Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team We're creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster and cheaper than SWIFT and other fiat-only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to easily access, store, and spend US dollars. Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this future forward. We have a small team of people who have previously built financial infrastructure at some of the world's leading companies (Coinbase, Stripe, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, Airbnb), and each and every one of them chose Bridge because they fundamentally believe that stablecoins will be a critical piece of financial infrastructure that improves global money movement. What you'll do As part of our growing Product Support team, you will be a critical driver in delivering outstanding user experiences. This role goes beyond basic troubleshooting—it's about using your technical expertise, diagnostic mindset, and project management skills to improve our support systems, processes, and product quality. You will own complex technical user issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product, to drive them to resolution. A deep understanding of SQL and APIs will allow you to engage with these teams effectively, analyze data to inform decisions, and propose solutions that drive operational efficiency. Your work will focus on scaling support operations, creating better user experiences, and driving continuous improvements. Responsibilities Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues through direct user interaction, using SQL to extract and interpret data alongside API documentation. Develop product and platform expertise, working closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to diagnose and resolve user issues. Optimize and scale support processes to enhance efficiency and improve the overall user experience, incorporating data-driven insights and metrics. Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at achieving key performance metrics such as Consumer Satisfaction (CSAT), Contact Rate, and service-level compliance. Create and refine documentation to empower users to resolve issues through self-service, reducing dependency on support teams. Partner with Product and Engineering to advocate for platform improvements based on user feedback and ensure long-term product reliability. Lead cross-functional projects aimed at identifying inefficiencies in current processes and driving the implementation of long-term solutions. Challenge the status quo and drive innovation in user support strategies and operational processes. Who you are We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing product support role, with a focus on troubleshooting technical issues. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying, with the ability to interpret datasets. Experience working with APIs. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and drive them to resolution. Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive progress. Experience in project management, particularly in optimizing processes, workflows, or support operations. Preferred qualifications Strong data analysis skills, with a passion for interpreting data to improve decision-making. Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in technical environments and the ability to diagnose and resolve highly technical user issues.

We are now looking to level up the quality engineering so that we can raise release cadence without losing sleep over regressions. This is an automation-first role. You'll spend most of your time writing code - test frameworks, CI tooling, helpers, rather than executing test scripts by hand. You'll work alongside software engineers, product, and design, setting direction. You'll also be working at the frontier of AI-assisted quality, using LLMs and AI tooling to speed up test authoring, triage failures, and surface coverage gaps, while applying the engineering judgement to keep tests trustworthy. What you'll be doing Own the mobile test strategy: Define and evolve a pragmatic test pyramid for React Native - deciding where E2E is worth the weight and where logic belongs in faster layers (Jest, React Testing Library, component tests). Make deliberate calls about coverage, reliability, and speed trade-offs across the app. Set the bar for what "ready to ship" looks like on mobile, and hold the line on it. Build reliable E2E automation: Create and maintain mobile E2E suites in Maestro, including the scaffolding around them - test data, device configuration, helpers, reporting. Integrate suites into CI (GitHub Actions) so engineers get fast, trustworthy feedback on every PR and release candidates carry a signal people actually believe. Drive flakiness down and time-to-diagnosis down. We treat a flaky test the same way we treat a broken test, and we expect root-cause work rather than retry-until-green. Bring AI into the SDLC: Use AI tools day-to-day to accelerate test authoring, cluster failures, surface coverage insights, and propose fixes. Decide where AI adds leverage and where a human eye is needed. A suite that looks comprehensive but isn't trustworthy is worse than a smaller one we rely on. Help shape how the mobile team uses AI-assisted workflows more broadly - prompts, guardrails, review patterns. Prevent defects, not just catch them: Partner with product and engineering on shift-left quality: join specs early, push back on ambiguous acceptance criteria, and surface risk before code is written. Close the loop on production issues using our observability stack (Datadog, Sentry, Grafana) - tying test coverage back to real customer impact. Run targeted exploratory testing on high-risk releases when it's the right call. What we're looking for Essential: Hands-on experience with Maestro or Detox. 6+ years in quality engineering or test automation , with a track record of keeping automated suites stable rather than letting them rot into a graveyard of quarantined tests. Experience introducing AI-assisted testing practices (test generation, failure clustering, coverage analytics) with sensible controls around review and trust. Strong TypeScript and JavaScript - not just writing test scripts, but building helpers, tooling, and debugging into the app when needed. Experience shaping CI/CD pipelines for test reliability (GitHub Actions or similar), including flakiness reduction, parallelisation, artefact management, and runtime control. Comfortable with mobile E2E automation , or strong E2E experience on another platform plus a credible plan for getting productive on mobile quickly. Able to operate independently and drive improvements end-to-end (frameworks, CI, test data, reporting). Desirable: Hands-on experience testing React Native apps. Mobile performance and reliability work (crash reporting, startup time, memory and battery awareness). API and contract testing experience, with a point of view on test data and environment strategy. Our tech stack Mobile: TypeScript, React Native, Expo, EAS, GraphQL, Relay, Jest, React Testing Library, Maestro. Backend: Kotlin, PHP 8 (Symfony), AWS, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes. Tooling and observability: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence, Datadog, Sentry, Grafana. Interview process Quick call with a Recruiter 15 minute cognitive test Hiring manager interview (30 minutes) Technical interview (90 minutes) Culture-add interview (60 minutes) Life at Lendable Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world's most successful fintech companies Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. Hybrid roles require three days in-office weekly; fully remote roles include regular opportunities for in-person connection through socials and off-sites Socials & connection: opportunities and events to come together, socialise, and get to know each other beyond the office walls Health coverage: support for your physical and mental wellbeing, including private health cover Retirement & savings: long-term financial wellbeing through retirement savings plans Employee referral programme: earn a competitive bonus when you refer successful new team members Office meals & snacks: enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, plus complimentary lunches prepared by in-house chefs on in-office days at select locations Sustainable commuting: cycle-to-work and electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes available in select locations Please note: The availability and details of specific benefits vary by location and role. About Lendable Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world's leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start: One of the UK's most exciting unicorns with a team of over 800 people Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK Profitable since 2017 Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on Trustpilot ) So far, we've rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance . We get money into our customers' hands in minutes instead of days. We're growing fast, and there's a lot more to do: we're going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes. Join us if you want to Take ownership: you are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1 Work in small teams of exceptional people: Lendies are relentlessly resourceful. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions Build the best technology in-house : we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting About the role At Lendable we already have a number of profitable, award winning credit products. They have a good automated quality story. However, as our customer base has grown into the millions we need to keep evolving to keep the quality bar high. Advances in AI engineering also have enabled us to ship faster, but we need to ensure we are not regressing on our quality metrics. Our mobile app, Zable, is how most of our customers experience all of our products in one centralised space. It's written in React Native and TypeScript with a Kotlin backend, shipped to iOS and Android from a single codebase. We are now looking to level up the quality engineering so that we can raise release cadence without losing sleep over regressions. This is an automation-first role. You'll spend most of your time writing code - test frameworks, CI tooling, helpers, rather than executing test scripts by hand. Enable teams to keep the quality bar high Rotating around different product teams for short periods to level up quality Define and evolve the pragmatic test pyramid for our products - deciding where E2E is worth the weight and where testing belongs in faster layers (unit and component tests) Make deliberate calls about coverage, reliability, and speed trade-offs across our products Devise and set up performance benchmarks to ensure critical parts of our systems don't regress Bring AI testing into the SDLC Speed up our SDLC by building agents that exploratory test changes and catch issues before they get to production Use AI tools day-to-day to accelerate test authoring, cluster failures, surface coverage insights, and propose fixes Decide where AI adds leverage and where a human eye is needed. A test suite that looks comprehensive but isn't trustworthy is worse than a smaller one we rely on Build reliable E2E automation Discover gaps in testing and help teams build comprehensive suites Get test environments and data fixtures to a level where they are easy to use and reliable Drive flakiness down and time-to-diagnosis down. You know what a good test codebase looks like and you constantly improve it API and contract testing experience, with a point of view on test data and environment strategy Have set up and used Service Level Objectives to define a contract of system reliability with stakeholders, and driven measurable improvements against them Native AI-assisted working style. You can describe projects where AI meaningfully changed how you worked - test authoring, failure triage, coverage analysis - and where you decided it wasn't the right tool Coaching other disciplines in quality. You evangelise quality practices and get others on board to solve quality problems together Experience shaping CI/CD pipelines for test reliability (GitHub Actions or similar), including flakiness reduction, parallelisation, artefact management, and runtime control Proactive, low-ego, and clear communicator, able to chase things down when blocked Able to operate independently and drive improvements end-to-end (frameworks, CI, test data, reporting) Can point to 3-4 projects where you moved the needle on quality - for example improving SLO coverage or reducing incident rate - and can speak to the measurable impact of each Nice to have Hands-on experience testing React Native apps. Mobile performance and reliability work (crash reporting, startup time, memory and battery awareness). API and contract testing experience, with a point of view on test data and environment strategy. Our Global Structure Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we're unlocking new possibilities as one global team. Senior Fullstack Engineer (Go / Kotlin & React) About the Team Merchant EMEA Engineering builds the technology that helps merchants join, grow, and operate successfully across our markets. Our organization brings together the strengths of Wolt and Deliveroo and supports merchants across 37 countries. We work across the merchant journey, including onboarding, business growth and support, analytics and recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, and merchant applications. Our teams sit close to the business. Rather than primarily building foundational platforms, we build products and features on top of our existing platforms to solve real merchant and market needs, including local business requirements, growth opportunities, and operational challenges. 📍This open role is based in our tech hubs in Helsinki or Berlin . Please note: This role requires being based in Berlin/Helsinki on a hybrid basis. We are currently unable to offer fully remote work, visa sponsorship, or relocation support for this opportunity. What You'll Do As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll contribute to products and services used across the merchant experience. You'll: Build and maintain production software across backend services and user-facing applications. Work on areas such as merchant onboarding, analytics, recommendations, menu and order management, integrations, or merchant-facing tools. Develop reliable APIs, data models, services, and user-facing features. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, operations, and other engineers to turn business needs into practical technical solutions. Own features from implementation through production and ongoing maintenance. Contribute to technical design discussions and improve the quality, scalability, observability, and maintainability of our systems. Use AI-assisted development tools effectively as part of your engineering workflow, while critically evaluating their output and taking ownership of the final solution. Be willing to work outside your primary area of expertise when needed to solve the problem end-to-end. How We Work Ownership: Engineers take responsibility for the features and services they work on, from development to production. Collaboration: We work closely across engineering, product, design, data, and operations. Pragmatism: We value simple and maintainable solutions that create business impact without unnecessary complexity. Flexibility: We care more about solving the problem than strict frontend or backend boundaries. Our Tech Stack Our backend services primarily use Go and Kotlin , while our frontend applications use technologies such as TypeScript and React . We also work with technologies including Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, and modern cloud infrastructure. Our Humble Expectations We're looking for engineers who have: An AI-first mindset, with a deep experience in leveraging modern AI tools and solid engineering principles to solve problems end-to-end, independently of any specific technology stack. Proven experience building production software in backend, frontend, or fullstack environments end-to-end and at scale. Strong expertise in at least one area of the stack, with a willingness to contribute outside that area when needed. Experience with a modern backend language such as Go, Kotlin, Java, or similar, and/or modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React. Good understanding of APIs, databases, testing, and software design fundamentals. The ability to work independently on well-scoped problems and collaborate effectively with others. Good communication skills and a pragmatic, collaborative mindset. You do not need to be equally strong in frontend and backend. We welcome different balances of experience. You might be primarily a backend engineer who is comfortable making frontend changes when needed, or a frontend-focused engineer who is happy to work with APIs and backend services. What matters most is that you are comfortable working across boundaries to deliver the right solution. Nice to Have Experience in one or more of the following areas would be a plus: Merchant-facing or internal operational tools. Analytics, recommendations, or decisioning systems. Grocery, retail, restaurants, logistics, or marketplace technology. Integrations with external business systems. Kafka or other streaming technologies. Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Kubernetes, or Docker. Why Join Us? You'll work on products that directly affect how merchants interact with Wolt, Deliveroo and DoorDash across Europe. The scope is broad and close to the business, giving you the opportunity to work on meaningful problems across different parts of the merchant journey while developing your skills across the stack. You can read more about our recruitment process here. here .
