Forward Deployed Architect, France
Full TimeOn-siteMid

Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn't to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business's system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life's work. About the Role: As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion's Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the center of Notion's workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value. You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams. The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required. This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We're looking for someone who's excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve: Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch, translating business goals and workflow requirements into scalable clear solution design and Notion solutions that drive durable adoption. Design scalable Notion architectures that translate customer workflows, permission and governance needs, integrations and AI use cases into optimal workspaces that are easy to adopt, manage and scale. Design and deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI, custom agents, automations, Workers, Developer Platform capabilities and adjacent AI tools, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineering when advanced technical depth is needed for migrations, API constraints, security architecture or frontier implementation. Help customers navigate change by designing adoption plans, enablement materials and launch approaches that drive sustained usage and measurable business value. Identify repeatable patterns across customer engagements and convert them into packaged solutions, templates, reference architectures, run books, enablement assets and product feedback. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, simplifying complex technical requirements, making practical tradeoff recommendations and helping stakeholders align around a clear implementation path. Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, PMM, Services leadership and the partner ecosystem to scale what works beyond individual customer engagements. Create clear implementation plans, handoff materials and success measures that align customers and internal teams on the path to value. Skills You'll Need to Bring: 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role. Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria. Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions. Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows. Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, automation, enterprise systems, developer workflows and implementation tradeoffs. You do not need to write production code but you should be able to reason through technical constraints and troubleshoot effectively. Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value. Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences. Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward. Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments. Fluency in English and French. Nice to Haves: Experience designing or deploying Agents, automations or AI-powered workflows with Customers. Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows. Experience developing discovery methodologies, reusable delivery assets, internal tooling, packaged services or reference architectures from the ground up. Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to turn field learnings into roadmap signal, reusable architecture patterns or scalable product improvements. Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €106,000 - €119,000 per year. By clicking "Submit Application", I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion's Global Recruiting Privacy Policy . #LI-Onsite A Note on AI You don't need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that's the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don't treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on. Equal Opportunity & Accommodations We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you're excited about this role but don't meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we're building the delivery of (almost) everything and you'll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn't always easy, but it's definitely exciting. Here you'll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You'll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you're a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Join us in shaping the experience that millions of customers land on every time they open DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo. As part of our Core Consumer organisation, our Homepage team owns one of the single biggest levers we have on what customers find and one of the hardest surfaces in the app to get right. Working at the intersection of ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML, you'll help decide what each customer sees and why, across three brands and dozens of markets. You'll be building on a global stack, and your roadmap will be a mix: global platform problems that apply worldwide, global capabilities we're accelerating into EMEA, and EMEA-specific problems worth solving properly rather than working around. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Homepage team. In this role, you'll shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes and products — and help define what discovery looks like as AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way people decide what to order. What You'll Be Doing You'll be joining a team working on one of the most-used surfaces in the app. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Building new end-to-end features and user experiences on Homepage that shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products. Working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage domain, including how we decide what each customer sees and why. Exploring where AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way customers discover what to order. Making discovery work across three brands and many markets, without flattening into one-size-fits-all. What You'll Need to Thrive Our ideal candidate will bring strong product judgment and curiosity to grow into the rest: Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products - discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences are especially relevant. You are a product manager more than a feature owner. Someone who finds the customer problems that matter most and makes the case for solving them. You work backwards from the customer problem, and weigh it against what the business needs most right now. You're comfortable holding several business objectives at once and making a call when they pull in different directions. You work well with a wide range of stakeholders and build trust with people whose priorities differ from your own. You think strategically and can move between long-term direction and what we should ship next. You're comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely flexible (this industry is changing fast, AI most of all). You're curious about what AI actually changes for customers, and can tell real value from hype. Next steps The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us! Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Your main focus will be on validating the integration between software and physical hardware: ensuring that our software interfaces correctly control, communicate with, and monitor equipment such as photon sources, laser control systems and other optical and electronic components. You will design and automate integration and end-to-end testing, while helping structure robust validation processes as Quandela moves from low-volume, highly complex systems toward more scalable and repeatable production. Experience with automated testing frameworks and reporting tools; experience with Behave and/or Allure is a plus. Experience working within structured software development and QA processes, including requirements traceability, documented testing, defect management and release validation. An interest in building and improving testing processes, rather than only executing existing test plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Lead Architect - Digital Assets
Full TimeOn-siteLead
concretearchitecturetradingcompliancekycaml+2

We are hiring on behalf of our client, an established, leading European regulated financial institution who is expanding its digital assets capabilities to build the next generation of financial market infrastructure. The organization is seeking a Lead Architect – Digital Assets to lead a zero-to-one build, bridging traditional capital markets with decentralised finance (DeFi). This mandate involves architecting the core platform behind initial tokenised offerings across two major live initiatives currently in design: Tokenised Issuance, Trading, and Settlement Platform: Supporting equities, ETFs, and bonds with a 24/7 central limit order book, fractional trading, CCP-cleared trades, and end-of-day atomic DvP settlement on-chain. Tokenised Collateral-Management Platform: Designed for sovereign bonds to enable real-time repo, CCP-margin eligibility, and DeFi distribution of government securities through gated lending venues. The architecture is built on core principles: the token serves as the direct financial instrument, one ISIN corresponds to one ledger, and tokenisation is driven directly by the CSD. The Lead Architect will turn these principles into a concrete, secure, resilient, and auditable infrastructure. Requirements Architecture & System Design: Own the end-to-end architecture for digital asset solutions, seamlessly integrating distributed ledger technology (DLT) with traditional market infrastructure (trading, clearing, settlement, custody, and CSD). Cross-Chain & Network Topology: Design cross-chain topology combining permissioned chains for institutional and CCP operations (e.g., Hyperledger Besu, Canton Network) with public chains for DeFi distribution (Ethereum / L2). On-Chain Compliance & Governance: Define regulatory compliance frameworks on-chain, utilizing regulated security-token standards (ERC-3643 / T-REX), KYC-whitelisted wallets, automated transfer restrictions, real-time AML screening (Chainalysis / Elliptic), and transaction reporting under MiFIR. Custody & Key Management: Architect robust custody models around MPC solutions (e.g., Fireblocks, Taurus), incorporating hybrid frameworks to support bring-your-own-custody (BYOC) for institutional clients. Security & Quality Standards: Establish code quality, code review, testing, and secure-by-design standards. Conduct threat modelling and lead security architecture prior to onboarding a dedicated security lead. AI-Augmented Software Delivery: Define, implement, and govern an AI-assisted software delivery process using coding assistants, smart-contract scaffolding, and AI-generated test suites while enforcing strict risk and review guardrails. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, legal, regulatory, clearing, CSD, and client working groups to maintain alignment with business objectives and regulatory frameworks (e.g., DLT Pilot Regime, MiFID II, MiCA). Technical & Operational Leadership: Make key build/buy/partner evaluations on blockchain networks, custody, and audit solutions. Guide team evolution as products move from build to operational phases, maintaining hands-on involvement during critical incidents. Requirements Experience: Minimum 7 years of solution architecture experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to DLT or blockchain projects within high-value, 24/7 financial systems. DLT & Distributed Systems Expertise: Deep fluency with EVM and permissioned chains (e.g., Canton, Hyperledger Besu). Regulated Token Standards: Hands-on experience with regulated security token standards (ERC-3643 / T-REX or equivalent), on-chain compliance models, and security considerations around smart contracts and cross-chain bridges. Capital Markets Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of capital markets settlement mechanisms (delivery-versus-payment, CSD operations, CCP/clearing) to effectively design system integrations. AI Engineering Competency: Proven ability to evaluate, select, and integrate AI tooling into the development lifecycle (e.g., testing, scaffolding) while establishing strict guardrails around prompt hygiene, secret security, and license provenance. Ability to specify in-product AI capabilities (e.g., anomaly detection) with proper risk controls. Leadership & Communication: Strong decision-making skills and composure under pressure. Excellent stakeholder management skills to bridge technical, business, legal, and regulatory domains. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Professional certifications in cloud or blockchain technologies are advantageous. Work Arrangement: Openness to work onsite in Paris, France, 4 days per week. Benefits Competitive annual salary (€100,000 – €120,000). Key role within a high-visibility, zero-to-one build backed by an established, Tier-1 European financial institution. Exposure to cutting-edge capital markets infrastructure and regulatory frameworks (MiCA, DLT Pilot Regime). Comprehensive employee benefits package as provided by our client. Due to the high volume of applications we anticipate, we regret that we are unable to provide individual feedback to all candidates. Tech Lead - Terminals
RyftpayManchester, Germany21 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteLead
awsecslambdacloudformationcdkterraform+8

About Ryft Ryft is a regulated payment facilitator and authorised payment institution building the infrastructure layer for modern commerce platforms. We enable marketplaces, SaaS platforms and multi-party ecosystems to embed and monetise payments natively. Our technology handles onboarding, compliance, orchestration, split payments and revenue sharing, allowing our partners to focus on growth while we manage complexity. We are now entering the next phase of scale, expanding into new verticals and building a category-defining embedded payments platform. About the Job Are you an engineering leader who wants to own the systems that connect physical point-of-sale hardware to a modern, scalable payments platform? We are looking for a Tech Lead to head up our Card Present (In-Person Payments) squad. You will lead the technical direction and hands-on delivery of the infrastructure that allows our merchants to take physical payments. You'll work across our C#/.NET backend on AWS, shaping how physical card taps and inserts securely communicate with our event-driven services, split funds, and settle correctly. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role. You won't just be managing a Jira board, you'll be deep in the architecture, writing code, mentoring your squad, and owning the technical strategy for our physical terminal estate. You will bridge the gap between cloud infrastructure and physical hardware, ensuring our in-person payment flows are as robust, scalable, and developer-friendly as our online ones. What You'll Work On In-person payments architecture: Leading the technical design for our card-present estate, ensuring low-latency, highly reliable communication between physical terminals and our AWS backend. Terminal & Gateway Integration: Building the critical paths that connect smart payment terminals and Point of Sale (POS) systems into Ryft's core gateway and marketplace routing logic. Hardware-to-cloud flows: Handling the unique complexities of physical payments: offline modes, state synchronization, hardware webhooks, and complex failure modes. Security & Compliance pipelines: Ensuring our physical payment flows remain airtight and fully compliant within heavily regulated environments. Squad Leadership: Setting the technical standard for the Card Present squad. Breaking down complex product requirements into actionable architecture and guiding engineers through delivery. The platform itself: Contributing to our broader event-driven C#/.NET service estate, infrastructure-as-code, and observability tooling alongside other Tech Leads. Responsibilities Lead technical delivery: Architect, build, and ship end-to-end features for our card-present offering. You are the ultimate technical owner of what your squad ships. Design for hardware-cloud correctness: Write and architect services that behave under network drops, partial failure, and hardware concurrency. Idempotency and absolute accuracy are the job, not edge cases. Raise the bar & mentor: Improve the codebase and our engineering practices. Review code rigorously, set conventions, and level up the engineers in your squad. Own it in production: Take real ownership of what goes live: instrumentation, alerting, and incident response for a system where physical merchants are relying on your uptime to make a living. Harness AI, stay in control: Use AI-assisted workflows to multiply your output (we invest heavily in them) while remaining in full command of every line you ship and review. Collaborate: Work day-to-day with your Engineering Manager, Product Managers, hardware vendors, and other squads to deliver seamless omnichannel payment features. Experience & Skills Required Technical Leadership: Proven experience leading technical projects, architecting complex backend systems, and guiding small teams of engineers to deliver high-quality software. Strong backend engineering: Significant commercial experience building and running production backend services. Our backend is C#/.NET, so depth there is ideal, but if you're excellent in another modern typed language and will get fluent fast, we want to hear from you. AWS in production: Hands-on experience running distributed services on AWS (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, SNS/SQS, DynamoDB or similar) and understanding the operational reality that comes with them. Distributed systems judgement: Comfortable reasoning about service boundaries, asynchronous messaging, eventual consistency, and building resilient systems that handle downstream provider outages. AI-augmented, engineer-first: You use AI coding tools effectively to move faster, but you review, understand, and take full ownership of the output. We are not looking for someone who ships code they can't explain. Fast, self-directed learner: A track record of getting productive quickly in unfamiliar domains. Enthusiasm to master the complexities of hardware-software interactions matters more to us than knowing it all on day one. Nice to Have POS & Terminal Integration: Existing experience integrating physical payment terminals, card readers, or Point of Sale (POS) systems into payment gateways. Android Experience: Familiarity with Android development, specifically in the context of building or maintaining applications for smart payment terminals. PCI-DSS & Compliance: Deep understanding of payment scheme rules, PCI-DSS compliance, EMV standards, or Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE). Infrastructure ownership: Infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation. Why Ryft? If you want to build the systems that move money in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you. We value engineers who care about the craft, speak up with their ideas, and take pride in what they ship. You'll join a team where your voice is heard, your work matters, and there's plenty of room to grow. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI
Legion
LegionRemote (Fully Remote)21 days ago
ContractFully RemotePrincipal$280,000 - $300,000 / Year
gollmresttriagedentalmanufacturing+15

Headquarters: Remote, United States Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI REMOTE, United States JOB OVERVIEW Legion is building AI agents that carry out workforce management work, not agents that describe it. Much of what is presented as AI in workforce management today is a conversational layer over an existing scheduling screen. The more substantial problem — software that reasons over demand, labor regulation, and employee preferences, then acts, with a person in the loop wherever the stakes require one — remains unsolved across the category. Legion intends to solve it, and this role leads the product work to get there. You will take an agent surface from operational research through specification, prototype, evaluation, and enterprise deployment, working hands-on throughout. You will work closely with Legion's AI Lab engineers and with our CEO, who is engaged in this work daily. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Agent definition. Determine what an agent is responsible for, which tools it may call, what it must escalate, what it must never do, and what a manager sees when it acts. These decisions affect employee pay and legal compliance. Much of this work is pre-launch, so you will shape the direction rather than inherit it. Problem selection. The hardest judgment in agentic product work is identifying which workflows suit an agent and which do not. You will spend substantial time inside customer operations — district managers, store managers, labor operations, frontline employees — and return with a ranked, defensible view of where an agent creates measurable value and where it does not. The human-in-the-loop contract. Scheduling decisions affect income, childcare arrangements, and legal protections. For each agent action you will define where autonomy is appropriate, the escalation thresholds, how a manager overrides the system, what is logged, and how a compliance team audits the outcome. Legion treats this as a first-class design problem. Build quality. You are accountable for what ships, not for what was specified. That means staying engaged through implementation: reviewing the build against the specification as it comes together, using the product yourself before anyone else is asked to, joining bug triage and design review, catching drift from intent while it is still cheap to correct, and holding a release when the quality is not there. Our customers experience the build, not the document. A well-written specification that produced a product managers do not trust is failed product work, and we assess it that way. Evaluation. Build and maintain the evaluation sets that determine whether an agent is ready to ship and whether it is degrading in production — writing the cases, reviewing failure traces, setting the pass criteria. You will be the person who holds a release when the demonstration is persuasive and the evaluation is not. Specifications. Legion uses Functional Requirements Documents as its ground-truth specification layer; release notes, enablement material, and sales content are generated from maintained specifications rather than reconstructed from code or institutional memory. Write FRDs that meet that standard and keep them accurate after release. A specification is where the work begins, not where your responsibility ends. Commercialization. Partner with go-to-market on packaging, metering, pricing inputs, and field readiness. Agentic products raise difficult commercial questions — what unit to meter, what a customer is paying for when software performs work a person previously did — and you will be expected to hold a considered position on them. Design-partner delivery. Lead agent deployments with large enterprise design partners: scoping the pilot, establishing success criteria before it begins, joining failure reviews, and determining what becomes generally available and what remains bespoke. TECHNICAL EXPECTATIONS Legion is looking for a product manager who builds, rather than one who directs others who build. In a typical week, this role involves: Writing and iterating on prompts and system prompts directly, and explaining why a change improved a behavior Standing up a working prototype of a proposed agent — tool definitions, structured outputs, retries, guardrails — before engineering is asked to build anything Using agentic coding tools (Claude Code or equivalent) daily: prototyping, data analysis, specification work, and reading the codebase behind your specifications Reviewing an execution trace and diagnosing whether a failure originates in a tool description, a retrieval gap, a context-window constraint, an under-specified output schema, or a genuine model limitation Building and running evaluation sets, and interpreting the results without a data scientist to translate them Holding an informed position on retrieval design, tool-use patterns, structured output, model routing, latency and cost trade-offs, and multi-tenant safety in enterprise SaaS Opening pull requests against our codebase — a prototype, a prompt change, an evaluation fixture, a specification stub. Pushing code is permitted and actively encouraged for product managers who want to work that way. It is not a requirement of the role, and the same review standards apply to everyone. Following model releases, agent frameworks, and protocol changes, and translating them into roadmap implications within days rather than quarters We recognize that this is a demanding technical bar for a product role. It reflects what the work actually requires. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years in product management (Senior) or 10+ years (Principal), including at least 2 years shipping LLM-backed features to external, paying users — not internal tools, proofs of concept, or hackathon projects Demonstrated hands-on capability of the kind described above. Expect to show your work. Substantial enterprise B2B SaaS experience: multi-tenant architecture, role-based access control, audit trails, single sign-on, data residency, security review, and enterprise procurement. You should be able to anticipate what a customer's security questionnaire will ask about an LLM feature. A record of taking an ambiguous, operationally complex domain problem through to a shipped product with demonstrated adoption — not only launch Evidence of staying with a product through implementation and owning its quality at release. We will ask about a release you delayed or stopped, what you found, and how you found it. The judgment to recognize what current models cannot do reliably, and the willingness to say so when a room expects a different answer Comfort working inside a codebase. An engineering background is not required, but you should be able to read the code behind what you are specifying, run it locally, and open a pull request. Strong written communication. Legion runs on documents, and candidates are evaluated substantially on how they write. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES Direct experience in workforce management, HCM, ERP, supply chain, or another operationally complex enterprise domain with compliance exposure Familiarity with labor compliance regimes — predictive scheduling ordinances, meal and rest break rules, union work rules — or demonstrated ability to become fluent in a comparable regulatory domain quickly Background in demand forecasting, optimization, or decision systems Experience building platform or authoring surfaces that customers configure themselves An engineering or technical degree, or prior experience as an engineer or data scientist Experience with products sold into frontline-heavy industries: retail, hospitality, healthcare, or manufacturing SCOPE OF ROLE, STATED PLAINLY So that candidates can assess fit early: This is an individual contributor role. There is no team to inherit and no management responsibility at present. The role is accountable for what ships, not for what is specified. Writing the specification is a portion of the work, not the whole of it. This is not an AI strategy or vendor-evaluation role. The work is product definition, prototyping, specification, evaluation, and delivery. The role requires forming an independent point of view from operational research. Direction will not be handed down in detail. The environment carries genuine ambiguity. The category is being defined as we work in it, and model capabilities shift underneath the roadmap. SELECTION PROCESS Our process includes a practical exercise: a sanitized workforce management problem, for which candidates produce an agent design — scope, tools, failure modes, human-in-the-loop contract, and evaluation plan — together with a working prototype they built themselves, using any model provider they prefer. The exercise is then discussed with the people the candidate would work alongside. We weigh it heavily, and we compensate candidates for the time. Join us in making hourly work rewarding and fulfilling. BACKGROUND AND OPPORTUNITY There are almost 75 million hourly workers in the United States, representing more than half of the entire workforce. Historically, managing hourly employees has been difficult due to high attrition (average of 60%) and high replacement costs (average of $3,200 per employee in retail). The ongoing labor shortage and competition from the gig economy make it more difficult to attract and retain hourly employees. The top reasons hourly employees leave their jobs are a lack of schedule empowerment, poor communication with employers, and an inability to get paid early. Gen Z and the millennial workforce demand gig-like flexibility, modern technology, and compelling work options. Legion's mission is to turn hourly jobs into good jobs, serving the hourly workers who make up the majority of the US workforce. We believe in empowering employees and helping employers be efficient and innovative by enabling intelligent automation powered by Legion's Workforce Management platform to optimize labor efficiency and enhance the employee experience simultaneously. Legion WFM was built for the cloud with AI at the core and designed to handle the complexity of modern businesses and meet the needs of today's hourly employees. All of these projects leverage customer data, integrate directly into customers' existing systems, and are deployed on their infrastructure. Deep Research for Due Diligence For a global professional services firm, we developed a sophisticated deep research agent to assist in due diligence. This agent employs a multi-agent architecture for robust fact-checking, integrates several internal MCP tools, and processes complex, unstructured data sources. This solution reliably saves employees hundreds of hours weekly. Churn Prediction Working with a TelCo organization, we built a model utilizing customer data to predict churn likelihood. The system then curates personalized offers based on this prediction. This model was integrated into a "next best action" copilot, enabling call center agents to proactively surface relevant offers to customers, leading to a significant reduction in churn. Data Extraction Voice Agent We partnered with a healthcare organization to create a lifelike voice agent and avatar designed to gather unstructured health information from patients. Engineered for low latency, the agent adeptly manages conversational flow, adheres to safety guardrails, and efficiently handles data extraction. This automation saves the organization's nurses hundreds of hours each week. PLEASE NOTE: Our policy requires a 90-day waiting period before reconsidering candidates for the same role.
