Camunda is the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration , enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex, end-to-end business processes. With built-in governance, auditability, and human oversight, Camunda gives enterprises the control they need to move AI from pilots to production — safely and at scale. Trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide , including 9 of top 10 US banks, Camunda helps enterprises boost operational efficiency, accelerate time-to-value, and deliver better customer experiences. Fully remote and global, we are in the middle of something bigger: transforming into an AI-first organisation, built on our own platform . We use Agentic AI to automate, orchestrate intelligent processes, and elevate human contribution across every team. Named GP Bullhound's Top 100 Next Unicorn list, 2025 Great Place to Work certified. Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies , We're growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: Hi there! We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. We're a group that cares about getting the story right, not just getting it out the door. We work closely with product, sales, and demand gen, and we hold ourselves to a high bar because our work directly shapes how the market understands what we build. This role gives you real ownership. You'll shape positioning and messaging for a meaningful piece of our product portfolio, build the competitive intelligence that keeps our field teams sharp, and work directly with sales leaders who depend on your materials to close deals. It's a role with visible impact, not one where your work disappears into a shared drive. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll drive go-to-market strategy for your area, from positioning through launch through enablement, while partnering with product and sales to make sure the message actually lands. This role matters because clear, credible product marketing is what turns a strong platform into a business result. Camunda operates in a technical, complex space, and getting that translation right is not optional. What You Will Do Own positioning and messaging for your product area, translating technical capability into a clear value proposition for both technical and business buyers. Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program that sales actually uses, not just battlecards that sit in a folder. Lead go-to-market execution for launches in your area, coordinating across product, sales, and demand gen so the message is consistent everywhere it shows up. Arm the field with content that works in real conversations: pitch decks, demos, solution briefs, and objection handling. Use market and customer research to inform product and positioning decisions, not just to validate ones already made. Mentor and support other marketers on your team, sharing what you've learned without being asked. What You Will Bring to the Role Significant experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in enterprise software, with a track record of owning positioning and messaging end to end, not just contributing pieces of it. A real competitive intelligence practice under your belt. You've built and maintained a program that sales relied on, not just responded to research requests as they came in. Comfort marketing technical products to technical buyers. You can go deep enough into a technical concept to be credible with a developer, and simplify it enough to be clear to an executive. Field enablement experience at scale. You've built programs that changed how a sales team talked about a product, and you know how to tell if it worked. Strong cross-functional instincts. You know how to build trust with product and sales without relying on authority, and how to bring people along on a positioning decision rather than just announcing it. Comfort using AI tools in your day to day work. This isn't a checkbox, it's part of how the role actually operates. This role is an existing vacancy #LI-JS1 #LI-Remote #C1 What We Have to Offer: Compensation We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition. The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills , experience , and location , and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth: United States: $131,300.00 to $211,600.00 United Kingdom: £82,400.00 to £135,600.00 Singapore: S$163,000.00 to S$244,500.00 If you're based elsewhere, you'll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview. Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) . Benefits & Perks We invest in your wellbeing, growth, and ability to connect, along with perks that support you no matter where you're based. Our benefits are globally designed and locally delivered where applicable. Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere with the setup that suits you, home office budget, co-working space support, and flexible time off to recharge when you need it. In Person Connection: We invest in meaningful face time through our Annual Kickoff (Vienna in 2025, Madrid in 2026!), team offsites, and Camundi Connection Budgets , including contributing to meetups while travelling,, and local gatherings with fellow Camundi. Health & Wellbeing: Access locally tailored healthcare, Modern Health for global mental wellbeing, and our Live Well Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA), a flexible, global benefit that puts you in control of your whole life, not just work, from: staying active, to caring for family, exploring personal passions, meaningful experiences, and investing in your financial wellbeing. The Live Well program launches in 2026 and scales to €1,000 annually from 2027 . Financial Security: Retirement and pension plans (often with company contributions), plus life and disability insurance where relevant. Professional Growth: Up to $/€/£1,000 per year for self-driven learning: courses, certifications, books, you decide! AI in our hiring process : Camunda may use AI tools to aid the screening of applications and during the interview process. You can learn more here "Everyone is welcome at Camunda" — it's a celebrated component of our culture. We strive to create an inclusive environment that empowers our people. Help Us Simplify Tax Compliance for Millions Millions of people interact with fiskaly every day, even if they never notice it. We're the company behind compliance at the point of sale and e-invoicing — the invisible layer that keeps receipts tamper-proof, fights tax fraud, and helps merchants across Europe ditch paper for good. It's B2B, it's regulatory, and yes, it's complex. But our mission is simple: make tax compliance easy for everyone. If you want to build the infrastructure that quietly powers commerce for millions — you're in the right place. 💼 The Role European fiscalization and e-invoicing are fragmented, technical and deadline-driven. Every country has its own rules, its own timelines and its own competitive dynamics. Our buyers: POS manufacturers, PMS and ERP vendors, retailers, resellers are not tax experts, and they do not want to become them. They want to know what a mandate means for them and what to do about it. That translation is your job. You will own positioning and messaging for our products across markets, drive go-to-market for new launches and country expansions, and turn dense regulatory requirements into value propositions that land with a technical partner in Munich and a retail chain in Madrid alike. This is a senior individual contributor role with a wide surface area. You will work closely with Product, Compliance, Demand Gen, Content, Sales and our country teams. 🛠️ What You'll Do Own product positioning and messaging for fiskaly's fiscalization and e-invoicing products (SIGN, RECEIPT, E-INVOICE, SAFE) across multiple European markets Define and continuously sharpen our ICPs and buyer personas, POS manufacturers, retailers, resellers, PMS and ERP vendors, and equip Demand Gen with the segmentation, pain points and messaging they need to convert them Drive go-to-market strategy for new product launches and country/regulation expansions Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, accurate value propositions Build and maintain sales enablement material, battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts with Sales and Customer Success Own competitive intelligence and market research across the fragmented European compliance landscape Feed market and customer signal into the product roadmap in partnership with Product Management Keep messaging consistent across DACH, Spain, Italy and our other country teams, with an ear for local nuance Supply the Content team with ideas at scale and shape campaign concepts with Demand Generation Track regulatory calendars (KassenSichV, RKSV, Verifactu, NF525, and what comes next) these are effectively our market events 👀 What You Bring 7+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in regulated/compliance, fintech or infrastructure software A proven track record positioning a technically complex or regulated product for buyers who are not experts in it Product launches and GTM plans you have owned end to end — not contributed to Strong command of positioning and messaging frameworks Experience managing messaging across multiple countries and languages Hands-on sales enablement content creation Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and processes Excellent written English and the ability to make complexity feel simple without losing accuracy Comfort with ambiguity, shifting regulatory timelines and briefs that are not fully formed Cultural sensitivity across DACH, Southern Europe and the Nordics Strong plus Experience in fiscalization, tax-tech, payments, or POS/retail tech Swedish, German, French, Spanish or Italian in addition to English Experience working alongside legal or compliance functions on customer-facing messaging ✅ What We Offer A team that gives you space to grow, take ownership, and learn from trying 25 vacation days per year if you're based in Austria Flexible working hours and a hybrid work setup Budget for personal and professional development Hardware of your choice (Windows, Linux, or Mac) A company culture that values clarity, well-being, and good work over noise ✨ Why fiskaly? We work on real problems that have impact, not vanity projects. Our team is pragmatic, direct, and focused on building solid tech for an industry that needs it. We care about how things work, not how they look on paper. If that resonates, you'll probably enjoy working here. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
