridge from Tabs to the general ledger. Cost accounting. Build the payroll allocation method for people whose work splits across functions, and the capitalization policy for development work, so departmental margin reflects where effort actually goes. Controls. Design and implement controls over revenue, cash, procure to pay, and payroll. Not SOX. Controls that operate, are evidenced, and can be walked by an auditor. Automation. Evaluate the accounting stack and the processes running on it with a bias toward automation, including agentic tooling where work is rule-bound and high volume. Categorization, reconciliation matching, usage validation, and collections follow-up are the obvious places to start. Accounting operations. Own AR and collections with your direct report, plus AP and payroll accounting. Employee onboarding and HRIS administration sit with People, not with you. Tax. Own US tax compliance in coordination with our external advisers, including the income tax provision and sales tax. Coordinate Swiss compliance with our local accountants. External providers. We produce revenue in-house, our Swiss accountants produce their piece, and our outsourced firm assembles the close. You will own the checklist, the policies, and the reconciliations, so providers execute against a Notabene-owned close rather than holding it themselves. What you bring Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accounting Manager at a venture-backed company, with a track record of raising the standard on process rather than just running what exists You have taken a company through a first external audit and can describe specifically what broke and what you did about it Month-end close ownership across two or more legal entities in different currencies Deep, hands-on ASC 606, applied to at least one revenue model without clean precedent, and defended to an auditor You operate in the detail. Rillet is the Agentic ERP built for modern finance teams. We help companies automate the most critical parts of finance, from closing the books and recognizing revenue to consolidating entities and reporting to investors. More than 600 companies run on Rillet, including Mercor, Scribe, and Function Health, and we partner with leading accounting firms including EY and KPMG. We're building in one of the largest software markets in the world, with the momentum to match. Rillet has raised more than $200M, is valued at $1B, and is backed by Sequoia, a16z, ICONIQ, Bain Capital Ventures, Oak HC/FT, and other leading investors. We're using that backing to build the financial infrastructure for the next generation of companies and help every business run its numbers at the speed of AI. Who We Are Rillet's pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. To succeed here, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility. The people who thrive at Rillet do not wait for assignments. They internalize the mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for. Our work revolves around our customers. The people who succeed here are energized by delivering what matters most, even when it was not part of the original plan. Rillet is built on deep accounting expertise, and it takes people from many disciplines to build a category-defining company. You do not need to be an accountant to thrive here. You do need to care deeply about the problems we solve and the impact our customers can create. Together, we combine the precision of accounting with the speed, creativity, and ambition of AI-native software to power the financial core of the world's fastest-growing companies while redefining what finance teams should expect from their software. Who We Need We're looking for an accountant who wants to be a builder—whether you've already moved into a client-facing/solutions role or you're a current accountant ready to apply your craft with modern tools. Having previous professional accounting or audit experience will allow the candidate to build immediate trust with our customers. You'll own the long-term relationship with our customers after sales and implementation, partnering with CFOs, Controllers, and Accounting Managers to deliver scalable, automated solutions on Rillet's AI platform. If you enjoy solving complex accounting problems, client interaction, system configuration, and measurable impact—but don't have a traditional "Customer Success" background—this role is for you. What You'll Do Own customer relationships and outcomes: Build deep relationships across your customer portfolio, run success plans, and hold recurring meetings to maximize value attainment of Rillet. Deliver unique AI-driven accounting solutions: Translate complex accounting challenges into automated workflows powered by Rillet's AI platform. Apply accounting expertise: Bridge the gap between technical product capabilities and customer accounting needs, ensuring solutions meet real-world requirements. Drive platform adoption and expansion: Lead trainings to ensure customers are continuously enabled on the platform, advise on process optimization and month-end close efficiency. Cross-functional collaboration: Provide front-line customer feedback to founders and Product in close to real-time, triage support issues with Engineering, and ensure smooth account handoff with Implementation. Become a Product Expert: Develop deep product expertise in Rillet's AI-native platform, staying up-to-date on the latest features and functionality. Represent Rillet: You'll be the face of the company and will apply high customer empathy and structured problem-solving to ensure every customer interaction is delightful. Who We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience (public audit/assurance or industry GL/Close, Revenue, AP, or Consolidations). Understanding of UK GAAP and the end-to-end close process — even better if you have exposure to IFRS and technical accounting concepts like IFRS 15 / revenue recognition. Proven ability to translate accounting requirements into system configurations and automated workflows. Experience with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Intacct) and comfort picking up new finance tools. Bias to action, ownership mindset, and high attention to detail in a fast-moving environment. CPA (active or inactive); prior client-facing/consulting or implementation experience (not required). Life at Rillet Grow with us. Take meaningful ownership, expand your scope, and make an impact as Rillet scales. Competitive pay and meaningful equity. Be rewarded for the value you help create. Benefits that support you. We offer competitive benefits designed to support your health, wellbeing, time away from work, family, and long-term financial goals. Better together. We value collaboration, connection, and spending meaningful time together as a team. We regularly create opportunities to connect through team meals, events, and company gatherings. Company Description Givebutter is the most-loved nonprofit fundraising and CRM platform, empowering millions of changemakers to raise more, pay less, and give better. Nonprofits use Givebutter to replace multiple tools so they can launch fundraisers and events, use donation forms and donor management (CRM), send emails and text blasts—all in one place. Use of the Givebutter platform is completely free with a 100% transparent tip-or-fee model. Givebutter has been certified as a Great Place to Work® every year since 2021, and is the #1 rated nonprofit software company on G2 across multiple categories. Our mission is to empower the changemaker in all of us. We believe giving should be fun, so you'll want to do it again, and we also believe that work should be fun, so that you'll have the greatest impact. We are excited to hear from talented people who want to work with other talented people in making the world a butter place—and have fun along the way. Role Description Givebutter is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Integrations, to join our Growth pod. Nonprofits live inside dozens of tools they already love: CRMs, accounting, volunteer platforms, AI assistants. This role decides how well Givebutter meets them there. You'll shape our public API into something builders and their AI agents actually want to reach for, and hold the partner surfaces we care about most as they grow with us. Most of this work happens in the space between two systems: reading partner docs, spiking to see what breaks, sitting on calls with external engineers, closing the ambiguity that turns "maybe we could" into "here's how." Why join the Givebutter Engineering team? Democracy of code. We value equal contributions from all engineers and foster an environment of open discussion on architecture and ideas. Autonomy in work. We keep meetings to a minimum. Engineers have the freedom to manage their own calendars and block out uninterrupted time for focused work. Automated CI/CD. Our build and deployment processes are fully automated and hands-off, allowing engineers to focus on problem-solving through code. Mission-driven, full stop. You'll be working with inspiring nonprofits, charities, and organizations that are making a positive impact around the world. Peer ownership of production surfaces. You'll take an integration or an API surface and hold it, cycle over cycle, as sales, success, and product shape it further. AI-native workflow. We use terminal-based agents (Claude Code and similar) daily. We review what they hand us. You'll have opinions about your setup, and we'll want to hear them. We Want To Hear From People Who… Read someone else's API docs carefully, and know why the choices in them matter Care as much about the person calling the API as the person writing it Know that a good integration keeps a nonprofit inside the tools they already love, instead of dragging them into ours Spike, learn what breaks, and turn that into an engineering conversation without needing a project manager to translate Get on a call with a partner engineer and come out with less ambiguity than you started Take your development setup seriously (terminal, editor, agent) and have probably built one or two custom skills to make them work harder Responsibilities Own one or more of our partner integration surfaces end-to-end, and hold them coherent as sales, success, and product shape them further Shape our public API as its audience grows to include AI agents building on behalf of nonprofits who don't code themselves Spike, prototype, and de-risk new partnerships, including the ones we don't yet know how to build, and the ones that only ship because someone had an aha moment Design and defend API contracts, webhook shapes, and data flows that other engineers (and other agents) will build against for years Partner with an existing integrations lead on the surfaces they hold today, and grow into shared ownership over time Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, and occasionally an external partner engineer, as a natural translator between what each group needs Requirements 4+ years shipping production backend services, ideally on a modern web framework Strong proficiency in PHP / Laravel, or the kind of adjacent framework fluency that ramps quickly (we won't rule you out for having lived in Rails, Django, or Spring) Deep familiarity with REST API design, HTTP semantics, and the patterns that make an API worth building against Solid SQL, MySQL specifically or comfortable enough with another relational database to speak to the trade-offs you've made Experience building against real-world third-party APIs, not just the pristine documented examples Comfortable designing async job workflows, queued work, and observable failure paths Strong instincts around OAuth, webhooks, and the trust-boundary decisions that keep a public API safe and honest Active use of terminal-based AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) with a clear review discipline for what the agent produces Experience contributing to on-call rotation for production services Comfortable navigating an existing monorepo (ours is real, and PHP / Laravel is most of the backend) Nice to have Contributions to a public API you helped design (bonus if it survived a v2) You've built your own AI tooling, custom skills, or agent workflows, not just used the defaults Familiarity with the emerging surface where AI agents consume APIs on behalf of end users, and opinions about what a legible API looks like to a non-human caller You have opinions about the difference between a specification and an implementation (OAuth 1 vs 2, JSON:API vs REST, GraphQL and what came after: any of it, all of it) Nonprofit or mission-driven experience More about Givebutter Benefits Remote Work: Work remotely from one of our 10 hubs (Austin, Denver, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City, Minneapolis, Seattle, and Nashville).
