Account Executive (Full Sales Cycle) ? Trivium Group Job Description Location: Remote ? United States, Canada, or United Kingdom only Compensation: $145,000?$180,000 OTE ABOUT TRIVIUM Trivium Group is an Inc. 5000-ranked, Clutch Award-winning Amazon growth agency. We manage millions in ad spend and help brands scale profitably on the world's most competitive marketplace. Our closers don't take orders ? they own the number. This is a small, high-performing team. THE ROLE This is a full sales cycle seat, not a closer-only seat. Qualified leads come to you. Demand is inbound heavy, generated through our own paid marketing across Amazon, Meta and Google, so warm leads land on your calendar ? you don't have to find it. But if your calendar is light, you do not sit and wait. You work the list, you set your own calls, and you get the deal on the books. We are hiring someone hungry: someone who sees a lead and lets nothing get in the way of closing it and collecting the cash. You own the deal end to end: outreach and call-setting when needed, discovery, audit review, proposal, objection handling, close, and cash collection. Deals are monthly retainers in the $3,000?$7,000/month range, sold to e-commerce owners and operators. Who you'll be selling to: e-commerce entrepreneurs whose businesses range from a couple million a year to a couple million a month. You need to be able to hold a sales conversation with them as a peer ? without pedestalizing them. YOUR NUMBER Cash collected is the #1 KPI. Not calls booked, not proposals sent, not pipeline created ? cash collected. Close rate, average deal size, speed to close, and pipeline hygiene all support that one number. WHAT YOU'LL DO ? Run the full cycle on inbound and referred demand ? first call to signature to payment. ? Set your own calls when the calendar has room. Follow up relentlessly on no-shows, stalls, and old leads. ? Diagnose a prospect's e-commerce business live on the call and connect it to what we do. ? Build and present proposals for monthly retainers, handle objections, and get signatures. ? Own collection ? a signed deal that doesn't pay is not a closed deal. ? Keep the CRM clean and current: every deal, every next step, every dollar. ? Work with the delivery team so what you sell is what gets delivered. WHO THIS IS NOT FOR ? You only work leads that are already on your calendar. ? You need a manager to tell you what to do each morning. ? You cut corners on admin ? CRM notes, Slack updates, end-of-day reports. ? Your experience is one-call, one-time-payment consumer sales with no retainer track record. ? You avoid the money conversation. OUTCOMES & KPIS Steady state, after ramp: ? $30,000+ in new MRR cash collected per month, minimum. ? 6?8 closed retainers per month, at a $4,000?$5,000/month average deal size. ? 100% of signed deals paid ? a signed deal that doesn't pay is not a closed deal. ? 25%+ live call close rate (calls held to signed). ? Speed to close: first call to signature within 14 days on qualified deals. ? Average deal size held at or above $4,000/month. ? Supported by 4?5 qualified calls a day, 5 days a week (about 100 held calls a month), with enough open calendar space to absorb full inbound demand and self-set calls when the calendar is light. TIME & LOCATION ? Full time, 30?40 hours a week, with freedom to build your own schedule ? as long as there's enough open calendar space to hold 4?5 calls a day. ? Available on Slack during core US business hours daily. Requirements WHAT YOU NEED This is a senior, high-trust seat, and we are being deliberatel

As a Senior Cloud Product Manager at Contabo, you're stepping into a role that doesn't come around often: you help build a new product from the ground up – a greenfield venture inside an established company, expanding our portfolio into a new market segment. You are the voice of the market and our customers: you establish feedback channels with customer and support teams, translate market and customer needs into a compelling product vision, and take end-to-end ownership of the product roadmap – from high-level planning through prioritisation to delivery, in close alignment with our PMO. You work in a small, focused team of experts where speed matters: build fast, test fast, learn fast – with AI tools firmly embedded in our daily work, enabling the pace a venture like this demands. You refine ideas until the development teams can implement them with confidence, sequence roadmap items for maximum impact, and shape the best possible user experience together with your UX tandem partner. You don't shy away from technical discussions – you seek them out: you understand the product architecture across the full stack and keep asking "why" until even hidden blockers are on the table – and resolved quickly. Because the product is new but the company isn't, you hook into existing processes – in finance and infrastructure, for example – and build new ones where gaps remain. You present progress and updates to stakeholders across development, sales, support, marketing, and leadership, acting as their central point of contact. In the medium term, you establish a product-driven roadmap spanning at least two years, along with KPIs that make the platform's success measurable. The role is built for a high degree of autonomy: you report directly to the Head of Product and work independently, driven by results – with no micromanagement, in either direction. What convinces us Your personality, paired with: Extensive senior-level experience in product management, ideally in a cloud or IT infrastructure environment Proven end-to-end ownership of a product roadmap – from strategy through to delivery, not just in a supporting role A solid technical understanding of cloud-native architecture (containers, Kubernetes, microservices, cloud infrastructure) – you can hold your own in discussions with developers Experience with data-driven prioritisation and A/B testing, as well as agile frameworks (Scrum or similar) Proven experience acting as the central point of contact between engineering, sales, support, and leadership Confident, natural use of AI tools in your daily work – from product ideation to everyday tasks A high degree of independence and composure in a greenfield environment full of ambiguity – you don't need a task list, you create it The ability to quickly build deep understanding of new domains, products, and technologies Experience with pricing and packaging (a plus) Professional fluency in English (our working language); German language skills, product management certifications (e.g. CSPO, Pragmatic Institute), and a degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering are a plus Awesome Prospects At Contabo, we are constantly evolving. Our growth creates space for new ideas, ownership, and real impact for people who want to make a difference. What defines us is trust, direct communication, and an open feedback culture. We believe the best solutions are built together and that everyone has the opportunity to contribute, grow, and leave their own footprint. Additionally, we offer: Work the way that fits your life – Remote or hybrid with flexible hours for a healthy work-life balance and the same technical equipment at home as in the office Experience real freedom – Workation across the EU and in our summer office in Mallorca Stay active and healthy – Access to EGYM Wellpass and thousands of fitness and wellness facilities Enjoy exclusive perks – Attractive discounts on many products and services through our corporate benefits program Recharge your energy – 30 days of vacation plus additional days off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Give back – An extra day off to get involved in social activities through our Volunteer Day Make an impact – Take ownership and bring your ideas to life with real creative freedom Keep growing – Individual professional and personal development opportunities in an innovative tech environment Feel comfortable where you work – Modern, conveniently located offices across our European locations Be part of a diverse team – Work in an international environment shaped by diversity Create lasting memories – Company events and team activities you won't forget How to reach us If you have any questions, you can reach out to Max by email at . Kraken Utilities Our tech platform 'Kraken' is already licensed to support 80 million customer accounts globally, and we aim to serve 100 million by 2027. Kraken is the most AI-driven, innovative, forward-thinking platform for energy management. From optimising resources to delivering cost-effective, exceptional customer experiences through advanced Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications. We're now charging the Kraken platform to other utility industries (Water and Broadband) and have created a new team called - Kraken Utilities. Over the last 3 years we have built this team from scratch to re-architect, design, and develop our Kraken software platform to solve complex industry wide problems within the water and broadband sectors (such as customer experience & water leak detection). The Kraken Utilities team is in a very exciting growth phase, and has already signed six key clients: Severn Trent, Leep, Portsmouth Water, Essential Energy, TalkTalk, and Cuckoo. We are currently 120+ people strong globally. Our Technology Team has grown extremely quickly as a result, tripling in size within the last 18 months. With this rapid growth and the strong backing of our leadership, we are entering an exciting phase of becoming increasingly product-led and value-driven. We operate in a complex enterprise software market with large, high-profile clients. Therefore, we need PMs with a dual mindset: the strategic vision to proactively discover and solve deep industry problems, coupled with the rigorous execution skills required to steer massive, business-critical client migrations onto our platform. We will give you the space to do real product work, while trusting you to deliver on our most vital enterprise commitments. We operate with a high-trust, high-autonomy model. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives when given a complex problem and the freedom to solve it their way, working methodically to ensure projects go from inception to completion. You will act as the glue across multiple teams, putting the customer first and working empathetically to deliver the best possible solutions. About the team: We're currently providing licences of our platform to serve the water and broadband industries and have created a new team - Kraken Utilities. Over the last year, we have built this team from scratch to re-architect, design, and develop our Kraken software platform to solve complex industry-wide problems within these sectors (such as transforming customer experience & water leak detection software). The Kraken Utilities team is in a very exciting growth phase. We are currently 100+ people (engineers, product, implementation, design, strategy) supported by the 1500+ people in the wider Kraken world. This role will join as a Product Manager focused specifically on the water industry—working in a tight-knit team and collaborating closely with our engineering, implementation, and strategy groups. What you'll do: Proactive Discovery: Act as a product-led PM. You won't just manage a backlog; you will proactively drive discovery, identify underlying customer problems, and figure out how to scale and grow your products to deliver massive value. Rigorous Delivery & Migrations: Balance your product vision with the realities of enterprise software. You will help steer significant migrations onto the Kraken platform, ensuring high-stakes, highly complex projects are delivered methodically and successfully for our clients. End-to-End Autonomy: You will be handed high-level business goals, not step-by-step instructions. You are expected to autonomously navigate ambiguity, prioritise your team's work, and drive solutions from initial inception to a successful rollout. Data-Driven Impact: Leverage data rigorously to spot new product opportunities and actively measure the impact of what your team delivers. You ensure we are building for measurable outcomes, not just shipping features. Embrace New Technologies: You naturally integrate modern tools (including AI) to accelerate your work and explore how new technologies can enhance our product. Support the Frontline: Partner with customer teams working on front-line support to quickly triage operational issues, using these insights to continuously improve the platform. What you'll have: The Enterprise/Product Balance: A proven track record in B2B product management (ideally enterprise software). You understand the delicate balance between pushing a visionary product roadmap and delivering on critical, heavy-lift client commitments. (While we anticipate this usually takes 3 to 5 years of experience, we care far more about your actual impact, high agency, and capability than a strict number of years on your CV). Structured Thinking: Attention to detail and thinking in systems, both are vital for managing complex, high-volume, business-critical products and large-scale migrations in a dynamic environment. Strategic Prioritisation: A history of confidently managing competing demands. You recognise what needs to be done immediately to achieve our goals and have the autonomy to say "no" to distractions. Tenacity and a "Just Do It" Attitude: You don't give up at the first hurdle. You are willing to dive deep, get your hands dirty, and push through blockers and failures to deliver real impact. For example, if a complex issue arises, you familiarise with the relevant domain, find a way to collect associated data, troubleshoot, and liaise with relevant parties throughout. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to interact seamlessly with people of varying technical backgrounds. You are a great listener who can spot and harness fantastic ideas from anywhere inside and outside of the business. You understand that leveraging AI and scaling complex systems for large enterprises increases the need for exceptional, structured documentation to guide engineering and ensure system integrity. Industry experience: Previous experience in the water industry or other utilities is a bonus, but not a requirement.
