We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in. At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it. Position Summary The Business Process Lead, L2Q & Customer Lifecycle owns the end-to-end design of the business processes that carry a customer from product concept through signed order, onboarding, expansion, and renewal. In this role you will work closely in partnership with GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and the technology teams that build supporting systems, and is accountable for the detailed, multi-level capability decomposition underlying this value stream, which spans product, marketing, sales, revenue operations, and customer success stakeholder groups. Importantly, this role owns the business capabilities in this value stream — their definition, design, decomposition, and governance — in close partnership with the business teams that operate the underlying functions day to day. It does not own those functions themselves; success depends on heavy partnership with business and technology leads rather than on direct authority. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: the person hired personally facilitates working sessions, maps current and future processes, writes system requirements, and stays engaged through delivery and adoption rather than handing off after initial discovery. It also sits within a newly created function, where the operating model, engagement approach, and shared standards are still being defined — the person hired will materially shape how the practice works rather than step into an established playbook. The breadth of this stream requires strong prioritization judgment and the ability to work credibly across several distinct stakeholder communities. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously maintain a detailed (L2/L3) decomposition of every business capability across Idea to Launch, Campaign to Lead, Plan to Goal, Lead to Opportunity, and Quote to Subscription, keeping documentation accurate as the operating model and systems landscape evolve, and using standards shared across the Business Process Lead team. Facilitate structured working sessions with GTM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success and Product stakeholders Translate future-state process designs into system requirements, partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads through design, build, and testing, and confirm that what gets delivered reflects the intended process design. Support two parallel delivery tracks — current, in-production systems and the next-generation platform build — correctly identifying which track an incoming request belongs to, and ensuring lessons learned in day-to-day operations are reflected back into documentation and forward-looking design work. Own change management, enablement, and adoption for process changes in this value stream — stakeholder impact assessment, readiness planning, training materials, and post-launch verification that new processes are being used as intended — and define and report the process performance metrics that show whether they are working. Hold and maintain documented agreements at shared boundaries with peer Business Process Leads, so handoffs between value streams are explicitly agreed rather than assumed. Own the capability design and process governance for pricing and packaging, deal desk, discount policy and approval, margin guidelines, and CPQ — partnering with the business owners of those functions to shape the underlying policy, not simply documenting the systems that enforce it. Own the capability design for new product introduction and SKU governance, and for the commercial customer lifecycle that follows a signed order — onboarding, adoption, technical account management, renewals, expansion, and churn — partnering with Product, GTM, and Customer Success, who run those motions. Required Qualifications Hands-on ownership of commercial process design within a go-to-market organization — quote-to-order, deal governance, or the renewal motion — including direct involvement in the underlying policy decisions, not simply documentation or configuration of a process someone else designed. Candidates whose experience is limited to system configuration or documentation without direct involvement in the business decisions behind a process are not a fit for this role. 7+ years of experience in business process design, business architecture, revenue operations, or sales operations. Demonstrated experience decomposing business capabilities into detailed, multi-level structures, or equivalent structured value stream or process mapping work. Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional business stakeholders, including direct experience working with vice president-level leadership in a sales organization, and the ability to hold a position in a commercial trade-off discussion rather than only routing exceptions upward for a decision. Experience translating business process requirements into system requirements or work items a technical delivery team can act on directly, along with strong documentation habits — process maps, written requirements, and decision logs that a technical team can pick up without extensive follow-up clarification. Preferred Qualifications Experience with pricing, packaging, discount governance, or CPQ process design specifically within a subscription or SaaS business. Deal desk or sales operations experience, including designing exception and approval workflows. Experience with renewal or customer success operations, including identifying at-risk accounts well ahead of their renewal date. Experience with new product introduction, SKU and bundle governance, or contract lifecycle management tooling and legal operations partnership. Experience with partner or channel program operations, including management of partner marketing development funds, and territory or quota planning process design. Familiarity with structured change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, or similar) and prioritization frameworks (WSJF, RICE, or similar). Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (including CPQ/RCA functionality), marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, and lead routing or enrichment tooling. #IND525 Additional information Kaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it. Position Summary The Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services owns the end-to-end design of our financial and administrative back-office processes — financial close and reporting, procurement, tax, supply chain operations, hardware fulfillment, human resources operations, and sales compensation administration. This scope is intentionally broad rather than a single linear process flow, spanning several distinct domains that share a finance and administrative reporting line rather than a common process sequence. The role is the connective tissue between Finance, HR, and Supply Chain leadership and the technology teams that build supporting systems. Importantly, this role owns the business capabilities in this scope — their definition, design, decomposition, and governance — in close partnership with the business teams that operate the underlying functions day to day. It does not own those functions themselves; success depends on heavy partnership with business and technology leads rather than on direct authority. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: the person hired personally facilitates working sessions, maps processes, writes requirements, and stays engaged through delivery and adoption. It also sits within a newly created function whose standards and operating rhythm are still being defined. Deep specialist expertise in every domain within this scope is not expected; the ability to establish consistent standards, prioritize effectively, and drive improvement across genuinely different process areas is the core skill this role requires. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously maintain a detailed (L2/L3) decomposition of Record to Report, Direct Tax and Tax Compliance, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Operations, hardware fulfillment, Hire to Retire, and Sales Compensation Management capabilities, keeping documentation accurate as the operating model and systems landscape evolve, and using standards shared across the Business Process Lead team. Facilitate structured working sessions with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to document how processes work today and design how they should work going forward, producing process maps, documented decisions, and requirements a technical team can act on without extensive follow-up. Translate future-state process designs into system requirements, partner with Product Owners and Engineering Leads through design, build, and testing, and confirm that what gets delivered reflects the intended process design. Support two parallel delivery tracks — current, in-production systems and the next-generation platform build — correctly identifying which track an incoming request belongs to, and ensuring lessons learned in day-to-day operations are reflected back into documentation and forward-looking design work. Hold and maintain documented agreements at shared boundaries with peer Business Process Leads, so handoffs between value streams are explicitly agreed rather than assumed. Own the capability design for sales compensation from an approved sales quota forward — plan administration, crediting rules, attainment calculation, dispute resolution, commission expense accrual, and the payout handoff to payroll — partnering with the Sales Compensation and Payroll teams who execute it. Own the capability design for hardware fulfillment — provisioning, warehouse and inventory management, returns, and warranty — and for Hire to Retire, including onboarding, self-service, HR helpdesk, absence, and performance management, partnering with the Supply Chain, Fulfillment Operations, HR, and People Operations teams who run them. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience designing or improving month-end close and record-to-report processes in a multi-entity ERP environment. 5+ years of experience in business process design, business analysis, business architecture, or operations in a relevant domain. Demonstrated experience decomposing business capabilities into detailed, multi-level structures. Strong facilitation skills with cross-functional business stakeholders, including experience working at a Controller or Finance director level. Experience translating business process requirements into system requirements for a technical delivery team, along with strong documentation habits. Preferred Qualifications Experience with physical fulfillment and supply chain process design — warehouse, inventory, returns processing, and warranty management. Sales compensation process design experience, including plan administration, crediting, attainment, dispute resolution, and commission accounting. Procure-to-pay process design experience, including intake, approval routing, supplier onboarding, and three-way match controls. Direct tax process and statutory reporting experience in a multi-jurisdiction environment. HR operations process design experience, including onboarding, self-service, helpdesk operations, and performance cycle management. Treasury and cash management process design experience. Company Description Workleap is a Montreal-based tech company, founded in 2006. We're builders at heart, we make simple products that actually matter to the people who use them. We have two product lines: Workleap Agent , our newest solution built to make every manager more effective, and ShareGate , the world's leading solution for Microsoft 365 migration and governance. More than 15,000 companies worldwide trust us to do exactly that. We're intentional about who joins us. If you're the kind of person who gets excited by a hard problem and wants to help shape what comes next, there's a place for you here. Your role ShareGate has built a strong base of named strategic partners across EMEA — but the real growth opportunity lives in the long tail: hundreds of IT resellers and service providers who are knocking on the door without anyone there to bring them in with structure. That's exactly what you'll change. As Partner Development Manager – EMEA, you'll be the first structured point of contact for new and emerging partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You'll turn early-stage curiosity into real commercial engagement, drive adoption of ShareGate's migration and governance solutions, and build the follow-up discipline that converts conversations into revenue. Your impact: Convert inbound EMEA partner inquiries into active, revenue-generating partnerships by measurably improving activation rates across non-managed accounts; Drive adoption of ShareGate Protect within the partner ecosystem by opening governance conversations with partners who traditionally focus only on migration; Build a scalable partner development framework — pipeline tracking, re-engagement sequences, progression stages — so no opportunity stalls without a reason; Accelerate transactional onboarding by coordinating with QBS Software, ensuring partners move from initial engagement to first transaction without friction; Reduce time-to-first-transaction by implementing systematic follow-up workflows and consistent outreach discipline across a high volume of active conversations; Integrate AI tools into your daily workflows — drafting follow-ups, summarizing partner calls, analyzing engagement patterns — to cover more partners with more rigour. Your team You'll join ShareGate's EMEA Channel team: a tight-knit, commercially ambitious group that operates with high trust, high ownership, and zero ego. Channel Account Managers own named strategic accounts; your job is making sure the broader ecosystem becomes commercially productive. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with the Channel Manager – EMEA, Channel Account Managers, and the QBS Software team for transactional coordination — and collaborate as needed with Technical Sales Specialists, Channel Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Over the next 6–12 months, the mandate is clear: increase inbound conversion, open new conversations around ShareGate Protect, and prove that the non-managed partner base can become a reliable, structured revenue source. What you'll bring 2–5+ years in partner development, channel sales, or IT solution sales; Experience working with IT resellers or managed service providers — you understand how the indirect channel actually works; Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (migration, governance, tenant-to-tenant — the fundamentals, no certification required); Ability to position technical solutions commercially: you translate complexity into clear business value; Strong follow-up discipline and structured pipeline management — you don't let opportunities die quietly; Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) daily as a work accelerator — not an experiment, a habit; Bonus: experience in high-volume partner recruitment environments; Bonus: exposure to governance or security-focused SaaS solutions. Most of this sounds like you? Apply. What the job comes with Base salary: $50 000 to $60 000 / OTE: $75 000 - $90 000 EUR. Final offers may be adjusted based on the candidate's region to align with local market conditions . Flexible vacation policy. Remote work, with access to our Montreal office. In-person gathering twice a year. Claude access, for everyone. What drives us At Workleap, we build software that sits at the center of how people experience work, every day, at every level. We move fast. Priorities shift, decisions get made with the information we have, and we iterate. If you thrive on intensity and ambiguity doesn't slow you down, you'll feel right at home. We're builders. We do what it takes to move forward. AI is part of our toolkit. We use it to go faster and decide smarter, not to replace judgment. If you want real impact and a place where your decisions matter, this is it. How we hire Transparency is how we hire — for you as much as for us. Here's how it works: a first call with a recruiter, then a virtual interview with the hiring manager. You'll then complete a take-home case study, followed by a meet with future colleagues to discuss it together. Depending on the role, the process may vary slightly — your recruiter will walk you through it on your first call. We use AI to support certain steps of the process, but every hiring decision remains human. We can't wait to meet you. By applying, you confirm that you have read and agree to our privacy policy . #LI-Remote
