Our story: Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence. Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016. About the role Taxfix builds more products for more customer segments, faster than before. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are the go-to-market partner embedded into a product team, from the first discovery conversation to scaling. You're not just handed a final product to talk about it. You bring customer, market and competitive evidence into the decisions that shape what gets built from day one: which segments to target, what features to prioritize, how to create Aha moments. You influence what the product does, how it wins and whether people will pay. You also build the systems that keep this work running: from automated competitor and customer insights generation, to agentic workflows that let product teams run smaller launches themselves at high quality. You work closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Growth Marketing and Paid Acquisition. What you'll do Taking one (or many) of our big bets to market. With high level of responsibility, autonomy and direct support from senior leaders and domain experts, you will help us launch assisted and AI-native experiences that customers truly love. Bring the market into product decisions. Turn customer, market and competitive evidence into clear recommendations for the product team. Join discovery work and design sprints where market specifics shape what gets built. Choose who to serve, and who not to. Break users and products down into needs, pains, and functional and emotional value. Define sharp ICPs and decide which segment to win first and later. Position the product to win. Define the competitive alternatives, what makes the product different and why it wins. Turn that into a sharp messaging and shape the pricing and packaging inputs. Run launches as tests. Run lean tests early, report what the measures show, and adapt the product, the positioning and the go-to-market. You gather evidence that improves our GTM decision quality, not tick off a launch checklist. Align the people around the work. Bring structure to complex go-to-market work: clear owners, milestones, decision points and success measures. Facilitate decisions across Product, Engineering, Data, Growth and commercial teams. Build the insight engine. Replace ad hoc research with automated flows of competitor and customer insight that product and marketing teams use every week. Own part of the context system. Turn each go-to-market decision and artifact into governed context that empowers people and agents alike. Build with AI. Build your own prototypes, applets and automations for the opportunities you prioritize, and help product teams self-serve lower-tier launches at quality. What you'll bring 5+ years of bringing tech products to market. You have successfully taken complex products or features from discovery to launch and adoption, in a fast-paced environment. Data- and evidence-driven over opinion. You set clear targets, success definitions and guardrails. You analyze data and derive actionable next steps. When evidence contradicts the plan, you say so, including to senior stakeholders. Customer insight and craft. You stay close enough to users to quote them. You turn what they said into why they behave as they do, and into a narrative people remember. AI as a builder. You build agents, automated workflows, prototypes and context towards clear milestones or outcomes. Communication and project leadership. You write and speak with precision, align several teams at once and keep many moving pieces on track. High agency and curiosity. You find the problem and solve it without waiting to be told, and you carry it like an owner. Bias for action. You prioritize speed of learning and progress over perfection. English and German. You use German to write customer-facing messaging and English to work with the wider team. Why Taxfix? A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals. Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions. A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like. Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create. 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours. A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts. Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip. Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible. Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions. Have a four-legged friend in your life? We're happy to have dogs join us in the office. Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture. At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. Revenue Operations Lead Global expansion is broken. Without a local company, conversion rates fall, costs rise, and compliance gets messy. Outpost fixes it. Selling internationally is a maze of tax, payments, and operational friction. Most brands avoid it, or expand slowly and expensively. Outpost is your modular back office for global commerce. Pick only what you need - tax, payments, treasury, or operations - and unlock new markets without the overhead. Sometimes we become liable for a merchant's taxes. Sometimes we become the legal reseller in each market and carry the payments, tax and compliance risk. Other times, we give you the tools to do it yourself. We go live wherever a merchant needs to sell next, for digital and physical goods. That means we own the full stack - payments, tax, compliance, treasury, and merchant experience. Sell anything, anywhere. Without compromise. 🧠 The Role We're looking for our first Revenue Operations hire: the person who owns how revenue actually works at Outpost. Your job is to build the RevOps machine. One source of truth for pipeline. One model that turns a merchant's volume, markets and product mix into a price. One set of numbers that the CEO, the board and the commercial team all agree on. And a handover from signed contract to live merchant that never drops anything. This is a hands-on build role, not a reporting layer. You'll sit between sales, marketing, and operations, and you'll be the only person who can see the whole revenue system at once. You'll design it, instrument it, automate it, and then run it until it's good enough to hand over. You'll work directly with the CEO, the Chief of Staff and the founding team. 🧗 What You'll Get Yes, the work is intense . But in return you'll get scope and exposure most people wait 10 to 20 years to access . You'll own a core function at a company solving one of the hardest problems in global commerce, you'll see every commercial decision before it happens, and you'll build a function from scratch with real budget and real backing. We won't handhold, but we'll coach you hard. 🧩 What You'll Do Own the revenue system Own the CRM (Attio) end to end: object model, stage definitions, required fields, hygiene, automation Build the forecasting system and operationalise it with weekly pipeline review, monthly board numbers, and quarterly planning Own the GTM stack: outbound sequencing, enrichment, routing, deduplication, attribution Run the pipeline agentically. Build agentic system that enrich accounts, draft follow-ups, surface stalled deals and keep the CRM clean, so the team spends its time on the conversations and not the admin. You'll design the workflows, write the prompts, set the guardrails, and audit what the agents produce Analytics & performance insights Own the revenue metrics that matter: GMV, ARR, take rate, win rate, sales cycle, pipeline coverage, cost of acquisition Build the reporting the company runs on, and the pack investors see Build the pricing and quoting model, and the deal desk discipline around it. Operational execution Own the handover from signed contract to live merchant, with operations, tax and engineering Instrument time-to-live and revenue ramp, then attack both Feed commercial reality back into the roadmap. You'll know which deals we lose and why before anyone else does Build the function Write the playbooks: qualification, scoping, pricing approval, renewal, expansion Set the standard for what good data looks like, and hold the line on it Hire behind you once the system is running 💥 Example Projects Rebuild the pipeline in Attio so every deal has a stage definition, an owner, a close date and a modelled value, and the weekly review takes 20 minutes instead of two hours Build the pricing calculator that turns a merchant's volume, market mix and product mix into a price, and retire the per-deal spreadsheet Cut time from signed contract to first live transaction by half, working across operations, tax and engineering Build the weekly revenue pack and the monthly investor pack, and automate the data pull behind both Design the commission plan for the first commercial hires Score the lead universe against our ICP and rebuild outbound targeting on top of it Instrument the full funnel from LinkedIn and outbound through to closed won, and prove which channel actually pays Forecast GMV by market and product, and tell the founding team where the $1BN does and doesn't come from 🧱 What We're Looking For Ideal background: 4 to 7 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or GTM strategy at a high-growth fintech, payments company, or B2B SaaS Has built a revenue system from zero, not inherited a mature one Fluent in CRM architecture and the outbound stack. We run Attio, Instantly and Apollo, but the tool matters less than knowing how to design the model underneath it Strong analytical skills — advanced Excel or Sheets, experience with BI tools Signals we care about: Ridiculous bias for action . You solve, you don't observe Systems thinker who still does the work. You fix the broken report, then remove the reason it broke Analytically strong. You can quantify a process, not just describe it Strong EQ. You'll be telling experienced commercial people their data is wrong, and they need to thank you for it Exceptionally hard working . You see work as a core part of your purpose Fluent in ambiguity and chaos. Startups are not neat, this will be hard Curious and resourceful. You can figure anything out Clear, quantified achievements on your CV, not vague descriptions What this role is not: Not a reporting or BI role where you build dashboards and hand them over Not a sales role, and not a sales-support role that takes instructions from account executives Not a CRM administrator job. The tool is the smallest part of it Not for someone who needs defined processes and hierarchy to be effective 🚀 Why This Role Is Different Most revenue operations roles inherit a system and tune it. You'll write ours. At a company that takes on legal liability for its merchants, revenue operations is not admin. Pricing accuracy is margin. Time-to-live is retention. Forecast quality is how we decide what to build and who to hire. Get it right and the whole company moves faster, permanently. We expect whoever is in this role to grow rapidly into leading the function, and we'll back you every step of the way. 🦾 Outpost Team Our team were leaders at Revolut, Airwallex, Adyen and Wayflyer, and we're backed by top-tier investors who have built or backed some of the world's leading fintechs. 🧾 What We Offer Equity and salary in a well-funded startup Ability to own your work and move fast World-class training from operators who've scaled globally A global mission with real impact Low politics, high output Chance to grow into a senior leadership role A culture of builders, not talkers 🧭 Working Style We work together in person in London 5 days a week. We believe the hardest problems are solved in the room. 🌎 Reach Out Learn more Outpost Culture Outpost founder Outpost is where the hard problems are. If you want to help build the engine behind global trade, we'd love to hear from you. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

About the Role Former Auditor - Senior Customer Success Manager As a Senior Customer Success Manager (+Audit Background) at DataSnipper, you own the success of a portfolio of accounts - and you bring something additional to the role: direct experience in audit. You understand how audit teams work, what drives their priorities, and how to connect DataSnipper to the workflows that matter most inside a firm. You are a reliable, independent operator who applies established CS frameworks and uses your audit knowledge to accelerate adoption, build credibility with audit stakeholders, and design enablement that non-audit CSMs cannot replicate. You manage onboarding, QBRs, health monitoring, and renewals with predictability and follow-through and you do it in a language audit professionals trust. You may still be developing the full breadth of CS scope, but your audit domain credibility opens doors and unlocks conversations that are otherwise harder to access at this level. About DataSnipper Audit and finance are still massively manual and we are changing that. DataSnipper is a $1B, bootstrapped unicorn with 600,000+ users across 180+ countries, already embedded in the daily workflows of top audit and accounting firms. Now, we are taking things further with our Excel Agent, bringing AI directly into where the work actually happens. Unlike generic AI tools, we do not sit on the sidelines. Our AI operates inside Excel, with access to real documents and audit evidence, meaning it does not just generate answers, it does the work, with full traceability. We are not just applying AI, we are redefining how audit gets done. If you want to build something category-defining at scale, this is the place. What You Will Do Act as a Credible Audit Advisor: Serve as a trusted partner to Audit Managers, Senior Auditors, and engagement team leads. You are someone who understands customer workflows, their quality standards, and their firm's operating model. Translate DataSnipper's capabilities into language and use cases that resonate with audit professionals directly. Drive Adoption Aligned to Audit Workflows: Run onboarding and training sessions that are grounded in how audit teams actually work - mapping DataSnipper features to real engagement tasks, sample testing approaches, and evidence management requirements. Manage Account Health with Audit Context: Use product data, stakeholder signals, and your understanding of audit operating rhythms to monitor portfolio health. Recognize when signals carry firm-wide implications such as low adoption and respond or escalate with the right context. Build Audit-Grounded Success Plans: Create success plans that connect DataSnipper capabilities to audit-specific outcomes: engagement efficiency, sample coverage, review cycle speed, and quality compliance. Align milestones to audit calendar realities and firm methodology, not just generic product adoption targets. Communicate ROI in Audit Terms: Articulate the business impact DataSnipper delivers using metrics and framing that carry weight with audit professionals - time saved per engagement, risk reduction, quality improvement. Run QBRs and stakeholder conversations with the credibility of someone who has worked in the field. Support Expansion Using Domain Knowledge: Identify expansion signals within your portfolio and use your understanding of firm structure such as service lines, team hierarchies, engagement types to surface credible growth opportunities. Support Sales in building ROI cases that resonate with audit leadership. Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Audit Insight: Share audit workflow intelligence with Product, Sales, and Solutions Engineering. Surface patterns that require audit expertise to interpret - methodology gaps, adoption friction specific to audit processes, feedback that non-audit CSMs are less positioned to identify. Contribute Audit Knowledge to the Team: Help peers understand audit customer context. Act as an accessible internal resource for audit-specific questions to help raise the team's collective ability to serve audit accounts. Maintain Systems and Portfolio Data: Keep customer data, health signals, and portfolio records accurate and up to date in internal systems. Use this data to make better decisions and support reliable reporting. What You Bring Audit Domain Credibility: You have worked in or directly alongside audit teams. You understand engagement lifecycles, sample testing, evidence management, team hierarchies, and the quality standards that govern audit work. This is not background knowledge - it is something you apply directly in customer conversations and account planning. Experience: Ideally you have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in B2B SaaS, combined with direct experience in audit - whether as an auditor, audit technology specialist, or in a client-facing role embedded in audit workflows. You understand how audit engagements are structured, what drives adoption in audit teams, and how to speak credibly to audit professionals. Audit-Specific Enablement Design: You can design and execute onboarding and training programs that map to real audit workflows - including audit cycle timing, firm methodology, and engagement team structure. This requires audit fluency that cannot be substituted with general CS experience. Reliable Execution: You follow through. You manage a portfolio independently, hit your commitments, and deliver consistent outcomes without needing close supervision. Data-Driven Approach: You use product data and health signals to stay ahead of risks and make decisions. You are comfortable in CS tools and CRM platforms. Clear Communication across Contexts: You communicate clearly in both audit professional language and CS/GTM contexts. You can navigate stakeholder conversations with audit managers and firm leadership, and translate those conversations back into internal action. Ownership Mindset: You take responsibility for your accounts and your own development. You ask for feedback, apply it, and look for ways to improve. Collaborative Spirit: You contribute to the team including by sharing audit knowledge that makes peers more effective on audit accounts. Adaptability: You handle change well. You adjust when priorities shift and keep a constructive attitude in a fast-moving environment. Excellence in Communication: Professional fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken), with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels - from audit associates to C-suite. You set the standards, not just follow them: as the pole's first hire, the processes, controls, and calendar you establish now become the backbone the rest of Finance builds on. A true partner in automation: you'll work hand-in-hand with a dedicated BizOps partner to automate what can be automated — this isn't a role where you're expected to grind through manual work alone. International scope from day one: France, the US, and future markets — you'll help build the multi-entity, multi-country accounting backbone as Joko expands. 🎯 What you will do As Finance Manager, Finance Operations (Financial Control & Accounting) , your main mission is to own the reliability, timeliness, and completeness of Joko's financial information. Rather than doing the bookkeeping — we have an external accounting partner for that — you set the standards, drive the calendar, and hold your internal and external stakeholders accountable. Your responsibilities will include: Drive the closing calendar: own the monthly and annual closing calendar, holding our external accounting partner and auditors to a high standard; Own our legal reporting package: make sure the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement are always accurate and delivered on time; Oversee AP/AR end to end: keep invoicing, payment runs, and collections under control; Lead our international accounting build-out: as we open new entities and markets, including our IFRS consolidation framework; Own cash management: reconciliation, yield optimization, and day-to-day treasury; Be the main point of contact for our banking and accounting partners , and a key interface for auditors as we scale toward IPO readiness; Continuously strengthen and document our financial processes and controls , working hand-in-hand with a dedicated BizOps partner to automate what can be automated, making everything more robust and less error-prone as the company scales. 👀 Who we're looking for Experience: 4–8 years, with a strong foundation in accounting or audit (Big 4 or equivalent), ideally combined with in-house experience in a scale-up. Education: A master's degree from a top business school. A double degree in accounting (DCG/DSCG) is a plus. Financial rigor: Deep understanding of French GAAP and treasury fundamentals — you bring the same discipline to a closing cycle as you do to a cash position. International mindset: Excited to build a multi-entity, multi-country accounting backbone as we expand; IFRS exposure is a plus. Stakeholder management: You build trust with partners inside and outside Joko, and you're comfortable holding them accountable. Problem solving: You dig into the root cause and fix things. AI centricity: You use AI in your daily work today, and you're excited to help automate reporting and reconciliation as part of Joko's AI-first finance ambition. Languages: Fluent French and English. 💎 Our perks (Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only) At Joko, we believe that flexibility and trust are essential. Our work environment reflects this through: Flexible remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget. Work from anywhere : Want to spend a month in Italy while working? You can work from most countries in the world for up to 3 months per year. On top of that, we offer plenty of perks: 💸 Top-market compensation 📈 Equity for everyone with the chance to own a piece of what you build 🤖 Half-day each week dedicated to leveling up with AI by exploring new tools, iterating hard, and sharpening your skills 🌴 Yearly offsite in amazing locations and budget for team-building events & monthly in-person gatherings 💪 Contribution to your ClassPass subscription 🍼 8-week leave paid 100% for the second parent …and much more, check the full list here ! 🤝 Our hiring process Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team. Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you'd join, or colleagues from other teams). Step 2 – Role-specific assessments For non-engineering roles : A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design). For engineering roles : A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool). Step 3 – Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder.
