About the role As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to: Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents. Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close. Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team. Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life. Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact. Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally. Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives. Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap. Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers. Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes. Requirements 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred. Experience in product development, delivery, and change management Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners. Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions. A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results. Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases. Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks. Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems Location This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Brazil, with a preference of Sao Paolo. Expect regular travel for customer onsite. Fluency in English and Portuguese and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances is required. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
Company Description At Docplanner Group, we're on a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives. As the world's largest healthcare platform, each month, we connect 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries (through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda). Our marketplaces, SaaS and AI tools simplify daily tasks and help doctors, clinics and hospitals work more efficiently, so they can focus on what really matters: caring for their patients. Learn more about our products here: pro.doctoralia.es Why join us? Real impact – We help doctors help patients. Your work truly makes a difference. At scale, yet agile – 3,000+ employees, but still fast, flexible, and hands-on. ✨ Shape the future, sustain growth – Make a difference now and build for long-term success. Job Description This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, operations, and special projects for PMS (Practice Management Systems) — the software Docplanner clinics use to manage their agenda, EHR, invoicing, and patient records. This spans the third-party PMSs Docplanner has acquired or integrated with: Feegow in Brazil, Clinic Cloud in Spain, GIPO in Italy, MyDr in Poland. As PMS expands across products, clinic setups, and markets, we are looking for someone who can bring structure to a complex, fast-moving space: shaping how we onboard, engage, and retain PMS customers, driving down early and preventable churn, and helping define the processes, metrics, and ways of working that let local teams operate consistently at global scale. It's a strategic but highly hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity across local vs. global priorities, product vs. GTM alignment, and multiple PMS products and markets, while building scalable operations from the ground up. How will you make an impact? Own and evolve the PMS Customer Success operating model — onboarding, engagement, retention, and churn prevention — across all PMS products and markets (Feegow, Clinic Cloud, GIPO, MyDr, and others as the portfolio evolves). Drive the onboarding process revamp across PMS products, building on templates in specific markets and rolling it out across acquired companies. Own the early-churn initiative: the three-tier touchpoint model (post-onboarding, farming scoring, preventive churn), pushing it from manual/ticket-based execution toward CRM automation, as we progressively migrate CRM processes from Hubspot to Salesforce. Build the performance layer for PMS CS: KPIs, dashboards, and cohort views across onboarding quality, farming/retention scores, and preventive churn — partnering with BI, CRM/Ops, and the Retention team. Standardize local-team governance and ways of working across markets, closing the gap between how countries currently run PMS CS and a consistent, data-driven global model. Help translate product priorities into actionable local execution and surfacing local realities back to product/global. Track performance of PMS CS initiatives, monitoring spend and flagging risk proactively. Contribute to broader Clinics/Enterprise Customer Success strategic projects as the function evolves. Qualifications What will help you thrive? Has solid experience in project management, program management, customer success, or operations in a complex, multi-product/multi-market business. Brings prior exposure to at least one of SaaS, healthcare, or B2B operations; experience across two is a strong plus. Understands core Customer Success topics — onboarding, retention/farming, churn prevention, and customer journeys. Is very proficient working with data: defining KPIs and translating business needs into reporting and dashboard requirements, comfortable partnering closely with BI. Has experience working across multiple markets or in global/local operating models, and can translate global priorities into local execution and back. Has hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and understands how customer/product-usage data supports operational decisions. Is highly hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguity across several products and markets at once. Knows how to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functions — product, local CS/country leadership, BI, retention — without relying on formal authority. Communicates clearly, builds trust quickly, and can navigate a complex, multi-market stakeholder landscape. Combines strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset, favoring problem-solving and iterative progress over theoretical frameworks detached from business reality. Fluent English is a must; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus given the concentration of PMS markets. What to Expect from Our Hiring Process We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Reports To: Vice President, Product Management Location: Remote US Compensation: $260,000.00- $290,000.00 base, plus bonus and equity What We Do: Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact. Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That's why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection. Huntress now secures more than 5M endpoints and 14M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other. What You'll Do: We are looking for an experienced product management leader to join our growing team. As a Director of Product Management at Huntress, you will be a "player-coach" responsible for discovering, developing, launching, and driving the success of our ITDR and ISPM products, and for providing overall leadership for those offerings, including two initial direct reports. These products will be a part of the Huntress Security Platform, serving SMB and mid-sized clients through MSP/MSSP and Reseller channels. This is a rare opportunity to scale something new in a well-established, well-funded, and dynamic company with a great culture. You will own the vision, goals, and (in partnership with other functions) execution of a SaaS offering (like other Huntress products) that keeps SMB and mid-market customers safe and secure online with cutting-edge capabilities currently only found in the largest enterprises. You will work very closely with the company founders, engineering leaders, support, sales, and marketing teams, as well as other Product Managers. To be successful in this position, you must possess a combination of strong business acumen and technical skills to bridge customer business requirements with trends in the threat landscape. You must be comfortable frequently interacting with customers, prospects, and industry analysts, and be able to articulate our value proposition. You also must have a proven track record of working closely with engineering teams and being able to clearly articulate business goals in technical terms. Responsibilities: Work with the product team and relevant stakeholders to set the ITDR and ISPM product vision and strategy, and clearly articulate the business value so that everyone understands where we are headed Work directly with a small team to discover, prototype, validate, and launch a substantial new capability (potentially an add-on product) that will enhance our existing offering Provide management, coaching, and leadership to product management staff working on ITDR and ISPM, and contribute to organizational improvement initiatives as part of the PM leadership team Analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis and research in order to drive strategy, as well as pricing and the product roadmap Demonstrate an ability to decipher and articulate potentially ambiguous client needs and mold them into successful, innovative solutions that surprise and delight the customer Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories that will be used to shape product specifications and architecture Prioritize features by assessing their alignment with the broader product strategy and initiatives, as well as unmet market needs Participate as a key contributor in all phases of product development, from discovery to launch Drive and manage product roadmap and go-to-market strategy by working closely with marketing, sales, and executive leadership teams Collaborate with marketing and other key stakeholders to drive and execute product launches to market Derive feedback and insights from customers through face-to-face interaction and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle Serve as the intermediary between engineering and senior leadership and other non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to break down and translate highly technical information into layman's terms and vice versa Drive high-level strategic initiatives and execution while possessing a willingness to dig into the weeds when necessary Work with design and engineering teams to produce mockups, wireframes, and eventual prototypes to assess the viability and strength of a new product or feature idea. Manage and drive results from user experience testing and gain crucial insights into how customers use (or don't use) the platform In partnership with product operations, provide product metrics, including conversion rate, churn rate, and monthly recurring revenue, etc., to track and analyze the success of the product strategy What You Bring To The Team: 8+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for cloud-focused security products, ITDR, and/or ISPM products Demonstrated success driving longer-term vision and strategy that resulted in competitive outperformance Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments Strong creative and critical thinking abilities Experience with G Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Forms) What We Offer: 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015 Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays 12 weeks of paid parental leave Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution Life and Disability insurance plans Stock options for all full-time employees One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance $75 USD/month digital reimbursement Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are. The Role We Need PadSplit 's demand engine spans Marketing, Lifecycle, Member Acquisition, and Member Success, but no one owns how these teams connect once a lead is approved, leaving us blind to where members stall on the way to a move-in and unable to see which outreach actually converts. We need a Revenue Operations Lead to own the last, most critical leg of the funnel: the calling and human outreach that turns an approved lead into a housed member, along with the reporting that makes the whole funnel legible. This role starts narrow (conversion and outreach) with room to expand into the broader Demand Growth function over time. The Person We Are Looking For We're looking for a builder-operator with 5+ years in revenue operations, growth operations, or funnel analytics, who is fluent in SQL or a BI tool like Hex, Mode, or Looker and has real instinct for calling operations, script testing, and agent coaching. This person uses AI daily to build reporting, analyze calls, and scale outreach, and has a clear point of view on where AI makes an ops team faster. They can hold many channels at once without losing the thread, and translate a messy funnel into decisions leadership can act on. Here's What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day: Optimizing call performance: Own how members convert across AI-driven calls and human phone calls, refining scripts, follow-up cadence, and objection handling. Coaching agents: Test what actually moves conversion and feed findings back to human agents and the teams they support. Sequencing hand-offs: Decide where AI calls hand off to a person and where a person hands off to Lifecycle. Building funnel dashboards: Maintain the end-to-end view of the demand funnel — lead to approved to booked to moved-in — primarily in Hex. Closing reporting gaps: Surface stage-by-stage conversion, drop-off, and velocity without re-deriving data each time. Driving retention outreach: Partner with Member Success to flag churn-risk changes and behavioral events, and proactively reach out before a member decides to leave. Standing up interventions: Launch retention and transfer offers as caller campaigns or lifecycle text messages. Fixing the stack: Bring order to lead routing, CRM hygiene, and experiment instrumentation, and set clear SLAs across Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, MA, and Member Success. Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful: RevOps background: 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, growth operations, or funnel analytics, ideally in a marketplace, subscription, or high-volume consumer-sales environment. AI fluency: A strong AI toolkit used daily to build reporting, analyze calls, draft and test scripts, and scale outreach. Analytical rigor: Fluency in SQL or a BI tool such as Hex, Mode, or Looker, with comfort tying operational work to conversion, velocity, and cost. Funnel instinct: Real operating experience with lead routing, calling operations, script and cadence testing, and agent coaching. Cross-team coordination: Ability to hold many channels at once — from AI callers to affiliates to market launch — without losing the thread. Strong communication: Excellent English communication skills to work daily with US-based teams and partners. Marketplace experience (bonus): Background in marketplace, proptech, real estate, or two-sided consumer platforms. Zero-to-one experience (bonus): Track record standing up a RevOps or sales-ops function from scratch, including instrumentation and cross-team SLAs. The Interview Process: Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by a human being in the PeopleOps department. If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a video call with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes. If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with our VP of Member Growth for forty-five (45) minutes. If warranted, the final step would be a video panel interview with additional stakeholders for one (1) hour. For this interview, a candidate would participate in a campaign exercise to the panel for discussion. If warranted, then we move to contract! Compensation Compensation is based on the role's scope, national market benchmarks, the person's expertise and experience, and the impact of their contributions to our business goals. Additional Information Please note: Although the job posting says it's in Brazil, this is a fully remote position open to anyone in South America. This is a result of our Applicant Tracking System requiring a location to post the role on LinkedIn.
