Product Designer, Growth
AnthropicSan Francisco, United States (Hybrid)26 days ago

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Growth at Anthropic is about helping people discover what Claude can do and make it part of how they work, from someone's first session to an entire company rolling out Claude. We're a small design team working across all of Anthropic's products, on problems that often don't have established playbooks, because the products and the capabilities behind them change so quickly. We drive growth by making the product itself better, favoring foundational changes and new product experiences over small optimizations. Our focus spans whatever most limits Anthropic's growth, and priorities can shift quickly. As a senior Product Designer on Growth, you'll own how Claude grows with people who use it for their everyday work. You'll dig into why some people make Claude a habit and others don't, find the real bottlenecks, and lead the product changes that move them. You'll set the vision for this area, partner closely with product, engineering, and data science, and raise the quality bar for the designers around you. We're looking for designers who thrive in ambiguity and pair sharp diagnostic judgment with exceptional craft. You form a clear point of view from messy signals, prototype quickly to test it, and drive alignment across teams to ship it. You use tools like Claude Code to explore ideas and push what's possible. Key responsibilities Own growth for how people use Claude in their everyday work, end to end, as your full-time focus Diagnose what drives deep, habitual use and what blocks it, combining data, research, and hands-on time in the product Set an opinionated vision for the area and turn it into a roadmap with your PM, engineering, and data science partners Redesign core parts of the product to drive growth, from onboarding and first-run experiences to the everyday workflows people rely on most Shape hypotheses and experiments, and judge results with a nuanced view of how we win, not just the topline metric Deliver exceptionally crafted interactions and set the quality bar for your area Drive alignment with partner teams whose work touches your area, connecting individual use to team and company adoption Mentor other designers, and frame problems clearly enough that others can own them Prototype and test ideas quickly with Claude Code and other AI tools Minimum qualifications A portfolio of shipped product design work that shows product vision and a high level of craft Experience owning growth for a major product area end to end, including diagnosing problems and setting direction Deep growth design experience in activation, onboarding, retention, engagement, or expansion, on a product at meaningful scale Hands-on experience designing, launching, and interpreting experiments, and using them to make product decisions Fluency with product analytics such as funnels, retention, and engagement Proficiency with design, prototyping, and AI tools, such as Figma and Claude Code, and a habit of learning new tools to push what's possible Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience driving alignment across product, engineering, and data science Preferred qualifications Experience leading growth strategy across multiple teams or product areas Experience designing enterprise/B2B SaaS, productivity, or collaboration tools Experience with product-led growth, from a single user to a team to a company-wide rollout Experience mentoring designers or shaping a design practice Comfort querying data yourself with SQL or a similar tool Experience prototyping with front-end code (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS) Experience defining AI-powered workflows for yourself or your team A clear point of view on when a product should ask for attention, and when it should stay out of the way Passion for building safe, beneficial AI that helps people do their best work Representative projects Diagnose why some people make a product part of their daily work and others drift away, then lead the changes that close the gap Redesign a core part of the product so people return to it more often and get more value each time Set the vision for a product's first-run experience and lead it through experiments to a redesigned, permanent flow Design the path from one person's daily use to their whole team adopting it The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $305,000 — $460,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit  anthropic.com/careers  directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Technical Lead, AI Engineering (Sales, Service & Supply Chain)
ContractFully RemoteMid$2,080 - $1,456,000 / Year

About Lucid At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid's proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our "Compromise Nothing™" approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. About the role   Lucid is putting an AI layer over the systems that run our commercial and industrial operations, how we sell vehicles, how we service them, and how we move parts through a global supply chain. This role sets the technical direction for that work and is accountable for what reaches production.   You will sit close to the business. Sales, Service and Supply Chain leaders will bring you problems, and you will decide what is worth building, design it, build the hard parts yourself, and lead a distributed engineering team to deliver the rest. This is a hands-on lead role, architecture and code, not a management track.   What you'll do   Own the architecture for LLM-based and agentic systems across Sales, Service and Supply Chain: assistants over enterprise knowledge, agents that act against internal APIs, document and data extraction pipelines, and the platform pieces they share.   Deliver those systems into the channels our customers and employees already use: web and in-app chat, email and SMS. Own the conversational contract across them, including threading, context carry-over, handoff to a human, and tone appropriate to the channel.   Turn business problems into engineering plans. Work directly with stakeholders to define the outcome, then sequence the work so value lands early and often.   Build the parts that make AI safe to run in the enterprise: input and output guardrails, identity-aware access to tools and data, prompt governance, and clear trust boundaries between internal and external-facing surfaces.   Own the tool layer, including MCP servers and internal tool interfaces, so agents reach business systems through contracts that are versioned, permissioned and testable.   Define how quality is measured, including evaluation datasets, regression suites, tracing and production telemetry, and make it the default gate for prompt and model changes.   Own the unit economics. Set targets for cost and latency per conversation and per resolution, and hold them through model routing, context trimming, caching, batching and right-sized retrieval.   Integrate with systems of record: ERP, supplier portals, service and CRM platforms, logistics and planning systems. The interesting problems here are data, integration and correctness more than model choice.   Set standards the wider team builds on , such as shared services, reusable patterns and review expectations, and make sure they hold up outside your own code.   Lead technically across time zones, including close partnership with our engineering team in India. Mentor engineers, review designs, and be the person others bring their hardest problem to.   Be honest about where AI helps and where it does not. Part of the job is preventing expensive detours.   What you'll bring   10+ years building and operating production software, with 3+ years owning the technical direction of a team or a significant platform.   Strong Python and solid distributed systems fundamentals. Comfortable owning services end to end, including what happens after they ship.   Real production experience with LLM applications: retrieval-augmented generation, agent and tool-calling patterns, structured output, streaming, prompt design and iteration under load.   Strong hands-on experience with LLM engineering tooling such as Langfuse or LangSmith , used for tracing, prompt versioning, evaluation runs and production monitoring, not only local experiments.   Good working experience with MCP: building and consuming MCP servers, designing tool schemas, and handling authentication and permissions at the tool boundary.   Practical command of LLM cost optimization: model routing and tiering, context and prompt compression, prompt caching, batching, token budgeting, and knowing which lever to pull when spend moves the wrong way.   Experience delivering AI over customer and employee communication channels such as chat, email and SMS, and the integrations behind them.   Judgment on the model landscape, across hosted models, managed services and fine-tuning, enough to make a defensible choice on cost, latency and accuracy and move forward.   Strong AWS engineering (or equivalent): serverless and container workloads, event-driven design, IAM, networking basics, and a working sense of what things cost at scale.   Experience with the data layer behind AI systems, relational, document and vector, and with keeping retrieval accurate as content and users grow.   A concrete point of view on evaluating AI systems, and the discipline to build the harness before scaling the feature.   Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and translating between business intent and system design.   Nice to have   Automotive, manufacturing, logistics or another operations-heavy domain background.   Exposure to SAP, supply chain execution, EDI, or field service and CRM platforms.   Hands-on work with messaging and contact center platforms such as Twilio, Amazon SES or Pinpoint, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar.   Security-sensitive AI work: prompt injection defense, tenant or supplier data isolation, red-teaming.   Multi-agent orchestration, or experience running an evaluation program at scale.   Experience leading distributed teams across US and India time zones.   How we work   Small teams with direct ownership and a short path from a business problem to a running system. We prefer working software and measured results over decks, and we expect engineers at this level to have opinions and defend them with evidence.   Salary Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.   Base Pay Range (Annual) $216,600 — $317,680 USD Compensation & Benefits:   Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive  benefits package  including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. Working at Samsara means you'll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. About the role Maps are part of nearly everything Samsara builds. Vehicles, routes, sites, assets, and safety workflows all depend on knowing where things are and how the physical world fits together. The Maps team is building the shared geospatial platform that makes that possible. We source, ingest, enrich, and serve the map data that Samsara's product teams use every day: from road networks and points of interest to addresses, boundaries, and customer-specific map context. Our customers are the engineers building products for millions of workers and the businesses that depend on them. When our data and APIs are accurate, reliable, and easy to use, every team building location-aware experiences at Samsara moves faster. We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help set the technical direction for this platform. You'll work across the geospatial stack: building data ingestion and processing pipelines, modeling and serving map data, improving map matching and routing foundations, and creating APIs that make spatial capabilities reusable across Samsara. It's a small team with broad ownership, and the systems you build will become foundational infrastructure for teams across the company. This role is remote and open to candidates based in the US.   You might be a good fit if: You enjoy working with internal and external customers to iterate and build software platforms You care about what Samsara does. The software we build helps keep grocery shelves stocked, lights on, and workers safe on the job. You work with urgency and think through the best solutions for the opportunities, requirements, and scale in front of you. You work well with others. We move faster when we move together. In this role, you'll: Shape the technical direction of the Maps teams Build geospatial systems and integrations that support foundational features across most Samsara products. Scale our offerings to continue to support storage, query and computational load of the real-time features dependent on them Consolidate existing team-specific geospatial solutions into scalable platform-wide offerings. Build agentic solutions that allow our customers to self-serve the data they want to see how they want to see it. Raise the technical bar through code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship Partner with engineering leadership on the bets worth making, and be honest about tradeoffs Represent Samsara externally when it makes sense — talks, open source, community engagement with the mapping/geospatial ecosystem Live out our cultural principles: Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, and Win as a Team Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years building software, with at least 2 years in an architect or technical leadership role Strong programming and design fundamentals 4+ years working on large-scale distributed systems 4+ years leading technical projects across multiple teams Nice to have: Experience with GIS technologies and spatial analysis, including PostGIS, spatial SQL, GeoPandas/Shapely, QGIS, and geospatial data validation Familiarity with geospatial data formats and open mapping ecosystems, including GeoParquet, OpenStreetMap (OSM), and OSM PBF; experience ingesting, transforming, validating, or serving these datasets Comfort working in ambiguity and getting teams aligned without needing formal authority The compensation range shown spans approved pay zones for this role. Your primary work location determines the range applicable to you, which may be narrower than the full range displayed. The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions. Learn more about our total rewards and benefits below. Annual Base Salary $162,400 — $290,000 USD Total Rewards At Samsara, we build for the people who keep the global economy moving. We want owners, not passengers, which is why our rewards are designed to fuel high-impact builders. Our compensation program delivers above-market total compensation through a combination of base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity (for eligible roles) in a high-growth public company. We meaningfully differentiate pay for our top performers, who have the opportunity to earn above-market compensation that can outpace the broader market over time. Beyond compensation, we provide the foundations that enable long-term success: a flexible, employee-led remote model, a professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more. If you're ready to build for the long term and own the outcome, your journey starts here. Flexible Working  At Samsara, we embrace a flexible working model that caters to the diverse needs of our teams. Our offices are open for those who prefer to work in-person and we also support remote work where it aligns with our operational requirements. For certain positions, being close to one of our offices or within a specific geographic area is important to facilitate collaboration, access to resources, or alignment with our service regions. Senior Helpdesk Engineer
BlendUnited States (Fully Remote)25 days ago
InternshipFully RemoteSenior$90,000 - $106,000 / Year
pythongobashpowershelljiramacos+8

Blend is a diverse team of problem solvers who believe that the world's financial resources should be more accessible. Our cloud banking platform is used by Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and over 330 other financial services firms to acquire more customers, increase productivity, and deliver end-to-end digital experiences. Our software enables our customers to process an average of more than $5 billion in loans per day, making it possible for consumers to reach their financial goals faster and lead better lives. Come do work that matters.   Job Summary Blend IT runs three complementary teams: Helpdesk (day-to-day employee productivity, including hands-on fleet and identity operations), Infrastructure & Projects (platform-level architecture for the systems, SaaS, and automation tooling IT depends on), and Enterprise Apps (Finance, GTM, and People Ops stacks). We're hiring a Senior Helpdesk Engineer to be the bridge between the T1 queue and Helpdesk's project work: own escalations that go past Tier 1, and take Helpdesk-driven projects, especially the AI-and-automation-first initiatives that keep getting pulled off track by day-to-day capacity, from kickoff to finish without needing someone else to close the loop. You'll be the person asking "should a human even be doing this one?" for every recurring request, and then actually building the answer, freeing Helpdesk leadership to set direction instead of getting pulled back into the queue to keep projects moving. This is a builder's role, not a ticket-taker's role. We're looking for someone who is genuinely self-learning: comfortable researching an unfamiliar problem from scratch, forming a hypothesis, testing it, and proposing a fix, rather than waiting to be told the answer or escalating everything that isn't already documented. You'll be expected to bring solutions to the table, not just tickets, and to own a project through to completion, not just start it. How You Will Contribute AI & Automation: Owning the Pivot Identify recurring ticket patterns and turn them into automated or AI-assisted resolutions: self-service, agentic triage, workflow automation (e.g., Workato), rather than solving the same request by hand every time. Propose and prototype new automation or AI approaches to Helpdesk work; bring ideas forward rather than waiting for direction. Continuously evaluate what should move from "a human resolves this" to "a system resolves this, with a human as backstop," and help build that system. Document what you automate so it survives past you. Future teammates shouldn't have to reverse-engineer a workflow to trust it. Senior Escalation & Technical Ownership Be the escalation point for tickets that exceed Tier 1 scope: deeper troubleshooting, ambiguous root causes, cross-system issues. Research unfamiliar problems independently. Read the docs, test a hypothesis, consult the right internal owner when genuinely stuck, and drive the ticket to a real resolution rather than a workaround. Keep resolutions durable: document fixes so the same hard problem doesn't get re-solved from scratch next time. Project Ownership, Start to Finish Own Helpdesk-driven projects end to end: scope, plan, execute, and close, without needing someone else to carry it over the finish line. New tooling rollouts, fleet or identity initiatives, cross-team asks. Flex between queue support and project work based on where Helpdesk needs capacity that week, without either one silently dropping. Who You Are 5+ years of IT support experience, including meaningful time past Tier 1. You've already handled escalations and carried at least one real project from kickoff to done, not just followed a runbook. A genuinely self-learning mindset: given an unfamiliar problem, you research it, form a hypothesis, and test it. You don't wait for someone to hand you the answer, and you proactively propose solutions rather than just surfacing problems. Real curiosity about AI and automation tooling. You don't need to have shipped a production agent or workflow yet, but you should already be experimenting, or clearly want to. Comfortable owning ambiguity and moving between queue work and project work without losing track of either. Hands-on with a modern endpoint/identity stack (JAMF, Intune, Okta, or comparable) and a modern ITSM (Freshservice, Zendesk, Jira Service Management). Strong macOS and Windows troubleshooting fundamentals plus working knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi) at the endpoint level. Senior peer presence: comfortable driving a project without close supervision, and giving/receiving direct feedback with teammates and stakeholders. Clear communicator, comfortable working async with distributed teammates across the US, India, Mexico, and Spain. Comfortable in a Google Workspace-first environment, with working familiarity with Confluence for documentation. Bonus Points Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, n8n, or similar). Experience building or supporting AI-assisted support tooling : ticket triage, auto-response drafting, internal copilots, agentic workflows. Scripting fundamentals (Bash, Python, PowerShell). Background in fintech, banking, or another regulated industry (SOX, SOC 2). Experience supporting a multi-region, distributed workforce.   Compensation: Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $106,000 (This applies to full time hires.
