About Flexport:  At Flexport, we believe global trade can move the human race forward. That's why it's our mission to make global commerce so easy there will be more of it. We're shaping the future of a $10T industry with solutions powered by innovative technology and exceptional people. Today, companies of all sizes—from emerging brands to Fortune 500s—use Flexport technology to move more than $19B of merchandise across 112 countries a year.  The recent global supply chain crisis has put Flexport center stage as we continue to play a pivotal role in how goods move around the world. We are proud to have the support of the best investors in the game who believe in our mission, solutions and people. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. About the Team The Treasury function manages regional cash liquidity, payments, and banking relationships across 16 APAC entities and 33+ bank accounts (JPM, HSBC, BOC, ICBC, CMB, DBS, IBK, ABA).  Job Summary Flexport is hiring a Treasury Analyst to own execution of APAC's regular and emergency bill payments across host-to-host and manual bank channels for all APAC entities — and to support the Senior Treasury & Payment Analyst on bank reconciliation, cashflow forecasting, and bank guarantee administration. This is a foundational treasury role suited to someone early in their treasury or banking operations career who wants exposure to a fast-growing, multi-entity, multi-currency environment. Key Responsibilities Process regular weekly and emergency/ad hoc bill payments for all APAC entities via host-to-host (~80% of volume) and manual bank portal execution (~20%). Review and verify bill payment details before setting payments, including country-specific tax checks (e.g., Thailand VAT/WHT verification for eWHT certificates), to ensure accuracy before submission. Compile and submit payment lists to the US team for approval, then execute approved payments in NetSuite and JPM (and other banking portals). Support monthly bank reconciliation across ~33 APAC bank accounts ahead of month-end close. Support cashflow monitoring and forecasting across the 16 entities the Treasury team covers. Support administration of Flexport APAC bank guarantees, including tracking renewals and coordinating documentation requests. Support new bank account opening for geo-expansion markets (upcoming China Ningbo, New Zealand) — preparing documentation, application forms, and KYC materials. Support to maintain and update banking documentation, including authorized signer lists, director/legal representative records, and bank callback lists. Partner with AR, AP, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies between bank data, NetSuite, and Core. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in payment processing, treasury, or banking operations. Comfortable working across multiple banking portals and high daily payment volumes with strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure. Strong Excel skills; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, to support regional stakeholders and local bank relationships. Organized and reliable with recurring, deadline-driven processes (daily/weekly payment cycles, month-end close). Commitment to Equal Opportunity At Flexport, our ability to fulfill our mission of making global commerce easy and accessible relies on having a diverse, dedicated and engaged workforce. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, physical and mental disability, health status, marital and family status, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Senior Security Engineer, Detection & Response

There is no MSSP and no tier-1 queue here. Detection & Response engineers own their detections end to end: you write them, you tune them, and your team is paged when they fire. The security team is spread across the globe with a follow-the-sun pager rotation so nobody is paged at 3am local. The adversaries are real. The business is growing fast and the threat surface is growing with it. Defining the necessary telemetry is part of the job. What You'll Do Detection engineering Build and tune detections across endpoint, identity, SaaS, and cloud , treating them as software: version-controlled, peer-reviewed, and shipped through the same CI/CD practices the rest of engineering uses. Track detection quality as measured quantities : coverage against MITRE ATT&CK, precision, time-to-detect. We don't build-and-forget here. Response & automation Own EMEA-hours incident response: triage, contain, remediate, and write the retrospective that turns the incident into a systemic fix. Build automation that removes toil from investigations, and partner closely with the US-based team so context carries across time zones instead of getting lost at handoff. Telemetry & partnership Define telemetry requirements for new systems before they ship , working with infrastructure and product teams to close visibility gaps rather than discovering them during an incident. Threat hunt proactively across the estate , converting hypotheses into either new detections or documented coverage. You Should Have Typically 5–8 years of experience in detection engineering, incident response, or threat hunting, with real hands-on time writing and tuning detections. We care more about what you've built than the exact number. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or similar) and comfort writing production-grade detection and automation code. Experience with a modern SIEM or detection pipeline (Panther, Elastic, Splunk, or similar). What matters is that you've shipped and tuned detection logic in production. Practical incident response experience : you've led or played a major role in triaging and closing out real security incidents. Nice to Have Experience treating detections as code with CI/CD, peer review, and staged rollout. Experience defining telemetry contracts for systems before they ship. A track record of critically evaluating and verifying AI-assisted work — testing, source-checking, validation — rather than trusting agent output by default. If you haven't already spotted the em dashes in this job description and already thought about where the hiring manager (hi!) has put hands on keyboard and compared that to where they let the LLM watermarks through, you might not be the right person for the job. Familiarity with EU data-residency and cross-border data-handling considerations. Experience with fraud or financial-crime detection patterns. How We Work In Amsterdam we come to the office 3 times a week to hang out, whiteboard, and ship together. We stay closely aligned with our coworkers on other continents. We have the latest hardware and software, including frontier AI models on day one. We're agile, but not dogmatic. Teams decide how they work best. Why This Role Is Special You own your detections end to end. No MSSP, no tier-1 queue, and real authority over incident response rather than a night-shift triage seat. The consequences here are physical, not abstract: a containment decision can stop a customs filing or freight actually moving. You'll inherit a real, established estate with legacy telemetry gaps to close — genuinely underexplored surface area, not a well-mined problem. We sponsor visas for the right candidate. What's in it for you An opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies, where you'll have the chance to create a global impact while being part of a thriving multinational environment Daily catered lunches incl. vegetarian options, breakfast, snacks and soft drinks available in our office on a daily basis Commute expenses: Flexport will cover home-office commuting costs for employees living outside of Amsterdam 25 working days as vacation days based on full-time employment Health insurance: Flexport offers a collective health insurance plan including a basic package and any available additional packages. Your monthly premium is fully paid by Flexport. A defined pension contribution scheme Equity program: every team member becomes a shareholder, aligning our success with yours. As a private company in a multi-trillion dollar industry, you have a direct stake in our collective growth and success. Employee Assistance Program through Aetna Resources for Living: Flexport provides an employer-sponsored program at no cost to you and your household members Parental leave benefit: Flexport is here to support you and your family during one of the most important times in life — the birth of a child. Our parental leave program allows both mothers and partners to take time off from work for pregnancy, childbirth, and to bond with your new child. The Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Manager, Procurement & Procure-to-Pay to lead how Flexport buys and pays for corporate indirect and warehouse goods and services. You'll run daily procure-to-pay operations and build the procurement processes that help us negotiate better agreements, manage renewals, and control costs. You'll lead a team of approximately five to ten people and work closely with Finance, Legal, and business leaders. Expect to negotiate with vendors, solve operational problems, and use AI and automation to improve how the team works. We're looking for someone with strong judgment, a record of results, and the ability to learn quickly. You may have developed those strengths in procurement, finance, operations, consulting, or another demanding role. You Will Lead and develop the team: set priorities, coach team members, and uphold high standards for accuracy and service. Build clear purchasing and approval processes for corporate indirect and warehouse spend. Make it easy for business teams to understand who owns each step and where to take an issue. Lead vendor negotiations with business owners, using spend data and commercial alternatives to improve pricing and terms. Maintain a clear view of contracts, commitments, and renewal dates. Success in Your First Year Business teams follow a clear purchasing process, and key vendors, contracts, renewals, and approvals are easy to track. Negotiations and renewals produce measurable savings confirmed by Finance and better commercial terms. Invoices and payments are more accurate and timely, with fewer recurring exceptions and consistent controls. The team has clear responsibilities, stronger skills, and AI workflows that demonstrably reduce manual work. You Should Have A record of strong results and increasing responsibility in procurement, finance, operations, consulting, or a related field. Experience leading and developing people, setting expectations, and addressing performance issues. Strong commercial judgment: you can negotiate, weigh tradeoffs, and influence people with competing priorities. The ability to analyze spending and financial data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools and turn your findings into clear recommendations. An understanding of financial controls and how purchasing, invoices, and payments fit together, with the ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly. Experience taking an unclear problem, building a workable process, and getting people to use it. Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and curiosity about better ways to work. Hands-on experience using generative AI to analyze information or improve a recurring workflow. You can explain what you built, how you tested it, and what improved. Sound judgment about AI: you check results against source data, recognize unreliable outputs, protect confidential information, and know when human review is needed. Experience with indirect procurement, finance systems, or procure-to-pay operations is helpful. We care about what you've accomplished and your ability to handle this scope, even if you haven't held this exact title. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. The Opportunity We're looking for a Manager, Freight Audit Services to help build and run our client-facing freight audit service. You'll help clients check freight charges, resolve billing discrepancies, and understand their transportation costs. The service will focus on freight invoices. You'll build the operating processes, onboard clients, oversee audits, and hire a team as demand grows. You'll also work with Product, Engineering, and commercial teams to improve the service and its economics. This role suits someone who likes building from the ground up, works carefully with data, and earns clients' trust. You'll be expected to use AI and automation yourself and help the team put them to work. You Will Help launch the service and establish procedures, quality checks, service standards, ownership, and escalation paths. Lead client onboarding: gather contracts, invoices, shipment data, and authorizations, then confirm the audit scope and readiness to begin. Run daily audit delivery, checking invoices against contracted rates, terms, and shipment records and investigating discrepancies. Manage carrier disputes and billing corrections. Keep supporting evidence, follow issues through resolution, and distinguish potential savings from confirmed client value. Be the operational point of contact for clients. Explain findings, resolve escalations, and lead service reviews with clear reporting. Hire, train, and develop the team as demand grows. Match staffing and workloads to client needs, quality standards, and cost to serve. Work with Product and Engineering to define requirements and test improvements. Build and trial AI-assisted workflows for extracting invoice data, comparing charges with contracts, and investigating exceptions; verify accuracy before expanding their use. Support Sales and Account Management with discovery, service scoping, implementation planning, and input on pricing and proposals. Track onboarding time, audit turnaround, accuracy, dispute outcomes, client value, productivity, and profitability. Use those results to improve delivery. Success in Your First Year Initial clients receive a reliable service with repeatable onboarding, audit, dispute, and reporting processes. Clients understand the findings, dispute outcomes, and financial value the service delivers. A well-trained team grows with demand while maintaining quality and manageable workloads. Client and audit feedback leads to better product capabilities and service, with measurable gains from AI, automation, and lower cost to serve. You Should Have A record of strong results in operations, logistics, financial operations, client delivery, consulting, or a related field. The ability to make progress on an unfamiliar problem, exercise judgment with incomplete information, and finish what you start. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You can reconcile data in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools and investigate discrepancies. Clear client communication and the judgment to handle sensitive issues, explain findings, and set realistic expectations. Leadership experience in managing people, developing colleagues, or leading cross-team projects. The ability to quickly learn freight contracts, billing practices, and audit procedures, and to work with Product and Engineering to improve them. Hands-on experience using generative AI to analyze information or improve a recurring workflow. You can explain what you built, how you tested it, and what improved. Sound judgment about AI: you check results against source data, recognize unreliable outputs, protect confidential information, and know when human review is needed. Experience in freight auditing, ocean logistics, service launches, or client implementations is helpful. We welcome strong candidates from adjacent fields who can demonstrate the ability to learn, ownership, and judgment this role requires. About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. Note: this job post is for Fullstack Software Engineers only. If you are a Backend Engineer, please see our Backend Software Engineer post  here .  About the role We are looking for fullstack software engineers to help build safety and oversight mechanisms for our AI systems. As a software engineer on the Safeguards team, you will work to monitor models, prevent misuse, and ensure user well-being. This role will focus on building systems to detect unwanted model behaviors and prevent disallowed use of models. You will apply your technical skills to uphold our principles of safety, transparency, and oversight while enforcing our terms of service and acceptable use policies. We have multiple teams that are currently hiring within Safeguards. Team placement occurs after the interview process, taking into account your interests and experience alongside organizational needs. This flexible approach allows us to match talented engineers where they'll have the greatest impact and growth potential.  Responsibilities: Design and build the internal review tools analysts use to investigate abuse — dashboards, case queues, and evidence viewers that make high-volume, high-stakes decisions fast and accurate. Build the interfaces where humans supervise agents: streaming output, interruption and approval flows, and clear provenance for every action an agent takes. Surface abuse patterns to our research teams through the visualizations and exploration tools that make emerging patterns legible. Own the frontend architecture for tools handling sensitive data at scale — performance under large datasets, correctness under real-time updates, and access controls enforced end to end. You may be a good fit if you have: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable experience Proficiency in TypeScript and modern React; comfortable in Python for backend work The ability to work across the stack Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong candidates may also: 8+ years of experience in a software engineering position, not including internships or co-ops Have experience building data-dense internal tools or operator interfaces, not just marketing or consumer surfaces Have experience with integrity, spam, fraud, or abuse detection and mitigation Have experience building trust and safety detection mechanisms and intervention for AI/ML systems Have experience with prompt engineering, jailbreak attacks, and other adversarial inputs Have worked closely with operational teams to build custom internal tooling The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $405,000 — $485,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit  anthropic.com/careers  directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
