Channable is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform driving digital commerce across the globe. By offering a fully integrated solution, we empower marketers, online stores, and digital agencies to manage, scale, and optimize their online activities. As the market leader in the Benelux, we owe our success to an incredible product, a passionate team ánd our customers who love working with us! To keep winning, our Benelux region is split into two specialized teams (Strategic and Growth), working closely together. This opening is within the CS Benelux Strategic team. Your role in a nutshell: you'll own Channable's most strategic Benelux relationships: (inter)national brands with digital marketing teams in the region, and our biggest Agency Partners (Gold & Silver). You'll work with senior specialists, marketing leads, heads of e-commerce, and decision-makers to understand what their business is trying to achieve this year and how their digital marketing team is measured against it. From there, you find where Channable can drive the outcomes that get them closer to those goals. When your clients win, and Channable is a part of that, we grow together, and that growth is yours to own. Here's what that looks like day-to-day: Business-goal alignment and planning: understanding each client's and/or agency's annual objectives and how their digital marketing team contributes to them, then translating that into a strategic success plan with outcomes both sides can measure. Stakeholder management & multi-threading: building and maintaining relationships across the whole account, from hands-on specialists to executive sponsors, so no relationship rests on a single contact. Strategic cadence: kick-offs, Impact Reviews, realizing success plans with outcome-driven and goal-focused metrics, check-ins, demos, hosting trainings, and commercially led meetings, online and onsite, in the market. Portfolio & account ownership: retention, expansion and net new MRR across a named set of top-tier accounts; identifying risk early, preventing churn and downgrades; pipeline creation and forecasting. Voice of the customer: running trainings and enablement for large advertisers and partner teams, feeding client insight back to product and commercial, and turning your strongest accounts into webinars, success stories and references. Raising the bar: contributing to how we manage the strategic segment, account plans, risk signals, expansion playbooks, and Customer Success processes. What you bring: You have 3+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partnership Management, or a similar client-facing commercial role, with a track record on large or complex accounts. Experience on the other side of the table, at a marketing agency or in-house at a brand, counts fully. You build relationships across an organisation, from hands-on specialists to senior decision-makers, and you're willing to challenge a client when their plan won't get them where they say they want to go. You've carried a commercial target, and you know how to plan towards it rather than hope for it. You understand online marketing well enough to hold a credible conversation with a performance marketing lead. Not a must, but a strong plus: experience on the client side, at a marketing agency or in an in-house digital marketing team (preferably e-commerce) You have at least a completed HBO education - for example, in the direction of commercial economics, (international) business, marketing, or hospitality. Your language skills include excellent written and spoken Dutch (C2) and English at a C1 level. Other requirements: You are living in The Netherlands with travel distance from our Utrecht office. You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for 2 days/week, preferably more. You are available to travel and visit clients. You are available for at least 32 hours per week (4 days). You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship. What We're Building Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We're working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we've closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes' America's Best Startups of 2022 and 2023! If you want to see what we've been up to, please check out these blog posts and Honeycomb.io press releases . Who We Are We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We're a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live our values every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers. How We Work We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote Little more about the team: You'll join a high-performing, strategic sales team focused on moving Honeycomb further into the enterprise space. We've proven product-market fit, closed Fortune 500 logos, and built a pipeline that's primed for the kind of enterprise sellers who know how to multi-thread, influence the C-suite, and navigate $500K–$1M+ ACV opportunities. This is not a role for a former mid-market rep trying to stretch—it's built for enterprise closers who know the game and want to win it. What you'll do in the role: Own and drive complex, 6–12+ month sales cycles with Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies Build strategic, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, DevOps, observability, and procurement leadership Sell consultatively, bringing deep understanding of the customer's business, technical landscape, and buying process Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architects, Product, and Customer Success to shape high-value, tailored deals Deliver predictable pipeline growth, accurate forecasting, and exceed quota targets Represent Honeycomb at key industry events, conferences, and executive briefings What you'll bring to the role: 7+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS selling experience, ideally in DevOps, observability, or cloud infrastructure Proven ability to land $500K+ multi-year deals with complex buying committees Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders across technical and non-technical roles Deep discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling expertise A track record of building champions and navigating enterprise buying cycles with precision Grit, ambition, and a bias for execution—someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments Experience leveraging MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales frameworks On Target Earnings (OTE) based on level of experience (Base + Commission) £220,000 — £260,000 GBP What you'll get when you join the Hive: A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program It's not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience Time to recharge with unlimited PTO A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!) Home office, co-working, and internet stipend Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood Annual development allowance And much more... Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time. Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work. Phishing and Recruitment Scam Warning: We take your security seriously. Please be aware that recruitment scams are increasingly common and scammers may create email addresses or websites to impersonate Honeycomb employees. To help protect you: All communications will come from an ----- email address We occasionally work with external recruiting agencies. These partners will use legitimate business email addresses— never personal accounts like Gmail or Yahoo . Product Manager, Homepage
WoltLondon, Germany20 days ago

About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Join us in shaping the experience that millions of customers land on every time they open DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo. As part of our Core Consumer organisation, our Homepage team owns one of the single biggest levers we have on what customers find and one of the hardest surfaces in the app to get right. Working at the intersection of ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML, you'll help decide what each customer sees and why, across three brands and dozens of markets. You'll be building on a global stack, and your roadmap will be a mix: global platform problems that apply worldwide, global capabilities we're accelerating into EMEA, and EMEA-specific problems worth solving properly rather than working around. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Homepage team. In this role, you'll shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes and products — and help define what discovery looks like as AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way people decide what to order. What You'll Be Doing You'll be joining a team working on one of the most-used surfaces in the app. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Building new end-to-end features and user experiences on Homepage that shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products. Working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage domain, including how we decide what each customer sees and why. Exploring where AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way customers discover what to order. Making discovery work across three brands and many markets, without flattening into one-size-fits-all. What You'll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate will bring strong product judgment and curiosity to grow into the rest: Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products - discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences are especially relevant. You are a product manager more than a feature owner. Someone who finds the customer problems that matter most and makes the case for solving them. You work backwards from the customer problem, and weigh it against what the business needs most right now. You're comfortable holding several business objectives at once and making a call when they pull in different directions. You work well with a wide range of stakeholders and build trust with people whose priorities differ from your own. You think strategically and can move between long-term direction and what we should ship next. You're comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely flexible (this industry is changing fast, AI most of all). You're curious about what AI actually changes for customers, and can tell real value from hype. Next steps The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us! Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at Recruitment Scam Awareness - DoorDash . Senior Product Manager – Digital Clients: Growth & Expansion
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
goarchitectureprivate equityproduct designcrmsales+1

Your Role As Senior Product Manager – Digital Clients (f/m/d) you own the complete growth loop for LIQID's digitally-led clients: from a newly created lead to the first investment, and from there to the next top-up, the second portfolio and the next product. Acquisition and expansion sit in one team with one mandate, so you build a single growth system instead of handing clients over at the funnel's end. LIQID is hybrid by design: for this segment the experience is digital-first, and you decide precisely where a human touch from our advisors accelerates conversion or growth – and where it doesn't. What you'll do End-to-End Segment Ownership: Own the digital client lifecycle from Lead → Signup → Checkout → First Investment → Activation → Expansion. You define the segment's North Star and KPI tree across conversion and expansion – lead-to-funded conversion, time to fund, time to first top-up, multi-product rate, share of wallet – and you are accountable for net new money from the segment, not for a single funnel stage. Lead Conversion & Onboarding Experience: Design and optimize the journeys that turn leads into funded clients – lead nurturing, signup, onboarding and checkout – together with Product Design, Marketing and Sales. You shape the first-product strategy – which entry offer converts which persona – and make sure the brand promise and premium positioning carry through every step that builds trust and drives conversion. Digital Up- & Cross-Sell: Turn first-time investors into multi-product clients: top-ups and savings plans, second portfolios, additional account types and access to new asset classes such as private markets. You find natural product sequences through path and cohort analysis, build the in-product moments and lifecycle campaigns that convert them, and prove impact with causal measurement rather than correlation stories. Hybrid Where It Pays Off: Define when a human touch turns a hesitant prospect into a client or a single-product client into a long-term relationship – callback offers at checkout drop-off, advisor triggers at wealth thresholds, and a clean handover to our Private Wealth team as clients grow. Every human touchpoint is designed, triggered and measured, not left to chance. Thought Leadership with Hands-on Mentality: Act as Product Manager and Product Owner for a cross-functional team of Engineering, Design and Product Ops, working closely with Marketing and Sales. Y ou build on shared onboarding and banking infrastructure owned by our platform teams, prioritize transparently by impact and effort – which also means saying no – and grow into the thought leader for digital wealth growth at LIQID. What you bring Background: 7+ years in Product Management or Growth for digital consumer products, with ownership of both conversion and monetization or expansion outcomes. FinTech, WealthTech, banking or subscription businesses are a strong plus. Growth & Analytical Depth: Hands-on with funnel, cohort and LTV analysis. You define metrics before you build, establish baselines, can query data yourself, and know the difference between a significant result and a lucky one. Technical & AI Fluency: Experience working with product analytics and CRM data. You are comfortable discussing architecture and API trade-offs with engineers and use AI tooling to prototype, analyze and ship faster. Domain Curiosity & Client Empathy: Genuine interest in investing and capital markets, and an understanding that converting someone to invest a significant share of their wealth is a trust decision, not an impulse purchase. Communication & Language: Fluent in German and English, able to align Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing and Sales around one growth agenda and to represent your roadmap credibly toward leadership. Drive & Motivation: Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership scale-up environments. Y ou want to own outcomes, not backlogs, and you are excited to build the growth engine of a digital-first wealth manager in an AI-native product organization. What we offer Diversity : Flat hierarchies and cultural openness make you an integral part of our diverse team of international talents from day one. Flexibility : We don't complicate your life. You'll find the right balance with flexible work models, working hours, and remote work options. 28 days of vacation and two additional days off on December 24 and 31 ensure you have ample time to unwind. Appreciation : You'll help shape the future of digital wealth management with us in an innovative, multi-award-winning company on a growth trajectory, with high market relevance and plenty of space for your ideas. Development : We support your personal and professional growth with an annual development budget up to €1,500. Additionally, at the start of your tenure at LIQID, you'll receive high-quality equipment, including a MacBook, headphones, and a display. Smart Money : As a LIQIDian, you'll enjoy attractive terms for our investment strategies, a monthly lunch allowance, and exclusive discounts with various providers. Well-being : Regional organic products keep you fit in the office, and our health initiatives or Health Assistance Program go far beyond that. What happens next An excellent candidate, experience and transparency are our top priorities in the interview process. The different stages help us understand how a potential collaboration could look. Initial Call with our Talent Partner : A casual introduction and discussion to align your expectations with the role. Video Call with Head of Product : You will learn more about the performance expectations and specific role requirements from our leadership team. Take-home Assessment with live Presentation round : A take home task, followed by a 90-minute live session with two team members. In-Person Meeting : You will meet some team members onsite, tour our office and sit down with our Head of Product to discuss final alignments. About us We are LIQID, one of the fastest-growing fintechs in Europe. Our purpose is to provide creators, entrepreneurs, and thinkers shaping our future with access to the same opportunities as the world's most successful investors while balancing the demands of people, planet, and profit. We offer our clients financial peace of mind through exceptional, curated investment solutions – ranging from the world's best private equity and venture funds to award-winning wealth management solutions. All delivered via an intuitive digital experience with outstanding personal support. With over €4 billion in assets, we are backed by leading investors from the digital, private equity, and wealth management space, including LGT , Toscafund , HQ Trust , and Project A . All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, age, religion, gender, ethnicity, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by equal opportunity laws.
