About Airwallex Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own. We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,300 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. Read our operating principles to see it in full. How you'll make impact Own the first 90 days of the customer journey for new French customers, bringing them to their target level of activity as quickly as possible through clear plans, hands-on product configuration and fast blocker removal. You'll lead onboarding from first KYC approval, working closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, KYC, Support, Risk and Product across a portfolio of customers with different levels of complexity. You'll help customers configure and activate accounts, payments, FX, cards, Spend and payouts, while managing a proactive portfolio of partner-referred customers. Take ownership of each customer from first KYC approval, with a clear plan, milestones, owners and the revenue target defined at signature. Adapt the onboarding approach to the deal: use a scaled motion for smaller deals, a high-touch approach for larger ones, and partner with the Account Manager on enterprise onboardings. Guide customers through account set-up, payments, FX, cards, Spend and payouts based on their use case. Remove blockers quickly by coordinating with KYC, Support, Risk and Product, while keeping communication clear and proactive. Hand customers over to the Account Manager at day 90 with documented account status, adoption level and expansion signals. Reduce the time between first KYC approval and first live transaction. Bring each customer to the revenue target set at signature and spot at-risk onboardings early, escalating with context, impact and a proposed solution. Run a proactive, scaled motion for partner-referred customers, including onboarding follow-up, usage monitoring and risk detection. Keep partners informed about the progress of their referred customers and hand accounts that grow in value or complexity to the Account Manager. Contribute to onboarding playbooks, checklists and standard configurations by customer type. Keep Salesforce and onboarding tracking accurate and up to date, turning recurring friction into process improvements. You'll work from our Paris office a minimum of three days per week. What we're looking for Essentials Experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success or a comparable post-sale delivery role. Experience working in a high-pace, high-volume environment, handling multiple onboardings in parallel while maintaining quality and deadlines. Hands-on experience configuring a product with customers. A strong understanding of financial flows such as payments, FX, payouts, cards, invoicing or reconciliation, and the ability to speak credibly to Finance and Operations teams. A track record measured on customer outcomes such as activation, usage and time-to-live, rather than activity. Fluency in French and professional English. The ability to learn complex products quickly, explain them simply and work across teams without direct authority. A proactive, resilient and hands-on way of working. Preferred Experience in fintech, payments, banking, FX or spend management. Accounting or finance knowledge. Experience with partner-referred customers. Familiarity with Salesforce and usage data. You'll thrive here if You own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken. You simplify complexity rather than hiding behind it. You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly anyway. You treat setbacks as information. You get back up quickly. You know when to align and when to just decide. Collaboration isn't a way to avoid accountability. Learn more about your team SME & Growth at Airwallex is about more than closing deals. We help small and mid-market businesses solve real financial challenges across borders: getting paid globally, managing multi-currency accounts, paying suppliers, and running spend across markets from a single platform. You're not selling a feature. You're helping founders and finance leaders replace fragmented financial operations with one global system that actually scales. It's a function for sellers who like to build, not follow a script: curious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out in markets that are still wide open. You get real autonomy to create value, build relationships, and move opportunities forward. If you want to sell a serious product, solve real problems for ambitious businesses, and build your career fast, this is a place to do it. Applicant Safety Policy: Fraud and Third-Party Recruiters To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process. All official communication will come from an @ airwallex.com email address. Please apply only through careers.airwallex.com or our official LinkedIn page. (Senior) Associate – Energy Markets & Business Development (Railway Power & PPAs)

(Senior) Associate – Energy Markets & Business Development (Railway Power & PPAs) Our mission for you European energy costs are 2x compared to US and China. Electricity demand is expected to double by 2050. Market price volatility & complexity are here to stay. The backbone of Europe's industrial economy is at risk - and companies need to act now. trawa is building the solution: the first integrated B2B energy platform that orchestrates procurement, energy management, and flexibility steering in one product. Supply, Manage, Flex - combined. That integration unlocks up to 30% in recurring electricity cost savings - all while helping companies switch to renewable energy. We're the fastest-growing B2B energy platform in Europe. Active in Germany and Austria now, and expanding operations to a third market in 2027. We're on the road to European scale and move fast - the market window is open and we intend to own it. About trawa trawa is a scale-up based in Berlin with ~100 FTE, ~30 of whom work in Product & Tech. We've raised over €35M to date, including a €24M Series A in May 2025, backed by Balderton, Headline, Speedinvest, AENU, Magnetic, and Tiny VC. All three founders are on board and 100% committed to build the utility of the future. We're looking for a (Senior) Associate – Energy Markets & Business Development (Railway Power & PPAs) to own an important part of our energy value chain. You'll report directly to our Energy Operations Manager with close collaboration with the COO and Trading Team. You'll shape the product that makes European industry competitive again - and you'll do it at pace. This role is based in Berlin. trawa is an "office first" company, which means you will work from the office typically five days per week. The Team You'll join our Energy Operations team, which owns the energy side of our business - from sourcing and portfolio management to making sure our customers' energy products work in practice. You'll work hand in hand with our Trading Team as well as with Sales, Pricing, Product and Tech. You start without direct reports, but with a clear mandate: build and grow the business areas you own. What you'll do As (Senior) Associate – Energy Markets & Business Development, you combine a strong analytical mind with business building: Build our railway power business: A significant share of our customers comes from the railway power (Bahnstrom) segment. You take ownership of this segment from a trading and energy perspective - you understand its specific market setup, improve how we forecast, source, price and supply railway power, and make us the go-to partner for these customers. You dig into how we currently predict our railway customers' energy demand and find ways to make these forecasts more accurate. You also build partnerships with IT service providers from the railway industry and with infrastructure operators. Lead international railway expansion: You drive the expansion of our railway power offering into further European countries - you analyse market structures, regulation and commercial potential, and contribute your findings into a concrete go-to-market plan. Expand our long-term product offering: Our customers buy long-term products from us, such as PPAs and Future/Forwards products. You develop our offering so we can provide more and better-fitting products to our customers. Architect of the long-term trading process: You centralise and streamline the end-to-end process from pricing and offer creation to actual trade execution across Sales, Pricing, Trading and Operations - making it faster, more robust and scalable, and ultimately enabling a better product for our customers. Bridge between trading and business: You work closely with our quant trading and data science team and turn their models and insights into processes and systems that work across teams and markets - so that pricing, risk and market insights reliably translate into better decisions and products for our customers. Who we are looking for Strong quantitative skills: You think analytically, feel at home with numbers and data and can confidently challenge quantitative results - without having to be a quant or developer yourself. Ideally, you have a degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g. economics, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration). Business acumen & venture mindset: You think commercially, enjoy building new business areas from scratch and prioritise by impact. Interest in energy markets & trading: You are fascinated by how energy markets work - from wholesale and forward markets to PPAs, hedging and pricing - and want to dive deep into them. First exposure to these topics is a strong plus. Hungry & ambitious: You want to grow fast, take on responsibility early and set high standards for yourself. You don't wait for instructions - you find answers, push topics forward and enjoy a steep learning curve. High ownership & structured execution: You drive topics end-to-end, align stakeholders across departments and turn ideas into scalable processes with tangible business impact. Communication: You speak German at native level and very good English, and you translate confidently between commercial, quantitative and operational perspectives. 90 Day Goals After 6 Weeks (Onboarding): You have understood trawa's business, product and energy value chain in detail and got to know all relevant internal and external stakeholders. You understand our railway power customers, their contracts, how we currently forecast their energy demand and how we source, price and supply their energy. You have mapped our current long-term trading process - from pricing and offer creation to trade execution - and identified the key pain points. Month 3 (Ramp-Up): You are the go-to person for trading and energy questions in the railway power segment, have implemented first improvements and developed a concept for improving our demand forecasts for railway customers. You have delivered a first assessment of potential expansion markets for railway power, including a recommendation on which country to tackle first, and have identified and approached first potential partners among railway IT service providers and infrastructure operators. You have designed a target process for our long-term trading, started its implementation and proposed first additions to our long-term product offering. What Will Help You Succeed Work experience in a high-paced environment, e.g. a start-up, scale-up or consulting. Experience in energy markets - especially in energy trading, origination or pricing - or in financial trading markets. Knowledge of the German energy market and/or the railway power (16.7 Hz traction power) market. An affinity for AI-powered tools and automation to make processes faster and smarter. Why us? Impact: European SMEs spend between €150k and €10M per year on electricity — most are overpaying and locked into outdated procurement. Your product will directly change how thousands of companies buy, manage, and use energy. The impact is measurable, the market is massive, and the timing is now. The Role: You build business areas at the intersection of trading, energy and venture development - with direct impact on our revenue, our product offering and our expansion across Europe. Responsibility & Support: You own real business areas from day one - backed by our Energy Operations Manager, the COO and an experienced Trading Team who help you ramp up quickly and grow into the role. Ownership: We empower our team members to take ownership of their work and drive results, regardless of background or experience level. Learning & Growth: We provide an annual budget and dedicated time for professional development. You'll have opportunities for mentorship, learning, and career progression. Diversity and Inclusion: We're an equal opportunity employer, and our team reflects that. Our organisation brings together over 15 nationalities, contributing a variety of languages, experiences, and perspectives. At trawa, we're family-friendly with parents across all levels, and our diversity is represented throughout the company, including leadership. We're committed to an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work. Powering Great Work We started as the place to find a trusted trade. Now, as we shape the future of home improvement, we're building the tech to transform that landscape for everyone - better products, smarter data, AI where it actually helps - so trades can spend less time on admin and consumers can find someone they trust, first time. That's Powering Great Work, and it's why every team here exists: 🔧 Trades spend less time on admin and more on winning work and growing their business 🏠 Homeowners get a trusted trade, first time, every time 🚀 We get to build products that change homes and lives across the country As our next Account Executive, you'll help bring more trades onto Checkatrade across different regions and categories. It's a new business role: you find high-potential trade businesses and guide them from the first conversation to a signed deal. You'll sit in our Strategic Growth team, at the heart of how we grow the trade network that homeowners rely on. The job, unfiltered: Win new trade businesses by finding high-potential small and medium trades, building proposals that make sense for them and negotiating terms. Hand each new trade over smoothly to our vetting team, so the start of their Checkatrade journey goes well. Spot opportunities in the market, using data and insights to see where Checkatrade is strong and where we can grow. Work with Account Management, Vetting, Product and Operations to find the regions and categories that would benefit most from Checkatrade. Learn our product suite inside out, so every business case is tailored to the prospect in front of you. Own the outbound sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to proposals, negotiation and closing. The fit: Solid experience in commercial or new business sales, ideally in similar markets, with a strong focus on outbound acquisition. A track record of finding new clients, building tailored proposals and hitting revenue targets. The knack for building strong relationships with tradespeople, and working closely with colleagues across teams. Confidence juggling multiple priorities and improving how things get done. Experience building customer relationships, whether through digital outreach or face-to-face conversations. Tenacity and resilience. This is a test-and-learn environment where persistence matters. Nice to have: familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and outbound tools, and an understanding of AI-powered optimisation tools. (Don't self-select out because you don't tick every box. We'd rather meet you.) What you get 💰 Competitive salary, annual bonus & equity scheme 🩺 Health, wellbeing and learning support 🚲 Gym membership, Smart Tech Scheme, Cycle Scheme 🎂 Birthday/special day leave, buy & sell holiday scheme ❤️ 1 week's paid charity leave, and more How this goes Screening call with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners 1st stage interview with our Head of Sales SMB 2nd stage interview with our Head of Sales SMB and Sales Operations Manager 3rd stage interview with our VP of Sales Not this one? Stay close anyway. Join the Talent Community and we'll ping you the second something better fits. About us We're Checkatrade – the UK's leading platform for finding a tradesperson. With more than 50,000 trades listed and over 6 million reviews, we help homeowners get jobs done right and help tradespeople grow their business. Operations Manager - West Midlands Sort Centre

Relay is fundamentally reshaping how goods move in an online era. Backed by Europe's largest-ever logistics Series A ($35M) led by deep-tech investors Plural, and a recently closed Series B ($95M), Relay is scaling faster than 99% of venture-backed startups. We're assembling the most talent-dense team the logistics industry has ever seen Relay's Mission is to free commerce from friction . Today, high delivery costs act as a hidden tax on e-commerce, quietly shaping what can be sold online and limiting who can participate. We envision a world where more goods move more freely between more people , making the online shopping experience seamless and accessible to everyone. THE TEAM • ~160 people , around half in engineering, product and data • 45+ advanced degrees across computer science, mathematics and operations research • Thousands of data points captured, calculated, analysed and predicted for every single parcel we handle • An intellectually vibrant culture of first‑principles thinking , tight feedback loops and relentless experimentation The Opportunity You will report to the Site Manager/Head of Site and will run shifts at one of our Hybrid Sort Centres (HSCs), leading 50–100+ operatives through high-volume, time-pressured sortation where minutes matter and small deviations cascade into missed deadlines. Each of our HSCs handle over 40 million parcels annually, with our largest site measuring more than 300,000 sq ft. You will also be accountable for whether the site is measurably better in a month than it is today for each of our key metrics. You are on the floor for your shift, every shift. This is not a project role with occasional site visits and it is not a desk job, the forward work happens along with running the operation. Who will thrive in this role Deliver shift plan end to end people deployment, throughput, quality standards, and health & safety compliance Lead, develop, and performance-manage a frontline team of 50–100+ operatives Build the mechanisms that hold the operation together. Build controls, cadences, metrics, SOPs, change management and own their adoption, not only their design Plan ahead for future shifts; labour, training, and the risks you can see coming before they land Own the end-of-shift handover; what happened, what is at risk, what the next shift needs to know Stay decisive through volume peaks, outages, and labour gaps. Triage, solve the problem at hand quickly, contain the impact, restore flow Present and write clearly whether briefs, escalations, handovers or post-incident reviews. Decisions here get made based off what you wrote Implement changes into a live operation such as introducing robotics, launching new sortation tech or onboarding new clients. We are changing the operations constantly which means you'll roll change out mid flight and bring your team along the journey. Who you are Scaled something from zero : a site, a market, a process or a program. Managed a physical operation : quick commerce, grocery, e-commerce fulfillment, last mile, 3PL, food production, airport ground handling, rail. Anywhere with a hard cut off and people on the floor. Communicate in both directions and have strong people management skills : you can brief 80 operatives at shift start and take a problem to senior leadership the same day. Built a mechanism that held : a control, a cadence, a metric, a document standard. Something you authored that changed how frontline teams worked. Own numbers rather than report them : you can name a metric you created or redefined, explain why the previous one was wrong, and say what changed afterwards. Understand frontline work : one of these must be true: you have personally led frontline teams; you have worked embedded in and around a frontline population day to day, without the reporting line; or you have been accountable for outcomes delivered by frontline people you did not employ. You do not need to have worked in parcels, fulfilment, or sortation. Several of our most talented people had not. Backgrounds that translate well Program Manager in a logistics or e-commerce business Operations Excellence and Continuous Improvement Strategy & Operations Transformation manager Launch and Expansion Manager Regional operations manager We have hired well from corporate operations, from central operations inside large UK retailers and carriers, and from quick commerce and marketplace operators. Consulting backgrounds work where you implemented, not only recommended; we are keen to understand what you who actually rolled it out. Hiring process Our hiring process is fast. Initial screen (15 min) Hiring Manager conversation (90 min) - 45 min onsite interview immediately followed by a 45 min site tour where you shadow an existing shift manager Final interview (45 min). Decision and offer within 48 hours Who Thrives at Relay? Aim with Precision: You define problems clearly and measure your impact meticulously. Play to Win: You chase bold bets, tackle the hard stuff, and view constraints as fuel, not friction. 1% Better Every Day : You believe that small, consistent improvements lead to exponential growth. You move quickly, deliver results, and learn from every experience. All In, All the Time : You show up and step up. You take ownership from start to finish and do what it takes to deliver when it counts. People-Powered Greatness : You invest in your teammates. You give and receive feedback with care and candour. You build trust through high standards and shared success. Grow the Whole Pie : You seek out win-win solutions for merchants, couriers, and our customers, because when they thrive, so do we. If these resonate, and you combine strong technical fundamentals with entrepreneurial drive, let's connect. Relay is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity, inclusion, and fostering a workplace where everyone thrives. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Health can't wait . Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that's exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can't. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it's coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It's not solely a question of willpower. It's the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture . We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager to join our Accountant Partnerships team in France, specifically focused on building and developing relationships with accounting firms and accountant networks. The core purpose of this role is to turn accounting firms into long-term Alan partners and advocates. You will help them recommend Alan to their clients, improve their day-to-day experience with health insurance and payroll administration, and generate qualified business opportunities for Alan's Sales teams. The accountant ecosystem represents a significant growth opportunity for Alan. France has approximately 22,000 accounting firms supporting around 3.5 million companies, and Alan's existing Accountant Partnership channel has already generated significant ARR through a relatively small number of partners. The team is now entering a new phase of development. We are hiring new Partnership Manager to help build a scalable, high-performing partner network and contribute to Alan's ambition to make Accountant Partnerships a strategic growth channel. Here is how your key outcomes will look like: Build and grow a strong partner network: Identify, prioritise and develop relationships with high-potential accounting firms and networks. Drive partnerships from discussion to activation: Lead partnership discussions, onboarding and launch, ensuring that Alan creates value for both accountants and their clients. Activate partners and generate business opportunities: Build engagement plans, support partner enablement and work closely with Sales to turn recommendations into qualified opportunities. Help scale the Accountant Partnerships model: Manage partner performance, share insights with internal teams and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, tools and processes. ⭐ Is it you we're looking for? We're looking for someone who combines strong partnership and commercial skills with the ability to build trusted relationships in a complex and evolving B2B ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing partnerships from initial contact to activation and long-term development. They should enjoy working autonomously in an environment where there is still a lot to build. You may be a great fit at Alan if you have/are: 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management or customer success in a B2B environment Experience managing partnerships throughout the full lifecycle, from prospecting and closing to activation and ongoing relationship management Experience managing a portfolio of partners, ideally in a fast-growing company Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills A data-oriented mindset, with the ability to track performance and prioritise opportunities The ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data and Operations teams An entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership and the ability to work autonomously Full professional fluency in French and professional fluency in English Experience working directly with accounting firms, payroll providers, HR software or insurance companies would be a strong plus. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with B2B distribution partnerships, where a third party recommends or distributes a solution to its own customers. Experience limited to technology integrations, co-marketing or visibility partnerships would be less relevant for this role. For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level . Everything else is a plus. We care about having a diversity of experiences, profiles and backgrounds in our team. 🙌 Perks & Benefits At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need, and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers. Therefore, we offer: Fair rewards . Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only. Flexible office with hybrid setup .
