Senior Product Manager – Digital Clients: Growth & Expansion
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
goarchitectureprivate equityproduct designcrmsales+1

Your Role As Senior Product Manager – Digital Clients (f/m/d) you own the complete growth loop for LIQID's digitally-led clients: from a newly created lead to the first investment, and from there to the next top-up, the second portfolio and the next product. Acquisition and expansion sit in one team with one mandate, so you build a single growth system instead of handing clients over at the funnel's end. LIQID is hybrid by design: for this segment the experience is digital-first, and you decide precisely where a human touch from our advisors accelerates conversion or growth – and where it doesn't. What you'll do End-to-End Segment Ownership: Own the digital client lifecycle from Lead → Signup → Checkout → First Investment → Activation → Expansion. You define the segment's North Star and KPI tree across conversion and expansion – lead-to-funded conversion, time to fund, time to first top-up, multi-product rate, share of wallet – and you are accountable for net new money from the segment, not for a single funnel stage. Lead Conversion & Onboarding Experience: Design and optimize the journeys that turn leads into funded clients – lead nurturing, signup, onboarding and checkout – together with Product Design, Marketing and Sales. You shape the first-product strategy – which entry offer converts which persona – and make sure the brand promise and premium positioning carry through every step that builds trust and drives conversion. Digital Up- & Cross-Sell: Turn first-time investors into multi-product clients: top-ups and savings plans, second portfolios, additional account types and access to new asset classes such as private markets. You find natural product sequences through path and cohort analysis, build the in-product moments and lifecycle campaigns that convert them, and prove impact with causal measurement rather than correlation stories. Hybrid Where It Pays Off: Define when a human touch turns a hesitant prospect into a client or a single-product client into a long-term relationship – callback offers at checkout drop-off, advisor triggers at wealth thresholds, and a clean handover to our Private Wealth team as clients grow. Every human touchpoint is designed, triggered and measured, not left to chance. Thought Leadership with Hands-on Mentality: Act as Product Manager and Product Owner for a cross-functional team of Engineering, Design and Product Ops, working closely with Marketing and Sales. Y ou build on shared onboarding and banking infrastructure owned by our platform teams, prioritize transparently by impact and effort – which also means saying no – and grow into the thought leader for digital wealth growth at LIQID. What you bring Background: 7+ years in Product Management or Growth for digital consumer products, with ownership of both conversion and monetization or expansion outcomes. FinTech, WealthTech, banking or subscription businesses are a strong plus. Growth & Analytical Depth: Hands-on with funnel, cohort and LTV analysis. You define metrics before you build, establish baselines, can query data yourself, and know the difference between a significant result and a lucky one. Technical & AI Fluency: Experience working with product analytics and CRM data. You are comfortable discussing architecture and API trade-offs with engineers and use AI tooling to prototype, analyze and ship faster. Domain Curiosity & Client Empathy: Genuine interest in investing and capital markets, and an understanding that converting someone to invest a significant share of their wealth is a trust decision, not an impulse purchase. Communication & Language: Fluent in German and English, able to align Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing and Sales around one growth agenda and to represent your roadmap credibly toward leadership. Drive & Motivation: Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership scale-up environments. Y ou want to own outcomes, not backlogs, and you are excited to build the growth engine of a digital-first wealth manager in an AI-native product organization. What we offer Diversity : Flat hierarchies and cultural openness make you an integral part of our diverse team of international talents from day one. Flexibility : We don't complicate your life. You'll find the right balance with flexible work models, working hours, and remote work options. 28 days of vacation and two additional days off on December 24 and 31 ensure you have ample time to unwind. Appreciation : You'll help shape the future of digital wealth management with us in an innovative, multi-award-winning company on a growth trajectory, with high market relevance and plenty of space for your ideas. Development : We support your personal and professional growth with an annual development budget up to €1,500. Additionally, at the start of your tenure at LIQID, you'll receive high-quality equipment, including a MacBook, headphones, and a display. Smart Money : As a LIQIDian, you'll enjoy attractive terms for our investment strategies, a monthly lunch allowance, and exclusive discounts with various providers. Well-being : Regional organic products keep you fit in the office, and our health initiatives or Health Assistance Program go far beyond that. What happens next An excellent candidate, experience and transparency are our top priorities in the interview process. The different stages help us understand how a potential collaboration could look. Initial Call with our Talent Partner : A casual introduction and discussion to align your expectations with the role. Video Call with Head of Product : You will learn more about the performance expectations and specific role requirements from our leadership team. Take-home Assessment with live Presentation round : A take home task, followed by a 90-minute live session with two team members. In-Person Meeting : You will meet some team members onsite, tour our office and sit down with our Head of Product to discuss final alignments. About us We are LIQID, one of the fastest-growing fintechs in Europe. Product Manager, Homepage
WoltBerlin, Germany20 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid
restexcelrecruiting

About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Join us in shaping the experience that millions of customers land on every time they open DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo. As part of our Core Consumer organisation, our Homepage team owns one of the single biggest levers we have on what customers find and one of the hardest surfaces in the app to get right. Working at the intersection of ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML, you'll help decide what each customer sees and why, across three brands and dozens of markets. You'll be building on a global stack, and your roadmap will be a mix: global platform problems that apply worldwide, global capabilities we're accelerating into EMEA, and EMEA-specific problems worth solving properly rather than working around. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Homepage team. In this role, you'll shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes and products — and help define what discovery looks like as AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way people decide what to order. What You'll Be Doing You'll be joining a team working on one of the most-used surfaces in the app. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Building new end-to-end features and user experiences on Homepage that shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products. Working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage domain, including how we decide what each customer sees and why. Exploring where AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way customers discover what to order. Making discovery work across three brands and many markets, without flattening into one-size-fits-all. What You'll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate will bring strong product judgment and curiosity to grow into the rest: Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products - discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences are especially relevant. You are a product manager more than a feature owner. Someone who finds the customer problems that matter most and makes the case for solving them. You work backwards from the customer problem, and weigh it against what the business needs most right now. You're comfortable holding several business objectives at once and making a call when they pull in different directions. You work well with a wide range of stakeholders and build trust with people whose priorities differ from your own. You think strategically and can move between long-term direction and what we should ship next. You're comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely flexible (this industry is changing fast, AI most of all). You're curious about what AI actually changes for customers, and can tell real value from hype. Next steps The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us! Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at Recruitment Scam Awareness - DoorDash . Strategic Customer Success Manager
Full TimeOn-siteMid
godevopssreprocurementprivate equityinsurance+6

A little about us incident.io is the AI software reliability platform trusted by engineering teams at Netflix, Etsy, and 2,000+ companies who can't afford downtime. The stakes are real, the talent is insane, and somehow it's a genuinely lovely place to work. We all pull our weight, go the extra mile, and put in the bit of magic most companies don't have time for, all while having fun and never taking ourselves too seriously. We've raised $100+ million from Index Ventures, Insight Partners, and Point Nine, and we're growing fast. There's never been a better time to join. The role in one line As our first EMEA Strategic Customer Success Manager, you'll help define what strategic success looks like at incident.io , and become the trusted partner who makes us core to how the biggest enterprises run reliability. What that looks like day to day You'll work with a small number of our largest, most complex and highest-value customers. These are established, often global and regulated enterprises, where buying decisions take time, many business units are involved, and incident management is part of a wider move away from legacy tools and processes. You'll be their strategic partner across the full lifecycle, from early involvement in the deal with Sales through to adoption and expansion, and from the on-call engineer to the CIO and CTO. You'll help land strategic logos with focused first contracts, then build the business case and success plan that turns them into larger deals. From there you'll expand across the enterprise, mapping the organisation, finding champions and repeating proven wins across business units and regions. You'll run Executive Business Reviews and connect our leadership with theirs, tying what we do to what matters to their business: operational resilience, regulatory risk, the cost of downtime, tool consolidation, MTTR reduction and incident process maturity. You'll lead onboarding and migrations in organisations that move carefully, moving them off legacy tools and ITSM-led processes and making the change stick, including deeper adoption across Response, On-call, Status Pages and our AI capabilities. You'll spot and reduce business, operational and reputational risk before it becomes visible, and bring Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing and Support together around shared goals for each account, including expansion and renewals. You'll also work directly with Product and Engineering on the roadmap and design partnerships. As the first EMEA Strategic CSM and third on the team overall, you'll help define our strategic CS playbook, support high-stakes deals and help develop your peers as the segment grows. Who you are You have significant experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management, managing strategic or Fortune 500-scale accounts in enterprise SaaS. Traditional enterprises like financial services, insurance, pharma, retail or private equity are ideal. Developer tooling, observability or incident management is a plus. You've driven adoption, retention and expansion in large, complex accounts with many stakeholders, and you have results you can point to. You know how to land small and grow large, turning a pilot or single business unit into a multi-BU footprint over a long sales cycle. Building a business case doesn't faze you, nor does navigating procurement, security, legal and change management in slow-moving organisations. You're confident with senior technical executives, running EBRs and strategic planning sessions, and just as comfortable going deep with SREs and platform engineers. You're technically fluent in modern engineering organisations, on-call, incident response, SRE practices and the observability and DevOps ecosystem, and you can translate it for business stakeholders. You have strong commercial judgement, partner well with Sales on renewals and expansion, and get ahead of customer challenges rather than reacting to them. You're autonomous and comfortable with ambiguity. You're excited to define the role, not just step into it. Supporting you We work hard and we think life outside work matters just as much. Our benefits pack is built to support both. Private medical insurance. Seriously good cover - we want you and the people you love to be looked after. Competitive annual leave. Showing up at your best requires switching off, and we make sure you have time to do that. First Friday of every month off. Yes, seriously. Enhanced pension. We put real money in, because future-you deserves better than an afterthought. Meaningful equity. We're rapidly scaling, and everyone who helps shape the outcome should share in it. Unlimited AI spend. For everyone, not just engineers. We're all-in on AI across the company, and we expect you to be too. Generous parental leave. The early days with a new baby matter more than anything we're doing here, and we want you to be present for them. Two budgets that have your back. £1000 to invest in your setup, £500 a year to invest in yourself. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Headquarters: Remote - NA, APAC, EMEA PlanetScale is growing rapidly and reinventing the database space. The PlanetScale platform offers both Postgres and Vitess clusters. Vitess, an open-source database clustering system for horizontal scaling of MySQL, enables businesses to efficiently handle large-scale data workloads — without sacrificing developer experience. Our customers entrust us with what is often their most precious digital asset, their data, so the stakes couldn't be higher. We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our core engineering team and help us build the next generation of database infrastructure. What's the job to be done? You will advise and handle support requests from enterprise customers on the PlanetScale platform. You will become a customer-facing subject-matter expert for enterprise customers on the PlanetScale platform. You will identify product gaps in a customer-specific context and work with Technical Account Management, Engineering and Sales Engineering teams to prioritize and escalate them. You will be part of an on call rotation for high priority issues. These attributes best describe you… You are comfortable in front of customers, empathetic but understanding when to push back to help customers become successful on their own. You have excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills; with a mix of enough experience and intuition to zero in on root-causes for bugs that can leave others stumped. You are comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone. Be it delving into unfamiliar code in Vitess, one of its dependencies, or a random MySQL connector, written in a language you may not know (yet!). Working with code as your main source of documentation doesn't fluster you, and you are happy to help add/correct it as necessary where it may be inaccurate. You can operate independently, but you know when you are in too deep and need to ask for help. You know how to work under pressure in times of urgency. We and our customers both take issues with their data platform seriously. What you will need Experience supporting production databases and applications, preferably at scale. Experience with database internals and peformance tuning, specifically for PostgreSQL and MySQL databases Working knowledge of Kubernetes. Strong ability to communicate and deal directly with customers, whether in email, Slack, video conference, or in person. What else will help you be successful Knowledge of common application deployment platforms and frameworks. Eg Python, Go, Node, PHP Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and debugging tools Contributions to open-source projects, especially in the database or infrastructure space Why PlanetScale We're redefining how high-growth companies manage data at scale—and we work with some of the most exciting brands in gaming, consumer tech, and B2B SaaS. As a Software Engineer, you'll be at the core of building the platform that powers world-class apps used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide. PlanetScale is a profitable company with a philosophy centered around building small teams of p99 individuals and is recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America. At PlanetScale we believe in supporting people to do their best work and thrive no matter the location. Our mission is to build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company. If you have a disability, please let us know if there's any way we can make the interview process better for you; we're happy to accommodate! Total Compensation and Pay Transparency An employee's total compensation consists of base salary + variable comp where appropriate + benefits + equity. A member of our Talent Acquisition team will be happy to answer any further questions when we engage with you to begin the interview process.
