Headquarters: Remote US At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. About the Risk & Analytics Team The Risk & Analytics (R&A) team makes crucial decisions that direct Affirm's business strategy. We partner with Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, Capital Markets, and Commercial teams to grow Affirm responsibly by optimizing approval, conversion, losses, and profitability. Operating across the entire customer and merchant lifecycle, we tackle a diverse array of challenges, from optimizing checkout conversion and mitigating fraud risk to building scalable data foundations and enabling international growth. We analyze performance not just to report on it, but to determine where to invest resources for maximum impact through building tools, scalable data infrastructure, and analytical frameworks. We improve the analytics experience across Affirm by streamlining workflows and fostering a culture of learning and documentation. By taking ownership of the entire analytical lifecycle, from initial question to final business decision, we turn complex data and systems into clear, actionable signals that ensure Affirm grows efficiently and intelligently. One Role, Multiple Teams We are hiring multiple Analyst I roles across Affirm's Risk & Analytics organization through this single job posting. Rather than interviewing for one specific team, candidates will go through a shared interview process designed to assess the core skills we look for across R&A. If selected, we will work with you to determine the best team match based on your interests, experience, strengths, and current business needs. You will have the opportunity to learn more about our teams and share your preferences as you move through the process. Potential team placements include: Point of Sale (POS): Optimize merchant and checkout performance to improve conversion, approvals, and unit economics across the purchase funnel. Direct to Consumer (DTC) / Card: Drive engagement, repeat usage, and lifecycle health across Affirm's app, web, and card experiences. About the Role As an Analyst I in Affirm's Risk & Analytics organization, you will join one of several analytical teams working across the customer and merchant lifecycle. While the specific problems you tackle will depend on your eventual team placement, all Analyst I roles share a common foundation: using data to understand business performance, identify opportunities, and help Affirm make better decisions. You will learn the fundamentals of consumer lending while executing scoped analytical work under the guidance of senior analysts and managers. You will leverage SQL, Python, and modern analytical tools to help optimize business strategies, monitor performance, and turn complex data into actionable insights. You are a thoughtful, driven individual eager to build a strong technical foundation, learn how to navigate exogenous market changes, and integrate modern AI tooling to solve hard problems efficiently. What You Will Do Derive Insights & Support Strategy: Leverage data analytics to uncover insights that help optimize product, risk, or growth strategies across geographies. Monitor Portfolio Health: Assist in tracking performance metrics, user behavior, and macroeconomic trends that impact business outcomes, flagging risks and anomalies to senior team members. Technical Execution: Write clean, working SQL and Python to build scalable reporting and partner with Engineering to support the deployment of machine learning and risk models. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Legal, and Compliance to understand evolving consumer lending regulations and market requirements, assisting in translating them into foundational data models and operational policies. Drive Launch Alignment: Support cross-functional discussions to ensure new product launches and market entries align with our operational capabilities and risk appetite. AI Fluency & Efficiency: Integrate AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and copilots into your daily workflows to accelerate data mining and routine tasks, while carefully verifying outputs. Relevant internships or prior experience in consumer lending, fintech, or the broader financial services industry are highly valued. Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Solid working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages. Familiarity with data mining, data visualization, and foundational statistical modeling. By engineering the orchestration layer for intelligent security, we aim to create a world that is safer, more secure, and more resilient. We're a strong founding team based in Zurich, backed by visionary investors and advisors. We are engineering the future of security today! The Role As a Software Engineer intern on Robot Autonomy, you'll work on the software that runs on our legged security robots: how they perceive their surroundings, know where they are, and move through real customer sites on patrol. You'll join the team that owns everything on the robot and take a well-scoped problem from first experiment to a result that runs on hardware. The role focuses on building software for the robot autonomy stack that runs in the field. We'll agree your focus area with you during the interview process, based on your strengths and the team's priorities, and we expect you to own it from day one. This role is hands-on. You'll work with real sensor data and field logs, test on physical robots, and see first-hand why a robot that works in the lab can still fail on a live site at night, in rain, or after the layout changes. What You'll Work On Build and improve components of the on-robot autonomy stack, such as perception, localisation and state estimation, or planning and navigation, depending on your background and the team's priorities. Integrate sensors such as lidar, cameras and IMU, and work with the data they produce in day, night and challenging weather. Reproduce issues from field deployments using logs and simulation, find the root cause, and help fix it at the right layer. Design repeatable tests and clear metrics that show whether a change holds up across routes, lighting, weather and site layouts. Test your work on physical robots, and join site visits to see how the system behaves in real operating conditions. Apply solid engineering practices: code review, version control, reproducible experiments and clear documentation. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a strong robotics student who wants to see their work run on real robots, not only in simulation. You don't need every item below, but you should meet the core requirements and bring depth in at least one area of the autonomy stack. You'll join a small team that moves fast, expects ownership, and holds work to the standard of running on live customer sites. Your Background Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD, or completed a Master's degree within the last year, in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Demonstrated depth in at least one of perception, localisation and state estimation, or motion planning and navigation, through a thesis, research or a substantial project. Strong coding skills in Python. Hands-on experience with ROS 2. Comfortable using Linux, Docker and Git in your workflows. Nice to Have Experience working with physical robots, ideally mobile or legged. Experience with lidar or camera processing, SLAM, or sensor fusion. Experience with robotics simulators such as Isaac Sim, Gazebo or MuJoCo. Publications or competition results in robotics (ICRA, IROS, RSS, CoRL). What We Offer Ownership: you are able to ship products and deliver project end-to-end. Mission: autonomous security that keeps people and critical sites safe, including in defence. Career path: a ground-floor seat with real runway. Prove your value and you will not have barriers to grow. Team: work directly with PhD-level co-founders in AI, Robotics, and Physics, alongside a strong (and fun) founding team. Compensation: Competitive equity/salary package Culture: International founding team that is serious about building but does not take itself too seriously. Find Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow

Senior Product Manager
VividRemote (Fully Remote)26 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior
pythonsqlllmagilegitarchitecture+7

About The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with real technical depth and an AI-first way of working . You'll own a product area end to end: finding problems worth solving, shaping the solution, taking it from 0 to 1 and growing it from there. You understand architecture, you've written code, you know how databases work, and you speak engineering fluently. Your main job is product. The technical depth is what lets you move faster and make better calls. AI isn't a feature we're adding. It's how we work and how we build. Expect roughly 70% product and 30% engineering, with full accountability for results. Your Mission Product direction: set the vision, strategy and roadmap for your area. Decide what to build, why, and how success is measured. 0-to-1 delivery: take new products and features from problem discovery to launch and iteration. Discovery and validation: work directly with users and data to understand real problems, not assumed ones. Run interviews, usability tests and experiments before committing to build. Metrics and outcomes: define, instrument and track the KPIs for your area. Use product analytics to find friction, prioritise the highest-impact work, and shut down what doesn't work. Engineering partnership: understand architectural trade-offs, review technical approaches and unblock decisions. Write specs engineers actually want to read: clear, technical and opinionated. AI and automation: find where LLMs and agents create real product value, build the case, and ship it. Fast prototyping: validate ideas with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, agents), scripts, no-code, or whatever gets you to the answer quickest. Hands-on work: write queries, dig into data pipelines, spin up prototypes, and open a PR when it makes sense. Prioritisation: balance user impact, business value, effort and regulatory constraints, and work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and business owners to ship continuously. Your Profile 5+ years in product management or product engineering with strong technical involvement, and a track record of taking products from 0 to live use with real users. AI-native: you use LLMs, vibe coding and agents daily, and you've applied LLMs or agentic AI to real products. Strong in Python or a similar language, enough to build things yourself. Comfortable with SQL, git, databases and evaluating system architecture. Fluent in product analytics and research: you define metrics, read data yourself, and validate through interviews, usability testing and experiments. Strong grasp of UX. You can take a complex flow and make it simple. Experience shipping with Design and Engineering in an agile environment. Clear communicator in English and self-directed. You can explain technical decisions to non-technical people, write specs engineers respect, and don't wait to be told what matters. Nice to Have Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field. Experience in fintech or another regulated industry. Early-stage startup background. Hands-on LLM orchestration or prompt engineering. Background in software engineering, QA or product analytics. Why Join Vivid? We have a hybrid model in our Limassol and Berlin offices, or fully remote outside office locations. We support relocation to Cyprus (visa, package) when needed. AI-first culture – we use it every day, not just talk about it. Learning & development budget to support your professional growth. Fully paid vacation and sick leave. Sports compensation. Real growth prospects, significant responsibility, and the ability to make an immediate impact from day one. Compensation range Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria. About Vivid At Vivid, we're on a mission to change how businesses and individuals manage their money across Europe. For businesses, we build tools that actually make a difference: multi-IBAN accounts, high-yield savings, business cashback, team cards, and accounting integrations that save real time — all in one place. And for individuals, we offer a simple way to manage and grow your wealth: access to global stocks, ETFs and 150+ cryptocurrencies, cashback, and personalised financial insights. Our mission? Your success. Everyone deserves the chance to see their finances flourish, and we're dedicated to empowering our customers to make this a reality. Founded in 2019 in Berlin by Alexander Emeshev and Artem Iamanov, Vivid has quickly grown into one of Germany's top financial platforms for SMEs and private accounts. Since then, we've expanded rapidly across Europe, earning the trust of over 500,000 customers — and with over €200 million raised and a valuation of €775 million, we're just getting started. We're building Vivid as an AI-native organization — across every function, from product to compliance to operations. Automation handles a growing share of day-to-day execution. For us, this means our teams can focus on architecture, strategy, and high-impact decision-making. This changes how we work: less manual execution, more ownership in building systems that scale. We want to help define what AI-native looks like in a regulated financial environment — and we're looking for people who want to build that future with us. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
