Senior Partnerships Manager: Media & Editorial (f/m/d)
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
llmrestmental healthcpaexcelseo+4

Purpose of Position Awin's Unlock the Clock (UTC) programme is building the evidence base and infrastructure to move measurement beyond last click, using deterministic, CDN/edge-level signals and advanced data connections from publishers to show the full-funnel and AI-discovery influence that today's attribution misses. The value of that dataset scales with the quality and scale of the publishers inside it. This role exists to acquire and retain those publishers. The Senior Partnerships Manager, Media & Data owns the end-to-end pursuit of medium-to-large global media publications and publisher groups, from first conversation to signature, to live, verified data flowing, and is responsible for building the commercial value exchange that makes Awin the leading partner for a premium publisher to work with. The focus in year one is a small number of flagship, tier-one lighthouse partnerships that prove the model and become the reference cases the rest of the market follows. This is a new, dedicated role. It is not general publisher account management: the postholder is hired to spearhead these relationships and nothing else. Key Responsibilities Land flagship media partnerships Build and own a global target list of medium-to-large media publications and publisher groups whose audience, content and commerce activity make them high-value contributors to Awin's deterministic dataset. Own the full pursuit cycle for those targets: identify, qualify, pitch, negotiate, close and hand into onboarding, personally leading senior conversations with commercial, ecommerce, editorial and digital leadership. Deliver a defined number of tier-one lighthouse partnerships in year one: signed tracking addendum, technically onboarded, and verifiably recording events at agreed volume and quality thresholds. Convert those wins into reference cases, including case studies, joint narratives and referenceable contacts, that materially shorten the sales cycle for the next tranche of publishers. Build the publisher value proposition Own and continuously sharpen the answer to "what's in it for the publisher": the commercial, editorial and strategic reasons a premium media owner shares CDN and wider data signals with Awin. Construct and negotiate the value exchange, including new revenue lines, advertiser demand, insight and benchmarking, or commercial terms Work with Product, Marketing and the workstream owners to translate AI-visibility and full-funnel capability into publisher-facing propositions, collateral and retailer pricing Help each partner build their own value proposition, so the publisher has something new and differentiated to sell to advertisers, not simply a new tag on their site. Equip partners to sell that proposition through joint collateral, benchmarks, proof points and training for their commercial and editorial teams. Feed publisher objections, commercial expectations and market intelligence back into the project roadmap so the product earns the deals rather than the deals stretching the product. Own the technical and contractual path to live Run the integration conversation with publishes, covering CDN/edge worker or plugin deployment, tag and consent implications, data scope and page performance, with Awin product brought in for deep technical detail. Own the commercial and legal process end to end, including tracking addendum, data-sharing terms, privacy and consent positions, working with Legal and Privacy to reach repeatable rather than bespoke agreements. Hold partners accountable to going live and staying live, tracking signed-to-verified-event conversion Global reach and internal leadership Operate globally from day one across UK, EU and US, coordinating with local Awin market and Publisher Development teams and identified regional representatives rather than duplicating them. Act as the single point of accountability and internal voice for media partner acquisition within the project: represent the workstream in relevant forums and provide clear, honest pipeline and progress reporting to SteerCo level. Partner with the advertiser-facing teams so publisher supply and advertiser demand are sequenced together: the data has to be sold on as well as signed up. Represent Awin externally at key industry events, conferences and partner forums to promote Unlock the Clock and Awin's fuller-funnel measurement strategy to the media community. Build the playbook: document what works, so the model can be scaled by others and, in time, by a small team reporting into this role. Success measures (first 12 months) Signed and live tier-one lighthouse partnerships against an agreed target, evidenced by verified event volume A qualified, weighted global pipeline of medium-to-large media groups with credible forward visibility. A repeatable publisher proposition and commercial framework: not a series of bespoke negotiations. Partner-facing value propositions live in market, with at least two partners actively selling an Awin-enabled proposition of their own. Referenceable partners willing to advocate publicly, at least one flagship case study in market, and Awin represented on stage at relevant industry events. Measurable advertiser-side pull-through from the partnerships landed, agreed jointly with the advertiser teams. Key Skills 7+ years in commercial, partnership or account leadership roles, with a significant portion earned publisher-side or media-owner-side. An established personal network of senior contacts across the media and publishing world that can be activated from day one. This is a prerequisite, not a nice-to-have. Experience representing an organisation publicly: speaking at industry events, on panels or at partner forums. Demonstrable track record of senior-level relationships inside premium publishers or media groups, including commercial directors, heads of ecommerce, editorial and digital leadership. Experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements with, or on behalf of, publishers: tenancy, CPC, CPA, fixed fee, data or licensing deals. Working knowledge of the affiliate and performance ecosystem and how publishers monetise content, for example Awin, Skimlinks, Rakuten, Partnerize, Impact or similar. Experience selling or landing something new, a product, model or proposition without an established category, rather than managing an existing book of business. Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder deals spanning commercial, editorial, legal, privacy and technical teams. International exposure across at least two of UK, US and DACH/EMEA markets. Desirable: experience with content licensing, AI/LLM discovery, SEO/AEO, or data partnership deals. Commercially creative, able to construct a value exchange where no price list exists. Relationship builder with genuine credibility at senior level. Strong negotiator, comfortable with ambiguity and long sales cycles. Excellent storyteller: can turn technical capability into a publisher-relevant revenue narrative. Confident, credible public speaker, comfortable on stage and in front of a room as a visible advocate for Awin's strategy. Self-starting and resilient. This is a build role, not a maintain role. Collaborative and low-ego; comfortable pulling in engineering, legal, product and local market teams. Analytically confident: fluent in performance data, able to interrogate reporting and defend a number. Strategic mindset paired with a bias to action and closing. Technically literate rather than technical: able to hold a credible conversation about tags, tracking, CDNs and edge/worker deployments, page performance and data flows, and to know when to bring engineering into the room. Confident with analytics and reporting platforms, including GA4, publisher analytics, BI dashboards and Excel or Sheets. Comfortable working with privacy and consent concepts, including GDPR and consent frameworks, as they affect publisher data sharing. Fluent English essential. German or another European language advantageous. Willingness to travel to relevant markets as required . Our Offer Flexi-Week : We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance. Flexi-Office : We offer an international culture and flexibility through our hybrid working model, designed to foster collaboration, trust, and autonomy. (Intern) Videographer & Creative Mind
InternshipOn-siteMid
gofigmarestmanufacturingprocurementexcel+9

Your Impact Procurement is the single biggest cost position for industrial companies, often over 50% of revenue. Tacto brings AI to strategic procurement so teams can move faster and unlock savings at scale. But great technology alone isn't enough; the way we show up visually defines how the market perceives us. As (Intern) Videographer & Creative Mind, you bring both sides of the job: the hands that shoot and edit, and the creative mind that figures out what's worth shooting in the first place. You support our Videographer, our Marketing & Growth lead, and our Chief of Staff across our visual creative output: from customer testimonials shot on factory floors to polished product launch videos, from brand films to employer-branding content. Together, you make Tacto's story visible, tangible, and unforgettable. You also get hands-on experience shaping how one of Europe's fastest-growing industrial AI companies looks and feels. Your Tasks Video Production: Working closely with our Videographer, you support the full cycle from concept to final cut. Customer testimonials, product launches, brand content, employer-branding moments, event coverage. You help shoot it, edit it, and ship it. Format Innovation: You don't just wait for briefs. You pitch ideas too. Short-form, long-form, series, experiments. Together you figure out what works and what's never been done in B2B before. Product Visualization: New features, new modules, new capabilities: you help turn them into visual stories that customers and the market instantly get. On-Site Shoots: You pack your gear and go where the story is. Customer visits, trade fairs, offsites: you capture real moments in real environments. Factories, machines, people. Brand & Design: You help shape how Tacto looks and feels, across every channel, every format, every touchpoint. Consistency meets ambition. Partnership Elevation: When we team up with Tier 1 organizations, you help build the visual layer that takes it to the next level. GTM Collaboration: You work across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Value to help turn video into one of the most powerful go-to-market tools we have. Your Profile Some hands-on experience in video production, visual content creation, or a creative/design role: student projects, freelance work, a previous internship, whatever built your reel A portfolio showing end-to-end video work: concept, shoot, edit, delivery An eye for both industrial aesthetics and clean visuals Comfortable in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, or similar You use AI tools to accelerate your creative workflow Fluent in English; German is a strong plus Proactive, self-driven, and thriving in a fast-moving environment Bonus: experience in B2B/SaaS, manufacturing/industrial content, motion design, or employer branding Why Tacto Shape the brand: You won't just execute a style guide. You'll help shape how Tacto looks and feels, with real creative input from day one Learn from someone doing it: You work closely with Philipp, our Videographer, and pick up the craft hands-on rather than from a course Two worlds, one story: Industrial reality meets cutting-edge AI software. Few internships let you work across such a visually rich spectrum Real stories, real impact: Our customers save millions. You'll help capture that impact first-hand on factory floors and in boardrooms Top-notch team: Founded by CDTM/Berkeley alumni, Tacto is now 100+ motivated, capable people. You'll work closely with Talent & Organizational Development, Marketing, and the GTM team Video Example On Site AI Customer Training Our Background Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement. AI is transforming every industry, but it stops at the factory gate. The knowledge that holds manufacturing together - part costs, suppliers, materials - is scattered across systems and people. Over 50% of a product's cost originates from suppliers, making procurement the single largest cost lever in manufacturing and the missing connection between the digital and the physical world. Yet it still runs on Excel and legacy systems. We're changing that with our Procurement Intelligence Platform, trusted by hundreds of companies running billions of Euros of material. Based in Munich, we are 100+ passionate builders who are in-office, with high expectations, fast growth, and a lot of fun. We are supported by >€50m from Sequoia, Index, and Europe's leading tech entrepreneurs and industry veterans. Why It Matters Manufacturing forms Europe's economic backbone, driving a fourth of Europe's GDP and providing over 30% of jobs. These hidden champions and global market leaders manufacture the physical world around us, from the machines that build our cities to the medical devices that save lives. But the world is changing. The US dominates the digital world of bits. China is scaling the world of atoms, manufacturing at unprecedented speed and scale. Geopolitics are more uncertain than ever. Europe's strength lies in its deep industrial knowledge through generations of engineering. Manufacturing worldwide runs on European machines and software. But that heritage is only an advantage if we leverage it in the age of AI. Tacto builds the AI that connects Atoms and Bits, empowering our Industrial Base to Stay Stronger and building a lighthouse for European tech. What We Offer The people at Tacto are passionate about building the organization, growing themselves, and our product while having fun and being real. We have high expectations, great talent density, and a culture where your ambition, performance, and agency are what count - not where you come from or how big your ego is. You'll grow at the forefront of AI, have real ownership and impact, and be surrounded by the best people in their field who challenge you and make you better every day. That is demanding and rewarding, but that's where we thrive. Besides that you have: Money: Competitive salary & equity in the company with real upside, so you are invested in our success Workplace: A vibrant in-office culture (> 4 days/week) in a beautiful office in central Munich Development: A development budget and regular exposure to exceptional people, e.g., Lunch & Learns, peer mentoring, external speakers Time off: 26 + 4 vacation days per year (4 fixed "company rest days") as well as regular off-sites and team events Health: Wellpass membership, of course, a fruit basket (!), and access to Jobrad, for your health Family & Social Security: Voluntary pension contribution, voluntary KITA subsidy for your children Tacto is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, or gender identity. Please do not submit personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, data concerning your health, or data concerning your sexual orientation. Job Description Job Description TITLE: Lead Financial Analyst POSITIONS: Multiple Vacancies LOCATION: Johnson Electric Motion Technology Canada Ltd. - Mississauga Plant #2, 2400 Royal Windsor Drive, Mississauga, ON L5J 1K7 REPORTS TO: FPS Group Controller Scope The Lead Financial Analyst is a critical, high-impact leadership position within the Global FPS Controlling team. This is not a traditional accounting or standard FP&A role; it is designed for a true Financial Business Partner who operates with a corporate ownership mindset to bridge the gap between financial rigor, shop-floor manufacturing reality, and executive strategy. Reporting directly to the Group Controller, FPS, the incumbent serves as a vital strategic coordinator across global operations (primarily North America, Europe, and Asia, with a strong focus on China). This role takes ownership of driving profitability, cost leadership, and competitive commercial bidding in a volatile automotive market. The Lead Financial Analyst will lead the digitization, automation, and advanced AI integration of financial models to streamline global budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning at the Business Unit (BU) level. Job Responsibilities Drive Financial Performance: Act as a core Business Partner to the FPS BU leadership, taking direct ownership of key financial metrics including Divisional EBITA, Revenue, EPR, and Cash Flow to achieve multi-million-dollar global targets. Operational & Plant Integration: Move beyond retrospective reporting by embedding financial analysis into shop-floor realities. Actively participate in operational plant meetings, inventory cycle counts, and workflow optimizations across global manufacturing facilities (specifically bridging Canada and China hubs). Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Group Controllers, Plant Finance teams, Business Development Managers (BDMs), Product Managers (PMs), and Supply Chain Strategy (SCS) to track KPIs across diverse product lines (Hydraulic, Mechatronic, and E-Pumps). Advanced Cost Modeling: Spearhead the optimization of multi-scenario competitive bidding cost models. Logically integrate localized operational data-such as sales forecasts, direct labor (DL), production capacity, overhead (POH), and next-generation CAPEX-to ensure quotations are robust, aggressive, and realistic. Lifecycle Margin Tracking: Establish clear financial benchmarks within commercial models to enable Project Managers to track product costs and gross margins across the entire product lifecycle (NPV, Payback, ROI). Strategic Commercial Consultations: Empower BU commercial initiatives by conducting rigorous reviews of commercial engineering assumptions, bridging regional business processes into cohesive, global data flows. Methodology Localization & Execution: Act as the strategic lead for the localized execution of advanced corporate methodologies. Deconstruct complex Bills of Materials (BOM) to clarify granular components (Pure BOM, CnS, See-Through Material Cost) for cross-functional teams. Value Engineering & Margin Improvement: Leverage proprietary corporate metrics (e.g., Idiot Index, Bottom 20 Gross Margin) to define differentiated market strategies-identifying where to lower prices for market share versus where to aggressively renegotiate with suppliers or pursue internal cost improvements. Data Integrity & Global Coordination: Serve as a high-visibility global coordinator between regional Financial PMOs and local plants. Enforce reporting discipline, resolve cross-regional technical data bottlenecks, and ensure data aligns seamlessly with corporate standards and budget cycles. Next-Generation Modeling: Research and develop so
