About Frontier Health Frontier Health is building the system of action for healthcare: end-to-end AI co-workers that perform administrative jobs. Healthcare has an administrative crisis breaking patient care — the WHO predicts a 10 million person workforce shortfall by 2030. Administrative staff are the invisible machinery powering healthcare systems, yet they're over capacity, under-resourced, and underfunded. Care coordination runs on shadow IT: spreadsheets, paper notes, phone calls, and outdated technology. Frontier's AI co-workers fast-track the admin behind care decisions, designed to slot into the teams, processes, and tools already in place. Founded 18 months ago, we've experience deploying to over 40 hospitals. The team comes from Palantir, Google DeepMind, and Apple. We've raised $16M and were recently valued at $60M, backed by Tier One UK and international investors. We're an in person Company, valuing being in the office (Farringdon/Chancery Lane) 5 days a week, or onsite with the customer (as required). We're also flat, valuing ownership and impact of hierarchy, process and structure. You'll be collaborating with people across engineering and business functions, with functional leadership, where required, and close and regular touchpoints with the CEO. Values Outcome Orientation — we focus on results and delivering value to customers Grit — we stick with hard problems and see them through Kindness — we presume best intentions and treat each other with respect Bias to Action — we prioritise forward momentum and proactive problem-solving Who we're looking for You care deeply about fixing healthcare and can empathise with administrators who are stressed and under-resourced. You take ownership — not just of your work, but of anything broken that you spot. You're honest about mistakes and use them to do better. You embrace challenges as opportunities to grow. The Role You'll own end-to-end delivery of AI workflows across the full stack — taking ambiguous, non- technical requirements and shipping world-class product that solves real problems for healthcare administrators. You'll work directly with customers and the product team, bringing back what you learn in the field to improve the core product. What success looks like You ship high-quality product quickly and fix things you spot that are broken, from day one You proactively identify what's needed, not just what's assigned — and act on it You gather customer insight that directly translates into improvements in the core product You raise the bar on engineering quality and velocity, and contribute positively to the team's culture You solicit feedback and constantly strive to learn and grow Good-to-know information Tech stack: Python (FastAPI), JavaScript (TypeScript + React), Postgres What we offer Visa sponsorship: we are able to sponsor visas if required. Mobile frontend engineering
LucisParis, Germany29 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid

Making preventive health the default for every human in Europe The mission At Lucis , we believe healthcare should be preventive, not reactive. We're building the OS for human longevity to help people add more healthy years to their lives. You can read more about who we are and how we work here . The role We've processed 200,000+ clinical tests across 4 countries with a team of 20. We're growing 10% week over week. And we're still early. We're looking for a mobile frontend engineer who treats the app as a craft, not a checklist. You care about the half-pixel, the spring curve on a transition, the way a screen feels in the hand, and you can build it. You own the mobile experience end-to-end in our monorepo, orchestrate AI to execute, and raise the bar for everyone around you. You won't spend your days writing boilerplate. You'll write specs that agents execute, review AI-generated code with a critical eye, and make decisions that compound over time. This is what engineering looks like now. If that excites you, keep reading. What we're looking for: Mobile frontend, design engineering & world-class craft A confirmed mobile engineer (8+ years) with exceptional craft and a real sensibility for design. You live in Expo and React Native, you care deeply about how the product feels , and you don't wait for designs to be ready to propose something delightful. You have also experience building native experience. You think in interactions, motion, and detail. You'll own what members touch every day: onboarding, the core app surfaces, the moments that turn a first-time visitor into someone who trusts us with their health. Your work has to be delightful and reliable on real devices, for people who decide in minutes whether to trust us. About you You're passionate about the future of human health and want your work to help people stay healthy for longer. You move quickly from idea to execution, take full ownership of what you build, and work best with talented people who care as much as you do. You thrive in fast‑moving environments, learn by doing, and value feedback as a way to continuously improve. You use AI the way others use a calculator: naturally, to go faster and think bigger. You'll fit in well if You've shipped at least one product from 0→1 and felt the difference between writing code and building a system You have 2 deep areas of expertise and can operate across the full stack when the situation demands it You write specs before you write code — precise enough that an AI agent executes correctly on the first pass You review AI-generated code with the same rigor you'd apply to a junior engineer's PR: edge cases, security gaps, design smell You bias toward shipping. A good decision today beats a perfect one next week You're genuinely interested in health — maybe you track your own biomarkers, or you're just frustrated that healthcare is still reactive We would not be a fit if You need a clearly scoped role before you can operate You measure output in lines of code written You've only worked in large orgs with dedicated infra, QA, and platform teams You optimize for stability over velocity Our current stack TypeScript monorepo · React Native · NestJS · PostgreSQL + Prisma · AWS (Terraform, Qovery) · GitHub Actions · Claude Code + Cursor The process Intro call (20 min): culture & role fit. Technical interview (30 min) At-home case study: hands-on project, delivery in 2 days. Deep dive (90 min) and team chat (on-site) Reference calls How we work We work together from our Paris hub. We're passionate about what we're building and believe the fastest way to create something exceptional is side by side. We're open to relocation support for the right individuals, and we welcome missionaries who travel to work with us in Paris on a regular basis. Rigor without ego: Audits, science, and code all deserve the same high bar. Radical ownership: Feedback loops are short; everyone contributes to building the best version of Lucis. Velocity over perfection: We ship daily and prefer a good decision today over a perfect one next week. At Lucis, AI isn't just our product, it's our engine. 100% of our teams are equipped with the best AI agents. You have carte blanche to explore and automate everything that can be, so you can focus exclusively on high-value work. Find more English Speaking Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

🍊Our mission Great science regularly stalls in the clinic, not because the science is wrong, but because the company behind it lacks the capital, infrastructure, or focus to take it all the way through. Today's clinical-stage biopharma model is broken, and as a result promising treatments never reach patients. Our mission is to fix this: we're building the next generation of biopharma by in-licensing clinical-stage therapeutic assets and developing them through Lindus Health's integrated, technology-first clinical trial infrastructure. We're a new initiative, but we're building on a proven foundation - the same infrastructure that has delivered 82% of Lindus Health's sponsor trials on or ahead of timeline, across 40+ completed trials across the US and Europe. We're in-licensing 5-7 clinical-stage, typically Phase-2-ready assets, funded directly from Lindus Health's balance sheet. We're targeting deal close on our first assets through 2026, with first trials launching in H1 2027. 🍊About the role We are looking for a software engineer to help build the platform powering the next generation of clinical trials. Join our fast-moving team and help us scale the product to manage complex trials and bring new treatments to patients faster! This is an onsite role in London with a flexible (hybrid) office arrangement. After an initial onboarding period full-time at our headquarters (near London Bridge) we expect you to be in the office at least 3 days a week. 🍊About you We'd like to hear from you if… You have 3+ years experience as a professional software engineer collaborating within a team You are product-minded: you want to understand why we are building something to figure out the best how in collaboration with product managers, designers, non-technical colleagues and users You have embraced the recent advances in AI, and enjoy leveraging AI to help you in your role You are comfortable working across a stack that includes frontend (TypeScript/React), backend (Python/Node.js/Postgres) and infrastructure (AWS).
