About Vercel: Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. About the Role: As a Solution Architect in the Field Engineering team, you will span both technical pre‑sales and post‑sales, serving as a trusted advisor to our enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle. In pre‑sales, you will qualify technical fit, design future‑state architectures, run evaluations, and demonstrate how Vercel unlocks measurable business outcomes. Post-sales, you will act as a technical quarterback, helping customers successfully adopt and standardize on Vercel by aligning the right resources at the right time. You will guide architecture and implementation decisions, identify when to engage Professional Services or Developer Success, and work across Product and Engineering to unblock customers and drive long-term success for critical AI and Web workloads. If you're based within commuting distance of our London or Berlin office, the role includes in-office anchor days. What You Will Do Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, qualify customer use cases, and shape solution strategy for key opportunities. Design target architectures for modern Agentic workflows, and AI and web applications on Vercel, including frontends, APIs, data and edge services, and integrations with headless and composable ecosystems (CMS, commerce, payments, media, analytics). Create and deliver tailored demos, technical presentations, and workshops that clearly articulate Vercel's value and differentiate our platform. Own and run proofs of concept and pilots end‑to‑end: define success criteria, guide implementation, remove technical blockers, and ensure executive‑level outcomes are documented. Act as lead architect post‑sale for strategic accounts, guiding onboarding, reference implementations, migration patterns, and best practices for building and operating on Vercel. Proactively engage with customers on performance, reliability, and cost optimization, using metrics like Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and observability data to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with other members of the Field Engineering Team to standardise playbooks, reusable assets, and patterns that scale across customers and regions. Respond to and coordinate security, compliance, and architecture reviews, partnering with internal specialists on areas like data protection and regulatory requirements. Capture recurring themes, patterns, and gaps from the field and feed them back into Product and Engineering roadmaps as the technical Voice of the Customer. Contribute to internal enablement and external content (reference architectures, example repos, talks, and blog posts) that help developers be successful on Vercel. Some travel elements are expected relating to industry events, customer on-sites. About You You have significant experience in a customer‑facing technical role (solutions architect, sales engineer, platform architect, Agency Software Engineer) working with modern web or cloud platforms. You bring strong hands‑on skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks, ideally including Next.js, and are comfortable reviewing and discussing application code with engineering teams. You understand web performance, caching, networking, and security fundamentals, ideally AI/LLM powered applications and Agentic workflows and can translate them into practical guidance for enterprise architectures. You are equally comfortable discussing business outcomes with executives and implementation details with developers, switching context quickly while maintaining credibility. You have a track record of owning complex technical projects, juggling multiple stakeholders, and delivering on time in fast‑moving environments. You thrive in collaborative field teams, enjoy mentoring others, and value clear, concise communication and documentation. You are familiar with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and how SaaS and edge platforms integrate into broader enterprise architectures. You have empathy for developers and a passion for great developer experience, and you enjoy helping teams build accurate mental models of how platforms work. Bonus if you have experience of building AI powered applications, or Agentic workloads, ideally leveraging tooling such as the AI SDK. Bonus If You Have production experience deploying and operating Next.js or other modern frontend frameworks on Vercel or similar platforms. Have worked with organisations standardising on composable architectures (headless CMS, commerce, search, analytics, and identity providers). Hold cloud or architecture certifications (for example, Cloud Solutions Architect certifications) or have led large‑scale migrations to cloud‑native platforms. Are familiar with security and privacy standards such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, or HIPAA and have participated in customer security reviews. Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including equity. Inclusive Healthcare Package. Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills. Flexible Time Off. Senior Software Engineer, Agents (m/f/x)
Eye SecurityBerlin - hybrid, Germany (Hybrid)20 days ago
Full TimeHybridSenior
typescriptjavagophpreactllm+4

About this role We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Agentic SOC team. At Eye, we organise engineering around streams: mission-driven groups with a clear outcome to drive, not a product area or a section of the codebase. This team's mission is to build LLM-powered agents that augment our security analysts, taking on repetitive investigation and triage work so humans can focus on the judgment-heavy parts of the job. You will work in a small, full-stack team of 2 to 3 engineers contributing to your stream's goal, working across whatever systems and layers are needed to deliver it. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, not a queue of tickets, and who is excited about shipping agents into a real production SOC where correctness, latency, and cost all matter. In this role Own features end-to-end as Feature Lead: scope the problem, coordinate work within your team, make day-to-day technical decisions, and ship it to production. You are trusted to take a high-level goal and turn it into a plan without close supervision. Lead the design and delivery of LLM agents that plug into our SOC workflows, including tool design, prompt and context engineering, evals, and guardrails. Make sound tradeoffs on accuracy, cost, latency, and how much autonomy to give the agent versus keeping a human in the loop. Drive technical design discussions in your stream and, where the work calls for it, influence architecture and standards beyond it. Set the bar for code quality, testing, and documentation on your team. Ground engineering decisions in outcomes. Push back when the "why" is unclear, propose simpler or faster paths to the business result, and stay close to the security analysts and customers your agents are meant to serve. Mentor engineers on your team and across the stream through pairing, code review, and design feedback. Act as a multiplier, not just a strong individual contributor. Participate in hiring: interview candidates, help shape the bar, and support onboarding. Contribute to a psychologically safe and outcome-oriented team culture. Lead by example in incidents and high-pressure moments. The role is remote in the Netherlands or in Berlin, with a commitment to travel to the office (The Hague or Berlin) twice per week. What you will need 5+ years of development experience, including meaningful full-stack exposure. You are comfortable working across backend and frontend layers and you pick up new technologies independently. Depth in at least one technical area and broad competence across the stack. You have designed and shipped systems where performance, security, reliability, and maintainability all mattered, and you can explain the tradeoffs you made. Experience with strongly typed languages (Typescript, Java, dotnet, PHP, or similar). We operate in Go and React, and we back ourselves to get a seasoned engineer with strongly typed experience up to speed in our stack quickly. Hands-on experience building LLM agents, with evidence they were useful. You have built and shipped at least one non-trivial LLM-powered agent or agentic workflow, in production or as a side project with real users. You can speak concretely about the design choices you made around tool use, context and state, evals, failure handling, autonomy, cost, and latency and, just as importantly, what the agent changed for the people using it. Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of your daily development workflow. A track record of raising the level of engineers around you through mentoring, code review, and design feedback. Strong communication skills. You can translate technical tradeoffs for engineers, product managers, and leadership, and you write designs and decisions in a way others can build on. Knowledge of secure coding practices and secure development principles to build safe, trusted systems. Fluency in English is a must. What we offer Work on genuinely hard problems in a complex domain: XDR, security data at scale, and tooling that empowers security analysts to protect hundreds of customers across Europe. Real ownership in a small, autonomous team where every engineer is close to the work, close to the decision-making, and close to the impact. A deliberate bet on AI-augmented engineering and AI-augmented security operations: we are building toward small teams that punch well above their weight through smart AI adoption, and you will be part of shaping how that works in practice for both how we build and how our SOC operates. Be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of our technology infrastructure. Enjoy a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits. Join a young and thriving scale-up which is on its way to becoming the category leader in Europe. We are a great place to work, filled with people who enjoy working together. About Eye Security Eye Security is an international scale-up providing cyber security with embedded cyber insurance to SMBs in Europe. Our cyber security innovations, state-of-the-art automation and platforms are being built and maintained by our Product and Engineering Teams. Our engineers and product managers collaborate closely with cyber security experts to ensure that their hacker's mindset is embedded into our platform. Our platform is a proprietary Open XDR (eXtended Detection Response) system that brings in security data from several market leading cyber security products into our centralised repository. From here cyber security experts can work their magic. This makes sure that our hundreds of customers experience the same value via automated systems, allowing us to scale in Europe. Fortune and Fortune Media IP Limited are not affiliated with, and do not endorse products or services of GitLab. An overview of this role As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll be the deepest technical voice in the field for one product group, helping customers make technical decisions on GitLab's most important opportunities, roughly the top 10% by size or complexity. Account Solutions Architects (Account SAs) will bring you into prioritized opportunities. The Account SA owns the opportunity; you own your product group's success within it. You'll work directly with Product and Engineering, bringing customer needs and field insights into roadmap discussions. You'll also help the wider Solutions Architecture team build expertise through reusable assets, enablement, and coaching. You'll specialize in one product group, not all four. In Security & Compliance, you'll focus on GitLab Ultimate, application security, Dependency Firewall, software supply chain security, compliance, and artificial intelligence (AI) governance. In Platform, you'll focus on GitLab Dedicated, self-managed deployments, bring your own model, and cloud and hybrid architecture. In Core DevSecOps, you'll focus on GitLab Premium, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), source code management, Orbit, Artifact Central, and migrations. We'll also measure how often Account SAs reuse your assets, their confidence in handling your product group without escalation, and the quality and impact of your feedback to Product. What you'll do Act as the technical authority for your product group on prioritized opportunities, from discovery and architecture through trials and PoV evaluations. Lead technical deep dives, workshops, and executive briefings that connect product capabilities to business outcomes and explain how GitLab differs from competing solutions. Design and improve standardized PoV templates with clear, repeatable success criteria. Account SAs own the customer PoV; you'll contribute product-specific content and expertise while keeping the evaluation connected to the broader GitLab platform. Equip account teams for product launches with Product Management and Product Marketing. Build demos and talk tracks, and turn early customer wins into reference stories. Serve as the escalation point for Account SAs and Post-Sales Solutions Architects (Post-Sales SAs) on complex product questions, integrations, and objections. Hand off PoV success criteria and architecture decisions to the Post-Sales SA with the account team when an opportunity closes. Stay involved until the customer's first production workload uses the product, and support complex accounts when Post-Sales SAs bring you in to drive adoption and consumption. Bring structured field feedback, competitive insights, and customer requirements to Product Management and Engineering with the wider SME team. Help manage early-access and design-partner programs, and represent GitLab through customer events, conferences, industry working groups, and published content. DevSecOps brings development, security, and operations together across software delivery. In AI & Competitive, you'll focus on GitLab Duo Agent Platform, agentic workflows, AI-native development, competitive displacement including GitHub, and migrations. Your success will be measured by technical win rate and bookings on SME-engaged opportunities, product-category commit attainment and consumption growth in your region, and Proof of Value (PoV) conversion rate, evaluation cycle time, and time from technical win to production use. Build reference architectures, demo environments, competitive battlecards, PoV playbooks, and enablement content so account teams can handle more opportunities without your direct involvement. Mentor Account SAs and contribute to GitLab's global SME community of practice. What you'll bring Substantial experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, or software engineering, with deep, hands-on expertise in one domain: application security testing, supply chain security, and compliance; scalable cloud and hybrid platforms; large CI/CD environments and source code migrations; or production AI-assisted development, working prototypes, and competitive evaluations. Practical expertise in agentic and AI-assisted development workflows across planning, coding, testing, security, and delivery, applied in a customer-facing, pre-sales context. Experience winning technical decisions on large, complex enterprise opportunities through structured Proof of Concept (PoC) or PoV evaluations with defined success criteria and executive sign-off. Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud provider. The ability to lead a whiteboard session with engineers and present the business case to executives in the same meeting. Strong written communication, including the ability to turn complex topics into clear playbooks that others use. Comfort working asynchronously across time zones with Sales, Product, and Engineering. Optional: public speaking, published technical content, open source contributions, or relevant certifications in Kubernetes, cloud architecture, or security. If you bring transferable experience in an adjacent domain, we encourage you to apply. Senior People Partner

Senior People Partner Cloudscaler | London | People Team | Reports to the Chief People Officer | £55,000–£75,000 Someone has to own the People initiative that doesn't fit neatly into anyone's week and the case nobody else should be handling. That someone is you — not as an escalation point, but as the person who runs the day-to-day of this function. THE MOMENT Cloudscaler is 130 people today. We'll be 170 by the end of this year, and roughly double again in 2027. The People function is being built in real time alongside that growth, rather than inherited from someone who left years ago. You'll be the first hire into the People team. For roughly your first year you'll be the only People professional alongside the CPO, which means running the whole day-to-day of the function: the hardest casework and initiatives, and the operational core that keeps everything moving. A People Partner is planned to join later in 2027, and at that point the operational administration moves to them. This is also a role built with room to grow. As the team expands beyond that second hire, we expect this role to take on day-to-day operational leadership of the People Partner practice, but that isn't the shape of it on day one. WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT In most People teams, the senior generalist is just a People Partner with a harder case queue. Here, the difference is ownership, not just difficulty. Complex casework: Rather than simply handling harder cases, you'll own the most complex cases end to end, with no hand back. People initiatives: Rather than contributing to initiatives someone else drives, you'll own them from design through to embedding. Decision-making: Rather than escalating ambiguity upward, you'll make the sensible call and document your reasoning. CPO partnership: Rather than acting in a support role to the CPO, you'll be an operational partner they can confidently delegate to. To be clear about the level: The CPO still designs the People strategy and the systems architecture. You own how it runs day to day, and you're trusted to run a whole initiative, not just a case. That is a different job to People Partner, not a bigger version of the same one. THE ROLE You'll sit in the People team reporting to the Chief People Officer. Three strands make up the job: Casework: The employee relations situations with the most complexity or sensitivity land with you, start to finish. Initiatives: When the CPO needs a piece of work owned (a policy rollout, a wellbeing programme, a piece of the reward or benefits agenda), you take it from design through to something that runs. Operations: Until the People Partner joins, you'll own payroll and benefits administration, onboarding, screening and security clearances, and keeping Rippling accurate. When the People Partner joins, they'll report to the CPO. You won't manage them formally, but you'll lead their handover, you'll be the person they come to first, and your judgement will set the standard for how this function operates day to day. WHERE THE ROLE STARTS AND STOPS New roles get vague, so here is the boundary as we see it today. Yours The most complex and sensitive employee relations casework, end to end. Full ownership of People initiatives, from design to embedding. Acting as the CPO's operational partner on ambiguous or cross-cutting problems. Until the People Partner joins (planned for later in 2027): Payroll and benefits administration, including the monthly payroll cycle in Rippling and Mintago. Pre-onboarding, onboarding and probation. Background screening in Zinc. Security clearance coordination. Rippling data quality, workflows and reporting. Our working groups and committees. Once the People Partner joins: A structured handover of the operational core. Day-to-day guidance for the People Partner. Shared Ashby, which Talent Acquisition owns. You'll work in it from offer through to start date on every hire until the People Partner joins, and on senior hires after that. Mentoring and supporting the People Partner on their casework and initiatives, once they join. Not yours Recruitment delivery, which sits with Talent Acquisition. The design of the People strategy, the operating model and the systems architecture, which sit with the CPO. Formal line management of the People Partner, who will report to the CPO. THE STACK Rippling: Our single source of truth. Until the People Partner joins you'll run it day to day, including the monthly payroll cycle, data quality and workflows, and you'll use its reporting at a level that supports whole initiatives. Zinc: Background screening. You'll run checks for every new joiner until the People Partner joins, and stay close to the senior and sensitive hires after that. Ashby: Owned by Talent Acquisition. You'll work in it from offer through to start date on the hires you're responsible for. Claude: A daily tool here. You'll use it for casework preparation, drafting policy and communications, and pulling together the analysis behind an initiative. Mintago: Our employee benefits and financial wellbeing platform (pensions, salary sacrifice and financial advice). You'll administer it and keep enrolment accurate until the People Partner takes it on. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the hardest casework. You'll run our most complex and sensitive employee relations cases end to end, with the CPO there to sense-check rather than take over. Own initiatives, not tasks. You'll take a People initiative from a rough brief to something that's running and embedded, rather than handing it back once the interesting part is done. Run the operational core. Until the People Partner joins, you'll own the monthly payroll cycle in Rippling, benefits administration including Mintago, onboarding, background screening and security clearances. Accurate, on time, and documented as you go. Hand it over well. When the People Partner arrives, you'll give them a working system and a clear handover, then stay the person they come to first and the judgement others in the function measure themselves against. Partner with senior leaders. You'll be credible with leaders on the most difficult conversations: complex change, capability, and situations without a clean playbook. Use AI properly. You'll use Claude daily to take time out of your own week, checking anything that touches a decision about a person and owning the outcome. Improve what you find. You'll spot the gaps in policy, process or practice before anyone else does, and bring the CPO a considered view on the fix, not just the problem. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 12 MONTHS You're running the most complex ER cases with confidence, and the CPO isn't being pulled into them. At least one or two People initiatives have gone from a rough brief to something genuinely embedded, owned by you. Payroll, benefits, onboarding and clearances run accurately and on time, and every process is documented well enough to hand over. You've helped shape the People Partner hire, so the handover is ready when they land. Senior leaders treat you as a credible operational partner, not an escalation point. You've made and documented sensible calls in genuinely ambiguous situations, and they've held up. The CPO can hand you an ambiguous problem and trust it gets shaped properly. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Deep employee relations experience. You've run complex disciplinaries, grievances and change situations yourself, and you know exactly when to escalate and when not to. CIPD qualification, or solid progress towards it, is welcome. A track record of owning initiatives. You can point to work you took from a brief to something that actually ran, not just a project you contributed to. Hands-on with the operational detail. You've owned or closely supported a payroll cycle, benefits administration and onboarding, and you're comfortable being accountable for their accuracy while also carrying the senior work. Credible with senior leaders. You can hold your own in a difficult conversation with someone under real pressure and be listened to. Comfortable operating near-autonomously. You don't need a playbook for everything. You make a sensible call, write it down, and check it with the CPO afterwards. Ready to grow into people leadership. You won't formally manage anyone at the start, but you'll induct and guide the People Partner when they join, and you should want to lead a team as the structure catches up. Discreet and organised at volume. Complex casework and live initiatives, often at the same time. You'll need a system, and it can't be your memory. THE HONEST PART This role sits in an odd space for now: senior in scope and judgement, without a team underneath it yet. Until the People Partner joins later in 2027, you'll also be the whole operational team, so a payroll deadline and a complex grievance can land in the same week. That eases as the function grows, but it means the authority you carry day to day has to come from the quality of your work, not a job title. You are not designing the People strategy or the systems architecture. The CPO does that. What you get instead is real ownership of the hardest cases and the initiatives that matter, a close working relationship with the CPO, and a genuine path toward leading the People Partner practice as it grows. This probably isn't for you if you want a formal team from day one, or if you'd rather leave payroll and onboarding to someone else. It probably is for you if you want to prove you can run this function well enough, top to bottom, that a team gets built around you. If that sounds like the challenge you've been looking for, let's talk. Cloudscaler are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to equal opportunities regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ancestry, age, marital status, disability, parental status, religion or medical history. Engagement Manager - Mid-Market Corporates
Full TimeOn-siteMid
goproject managementprocurementcompliancecompliancecustomer success+3

About Us Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world's best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We've scaled to $200M+ in ARR , with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. About the Role The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the centre of that transformation. We're looking for an Engagement Manager to own adoption across a portfolio of mid-market corporate clients and help their in-house legal teams fundamentally change the way they work. This is a role for someone who has led change inside complex organisations and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of 15 – 20 corporate accounts: building the relationships, defining the outcomes and serving as the trusted adviser who turns Legora into an embedded part of how those teams operate. Mid-market means breadth as well as depth. You will be running adoption programmes across 15 – 20 accounts at once, each with its own stakeholders, timelines and success measures, which makes this a role where strong project management is not a nice-to-have but the thing that determines whether you succeed. You will lean on repeatable playbooks where they work and go bespoke where an account earns it. At the heart of the role is designing each client's adoption playbook and delivering the change programmes that transform how they work. For every account you will build a tailored roadmap, sequence initiatives from initial rollout through function-wide scaled adoption, define measurable outcomes and ROI and evolve the programme as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge. You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption programme at Legora, helping clients realise measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work. What You'll Do You'll lead the post-sale customer experience, owning onboarding, adoption and long-term value realisation for a portfolio of 15 – 20 mid-market corporates. Specifically, you will: Design each client's adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that legal function adopts Legora and transforms the way it works. Execute against that playbook, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to function- and enterprise-wide scaled adoption and adapting as the client's needs and Legora's capabilities evolve. Run those programmes in parallel across the full portfolio, holding the plan, the milestones and the risks for every account and knowing at any moment which ones need your attention this week. Act as a strategic adviser who deeply understands in-house legal priorities — cost, cycle time, risk and doing more without adding headcount — surfaces high-impact opportunities and guides teams towards maximum value from Legora. Drive sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews. Orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end account context and coordination. Partner with GTM on key commercial moments to ensure seamless transitions, continuity and exceptional customer experience, and to identify and realise expansion opportunities. Translate customer feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning and enablement. Build reusable playbooks, templates and enablement material from what works, so the whole Engagement team gets better as you go rather than every account starting from scratch. What You Bring You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led. You're proactive, strategic and comfortable steering demanding, senior stakeholders through significant change. You take pride in being the reason customers adopt, grow and succeed. We're looking for: A minimum of 5 years' experience in management consulting, legal, LegalTech or customer success in an AI-native B2B vertical. Experience overseeing complex rollouts and adoption programmes at corporates is very desirable. We want someone who has taken a new way of working into a large in-house function, navigated procurement, IT, security and sceptical stakeholders, and made it stick. A strong project management skillset. This is central to the role: with 15 – 20 live programmes you need to be organised by instinct, comfortable holding many threads at once and able to tell the difference between an account that is quiet and an account that is drifting. A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programmes inside complex organisations. Experience building tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans and steering them to measurable outcomes. A track record of driving adoption, retention and satisfaction with corporate clients and senior stakeholders. Experience working with legal, compliance or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast. Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and interpersonal. You can hold a conversation with a General Counsel and roll up your sleeves with the hands-on teams who use the product every day. High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise and when to act. A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it. Fluency with metrics and driven by data, customer health and outcomes over process.
