Company Description We're Checkout.com . You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we're behind many of the digital experiences you use every day. We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers. Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there's a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale. If you want to do career-defining work, you've come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact. With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we're shaping the future of fintech – and we're just getting started. Checkout.com is seeking a talented Senior Specialist to join the adventure and support the business's growing Issuing Operations team based in London. As a Senior Specialist, you will be the primary engine behind our client launches. You will work closely with clients to define their requirements while coordinating with internal stakeholders to bring card programs to life. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey from pre-sales scoping to technical implementation and the final handover to business-as-usual teams. What you will be doing: End-to-End Implementation: Manage the day-to-day onboarding activities for new Issuing clients, ensuring all technical and operational milestones are met. External Project Contribution: Act as an operational stakeholder on projects with Card Schemes (Visa/Mastercard) and third-party suppliers (Bureaus, Wallets). You will represent Checkout.com in external workstreams to ensure our technical setup aligns with scheme mandates and partner capabilities. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central "hub" between Sales, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Engineering to ensure a seamless flow of information. Client Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, translating complex requirements into actionable project plans. Process Refinement: Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding journey and build enhanced workflows to improve delivery speed and efficiency. Operational Readiness: Ensure all internal teams (Operations and Support) are fully briefed and prepared for the client "go-live." Operational Rigor: Manage the essential background administration and detailed tasks from documentation and system configuration to data entry, ensuring every project is built on a solid, compliant foundation. About You: Experience: 3+ years of experience in payments, with a focus on project delivery, product delivery, scheme management, technical onboarding, or issuing operations. Scheme & Supplier Knowledge: Proven track record of contributing to projects involving card schemes or third party fintech suppliers. You understand the nuances of scheme rules and the requirements for digital wallet integration. Delivery Focused: You have a proven track record of managing customer facing projects and know how to navigate internal and external dependencies to meet deadlines. Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a qualitative mindset, looking for the most efficient solution rather than the easiest one. Communication: Strong interpersonal and written skills; you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and external partners clearly. High-Volume Execution: Exceptional ability to balance multiple competing priorities simultaneously; you thrive in a fast-paced environment where rapid context-switching is the norm. Process Discipline: You understand that success is in the details; you are comfortable owning the administrative "grunt work" required to ensure a project is technically sound and ready for launch. Additional Information Bring all of you to work We create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one. Here, you'll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver. It's a place where ambition gets met with opportunity, and where your growth is in your hands. We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you're ready to grow and make a difference, you'll be right at home here. google adssocial media marketingsales

⭐️ Your Impact: As our Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you own performance marketing end-to-end: Google Ads and Meta Ads that turn budget into qualified homeowner leads. and act as a hands-on force multiplier across events, PR, social, and sales enablement. You work closely across Growth, Sales and Product and our first Marketing FTE. Your Impact Own and scale our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts end-to-end — strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and continuous optimization against CAC and pipeline targets. Build and maintain landing pages and conversion tracking, so every euro of spend is measurable back to signed projects, not just clicks or impressions. Live in the numbers: build your own reporting, connect marketing spend directly to sales revenue, and be ready to defend or change course based on what the data shows. Bring a strong bias to action and a KPI-driven mindset — launch tests quickly, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does. Get hands-on wherever the team needs it — organizing trade fairs and events, supporting PR outreach, running social media marketing, and producing sales materials for the field team. Accept being measured the way we measure ourselves: on a blend of marketing performance and sales revenue outcomes, not marketing metrics in isolation. ✨ What Makes You a Great Fit: 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management. Very analytical and numbers-driven — comfortable building your own reporting and making budget calls from data, not gut feel. Basic experience organizing events, setting up landing pages, and implementing conversion tracking. Senior enough to own your channels end-to-end, but genuinely hands-on — open to supporting wherever needed, from fairs to PR to sales materials. C2-level German and working English. Based in Berlin. ☀️ Why You'll Love Working With Us: Attractive VSOP package, market-rate compensation, and a performance-based bonus Hybrid work setup (2 days/week in our Berlin office) 30 vacation days and Deutschlandticket or Urban Sports Club membership Real ownership from day one, flat hierarchies, and a steep learning curve Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
