About Userlane Userlane is a software adoption platform that shows enterprises whether their software and AI investments are actually working. Our team works with some of the biggest names in regulated industries, helping them get real value from technology and giving their employees the right support inside software applications they use every day. Based in Munich, growing internationally. Userlane combines Application Intelligence and Contextual Assistance for regulated industries. Application Intelligence shows where software creates cost and friction across the estate. Contextual Assistance helps people get work done in the moment, without training burden. We work with healthcare organizations across the US and Europe, helping clinical and operational teams work confidently in complex systems like EHRs and other core clinical and business applications. Your mission Own Application Intelligence at Userlane. You'll shape what we build across App Discovery, HEART Analytics and Portfolio Overview to help enterprise CIOs and IT leaders see where software spending delivers value and where it creates waste. You'll work on opportunities such as: Defining metrics that hold up : Own the methodology behind our HEART Analytics, deciding what each score measures, how it's calculated, and how it stays credible when data is incomplete. Delivering outcome-linked metrics : Connect usage data to business outcomes like cost savings, efficiency and compliance risk that enterprise executives can take action on Building for time-poor executives : Design analytics that bring insights to leaders and answers "what should I do?" not just "what happened?" Connecting fragmented data sources : Define the integration strategy to combine Userlane behavioural data with cost data from SAM tools, license data from IT asset management and employee data from HR systems, Transforming insights into action : Define what turns raw usage data into insights that drive action, not just dashboards people look at once AI adoption governance : Extend analytics to measure how AI assistants and agents affect productivity, cost and ROI. Your profile 5+ years of product management experience on data/analytics products within a modern product organisation You've defined a metrics methodology, scoring system or measurement framework that others build on, and you can defend the trade-offs behind it. You're comfortable reasoning about why one calculation approach produces misleading results in a specific scenario and another doesn't. You start with the business question, not the data. Your first instinct is "what decision are they trying to make?" rather than "what data do we have?" You hold your ground. You'll work with technically strong colleagues and leaders with well-formed opinions. You can disagree with them credibly, engage with their reasoning, and change your position when the evidence says so, not when the seniority does. You can hold a credible conversation with data engineers and data scientists about what the data can and cannot prove, and you understand the difference between interesting data and actionable insight You've worked in enterprise B2B (not B2C product analytics). Healthcare experience is a strong plus You figure out what works by talking to customers and watching them use the product You're capable of explaining things to engineers, salespeople, support agents and CEOs alike You're fluent in English (spoken and written) What's in for you Team & Culture : A high-performance culture with great leadership and a fun, engaged, motivated and diverse team with people from over 20 countries Impact: You'll be part of an empowered cross-functional team given the freedom and autonomy to solve real customer problems Product strategy influence : Work directly with our VP Product to shape our 2026-2030 strategy as we expand into new sectors Market : Userlane is among the global leaders in the rapidly growing Digital Adoption industry Growth : We take you and your development seriously. About Us Lupa is building a category defining product the industry has never seen before. We are the AI-native operating system for veterinary practices and pet parents, replacing the fragmented, clunky systems vets have tolerated for years with a single intelligent platform for scheduling, client communication, clinical documentation, and AI-driven care guidance. Practices run more efficiently, vets get back to doing what they love, and pet parents feel more connected to their animals health than ever. The traction speaks for itself: one of Europe's top 100 AI startups with a team of 50 people, 10x growth in twelve months, the UK market leader, and now charging hard into the US and Europe. We have $25M in funding, 2.5M+ pets on the platform, and a buzzing HQ in Paddington, London. This is a rare chance to join a rocket ship at exactly the right moment and we are looking for exceptional people to help us fly it. In this role, you will: Own the end to end testing process for your product area alongside dev, from drafting BDD scenarios and acceptance criteria all the way through to release Decide what gets automated and build it. You are not waiting to be told what needs a test, you are making that call yourself Review AI drafted tests and catch flaky tests or visual regressions before they reach merge Run smoke tests and exploratory testing at release and be accountable for releases going out smoothly, not just for finding bugs Work directly with engineers from the start of a feature, not at the end when problems are harder to fix Help shape how the QE function works as we build it from scratch. Early hires leave fingerprints here Your background looks something like: 1 to 3 years of experience in a QE, SDET, or software engineering role, or a strong recent graduate with real coding experience under your belt Comfortable owning both manual and automated testing end to end Hands on experience with Playwright for test automation and TypeScript Confident writing BDD style scenarios from acceptance criteria Genuinely AI fluent. You use AI tools day to day, have opinions on where they help and where they fall short, and know how to review AI generated output critically Mobile automation experience (nice to have) As a person, you: Are proactive by nature. You see what is not working and fix it before being asked Like to innovate and try new things. You are not looking to execute someone else's process, you want to help build the right one Take real ownership of what you ship. A release going out smoothly matters to you personally, not just as a task Thrive with genuine autonomy and are energised by the space to make decisions rather than slowed down by it Are excited to work in person from our Paddington, London HQ Value working with people who are kind, ambitious, and pragmatic What does success look like in 6 months? You own the end to end testing process for at least one product area independently, working directly with dev rather than waiting to be looped in Releases you are responsible for go out smoothly and the team trusts you to make the call on what needs testing and automating without being told You are actively contributing to moving the automation percentage up and your fingerprints are already on how the QE function works Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
