About Mistral Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. About the job Mistral builds AI systems that enterprises run on their own terms, in finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector. The Solutions organization turns customers' hardest problems into AI they own, run, and scale on Mistral. It is one of the fastest-growing functions in the company: 650 people by end of 2026, across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers worldwide. The Solutions organization includes Deployment Strategists, Applied AI Engineers, Infrastructure Solution Architects, and Applied Scientists. They work with enterprise customers from pre-sales through implementation and deliver AI systems that produce measurable business outcomes. Solutions Operations is the function that makes this scale. It runs staffing and capacity planning across regions, the go-to-market motion by industry vertical and capability, delivery processes and tooling, the data behind our decisions, and value and customer-success measurement, with hubs in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. We are hiring a Head of Solutions Operations . We are looking for an entrepreneurial COO or a former Forward Deployed Engineer with years of experience. This is a build-the-1-to-10 role: you will take a young, fast-growing function and turn it into the operating system that lets Solutions scale from hundreds to thousands of people without losing what makes it work. You will lead a team of program leads and regional operators across three continents, and work as a business partner to Solutions leadership. What you will do Own the Solutions operating system end to end. One process from pre-sales to post-sales, a single source of truth for people, projects, and opportunities, the Solutions tooling stack, and safety, security, and compliance built into how the team works. Industrialize what already works. Turn delivery and vertical playbooks, staffing frameworks, and the value and ROI methodology into reusable assets the whole team runs on, and drive their adoption in every geography. Build the global operating model. Keep core operations centralized while ensuring real adoption and the right local adaptation across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific, with full-stack regional operators on the ground. Staff demanding customer engagements. Own capacity planning and forecasting, skills-to-project matching, time-to-staff, utilization, and bench health across all geographies. Make customer success measurable. Stand up delivery-outcome measurement and customer-satisfaction systems, and run the feedback loop that turns field learnings into product requirements and reusable IP. Make AI-native operations the default. Build internal tools, agents, and automations that remove manual work from planning, staffing, reporting, and delivery follow-ups, starting with your own team. Lead and grow the team. Hire, mentor, and develop program leads and regional operators, raise the technical bar of the function, and build the hiring plan for its next phase. Partner across functions. Work daily with Solutions leadership, regional Sales leadership, Product and Engineering, RevOps, and Talent Acquisition, and bring executive judgment on where to invest, slow down, or say no. How We Work in Solutions We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week. Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not copying what worked before. We say what we mean. Feedback is direct and given because we care. No politics. Low ego, high standards. We embrace an unstructured environment and find joy in it. About you Whatever your path, you bring: Extensive leadership experience , with demonstrated impact building and leading teams or functions in a fast-scaling environment. A track record of industrializing something handcrafted but working : processes, systems, and teams that scaled an order of magnitude without losing what made them work. The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution. You are hands-on and biased toward action. Data-driven and AI-fluent : you build the internal tools, automations, dashboards, and AI workflows you rely on. Global operating range : you work naturally across geographies and cultures, with the executive presence to hold a room with C-level stakeholders and the credibility to challenge senior leaders. Stakeholder management : you align competing priorities and drive decisions without formal authority. Fluent in English ; additional languages are a plus. Ideally Experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech delivery, or top-tier strategy consulting on complex technical transformations. Experience operating at global scale across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific. Hands-on experience building AI-native operations: automating workflows with LLMs and agents rather than prompting a chatbot. MBA or advanced degree preferred. What We Offer We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks. Applied AI Engineer, Beneficial Deployments (Clinical Development, Rare and Neglected Diseases)
Full TimeOn-siteMid

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About Beneficial Deployments Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences — focusing on raising the floor for those who need it most. About the Role We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer to join our Beneficial Deployments, Life Sciences team. This is a partner-facing role: you'll support nonprofits, research institutes, academic medical centres and public-sector funders as they use Claude to get treatments to patients with rare and neglected diseases, where there is little or no commercial incentive to fund development. The role focuses on clinical development, where we think Claude can help these partners today. Trials in these diseases have small patient populations, investigator-led or nonprofit funding and little operational support, and they often stall on protocol quality, operational risk and site start-up. Claude can help teams design better trials and start them sooner. Much of this work is drug repurposing: testing new uses for approved, usually off-patent or generic medicines, whose known safety profiles can let a good hypothesis reach patients years sooner than a new molecule. You'll advise and embed in partners' teams, building alongside their engineers, scientists and clinicians. Responsibilities Work with partners' trial teams to design, review and prioritise clinical trials with Claude: drafting and reviewing protocols and statistical analysis plans, and flagging enrolment and operational risks. Build and validate tools that help partners find new uses for approved, mostly off-patent medicines in rare and neglected diseases, from literature, omics and patient data, and assemble the evidence so the partner can decide the next step. Build reusable infrastructure other institutions can adopt (MCP servers for biomedical data sources, agent skills, benchmarks grounded in real clinical questions), and feed what you learn in the field back to product, engineering and research. You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have Hands-on clinical development experience: designing, running or analysing clinical trials, or assessing clinical evidence to decide which programmes go forward (for example due diligence or asset evaluation). Drug repurposing work as part of that is a strong plus, as is having contributed to a regulatory submission for a trial. Comfort with biomedical data: literature, omics, and real-world patient data (health records, registries, claims), ideally inside secure or trusted research environments. Strong engineering skills: you can take an LLM-powered tool from prototype to production code, and write evals to measure it. Experience working directly with external partners or customers in a technical role. Clear written and verbal communication: docs other institutes can use without you, and results clinicians trust. A scrappy mentality: you're comfortable in ambiguity, wear several hats, and do what it takes to get a result for a partner. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: £225,000 — £255,000 GBP Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Analytics Engineer Prolific Prolific is not just another player in the AI space—we are the architects of the human data infrastructure that's reshaping the landscape of AI development. In a world where foundational AI technologies are increasingly commoditized, it's the quality and diversity of human-generated data that truly differentiates products and models. The role As an Analytics Engineer in the Data Infrastructure Team at Prolific, you'll be at the forefront of transforming and maintaining Prolific's data infrastructure as the way people work with data changes rapidly. Your work will be instrumental in redesigning and scaling our data stack, ensuring data pipelines are robust, efficient, and reliable, and that our data is ready to be queried by people and AI systems alike. By owning and optimising our analytics codebase and semantic layer, you'll empower teams across the business to get trustworthy answers, whether through BI dashboards or natural language questions. You'll help shape how we bring LLMs and agents into analytics engineering safely and effectively, and you'll bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders so that complex data solutions are clearly understood and aligned with business goals. What you'll bring to the role Expertise in dbt & SQL: Deep experience with dbt and SQL to design, build, and maintain scalable data models. Semantic Modelling: Experience defining metrics, entities, and business logic in a semantic layer (e.g. dbt Semantic Layer/MetricFlow, Cube, LookML or similar), with an understanding of what makes a model reliable for natural language querying. Applied AI in Data Workflows: Hands-on experience using LLMs in data work, such as classification, extraction, or enrichment within transformations, and an understanding of how to evaluate, test, and govern outputs that aren't fully deterministic. Agentic Tooling: Familiarity with AI coding assistants and agents (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, MCP-based tooling) and a practical view on where they speed up analytics engineering and where human review is essential. Cloud Technology Knowledge: Strong familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Data Accuracy Focus: Passion for ensuring high data quality through tests, assertions, evaluations, and robust documentation. Commercial Acumen: Ability to understand business needs and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration: Skilled at working cross functionally and translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for the business. Process-Driven: Proficiency in designing repeatable, scalable workflows for data transformation, including ones that combine automated agents with human oversight. What you'll be doing in the role Building Data Models: Create complex dbt models, custom macros, and reusable packages. Optimize transformations and implement robust testing strategies to ensure data integrity and model performance. Building the Semantic Layer: Design and maintain a semantic layer with well-defined metrics, dimensions, and descriptions so that stakeholders and AI assistants can query company data in natural language and get consistent, accurate answers. Introducing Non-Deterministic Transformations: Build and productionise LLM-powered steps within our pipelines, such as categorizing free text or enriching records, with clear evaluation frameworks, cost and latency monitoring, and fallbacks to keep results trustworthy. Developing Agentic Workflows: Design and adopt agentic workflows across the analytics engineering lifecycle, including model generation, documentation, test coverage, code review, and incident triage, while defining the guardrails and review processes that keep quality high. Ownership: Monitor and maintain dbt workflow jobs, ensuring smooth data refreshes and up-to-date pipelines. You'll also be responsible for data models powering BI analytics and company-level reporting. Ensuring Data Accuracy: Write tests and assertions to validate data integrity and consistency across models, and build evaluation sets to measure the accuracy of natural language and LLM-driven outputs. Documenting and Standardising: Create and maintain thorough documentation of dbt processes and semantic definitions, treating metadata as a first-class asset since it directly shapes the quality of AI-generated answers. Translating Complex Data Concepts: Act as a key communicator, translating technical data issues into understandable business terms for stakeholders. Mentoring Team Members: Support junior analysts and data engineers, especially in setting up experimentation platforms, adopting AI tooling responsibly, and following data best practices. Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and BI teams to ensure data infrastructure supports evolving business needs, including AI-driven products and internal tools.
