Enterprise Account Executive (UK/EU)

Full TimeFully RemoteDirector

ABOUT NASH Nash is last-mile delivery infrastructure. We help the world's largest retailers and commerce companies orchestrate, optimize, and manage their delivery operations. Founded in San Francisco in 2021, backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator, Nash works with enterprise customers across North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. Our platform sits at the center of complex delivery operations: connecting carriers, optimizing routes, managing fleets, and giving operators the visibility and control they need to run delivery at scale. We're not a marketplace. We're the infrastructure layer that makes the whole system work. Every enterprise customer presents a different operational reality. A grocery chain running same-day delivery from hundreds of stores has different constraints than a retailer consolidating three carrier networks into one. Nash doesn't sell a fixed product off a price sheet. We design and configure solutions around how each customer actually operates, then deploy with dedicated engineering and product support. The sales process is inseparable from the solution design process. THE OPPORTUNITY Nash has an established and growing UK and European business anchored by strategic enterprise work in the UK. The next phase is building a repeatable enterprise revenue engine across the region, and that starts with this role. You'll own a set of named enterprise accounts across the UK and Europe's grocery, retail, convenience, pharmacy, quick commerce, and logistics sectors, and run the full sales cycle: identifying the right targets, opening doors, running discovery, shaping the solution with our product team, negotiating, and closing. This is a quota-carrying role with real support behind it, from product and engineering through to regional leadership, in a market where delivery has moved from an afterthought to core infrastructure. Deals at Nash aren't won on features. A signed partnership here means you understood a customer's operation deeply enough to design something they couldn't build with their current stack, and you built the commercial case that made the investment obvious. WHAT YOU'LL DO BUILD PIPELINE FROM ZERO Build and manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities across the UK and Europe. That means identifying and prioritizing named accounts, developing a high-touch plan for each one, and running a disciplined outbound motion: strategic networking, targeted outreach, and well-prepared first meetings. Nash already works with one of the UK's leading grocery retailers. Your job is to convert that credibility into new partnerships, account by account. RUN FULL SALES CYCLES, END TO END Own each opportunity from first conversation to signed partnership. Each deal starts with understanding a customer's delivery operation in detail: how orders flow, which carriers run which zones, where manual workarounds mask systemic problems, what their cost structure actually looks like. From there you shape the proposal with Nash's product and engineering teams: which products apply, how they integrate with existing systems, what the deployment sequence looks like, what outcomes the customer should expect and when. Then you negotiate and close. BUILD EXECUTIVE RELATIONSHIPS Establish and grow C-level relationships within your named accounts. Enterprise buying in the UK and Europe runs on structured procurement as much as relationships: RFPs, security reviews, data protection assessments, pilots with defined success criteria. You know how to build champions who carry a deal through that process rather than around it. You'll also spend real time in the field, with operators as well as executives, because the people running the delivery operation day to day are the ones who tell you where the deal actually is. RUN A DISCIPLINED PIPELINE Maintain accurate pipeline data, deal stages, forecasts, and next steps in the CRM. Feed what you learn in the field back to product and marketing: which objections repeat, where competitors win, what the market is asking for that we don't build yet. Your deal notes shape our roadmap. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 6 months: A qualified pipeline of named enterprise accounts with clear next steps and honest stage data First new deals closed or in final stages A documented outbound playbook for the region: messaging, sequencing, and what converts Strong working relationships with Nash's product and engineering teams First 12 months: Meaningful new revenue closed against quota, with complex, high-value transactions in the mix Multi-threaded executive relationships across your account set A repeatable enterprise sales motion for the UK and Europe that the next hire can run WHO YOU ARE You have 7+ years in a full-cycle, closing sales role, with a track record of consistent quota over-achievement on complex enterprise deals, including transactions of $1M+ ARR. You've owned C-level relationships, and you're comfortable building pipeline through your own outbound rather than waiting for marketing to hand it to you. You sell by understanding, not by pitching. When a Head of Supply Chain describes their delivery model, you listen for the constraints and trade-offs, not just the pain points. You ask the questions that uncover the real problem, and you can hold a technical conversation about integrations and deployment without handing it off. You communicate clearly at every level, from the C-suite to the engineers scoping the integration, and you can carry a complex value story without jargon. An existing network in UK or European retail, grocery, quick commerce, or logistics is valuable. Fluency in a major European language is a plus as we grow on the continent. A consulting or solution-engineering background is also a plus, not a prerequisite. What matters is that you've closed, repeatedly, in deals where the solution had to be designed rather than picked off a price sheet. This role is probably not right for: Sellers who need a mature playbook, an SDR team, and marketing-sourced pipeline. The support here is real, but the motion is build-it-yourself: you find the accounts, you open them, you close them. HOW THIS ROLE WORKS You join a small, high-performing UK/EU team alongside a Customer Success function and regional leadership. Nash is a startup. The team is lean. You'll have significant autonomy and direct access to Nash's founders, product leaders, and engineering team. That access isn't ceremonial. You'll be in product discussions regularly, shaping what Nash builds based on what you're learning in the field. The role is based in London, with regular travel across the UK and Europe. The first 90 days are weighted toward account mapping, first meetings, and pipeline build. Closing follows the work. More about Nash Nash is the platform that powers modern logistics. Commerce has inverted. For decades, customers came to where products and services were. Now products and services come to them, on their terms, in real time. That shift has turned every company into a logistics company, even though almost none of them were built to be one. Couriers, fleets, gig workers, parcel carriers, in-store labor, and increasingly autonomous systems all have to be coordinated in real time, against tighter windows and rising expectations, with hard-fought customer trust on the line. Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. Real-time, AI-native intelligence determines what should happen, operational control executes it, and the platform dynamically orchestrates capacity from any source: a company's own fleets, partners, or the Nash delivery network. Whether a job involves a courier, a gig driver, an internal fleet, a store employee, a technician, or an autonomous vehicle, Nash selects the right resource and manages execution through completion. We power delivery and logistics for some of the most recognizable brands in commerce, including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast. Over the next decade, logistics will become as foundational to commerce as payments, cloud, and connectivity. Nash is the platform that powers it. Nash was founded in 2021 by Mahmoud Ghulman (2x Founder, MIT) and Aziz Alghunaim (2x Founder, 2x YC, Ex-Palantir, MIT) and is backed by Y Combinator, a16z, and other top investors. We are headquartered in San Francisco. What You'll Love About Us ✅ Early-stage, well-funded startup – directly impact the company and grow your career! ✅ Quarterly broader team on-sites to bond with teammates ✅ Competitive compensation and opportunity for equity ✅ Flexible paid time off ✅ Health, dental, and vision insurance for US employees

Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics
InternshipFully RemoteSenior$145,000 - $145,000 / Year
pythongcpsqlbigquerydbtairflow+18

Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics Parsley Health · Finance · Remote US, with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones and NYC metro · Full-time About Parsley Health Parsley Health is rebuilding primary care around root-cause, whole-person medicine. Our members get board-certified clinicians, health coaches, advanced testing, and a care platform that connects the dots across all of it. We are a mostly virtual medical practice with care available across the country, and we recently expanded in-network access nationwide. As we grow, we are continuing to improve how we connect growth, care delivery, member experience, and financial performance so we can make better decisions and scale sustainably. About the role We are hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics to help us understand and improve the full revenue engine at Parsley Health. Our revenue model extends well beyond a traditional sales funnel. Marketing creates demand, Sales converts prospective members, Member Experience influences engagement and retention, clinician capacity affects how much care we can deliver, and billing and collections determine how effectively that care translates into revenue. This person will look across that entire system. You will help us understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what we should do next. That means digging into the data, reconciling situations where different teams or metrics are telling different stories, challenging assumptions, improving forecasts and reporting, and bringing the right people together when an issue crosses functional lines. This is a senior individual contributor role. You should be highly analytical and technically capable, including strong SQL skills and enough understanding of modern data infrastructure to investigate when the numbers do not look right. You do not need to be a data engineer. Deeper backend and infrastructure work will be supported by our Technology team and specialized partners. The role reports to Finance, with a strong dotted-line partnership to the CTO, and works closely with nearly all department leaders. This role is remote by default, with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones. Candidates in the New York City area will have opportunities to collaborate in person with executives, physicians, and other leaders at our Manhattan headquarters. What you'll do Own the view of our revenue engine: Connect performance across marketing, sales, member engagement, clinician capacity, visits, billing, collections, and financial results so leaders understand where revenue is growing, slowing, or leaking. Turn analysis into action: Investigate business questions, identify root causes, recommend what should change, and follow through with the relevant teams. Sometimes the right answer will be a reporting change. Other times it may be a process, forecast, operating assumption, or business decision. Reconcile conflicting stories: When Marketing, Sales, Clinical, MX, or Finance are seeing different versions of what is happening, dig into the underlying data and help the company get to a shared understanding. Improve forecasting and planning: Partner with Finance and functional leaders on forecasts across revenue, membership, conversion, clinician capacity, visit volume, retention, and collections. Challenge assumptions when operational data suggests a different outcome. Own BI and key business metrics: Maintain and improve our dashboards and recurring reporting, establish clear metric definitions and sources of truth, and change reporting processes when they are creating confusion or no longer helping the business make decisions. Improve growth analytics: Partner closely with our SVP of Marketing and Growth Product Manager to connect acquisition, lead quality, sales conversion, activation, engagement, retention, and downstream revenue. Connect care delivery and RCM to revenue: Help us understand how clinician capacity, utilization, visits, payer performance, billing, denials, collections, and other revenue cycle factors interact with the rest of the business, including data from our RCM and  clinical systems. Handle practical RevOps and BizOps needs: Own or triage recurring analytical and operational work such as commissions, KPI reporting, ad hoc business analysis, and other cross-functional questions that need a clear owner. Work directly with the data: Use SQL and our BI environment to investigate questions, validate assumptions, identify data quality issues, and chase down discrepancies before they become business decisions based on bad information. What success looks like Within your first year: Leadership has a clearer and more trusted view of revenue performance and the operational drivers behind it. Material risks and opportunities surfaced earlier, with clear recommendations about what to do next. Teams spend less time reconciling conflicting numbers and more time acting from shared metrics and assumptions. Revenue forecasts better reflect what is happening across acquisition, conversion, capacity, retention, billing, and collections. What we're looking for Required experience 6+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, business operations, revenue strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or a related role Experience owning cross-functional business problems rather than only producing analysis or reporting Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automation, or operational workflows Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently investigate complex datasets Experience with revenue forecasting, funnel analysis, operational metrics, or business performance analytics Experience translating data into clear recommendations and driving toward a decision or resolution Experience defining business metrics and creating consistent sources of truth across teams Comfort working with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or similar platforms Enough understanding of data pipelines and modern analytics infrastructure to investigate quality issues and work effectively with technical partners Strong communication skills and comfort challenging assumptions with senior leaders Strong judgment and curiosity, including knowing when the initial question is not the question the business actually needs answered Comfort operating independently in a small, fast-moving company Nice to have Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed technology company Experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare services, or another regulated environment Experience with revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or EMR data Experience with subscription, consumer, marketplace, or recurring revenue business models Experience using Python or another analytical scripting language Our analytics environment Our current environment includes tools such as Metabase, Fivetran, SQL, Python, GCP, Airflow, and Dataform / dbt , along with BigQuery . We care more about your ability to understand modern data systems, investigate issues, and learn our environment than whether you have used every specific tool in our stack. Compensation & Benefits Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair, and transparent compensation program for all employees. The starting salary for this role is between $145,000 and $170,000 , depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, scope, and internal equity relative to peers at the company. Benefits include Equity stake for all employees based on role level 401(k) + employer matching program Hybrid opportunity with remote work and time on site at our NYC HQ Complimentary Parsley Health Complete Care membership Subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance plan options Generous flexible time off plan Annual professional development stipend Annual wellness stipend Equal Opportunity Statement At Parsley Health we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. The more inclusive we are, the better we can serve our members. Important note In light of the recent increase in hiring scams, if you're selected to move onto the next phase of our hiring process, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to you directly from an @parsleyhealth.com email address to guide you through our interview process. Please note: We will never communicate with you via Microsoft Teams We will never ask for your bank account information at any point during the recruitment process We will never send you a check, electronic or physical, to purchase home office equipment We look forward to connecting.

About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) embeds with our most strategic customers to build production AI systems on Claude. The team takes on work where no playbook exists yet, turns what works into repeatable patterns for partners and our field teams, and brings what it learns back to Product and Research. Demand for FDE is well ahead of the team's capacity, and the team is growing quickly across the Americas, Europe and Asia. We're hiring a dedicated Strategy & Operations Lead for FDE. You'll be the strategy partner to FDE leadership and own the plan: headcount and capacity, the mix of work the team takes on, how engagements are priced and measured, and how more of the work moves to partners. You'll run the business reviews and build the reporting leadership uses to make these calls. You'll sit on our GTM Strategy & Operations team, dedicated full time to FDE. You'll work closely with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Operations, Partnerships and Applied AI, and with the FDE program leads who run pre-sales and delivery. This is a hands-on role. You'll build the models and dashboards yourself and use Claude to automate as much of the reporting as you can. Key responsibilities: Own the plan. Build FDE's annual and quarterly plan: headcount and hiring by region and role, capacity, utilization, and the mix of commercial, research and mission-driven engagements. Model demand and capacity. Build the demand, capacity and staffing models behind the plan, with scenarios leadership can use for hiring and prioritization decisions. Run the business reviews. Lead FDE's monthly and quarterly reviews. Set KPIs with FDE leadership, own the scorecard, and write the materials for GTM and company leadership. Build the reporting. Work with Revenue Operations and Data Science to get engagement, staffing and outcome data into our systems so reporting runs without manual work. Measure what engagements lead to: production launches, consumption, expansion, and patterns partners reuse. Shape the commercial model. Partner with Finance, Deal Desk and Legal on how FDE engagements are priced, packaged, discounted and contracted, and track the economics of the portfolio. Scale through partners. Build the plan and the economics for moving more work to delivery partners: which engagements partners own, co-deliver or get Anthropic advice on, what capacity they need, and how we measure their quality and cost. Design the org. Work with FDE leadership and People on new roles, manager spans and where new headcount lands as the team grows. Lead cross-functional projects. Take on questions that span Sales, Applied AI, Customer Success, Product and Research, from defining the problem through to a decision and a working process. Automate with Claude. Use Claude Code and agents to build and run the models, dashboards and workflows this role depends on. Minimum qualification: Have worked in strategy and operations, business operations, strategic finance or consulting, including direct work with a professional services, implementation, solutions engineering or forward deployed team Understand how a services business makes and loses money: utilization, staffing mix, rates, backlog and margin, and how they connect to customer outcomes Can build a capacity or staffing model from scratch, explain every assumption in it, and pull the data yourself with SQL Have run planning cycles and business reviews for a senior leader and written the materials yourself Have taken an unclear question to a recommendation, a decision and a process that other teams still use Earn the trust of senior technical and commercial leaders and can influence them without direct authority Are comfortable working fast with imperfect data and simple processes that you improve as you go Use AI tools in your own work today and want to push that much further Are excited about Anthropic's mission to build AI that is safe and beneficial Preferred qualification: 10+ years in GTM strategy and operations, business operations or consulting Built the operations of a professional services or FDE team through a period of fast growth Worked on services pricing, statements of work and deal terms with Finance and Legal Built or managed delivery partner programs, including subcontracting, co-delivery and partner economics Experience in a consumption or usage-based business, including tying services work to product usage Enough technical fluency to talk with engineers about how LLM applications are built (agents, evals, MCP) Experience with Salesforce and professional services automation (PSA) tools Experience at an AI, cloud or developer infrastructure company Experience preparing materials for executive and board audiences The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $270,000 — $310,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit  anthropic.com/careers  directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. About the role As a Network Deployment and Maintenance Lead within Anthropic's Data Center Operations (DCO) organization, you will ensure the network inside our data halls is brought online and kept healthy across a growing fleet of partner-operated data centers. The scope is the network within and between data halls: the cluster network, management, telemetry, accelerator chip back-end networks, aggregation layer(s), as well as the cabling, optics, and switching around them. On the deployment side, you are engaged during planning and construction, and will be on site during late-stage construction through network delivery and receiving, cabling, integration, turn-up, validation, and acceptance. You will be the on site lead for structured handover of network delivery into production operations. On the maintenance side, you drive the network repair program including: break-fix and ticket flow, vendor RMA, sparing policies, and the SLAs which operations partners execute against. Finally, some of this work touches core networks, where you will partner with Anthropics WAN/Core network team to support campus/DC core network deployment and maintenance activities.   This is a program and execution role. You will work with the Global Capacity Delivery Program Leads, the Repairs Program Leads, and the broader Data Center Operations organization to extend network coverage across more sites and platforms as the fleet grows. Expect 50%+ travel: you get eyes on the floor at each site during network delivery, turn-up, QA, and close-out, and at sites where repair performance needs attention. Your authority comes from being on site where you foster strong relationships with on site teams. Working with third party vendors and partners, you set direction, priorities, and standards for execution. Success is defined against Anthropic-owned ticket and telemetry data you've built rather than self-reported status. If you have deployed and maintained data center networks at scale, are passionate about hyperscale data centers, & enjoy working in complex, fast-paced environments, we welcome you to apply. Responsibilities Include: Own network deployment outcomes for your assigned sites and data-hall waves: DCN, management, telemetry, Accelerator chip back-end networks, aggregation layer(s) turned up and accepted on schedule, with exceptions closed out, or risk called early enough for leadership to act. Engage from construction kickoff and confirm network readiness ahead of each wave: pathways and fiber trays, cabling and optics on hand, receiving paths, and partner staffing, working the gaps with the site operations partner and facilities counterparts before gear arrives. Be on site at key points during network delivery, cabling, turn-up, QA, and close-out; verify the work with your own eyes rather than from a dashboard, and support the on-site teams with your direct expertise. Validate the handover gate for each network build: cabling and link validation complete, acceptance criteria met, documentation delivered, spares positioned, ticketing live, and a structured handover into production operations and the repair program. Own the network repair program across the fleet: repair SLAs, prioritization, and escalation paths for switches, optics, and cabling, with turnaround time and backlog tracked in Anthropic-owned ticket and telemetry dashboards. Manage RMA and spares for network gear with vendors and site operations partners, including warranty claims, return cycle times, and spares levels by site and part, so that parts availability never gates a repair SLA. Lead the operating cadence with partner site leads, including weekly deployment and repair reviews and scorecards; analyze failure patterns and drive corrective actions with network engineering, suppliers, and the WAN/Core teams when the core network/MMR is involved. Turn lessons from each deployment and repair into program standards (procedures, checklists, acceptance criteria, and metrics), and communicate status, dependencies, and risk to engineering, capacity planning, and leadership. You may be a good fit if you: Have 8+ years of experience in data center operations or network deployment as a manager, technical lead or related role, including accountability for delivery milestones and production availability. Can demonstrate a proven track record leading data center network deployments at a large scale across multiple sites or data-hall waves, from early floor access through turn-up and acceptance. Have run break-fix or repair programs for network hardware, including ticket flow, RMA, and spares, and managed vendors, OEMs, or contract workforces to measurable outcomes: milestones, SLAs, quality gates, operational reviews, and corrective action. Possess hands-on technical depth in data center networking, including switches, structured cabling, fiber, and optics, enough to independently verify turn-up and repair quality and audit vendor claims. Have built or substantially improved operational processes. Are comfortable working with schedule, ticket, telemetry, and inventory data to drive decisions. Can travel heavily and work on site for extended stretches, including during delivery surges and turn-up windows. 50% travel expected.  Possess a bachelor's degree in relevant domain or equivalent practical experience. It's a bonus if you have: Experience with dense accelerator networks, including high-speed interconnect, optics, and cabling at rack and pod scale. Experience standing up network operations at a new site or data hall, from commissioning handoff through first turn-up. Experience managing RMA and warranty programs with network OEMs, including failure analysis and supplier quality engagement. Experience delivering deployment and repair outcomes inside partner-operated or colocation sites where on-the-floor operations are staffed via third parties. Familiarity with meet-me room and WAN bring-up, and with the handoffs between in-hall and building-level network teams. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.  For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $320,000 — $405,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
