Building the Future of Open Finance Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. Before you apply, we encourage you to explore our culture page to understand what drives us and how we work. The team Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Growth at Kraken is being rebuilt around an AI-native platform. Instead of people manually building audiences, writing copy, adjusting budgets, and scheduling sends, agents find opportunities, make decisions, and execute across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. They learn from every result and keep going. People still run the system. Operators use a central hub to set the rules the agents follow, review and approve what they produce, and handle exceptions when something doesn't fit. The platform also has to work across many markets and languages, and it operates in a regulated industry, so there are compliance checks and approval steps built in. The team is a small, cross-functional group of growth, product, and engineering people who build this platform and run it day to day. We ship often, learn fast, and raise the quality bar with every release. You will work most closely with the engineers building the platform, the product team defining how operators use it, and the operators who rely on it every day. QA and operations is how the whole team knows the platform can be trusted. The opportunity You will own day-to-day operations and QA for our internal growth platform. You test it, catch problems before our customers do, keep approvals and exception queues moving, and report on how it's performing. You will work closely with product, engineering and operators to make sure the platform works and keeps working. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role. You will spend your days in the product, testing what's new, checking what should already work, and writing up what you find so it gets fixed. Test the platform regularly. Cover new releases, rule changes, and edge cases, and run regression checks to make sure existing features still work. Find bugs and document them clearly, with steps to reproduce, severity, and impact. Follow them through until engineering fixes them and you've verified the fix. Monitor platform performance and agent activity, flag anything that looks wrong, and escalate it to the right person. Work the approval queues daily. Keep items moving and make sure nothing is left unreviewed. Check agent output against defined checklists and standards, and escalate anything unclear or risky.Note where flows are confusing or inconsistent, and flag them to the team. Write and maintain documentation: test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes. What you bring Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics, ideally on a software product or complex system Exceptional attention to detail. You notice what others miss and double-check your work. A structured approach to testing. You can create and follow a test plan, and think about what could break. Clear written communication. Your bug reports and documentation should be easy for anyone to follow. Comfort with data. You can read a dashboard and tell when a number looks off. Fast learner. You pick up new tools and systems quickly and ask thoughtful questions. AI-native habits. You use AI tools in your own work every day, and you're curious about where they get things wrong. Prompt engineering curiosity, you don't need to be an engineer, but you are willing to learn how to communicate with AI systems precisely and improve their outputs Reliability. You keep to a routine, keep your queues clear, and tell people early when something is stuck. Nice to haves Experience testing software products or AI and LLM-based tools Familiarity with Jira, Mixpanel, or similar tools Exposure to marketing, CRM, or lifecycle messaging workflows Interest in fintech or crypto Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. Our commitment Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto. We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision. As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws. Across Europe, fleets are under enormous pressure. Fuel costs are rising. Regulatory requirements are tightening. The shift to low-emission vehicles is accelerating. And yet around 70% of European businesses still manage their fleets manually, with spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and processes that were never built for this moment. Shiftmove exists to make this simple. We are a profitable B2B SaaS company and the fastest-growing fleet management platform in Europe, born from the merger of Avrios and Vimcar, and now serving tens of thousands of corporate customers across Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, and beyond. Most recently, we acquired Optimum and Ocean in France, expanding our footprint and doubling down on one of Europe's largest fleet markets. Our AI-powered platform connects real-time vehicle data with intelligent software so that businesses can procure smarter, control costs, stay compliant, and lead the transition to cleaner mobility, all from one place. About the role: We are looking for an experienced Interim Senior BI Analyst to join us on an initial three-month contract, with the option to extend for a further three months. As we integrate two acquired French businesses into our group, we need to bring their data into our standard reporting while transforming how our executive team accesses and uses business intelligence. Our existing Tableau dashboards have evolved over time, and we see an opportunity to make them clearer, more consistent and more actionable. Reporting to our VP of Operations, Data & BI , you will work closely with the executive team, Head of FP&A, RevOps and Data Engineering. You will take ownership of rebuilding our executive reporting, responding to daily analytical requests and ensuring that acquired-company data is accurately reflected in group-wide reporting. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical BI skills with commercial acumen, sound analytical judgement and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders when the data tells a different story. What You'll Do Rebuild executive reporting: Audit our existing Tableau dashboards and the underlying business logic. Decide which dashboards to retain, consolidate, redesign or retire, and rebuild the priority dashboards so executives can quickly understand performance and make informed decisions Establish consistent metrics: Document and align metric definitions to ensure that business performance is measured consistently across dashboards, teams and entities Own daily ad hoc reporting: Manage requests through our Jira-based data support queue, prioritising, scoping and delivering analyses on a daily basis. Translate ambiguous requests into clear business questions and identify recurring needs that can be addressed through standard reporting Integrate acquisition data: Partner with Data Engineering as acquired-company data is migrated into Snowflake. Validate and reconcile data against source systems, build and maintain dbt models, and incorporate the data into existing Tableau dashboards so group reporting reflects all entities Deliver commercial insights: Translate executive requirements into meaningful analysis of go-to-market performance, including pipeline, bookings, ARR, retention and churn Partner with Finance: Work closely with the Head of FP&A to reconcile BI reporting with financial figures and establish a consistent view of business performance Present findings and challenge assumptions: Communicate insights directly to the executive team, explain what the data means for the business, and challenge assumptions where the evidence supports a different conclusion Enable a smooth handover: Document dashboards, data models, metric definitions and reporting processes so the permanent BI team can take ownership of the work at the end of the interim period What You Need to Succeed You bring extensive experience in BI or analytics , including at least three years working at a senior level You have expert-level Tableau dashboard development skills, including experience redesigning dashboards for executive audiences You have strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with Snowflake You have practical experience with dbt, including building and maintaining data models, tests and documentation You understand go-to-market performance and are fluent in metrics such as pipeline, bookings, ARR, net and gross retention, and churn You have a track record of translating executive requirements into analysis that informs business decisions You have experience integrating acquired, migrated or otherwise disparate data sources into existing reporting environments You are comfortable managing a Jira ticket queue and delivering reporting requests within daily turnaround expectations You communicate exceptionally well in written and spoken English and are confident presenting to C-level stakeholders, including challenging assumptions when the data warrants it You are based in Europe and available to work 35 hours per week for the duration of the contract Nice to have: French or German language skills Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot or NetSuite data models Experience building a semantic layer or self-service analytics capabilities for executive stakeholders Experience reporting to private equity investors or preparing board-level reporting packs What Success Looks Like We want you to make a tangible impact from the start By Day 30: Complete an audit of existing dashboards and underlying business logic, with a clear recommendation to retain, consolidate, redesign or retire each dashboard. Take ownership of the Jira queue and establish a reliable daily delivery rhythm By Day 90: Have the priority executive dashboards rebuilt and in use, agree metric definitions with the Head of FP&A, and bring the first acquired-company data into standard group reporting By Day 180 (if extended): Complete the rebuild of all in-scope dashboards, incorporate all migrated acquisition data into standard reporting, convert recurring ad hoc requests into standard reports, and complete the handover to the permanent BI team Why Shiftmove Why should you join us? Headquarters: Americas Remote About Customer.io Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day. Customer.io powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. About the role Hi, my name is Diep N, VP, Finance at Customer.io , and I'm looking for a Global Controller to take the close, the books, and our control environment and make them theirs. We're a global, remote-first, private company built on subscription and usage-based revenue, and as we grow we need a controller who can lead the team already in place and sharpen the fundamentals. You'll lead a team of ~7, growing, across revenue accounting, close, AP/AR, payroll, and treasury, and partner closely with me and, given our CFO's broad remit, with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, IT, HR, and Engineering. What you'll do Lead monthly and quarterly close, GL, AP/AR, payroll, and account reconciliations, delivering accurate, timely US GAAP financials. Close currently runs ~10 business days; get us to 6-8 days within your first 12 months, with fewer post-close adjustments and aged reconciliations. Own revenue accounting and serve as our technical accounting authority on subscription and usage-based revenue recognition (ASC 606), including the ARR-to-GAAP bridge: reconciling ARR, billings, deferred revenue, contract assets, and usage true-ups to reported revenue, and explaining the delta to leadership and the board in plain terms. Author technical accounting position memos on contract modifications, SSP allocation, variable consideration, and capitalized contract costs, the work that makes "technical accounting authority" real. Own equity compensation accounting (ASC 718): grant accuracy, 409A timing, expense, modifications, and cap-table integrity, in partnership with stock plan administration. Manage and grow a team of ~7, with room to scale, building trust quickly and developing the leads beneath you. Build a control framework suited to a global, remote-first, private company with subscription and usage-based revenue, keeping the books audit-ready. Own our accounting systems roadmap and drive automation across close and reporting. Own select treasury operations, including cash management and banking relationships, and partner on FX exposure monitoring given our multi-currency footprint. Run our external audit relationship and coordinate with external tax partners on compliance, provisions, and filings. Manage the realities of a distributed, remote-first global team: statutory accounting coordination, payroll and contractor controls, entity reporting, and working with Legal, HR, and Tax on international compliance. What we're looking for 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leading a team through managers or leads. A Big 4 (or equivalent top-tier public accounting) foundation. Deep US GAAP mastery, particular strength in subscription and usage-based revenue recognition (ASC 606). A concrete, personally-owned automation or AI deployment in accounting with a measurable result, eliminating a manual reconciliation, reducing close time, or lowering error rate, that you can speak to in detail. Experience scaling an accounting function that was already running, not building one from zero. A proven track record with external audits and keeping books audit-ready. Strong leadership and communication skills, with credibility partnering with senior, cross-functional stakeholders. Nice to have: internal controls or SOX-readiness experience; remote-first/globally distributed company experience; M&A or deal accounting exposure; CPA license, active or inactive. Compensation & Benefits We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role ranges from $250k to $280k USD (or equivalent in local currency), structured by geographic zone and depending on experience. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more. See full benefits here → Our Process No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision. 30-minute recruiter screen 45-minute hiring manager screen Two 30-minute cross-functional chats: one with a Legal partner, one with a People partner 60-minute case review call 30-minute bar raiser call with our CFO All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process. Customer.io recognizes the stifling impact of systemic injustice on diverse communities. We commit to using our influence to increase inclusion and equity within the tech industry. We strive to build an inclusive team culture, implement bias-free hiring practices, and develop community partnerships to expand our global impact. Zoom is the only video conference platform that we use, virtual interviews will be conducted using the video capability (i.e., not via the chat), and offers will be extended in writing on official Customer.io letterhead. Please be vigilant in all of your job search activity, and if you have any questions please contact jobs@customer.io . Join us! Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI
Legion
LegionRemote (Fully Remote)21 days ago
ContractFully RemotePrincipal$280,000 - $300,000 / Year
gollmresttriagedentalmanufacturing+15

Headquarters: Remote, United States Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI REMOTE, United States JOB OVERVIEW Legion is building AI agents that carry out workforce management work, not agents that describe it. Much of what is presented as AI in workforce management today is a conversational layer over an existing scheduling screen. The more substantial problem — software that reasons over demand, labor regulation, and employee preferences, then acts, with a person in the loop wherever the stakes require one — remains unsolved across the category. Legion intends to solve it, and this role leads the product work to get there. You will take an agent surface from operational research through specification, prototype, evaluation, and enterprise deployment, working hands-on throughout. You will work closely with Legion's AI Lab engineers and with our CEO, who is engaged in this work daily. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Agent definition. Determine what an agent is responsible for, which tools it may call, what it must escalate, what it must never do, and what a manager sees when it acts. These decisions affect employee pay and legal compliance. Much of this work is pre-launch, so you will shape the direction rather than inherit it. Problem selection. The hardest judgment in agentic product work is identifying which workflows suit an agent and which do not. You will spend substantial time inside customer operations — district managers, store managers, labor operations, frontline employees — and return with a ranked, defensible view of where an agent creates measurable value and where it does not. The human-in-the-loop contract. Scheduling decisions affect income, childcare arrangements, and legal protections. For each agent action you will define where autonomy is appropriate, the escalation thresholds, how a manager overrides the system, what is logged, and how a compliance team audits the outcome. Legion treats this as a first-class design problem. Build quality. You are accountable for what ships, not for what was specified. That means staying engaged through implementation: reviewing the build against the specification as it comes together, using the product yourself before anyone else is asked to, joining bug triage and design review, catching drift from intent while it is still cheap to correct, and holding a release when the quality is not there. Our customers experience the build, not the document. A well-written specification that produced a product managers do not trust is failed product work, and we assess it that way. Evaluation. Build and maintain the evaluation sets that determine whether an agent is ready to ship and whether it is degrading in production — writing the cases, reviewing failure traces, setting the pass criteria. You will be the person who holds a release when the demonstration is persuasive and the evaluation is not. Specifications. Legion uses Functional Requirements Documents as its ground-truth specification layer; release notes, enablement material, and sales content are generated from maintained specifications rather than reconstructed from code or institutional memory. Write FRDs that meet that standard and keep them accurate after release. A specification is where the work begins, not where your responsibility ends. Commercialization. Partner with go-to-market on packaging, metering, pricing inputs, and field readiness. Agentic products raise difficult commercial questions — what unit to meter, what a customer is paying for when software performs work a person previously did — and you will be expected to hold a considered position on them. Design-partner delivery. Lead agent deployments with large enterprise design partners: scoping the pilot, establishing success criteria before it begins, joining failure reviews, and determining what becomes generally available and what remains bespoke. TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONS Legion is looking for a product manager who builds, rather than one who directs others who build. In a typical week, this role involves: Writing and iterating on prompts and system prompts directly, and explaining why a change improved a behavior Standing up a working prototype of a proposed agent — tool definitions, structured outputs, retries, guardrails — before engineering is asked to build anything Using agentic coding tools (Claude Code or equivalent) daily: prototyping, data analysis, specification work, and reading the codebase behind your specifications Reviewing an execution trace and diagnosing whether a failure originates in a tool description, a retrieval gap, a context-window constraint, an under-specified output schema, or a genuine model limitation Building and running evaluation sets, and interpreting the results without a data scientist to translate them Holding an informed position on retrieval design, tool-use patterns, structured output, model routing, latency and cost trade-offs, and multi-tenant safety in enterprise SaaS Opening pull requests against our codebase — a prototype, a prompt change, an evaluation fixture, a specification stub. Pushing code is permitted and actively encouraged for product managers who want to work that way. It is not a requirement of the role, and the same review standards apply to everyone. Following model releases, agent frameworks, and protocol changes, and translating them into roadmap implications within days rather than quarters We recognize that this is a demanding technical bar for a product role. It reflects what the work actually requires. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years in product management (Senior) or 10+ years (Principal), including at least 2 years shipping LLM-backed features to external, paying users — not internal tools, proofs of concept, or hackathon projects Demonstrated hands-on capability of the kind described above. Expect to show your work. Substantial enterprise B2B SaaS experience: multi-tenant architecture, role-based access control, audit trails, single sign-on, data residency, security review, and enterprise procurement. You should be able to anticipate what a customer's security questionnaire will ask about an LLM feature. A record of taking an ambiguous, operationally complex domain problem through to a shipped product with demonstrated adoption — not only launch Evidence of staying with a product through implementation and owning its quality at release. We will ask about a release you delayed or stopped, what you found, and how you found it. The judgment to recognize what current models cannot do reliably, and the willingness to say so when a room expects a different answer Comfort working inside a codebase. An engineering background is not required, but you should be able to read the code behind what you are specifying, run it locally, and open a pull request. Strong written communication. Legion runs on documents, and candidates are evaluated substantially on how they write. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES Direct experience in workforce management, HCM, ERP, supply chain, or another operationally complex enterprise domain with compliance exposure Familiarity with labor compliance regimes — predictive scheduling ordinances, meal and rest break rules, union work rules — or demonstrated ability to become fluent in a comparable regulatory domain quickly Background in demand forecasting, optimization, or decision systems Experience building platform or authoring surfaces that customers configure themselves An engineering or technical degree, or prior experience as an engineer or data scientist Experience with products sold into frontline-heavy industries: retail, hospitality, healthcare, or manufacturing SCOPE OF ROLE, STATED PLAINLY So that candidates can assess fit early: This is an individual contributor role. There is no team to inherit and no management responsibility at present. The role is accountable for what ships, not for what is specified. Writing the specification is a portion of the work, not the whole of it. This is not an AI strategy or vendor-evaluation role. The work is product definition, prototyping, specification, evaluation, and delivery. The role requires forming an independent point of view from operational research. Direction will not be handed down in detail. The environment carries genuine ambiguity. The category is being defined as we work in it, and model capabilities shift underneath the roadmap. SELECTION PROCESS Our process includes a practical exercise: a sanitized workforce management problem, for which candidates produce an agent design — scope, tools, failure modes, human-in-the-loop contract, and evaluation plan — together with a working prototype they built themselves, using any model provider they prefer. The exercise is then discussed with the people the candidate would work alongside. We weigh it heavily, and we compensate candidates for the time. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary Range: $280,000-$300,000 +bonus (tied to business outcomes) +Stock Equity At Legion, we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to all employees. As a fully remote employer, pay for positions is determined using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. Join us in making hourly work rewarding and fulfilling. BACKGROUND AND OPPORTUNITY There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options. Legion's mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion's Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously. Legion WFM was built for the cloud with AI at the core and designed to handle the complexity of modern businesses and meet the needs of today's hourly employees. Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals from all backgrounds and experiences, globally distributed across all time zones. Senior Detection & Response Engineer
ExpelRemote (Fully Remote)21 days ago
InternshipFully RemoteSenior$142,900 - $207,200 / Year
pythongoawsazuregcpoauth+7

Headquarters: Remote You're the detection engineer people turn to when they ask "what does Microsoft actually see here?" Not the marketing-slide answer, the real map. Which product emits which telemetry, any anticipated ingestion lags, what table or API it lands in, which license tier gates it, how long it survives before it ages out, and where the documentation quietly disagrees with reality. When a new technique drops, your first instinct is to ask which Microsoft signal would catch it, and whether customers have it switched on. You also know Microsoft never sits still. Hunting tables appear, columns get renamed, Graph versions retire, capability shuffles between SKUs, previews go GA, features quietly vanish, and native alert logic shifts underneath you. You've got a repeatable way of staying ahead of that churn instead of finding out when a detection stops firing. You're comfortable behind a command line and in front of a customer, including scenarios where the conversation isn't pleasant. If that's you, we'd love to talk! We have an amazing team and believe you'll love getting to know us. At Expel, we help businesses bridge the cybersecurity talent gap by providing transparent Managed Detection and Response. To do this we build technology to make sure our security analysts are solving important problems, and automation is helping them make better decisions at every step. We delight in using technology to make security accessible for our customers. What Expel can do for you Make you one of our recognized authorities on Microsoft detection and response — for our SOC, our engineers, our go-to-market teams, and our customers Give you real ownership of Expel's detection coverage across the whole Microsoft security estate Put Microsoft telemetry from across our customer base in front of you — a breadth of real-world environments no single enterprise gets to see Let you write and tune detections in our own rule engine and watch them run against live signal Treat AI tooling (Claude Code and friends) as a first-class part of how you work, not a side experiment Enable you to learn from analysts, data scientists, engineers, and responders responsible for various components of Expel's product and services Provide access to popular EDR, network, SIEM, identity, and cloud technologies well beyond the Microsoft stack Challenge you to push the boundaries of our security vision What you can do for Expel Own our detection coverage across Defender XDR, Entra ID, Sentinel, Microsoft Graph, Azure, and Microsoft 365 — from raw signal through to shipped, tuned detections Build and maintain a living map of Microsoft security signal: what exists, known ingestion lag, where it lands, what gates it, how long it's kept, and how far you can trust it Track how that signal changes and turn every material change into a concrete action — catching drift before it costs us efficacy Tell us where Microsoft's native detections are strong enough to lean on, where they're noisy or shallow, and where Expel needs its own layer Make SOC analysts faster by automating Microsoft-specific investigative workflows against the Graph, Defender, Sentinel, and Entra APIs Partner with Engineering on our Microsoft integrations — ingestion, API limits and throttling, and schema mapping Answer the hard questions from the SOC, CS, and Sales — and mentor the people asking them Help customers understand what they're actually covered for, what they're missing, and what turning it on would buy them What you should bring with you Deep, current, hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft security stack — Defender XDR (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps), Entra ID, Sentinel, Microsoft Graph, and the Azure and Microsoft 365 control and data planes Fluency in KQL: you can write, read, optimize, and debug non-trivial hunting queries across both Defender Advanced Hunting and Sentinel, and you know how and why the two schemas differ Working knowledge of the Graph and Graph Security APIs, the Defender and Sentinel APIs, and their authentication, permission, versioning, and throttling models A strong grasp of the Entra ID (and legacy Active Directory) identity attack surface — authentication flows, conditional access, OAuth application consent, token theft and replay, hybrid identity and sync, privileged role abuse — and the telemetry each produces Solid understanding of Windows internals and command line tooling, with enough macOS and Linux to keep up with Defender's cross-platform coverage Experience writing, deploying, and tuning custom detections against Microsoft data sets, plus enough non-Microsoft exposure (AWS, GCP, other EDR and SIEM) to keep perspective Proficiency with Python and Sigma, and real fluency using Anthropic tools such as Claude Code to work across systems and data (locally, via MCP, and so on) 5+ years in information technology or security operations, with substantial time spent defending or operating Microsoft environments Excellent tact and diplomacy skills — you can explain Microsoft's limits to an audience that doesn't want to hear about them SC-200, AZ-500, or SC-300 are a plus; demonstrated depth matters considerably more Work Location Our headquarters is in Herndon, Virginia. However, we realize that while there is a benefit to in-person interaction, good people don't all live in Northern Virginia. Remote work is an option for this role. Additional Notes The base salary range for this role is between $142,900 USD and $207,200 USD + bonus eligibility and equity. While the full salary band reflects our long-term compensation framework, we're primarily targeting candidates between $160,000 and $192,000 based on experience, skills, and market data. We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You'll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits. We're only hiring those authorized to work in the United States. We do not currently sponsor immigration visas. We're an Equal Opportunity Employer: You'll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability. We'll ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please let us know if you need accommodation of any kind. #LI-Remote Salary Range $142,900 — $207,200 USD To apply: https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/expel-senior-detection-response-engineer
