Senior Mobile Product Engineer, Ambient AI
AthelasMountain View, United States48 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid$500,000 - $500,000 / Year
javascripttypescriptswiftdartflutterci/cd+6

At Commure, we're building the AI Operating System for healthcare, the foundation that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Our platform spans the full care journey: Ambient AI and Dictation eliminating documentation burden at the point of care, intelligent Agents automating patient and revenue workflows, and autonomous RCM processing billions in claims, all on a single AI-native platform integrated with 60+ EHRs. Healthcare carries a $1 trillion administrative burden and we're at the center of transforming it. Today, 500,000+ clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide trust Commure to handle $25B+ in annual claims and support over 200 million patient interactions. Our latest $70M raise at a $7B valuation reflects the confidence the market has placed in this mission. We've also been named to the Fortune Future 50 list and the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards for "Overall NLP Company of the Year." Our team works directly alongside clinicians, not through layers of process, which means the gap between what you build and its impact on patient care is immediate. We move fast, deploy daily, and take full ownership from early thinking to production. If you're energized by hard problems, high stakes, and a team that holds itself to a high bar, you'll find your people here. The future of healthcare is being built right now. Come deliver this transformation. About The Role We're building a next-generation ambient AI platform for healthcare, helping clinicians focus on patient care by automatically capturing, understanding, and structuring clinical conversations in real time. Mobile is at the center of this experience. Our apps support clinicians throughout their workflows, from capturing long-form conversations and reviewing AI-generated documentation to completing follow-up actions and coordinating care. We're hiring a Mobile Product Engineer to help shape and build these experiences. You'll own meaningful product areas from idea to launch, working closely with product, design, AI, and backend teams to turn emerging technology into intuitive, dependable mobile workflows. This role is for an engineer who thinks deeply about the people using the product, not only whether a feature works, but whether it feels fast, clear, trustworthy, and natural in a clinical environment. You'll spend most of your time building product experiences and owning the end to end delivery of these novel AI first workflows. Your work may also involve native mobile infrastructure challenges, and solving them to allow the product to scale. Our mobile application is primarily built in Flutter, with native Swift/iOS integrations where platform-specific capabilities are required. Flutter experience is helpful but not required. We value strong mobile product judgment, native platform depth, and the ability to learn across the stack. What You'll Do Build and own high-impact mobile experiences for clinicians, from early product exploration through launch, measurement, and iteration. Develop new interaction patterns for AI-native healthcare software, including: Real-time transcription and ambient documentation AI-assisted review, editing, and clinical workflows Multimodal inputs and intelligent recommendations Agentic actions that help clinicians complete work Offline and low-connectivity care experiences Work closely with clinicians, product managers, and designers to understand real-world workflows and translate them into simple, thoughtful mobile experiences. Partner with AI and backend engineers to bring model capabilities into production in ways that are responsive, understandable, and trustworthy. Contribute across our Flutter application and its native Swift/iOS integrations. Own the quality of what you ship, including performance, accessibility, reliability, analytics, testing, observability, and release readiness. Prototype quickly, learn from real usage, and refine experiences based on qualitative and quantitative feedback. Help shape mobile product and technical strategy as the Ambient AI product line grows. Mentor other engineers and raise the bar for mobile engineering, product thinking, and craft across the team. Occasionally contribute to adjacent surfaces such as our web application or Chrome extension when a workflow spans platforms. What You Have 4+ years of professional mobile development experience, with meaningful ownership of user-facing products or features. Deep experience in iOS, Android, or cross-platform mobile development. Strong native expertise in Swift/iOS, including platform conventions, app lifecycle, permissions, background execution, and performance. Experience working in or a willingness to ramp onto a Flutter-based codebase. A track record of taking mobile experiences from ambiguous ideas to polished, production-ready products. Strong product judgment and attention to interaction details, usability, performance, and overall craft. An understanding that reliability is part of the user experience, particularly for workflows involving recording, connectivity, background execution, or sensitive data. Experience collaborating closely with product, design, backend, data, or AI teams. Comfort moving between product features and the underlying mobile systems required to support them. An ownership mindset and bias for action. You identify important problems, create clarity, and drive work through completion. Nice to Haves Experience building AI-native, conversational, or real-time product experiences. Experience with audio or video capture, streaming, transcription, or background recording. Experience with offline-first applications, sync engines, resilient local persistence, or conflict handling. Flutter and Dart experience, including Riverpod or similar state-management patterns. Experience designing or contributing to mobile design systems and reusable component libraries. Familiarity with mobile experimentation, product analytics, and measuring feature adoption or usability. Experience improving startup time, responsiveness, memory usage, battery consumption, or crash rates. Experience with mobile observability, CI/CD, testing, release automation, or App Store and Play Store workflows. Exposure to healthcare, HIPAA, SOC 2, privacy, security, or other regulated environments. Light JavaScript, TypeScript, Chrome extension, or web application experience. Why Join Build a product that directly gives clinicians more time to focus on their patients. Create new mobile interaction patterns at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and real-world clinical workflows. Work across the full product lifecycle, from understanding user problems to shipping and improving the experience. Solve distinctive mobile challenges involving real-time audio, offline behavior, multimodal AI, and agentic workflows. Have meaningful influence over mobile product direction, technical architecture, and engineering culture. Join at a stage where individual engineers can shape both what we build and how we build it. Grow into broader mobile product or technical leadership as the team and product expand. Please be aware that all official communication from us will come exclusively from email addresses ending in @ commure.com . Any emails from other domains are not affiliated with our organization. Employees will act in accordance with the organization's information security policies, to include but not limited to protecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference nor execute particular security processes or activities. Employees will report to the information security office any confirmed or potential events or other risks to the organization. Employees will be required to attest to these requirements upon hire and on an annual basis. Compensation Range: $170K - $230K

About JetBrains Air JetBrains has been building developer tools since 2000 — including IntelliJ IDEA, Kotlin, TeamCity, and more, now trusted by 15M+ developers at 287K companies worldwide. The company is 100% private, profitable, and driven by a single thesis: great tools make developers better. Air is what JetBrains is building next: an agentic development environment where multiple AI agents run tasks in parallel while the developer stays in control. It's a genuinely new kind of developer tool — spanning a native desktop app, an expanding web experience, and cloud-based automations. It's the next frontier after IDEs: not just helping developers write code, but helping them orchestrate it. The Air design team is two people now — and you'd be the third. Your primary focus will be the web surface and the automations sub-team : an emerging part of the product that is ready for dedicated design ownership, with a real opportunity to raise the bar and shape the experience from the ground up. What you'll be working on Design the web interface for Air: team management, automation setup, and a results overview Shape the design process for the automations sub-team, working directly with developers to establish review and handoff practices You decide what gets built. You turn a vague product direction into scope, a plan and a shipped surface, and you say no to the rest. Own how the design system evolves across web and desktop: what belongs in it, what stays local, how two surfaces stay one product. Vibe-code and use AI for prototyping when it helps move ideas forward faster Participate in cross-team demos and quarterly planning, bringing a design perspective to where Air should go next What you need 7+ years of product design experience, with great examples of delivering results that impact the business. Ownership instinct. You see features through from design to production. Delivery is part of your definition of done. Excellent cross-team project delivery. You can work with limited context, clarify what matters, define the scope, and move projects forward across teams without needing constant hand-holding. Active AI user. You use AI tools in your design workflow. You've experimented with building or prototyping with Cursor, Claude, or similar. This market moves weekly; you should too. Solid Figma skills. Proficient with components, tokens/variables, and design systems — you can navigate an existing UI kit, understand how it works, and contribute new components as the product grows. Nice to have: Experience with developer-focused products or technical tooling (IDEs, dashboards, data tools) Experience with vibe-coding, design engineering, or code-level prototypes Familiarity with agentic or AI-native interface patterns — trust signals, human-in-the-loop, error handling at scale What you get Rare product scope. Work on a product that could define the next generation of developer tooling — small team, direct impact, decisions that ship fast. JetBrains' culture. Engineering-first, quality-focused, 100% private. No VC pressure, no artificial growth targets. Competitive compensation and benefits — location-dependent, with a full breakdown available on request. Who We Are AI is changing how software gets built. Code production is becoming a commodity. The focus is shifting from writing code to specifying, orchestrating, verifying, and governing change – and the toolchain is the new constraint. We are at the center of this shift. We build Develocity, a toolchain observability and intelligence platform used by some of the world's leading software organizations – Netflix, Airbnb, Spotify, SAP, major global banks, and hundreds more. Develocity helps software teams achieve delivery excellence through deep observability, build and test acceleration, and AI-powered intelligence across the entire toolchain – with support for Gradle Build Tool, Apache Maven™, sbt, npm, Python, and Bazel. We are an AI-native company. AI is not a feature we're bolting on – it's central to how we work, how we think about our product, and where we're heading. Develocity encodes a decade of build and test expertise into a context engineering layer: the ground truth AI agents need to change code safely, and the governance to attribute and gate that change at machine speed. Trust, evidence, and explainability are at the core of everything we build. We have partnered with the Apache Software Foundation, the Commonhaus Foundation, the Micronaut Foundation, and other OSS projects such as Spring, Quarkus, Kotlin, JUnit, AndroidX, and many more to bring the values of Develocity also to the OSS Community. Our Values Seek to Understand: Everything starts with listening and understanding, and we strive to understand different viewpoints, problems, and motivations. Before we take action, we ensure we truly grasp the challenges, perspectives, and goals. Know the Why : We approach our work with a clear sense of purpose, ensuring every step is deliberate and focused. We take meaningful action with urgency, but never at the expense of thoughtful consideration. Innovate & Iterate : We embrace challenges and are not afraid to try new things, even if they might fail. With deep understanding and a clear purpose, we can develop creative and bold solutions to tackle challenges. Own the Outcome: We are empowered to take initiative and we maintain transparency in our work and its outcomes. When we execute, we take responsibility for our decisions, measure the success of our innovations, and learn from the results. Senior iOS Developer - Berlin
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
swiftdatadoggraphqlrestswiftuiarchitecture

About RA Resident Advisor has been a home for electronic music culture since 2001. Event discovery, ticketing, news and long-form editorial, artist profiles, original films, and a weekly mix series two decades deep. Around 7 million people use the web platform every month, with a wider audience across our apps and other channels. Underneath the platform sits a network of contributors and city managers across dozens of cities, which is how we stay connected to the scenes we cover rather than reporting on them from a distance. RA is 25 years old, independent, B.Corp certified and intent on being indispensable to the artists, promoters and audiences who make this culture. The role You'll be a senior engineer on the RA Guide iOS app: shaping how it's built, leading the technical design of larger features, and raising the bar on quality with the Apps lead. RA Guide is RA's app for browsing events and buying tickets, native on iOS and Android and used by thousands of people every day. We also make RA Scan, a cross-platform app promoters use to scan tickets at the door. You'll join the Apps team: the Apps lead (who also builds on iOS), an Android developer and a product manager, working closely with design and the web teams who build the APIs the app uses. We release weekly. Native releases can't be rolled back once they're out, so we care about getting each one right: tests, careful review, and watching what happens after release. Responsibilities Lead the technical design of larger features, including the specs that line up iOS and Android on the same APIs Own areas of the codebase, and modernise older parts of it safely Raise release quality: automated UI tests on native frameworks, crash analysis and monitoring Review code and mentor other developers Work with the web and platform teams on the APIs the app depends on Help shape how the team uses AI in development, and where it shouldn't. Who we are looking for Several years building and releasing iOS apps used at scale Deep experience with Swift, app architecture and refactoring code that's already live Testing and coding habits for stable app releases You make the developers around you better, through review, pairing and clear explanation You can explain a technical trade-off to product and design in plain terms If you meet most of these but not all, we'd still like to hear from you. We'll help you grow into the rest. Nice to have SwiftUI, reactive programming and GraphQL A/B testing, phased rollouts and data tracking Monitoring tools such as Datadog Android or cross-platform experience An interest in electronic music and the scenes RA serves What we offer you Generous annual leave policies aimed at promoting work-life balance. Matched pension, or 401k for US staff. Comprehensive staff wellbeing initiatives, featuring regular activities and workplace programmes to support mental and physical health. This includes discounted ClassPass memberships and custom-fitted earplugs. Company-led social events, team lunches, and discounts on merch. Paid annual volunteering allowance, encouraging contributions to community projects and charities you care about. A transparent internal company culture committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (see: https://ra.co/about/diversity ). Active involvement in community projects within the electronic music community (see: https://ra.co/about/community ). More about RA We are independent and we intend to stay that way. 25 years in, RA answers to the culture it came from rather than to outside stakeholders. That is what enables us to make decisions on a long-term basis. Our staff, contributors and international teams are not observers. They are part of the scenes we cover, and that is what we hire for. Craft first, and then a genuine stake in this music rather than just a job in it. RA has been B Corp certified since 2024, which holds us to standards on social and environmental impact we would want to meet regardless of the badge. We especially welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, abilities, ethnicities, experiences, gender identities, and sexual orientations. Our values Electronic music is art. We celebrate the progressive values that underpin electronic music. We advocate for a more inclusive and equitable electronic music community. We honour the past, present and future of electronic music. We use innovation to empower the community. We choose honesty over gain and purpose over profit. We're always front left. This role is a full-time based in our Berlin office. Please note: this position requires applicants to be based in Berlin and to work from the office three days per week. The annual salary range for this role is €70,000- €85,000. If you have questions about the role, please contact Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
