About Watershed Watershed is the enterprise sustainability platform. Companies like Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens use Watershed to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for voluntary and regulatory reporting including CSRD, and drive real decarbonization. We are looking for team members who love product-building, want to work hard at a mission-oriented startup, and will collaborate with us in shaping the culture of a growing team. We have offices in San Francisco, New York, Denver, London, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, Mexico City, and remote team members across the US and Europe. We hope that you'll be interested in joining us! The role We're hiring two account managers in London to retain and grow Watershed's customers across northern Europe. We're at an inflection point: large companies across the region are launching and scaling sustainability programmes as regulatory and investor pressure builds every day. You'll do whatever it takes to make sure those companies are successful, happy, and continuing with Watershed. As founding members of our first account management team in Europe, you'll help build the renewal and expansion playbook for the region, shape Watershed's product, and help us build a stellar team. You will: Own and grow a book of enterprise customers. Work with the right people across each account, educate them about effective sustainability programmes, and help them drive continuous improvement and business value with Watershed. You'll own the full commercial relationship after the sale, from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build the renewal and expansion playbook for northern Europe. How do we best position new products to our customers? What's the best risk mitigation strategy? Where can we build stronger connections across key stakeholders? You'll turn the answers into a repeatable machine. Shape Watershed's product, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for new products by sharing feedback from customers on the front line. Become an expert in sustainability , and educate companies on how to navigate regulatory reporting (including CSRD), carbon reduction targets, clean energy, carbon removal, and decarbonising their supply chains. Help build the account management team in Europe. You might be a fit if you: Have 5+ years of sales or account management excellence, especially with enterprise customers (10,000+ employees) at an executive level. Have 3+ years of demonstrated success selling, renewing, and expanding enterprise SaaS at €100K-500K deal sizes. Have managed enterprise accounts across northern Europe and know how buying decisions, procurement, and stakeholder dynamics work in the region. Are excited to lead from zero to one. You love to build things from scratch: new playbooks for navigating organisations and new ways to tell the Watershed story. Are an excellent consultative seller. You listen deeply to customers and excel by helping them solve their problems. Love going deep on new domains. You've sold products in complex or technical fields, and relish becoming an expert on your subject matter. You're voraciously curious. You're excited to learn everything about sustainability and help companies navigate this space. Have a track record of doing whatever it takes to get things done. You've accomplished things that others thought were impossible. You're relentlessly resourceful. Want to join a startup, take responsibility for the fate of the company, and move fast. The role might include up to 20% travel across northern europe. Must be willing to work from our London office 4 days per week. Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles) Watershed has hub offices in San Francisco, New York, London, and Mexico City and satellite offices in Denver, Sydney, Paris, and Berlin. Where we have offices, employees are expected to be in office for 4 days per week. Certain jobs are open to being remote and will be specifically noted on the jobs page and in the job description if so. What's the interview process like? It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1 to 2 conversations about Watershed, your experience, and your interests. Next steps can vary by role, but usual next steps are a skill or experience interview (e.g. a coding interview for an engineer, a portfolio review for a designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in person interview panel. We prioritize transparency and lack of surprise throughout the process. What if I need accommodations for my interview? At Watershed, we are dedicated to ensuring an inclusive recruitment process. We provide reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities, long-term conditions, mental health needs, religious observances, neurodivergence, or pregnancy-related support requirements. If you need assistance during your process, please contact your recruiter. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

You will own Diabolocom's international SEO/GEO strategy, lead an SEO team, and decide where to invest across markets, content, technical SEO and AI search to maximize business impact. You will also lead SEO strategy for a major website redesign and migration. Key Responsibilities Own SEO/GEO as a growth channel Own the global SEO/GEO strategy, roadmap, KPIs, investment priorities and business case. Set commercial objectives for organic growth and hold the channel accountable for qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline and revenue contribution. Prioritize markets, audiences, keywords, topics and initiatives based on expected business impact. Turn SEO data into clear decisions on where to invest, optimize or change direction. Partner with Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales leadership to align organic growth with wider revenue goals. Lead international SEO, content and conversion Grow organic performance across Diabolocom.com, six subdomains, six languages and multiple markets. Build keyword and content strategies by country, language, buyer intent and commercial priority. Develop high-intent landing pages, comparison pages, use cases, industry pages and other conversion-focused assets. Ensure content is localized rather than simply translated. Optimize existing content based on traffic, conversion potential and business value. Improve conversion through stronger CTAs, forms and user journeys. Track organic leads, conversion rates, qualified opportunities and pipeline alongside traditional SEO metrics. Build visibility across AI search and LLMs Own Diabolocom's GEO and AI-search strategy across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and emerging platforms. Define how AI visibility supports authority, demand creation and commercial growth. Track mentions, citations, source visibility and share of voice across priority queries. Improve topical authority through expert content, earned mentions, digital PR, partnerships, citations and link acquisition. Monitor competitor visibility and adapt strategy as AI search evolves. Lead the SEO team and agency ecosystem Manage and develop a team of two SEO specialists, including one SEO Manager and one DACH-focused SEO Specialist. Set priorities, objectives and KPIs tied to business outcomes. Review and challenge recommendations to ensure initiatives have measurable commercial impact. Coordinate Content, Demand Generation, Sales, Product and Web teams. Manage collaboration with external SEO and web agencies. Lead SEO for the website redesign and migration Act as the internal SEO lead for Diabolocom's website redesign. Ensure SEO supports both organic visibility and future acquisition performance. Proven experience with international, multilingual and multi-market SEO. Strong hands-on expertise across keyword strategy, content, technical SEO, on-page optimization and conversion. Direct experience leading or playing a major role in at least one website redesign or SEO migration. Practical knowledge of AI search, LLM visibility and GEO. Advanced working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or equivalent tools. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior marketing, sales and product leaders. Fluent English and French; additional European languages are an advantage. Success in the Role Success will be measured by: Increased qualified demand, pipeline and revenue contribution from organic channels. Stronger performance across priority international markets. Better allocation of SEO investment toward the highest-value opportunities. Increased brand visibility across traditional and AI-powered search. Successful website migration with minimal loss of SEO equity. A scalable SEO/GEO operating model and a high-performing team. Why join Diabolocom? Shape the SEO/GEO strategy and make a direct impact on the company's digital growth and lead generation. Lead a major website redesign and migration project, with the opportunity to influence a key digital asset. Grow with the company, take on new responsibilities and help shape the future of SEO as Diabolocom expands internationally. Senior Account Executive, DACH (German-speaking, Hamburg)
Full TimeOn-siteSenior€6,000 - €6,000 / Year
concretemanufacturingprocurementrisk managementcompliancecompliance+5

Our mission and why it matters We are on a mission to make humans the strongest security layer. Human risk remains one of the biggest vulnerabilities and traditional awareness training is not enough. We take a different approach by combining AI-driven personalization, real threat detection, and behavioral science to actively protect people and organizations. We don't just simulate risks. We build the tools that detect and stop them. Why this role matters The DACH region is currently our largest growth market in EMEA, generating an incredible amount of pipeline. With a highly certified product and an exceptional service that customers genuinely love, we have laid a strong foundation. We are now looking for a highly self-motivated Senior Account Executive who excels at taking those enterprise opportunities, multi-threading to economic buyers, and guiding them successfully through complex procurement cycles. You will be joining a team that has already proven it can support companies in seeing the value of the service, making this a prime opportunity to drive significant revenue rather than a speculative territory. Crucially, as our business results grow, you will be instrumental in helping us lay the groundwork for our future local hub in the Hamburg area. What you'll own and drive You will take full ownership of the sales cycle for enterprise accounts in the DACH market, expertly guiding deals from initial pipeline through complex procurement to closed-won. Driving multi-threaded deals is second nature to you, as you reach economic buyers early and confidently hold the line on price objections. You will lead POC-led selling initiatives with real, concrete exit criteria to ensure successful outcomes, all while partnering closely with an SDR to prioritize opportunities and maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene with customer-owned next steps. What success looks like • In your first 3 months you'll be fully onboarded, deeply understand our qualification framework, and have a few opportunities moving past the initial stages with real, dated next steps. • By month 6, you'll operate independently, managing an active pipeline, progressing opportunities consistently to late stage pipeline, and building your new business ARR towards quota. What makes you thrive here You have native-level or full business proficiency in German, alongside strong working proficiency in English, and several years of experience as a closing AE in B2B SaaS. Specifically, you have a proven track record of taking deals through procurement in fast-paced software or licensing sales, rather than just generating them. You bring a strong commercial backbone and comfort with multi-threading to an economic buyer before a proposal ever goes out. Above all, you have a team-first mindset with forecast honesty—you own your pipeline and embrace a collaborative, winning-together attitude. You are a true self-starter who is phenomenal at what you currently do, taking pride in driving significant impact as a senior individual contributor. To support our near-future vision of opening a physical hub in Germany, we are looking for candidates who are ideally already based in the wider Hamburg region. Bonus points if you also bring experience with 3 to 6 month enterprise buying cycles and committees, or prior exposure to regulated DACH verticals like manufacturing, healthcare, or financial services. A background in cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance software is highly valued, as is a habit of leveraging technology creatively in your daily workflow. Who you'll work with You will be a key part of our EMEA Sales Team, reporting to our EMEA Head of Sales. This DACH-focused role is working in a highly supportive AE group focusing on the EMEA market. We are committed to a collaborative culture but you will also be given independence to run your opportunities. You will find a team that asks for something back on every concession, owns their forecast misses honestly, and truly lives by a team-first standard that shows up in how we actually operate, rather than just as an aspiration on a slide. What you can expect from us • Compensation: Monthly fixed base salary of € 6000 - € 7000 depending on your experience (plus a 50/50 base and commission model featuring accelerated earnings for the first 12 months). You may notice varying salary ranges for roles with similar titles across Hoxhunt; this is because each range is grounded in our role leveling and reflects the seniority, scope, and impact expectations required for that specific role and team, and we operate with a low hierarchy. • Working ways: You will start by working remotely from the Hamburg region. However, as we are planning to build a hub in Hamburg in the near future, this will eventually transform into a hybrid role. You will enjoy a flexible work setting with opportunities to travel and connect with the broader team. • High performance meets high humanity: We bring an incredibly driven, high-impact energy to our work, but we leave our egos at the door. You will be surrounded by wildly talented, dedicated colleagues in an environment built on extreme kindness, support, and psychological safety. • Authentic trust & autonomy: We hire great people and trust them to do great work. You will find a culture free of micromanagement, giving you the autonomy to take real ownership, drive impact, and shape things early on. • A product you can be proud of: It is incredibly rare in cybersecurity to build a multi-award-winning product that end-users genuinely love. You will join a fast-paced, technically sophisticated team making a real, measurable impact against cybercrime, backed by strong financial stability and growth. • The perks that matter: Alongside this amazing community, you will enjoy extensive healthcare with other benefits tailored for our team in Germany. To ensure your personal data is handled securely and in compliance with GDPR, we only accept applications submitted through our application form. We cannot process applications sent via other channels, such as email or LinkedIn messages. Our Recruitment Process Interview with Talent Acquisition (remote, 30 min) Interview with EMEA Head of Sales (remote, 45 min) Take-home assignment and panel (on-site in Helsinki, 90 min) Reference checks and offer About Hoxhunt Hoxhunt was founded in 2016 by four visionaries.
