Ready to Take on a New Challenge in Enterprise Sales? Are you a driven, energetic sales professional looking for your next big adventure? Do you thrive on taking ownership, unlocking strategic accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals in a fast-paced environment? Are you excited by cutting-edge technology in a dynamic industry, and motivated by the opportunity to make a measurable impact; not just on your career, but on the world? If so, we want to hear from you. Where You'll Make an Impact: As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll join our high-performing EMEA sales team, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and VP EMEA. You'll take full ownership of your territory and become a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the Crypto and Financial Services landscape. You're not just here to sell, you're here to transform how leading enterprises combat crypto crime with Elliptic's industry-leading compliance and investigation solutions. You'll gain deep product expertise and apply your understanding of evolving global and regional regulations to build compelling business cases that speak directly to our customers' pain points. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a role where you can make an impact not just on the company you work for but also on the market you work in. Fascinating and challenging work is the norm - working at Elliptic is never boring! What you will do: Run the full enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, across a territory with massive potential and that has considerable inbound interest. Proactively identify, engage, and convert strategic enterprise accounts (including pre-defined targets and new prospects). Develop and execute multi-threaded sales strategies to engage diverse stakeholders (compliance, legal, risk, procurement, tech, C-level). Handle 5-, 6- and 7-figure deal cycles with skill, creativity, and precision leveraging persuasion, influence, and value based selling techniques. Drive account expansion through timely up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing value delivered to our customers. Partner with global peers to collaborate on multi-region and strategic global accounts with long-term growth potential. Collaborate with internal sales engineers, product experts, customer success, and marketing, as well as partner channels, to expand your reach and velocity. Stay ahead of industry shifts and translate emerging challenges into opportunities for Elliptic's solution suite. Represent Elliptic at key industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships and identify new prospects. Be an ambassador of the Elliptic brand, living our values of curiosity, trust, and action in every interaction. What you will achieve in the first 6 months: Completed Elliptic's product certifications and onboarding processes. Mapped your territory, identified your top 20 target accounts, and built a qualified pipeline of at least 3x your quarterly quota through a combination of inbound, outbound, and partner-sourced opportunities. Identified upsell or cross-sell motion in an existing Elliptic account in your territory and have it actively in play to build a qualified pipeline of at least 2x of your quarterly quota through proactive whitespace mapping and engagement in collaboration with the Customer Success Managers. Run complete discovery cycles with at least 10 enterprise prospects, using the Value Pyramid to connect client pain points to our solutions, applying MEDDPPICC to qualify or disqualify with confidence, and have a clear view of what you're walking away from and why. Progressed at least 2 opportunities to late-stage negotiation and closed your first deal, demonstrating you can manage the full enterprise cycle from initial engagement through legal and procurement. Built multi-threaded relationships across your strategic accounts - compliance, risk, and C-suite - not just a single champion per account. Earned a reputation internally with your SE, CS, marketing, and partner team as a well-prepared, collaborative account owner who closes the loop and uses internal resources without wasting them. You will be a great fit here if you are: A driven, tenacious "hunter" who thrives on owning their number and finding creative ways to exceed it. Experienced in B2B enterprise SaaS and/or DaaS sales within RegTech, FinTech, and/or Crypto. A proven track record of consistently closing successful enterprise deals across multiple years and companies. Comfortable leading complex, long-cycle and large deals involving multiple stakeholders, but also agile enough to take on quick-close 5-figure deals. Commercially curious, you ask smart questions, seek to understand the "why" behind a customer's problems, and use those insights to tailor impactful solutions. Confident, consultative, and persuasive, able to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, from mid-level managers to C-suites. A collaborative team player, independent yet never a "lone wolf." You value and engage support from your pack. Agile, resourceful, and fearless, you see opportunity where others see blockers and know how to create inroads where none appear to exist. Willingness to travel to customers and industry events and conduct business face to face. Our ideal candidate has: Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to establish meaningful relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders. Technical acumen with the ability to establish credibility with technical decision makers. Driven and solutions-oriented: you know how to navigate roadblocks and keep deals moving forward. Familiarity with the MEDDPPICC methodology and Value Based Selling. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), LLMs and other AI-driven prospecting and work efficiency tools. Passionate about generative AI and excited to help customers navigate a rapidly evolving industry. Bonus Points for: An existing network of connections across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) space. Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian. A proven use case and understanding of agentic AI is a strong plus. Ultimately we are looking to hire those who want to be the future leaders in the industry, super intrigued by Crypto and have an awesome mindset to learn so if you don't meet all the criteria still do apply! Benefits: Competitive salary Share Options Holiday - 25 days Private Health Insurance Collaborative, flexible and friendly environment: We understand that flexibility is the key to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We pull medical technology from the future to solve human health. Scarlet is authorised to assess and certify medical devices. We combine clinical, technical and regulatory expertise with AI agents and software so rigorous certification can keep pace with product development at the world's most ambitious technology companies, without lowering the safety bar. Our customers have cut a year or more from their certification timelines for new AI-enabled medical devices and shortened product-update cycles from months to weeks. You'll join a team building the infrastructure that makes these outcomes repeatable at scale. About the role As a Sales Lead at Scarlet you will lead a team of Account Executives in London, grow that team, as well as continue closing deals yourself. You will own your team's quarterly number and the pipeline behind it. Our sales team has grown fast and is about to grow faster so we'll need your help to continue to build the team and develop our talent. You will carry a personal quota alongside your team target, which will be reduced as your team grows, so you stay close to customers and lead from live deals rather than from a dashboard. The deals are technical: you are selling certification to regulatory, quality and clinical leaders at AI and software medical device companies, and you will need to build deep knowledge of EU MDR, ISO 13485 and other medical device certifications. Our best salespeople know the product in depth, and we expect the same of you. You will work day to day with our leadership team, Business Development Reps, Commercial Relations and Customer Experience. This is a full-time, in-office role in London where your team will also be located. You will be in front of customers across the UK and Europe, including at industry conferences and Scarlet-hosted events. Responsibilities Own your team's quarterly target and forecast. Run weekly pipeline reviews, inspect deals, and call commits accurately. Coach AEs on their deals: join discovery and negotiation calls, review call recordings and give feedback, and work with AEs to map decision-makers, budget and signing process on every deal. Hire AEs to grow your team: screen candidates, run interviews, make hiring decisions, and onboard them to set them up for success. Practice what you preach: source, run and close your own deals with regulatory, quality and clinical leaders at AI and software medical device companies. Share what works: write up deal learnings and losses for the wider sales team, and bring improvements to the playbook, qualification and pricing conversations. Work with the BDR team on first-meeting-to-discovery conversion and with Commercial Relations on partner and consultant referrals. Represent Scarlet with your team at industry conferences (for example MEDICA, RSNA) and at Scarlet-hosted events. Required qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years as a quota-carrying Account Executive owning full-cycle deals At least 1 year managing or formally leading quota-carrying salespeople, with responsibility for their targets A track record of hitting or exceeding quota as an individual contributor, including in the year before you moved into management Experience hiring salespeople: screening, interviewing and making hiring decisions Experience selling a technical or expertise-led product to specialist buyers, with deal cycles of three months or more and multiple stakeholders Experience running pipeline reviews and forecasting a team or territory number to senior leadership Able to show how you have coached an underperforming AE back to target, with the evidence you used Based in, or willing to relocate to, London, with the right to work in the UK Preferred qualifications A STEM degree or equivalent technical background Experience in selling to regulated industries Experience as an early sales hire or first sales manager at a startup, where you helped build the process rather than inherit it Experience selling into European markets outside the UK Compensation and benefits The base salary range for this role is £100,000 – £120,000 per year, with on-target earnings of £200,000 – £240,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on experience and skills. This role also includes equity in Scarlet and a competitive benefits package. RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you'll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don't take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. The role We're looking for a GTM Operations Manager to build and improve the workflows that connect our go-to-market teams. A promising account signs up. Does the right person find out, with enough context to act? A customer becomes eligible for a new product. Do they receive useful guidance? A data sync fails overnight. Do we catch it before it affects a campaign, account handoff, or business decision? You'll help make those things work reliably. You'll join an existing GTM Operations team, working closely with @Nathan Bellehsen on Salesforce and Sales systems and @Masha Tsaryk on Marketing and customer-lifecycle systems. Your initial focus will be lead handoffs and lifecycle execution: the data, automation, quality checks, and reporting that turn customer signals into useful action. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. You'll own agreed projects from understanding the problem through building, testing, rollout, and ongoing improvement. Experienced teammates will provide context, help set priorities, and partner with you on architectural decisions. Within that direction, we expect you to make progress independently and flag problems early. Our stack includes Salesforce, Customer.io , Clay, Looker, automation tools, and a growing set of AI workflows. You don't need to know every tool. You do need to understand how systems connect and enjoy figuring out why something isn't working. Why we're hiring for this role now RevenueCat's GTM organization is growing across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth. We're developing more deliberate ways to identify promising accounts, help customers adopt our products, and turn successful one-to-one work into programs that reach many more people. Our operations team already supports the systems behind that work. We need more capacity to take important workflows from "this could work" to something dependable that people use every day. You'll help us ship those improvements while making the existing operation easier to run: fewer manual handoffs, clearer ownership, more trustworthy data, and less time spent solving the same problem twice. What you'll be responsible for Own selected GTM workflows end-to-end. Translate a business problem into a practical solution, agree how success will be measured, build and test it, and stay responsible after launch. Make lead and account handoffs dependable. Build and improve enrichment, qualification, routing, alerts, and follow-up visibility. Help ensure important signals reach a named owner, and make missed or failed handoffs visible. Put lifecycle programs into production. Partner with Marketing and Customer Growth on audience definitions, triggers, exclusions, data syncs, campaign QA, and measurement. Turn repeatable requests into workflows and templates teammates can use. Keep data connected and usable. Trace how account, contact, and product-usage data moves between systems. Investigate stale records, duplicates, mismatched relationships, and failed syncs; fix what you can and work with the relevant system or Data owner on deeper issues. Build automation that holds up in everyday use. Test realistic scenarios and edge cases, monitor failures, and make it clear how to recover when something breaks. Bring consequential changes to the relevant system owner before rollout. Use AI where it improves the work. Build or improve workflows for tasks such as enrichment, research, qualification, and quality checks. Evaluate the output, understand the failure modes, and measure whether the result saves time or improves quality. Make what you build understandable and useful. Document your workflows, enable the people using them, gather feedback, and improve adoption. Share knowledge so another teammate can operate and troubleshoot your work. Keep documentation current as workflows change, and fill gaps in the existing processes you take on. Make operational performance visible. Build and maintain reports that help teams understand workflow health, handoff gaps, campaign execution, and adoption. Work with senior Ops teammates and Data on consistent definitions. What you'll need to be successful 3+ years of hands-on experience in GTM, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations. Practical Salesforce experience. You understand objects, relationships, fields, flows, and how data moves through the system. You have built or changed things yourself. Experience building in a marketing automation platform such as Customer.io , HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or Iterable, including segmentation, triggers, and integrations. Experience building something useful with AI. You can explain the problem, your contribution, how you checked the result, what failed, and what you changed. A sanitized walkthrough is welcome; we don't expect confidential work from a previous employer. Strong troubleshooting and analytical judgment. You can trace a problem across systems, check your assumptions against data, and distinguish a symptom from its cause. Ownership and follow-through. You can take an agreed problem, work through ambiguity, communicate tradeoffs, and deliver without needing every step assigned. Clear written communication. You keep stakeholders informed, document decisions, and explain technical problems in language others can act on. Care for the details. You think about the wrong audience, missing record, duplicate trigger, or failed handoff before it becomes someone else's problem. Learning agility and adaptability. You can transfer what you know to unfamiliar tools and adjust your plan when priorities change, while keeping commitments and stakeholders informed. Ideally, you Have worked in a product-led or usage-based business with both self-service and Sales-assisted customers. Have connected CRM, marketing automation, customer-success, or product-usage systems. Can use SQL, APIs, webhooks, or lightweight scripts to investigate data and connect tools. Have improved adoption of an internal tool or replaced repeated manual work with a maintained workflow. Have supported customer onboarding, product adoption, lifecycle education, or account-coverage programs. What success looks like Within the first month, you'll: Learn how customers move through RevenueCat and how our GTM teams support them. Map an initial workflow with @Nathan Bellehsen and @Masha Tsaryk, including its data sources, owners, dependencies, and common failure points. Ship your first useful improvement as part of RevenueCat's "first ship" tradition. Agree your initial ownership area and a prioritized set of problems to solve. Within the first three months, you'll: Own the day-to-day operation of an agreed set of lead and/or lifecycle workflows. Deliver an improvement from scoping through rollout, with clear documentation and stakeholder feedback. Establish baseline measures and monitoring for the workflows you own. Give another teammate enough context to support your work when you're away. Within the first six months, you'll: Demonstrate measurable improvement in a core workflow, such as fewer missed handoffs, faster campaign delivery, fresher data, or less manual effort. Turn recurring operational requests into reusable processes. Show that the people your workflows serve are using them successfully, and improve what isn't working. Within the first twelve months, you'll: Independently deliver projects across systems within your areas of ownership. Have a track record of reliable workflows, useful automation, and improvements that make GTM teams more effective. Help shape the next priorities using evidence from users, operational performance, and customer needs. Be developing deeper expertise and taking on progressively more complex work. About the Role We're looking for a curious, commercially sharp CRM & Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing RevOps function. This is a dual-natured role: on one side, hands-on CRM administration and data stewardship within a collaborative team; on the other, a broader remit that spans the full commercial journey — from Marketing through Sales to Customer Success — ensuring the processes, tools, and data that connect them are coherent, reliable, and built to support business growth. You'll work closely with our Revenue Operations Manager, based in Copenhagen, and collaborate with market teams, sales and marketing stakeholders, and internal IT across all 14 markets. This isn't a role for someone who wants to execute instructions in isolation. We want someone who understands the commercial context behind what they're building — and who takes ownership of making sure it actually works for the people using it. What You'll Do CRM Administration & Development – Support the maintenance and ongoing development of our HubSpot CRM in collaboration with the RevOps team — covering data quality, property management, workflow logic, and pipeline integrity across all markets – Assist in building, testing, and documenting automation workflows, lifecycle stages, and custom data structures – Act as a reliable point of contact for CRM-related queries from market teams, escalating where needed and closing the loop on issues Reporting & Market Intelligence – Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot to support sales leadership and country managers across all 14 markets – Translate reporting requests into structured, actionable outputs — not just visualisations, but insights that inform decisions – Monitor data health proactively and flag inconsistencies before they compound Revenue Operations — Marketing to Customer Success – Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes that span the full commercial funnel — from marketing acquisition through sales pipeline management to customer success handoffs – Help ensure that tools, data flows, and operational logic work coherently across functions, reducing friction and improving visibility at every stage – Contribute to ICP qualification frameworks, segmentation models, lead management logic, and pipeline hygiene practices – Collaborate with internal IT to support integrations between internal systems and the broader commercial toolstack, helping bridge technical and business requirements Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration – Work alongside sales, marketing, customer success, and IT stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into operational solutions – Communicate clearly across functions and markets — managing expectations, flagging dependencies, and keeping the right people informed – Represent the RevOps function as a reliable, solutions-oriented partner rather than a bottleneck Training Materials & Process Documentation – Develop clear, structured training materials covering tools, processes, and operational frameworks — ensuring teams across all markets have what they need to work effectively – Maintain process and system documentation as a living resource, updated as workflows evolve – Work across our training infrastructure (including Supered and Sana) to publish and distribute materials to the right audiences – Identify knowledge gaps through stakeholder engagement and translate them into practical, usable guidance What We're Looking For – 1–2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, CRM administration, or a closely adjacent role – Solid working knowledge of CRM systems — HubSpot experience is a significant advantage and will be strongly prioritised – Analytically capable, with the ability to turn raw data into clear, usable business insights – Sharp commercial instinct — you understand how operational decisions connect to revenue outcomes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success – Comfortable working cross-functionally, including with technical stakeholders such as IT, and translating between business needs and system capabilities – Detail-oriented and process-driven, without losing sight of the bigger picture – Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a genuine bonus — Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, French, Dutch, Portuguese, or Polish – Proactively curious — you ask questions before you build, and you build things that last Nice to Have – Hands-on HubSpot experience beyond basic CRM use — workflows, reporting, custom properties, or integrations – Familiarity with sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Evergrowth – Experience supporting tool integrations or working alongside IT on system connectivity – Exposure to multi-market or international business environments – A track record of creating structured training content or process documentation – Background in B2B services, IT staffing, or professional consultancy What We Offer – A central role in emagine's revenue infrastructure, with genuine cross-market scope from day one – Direct mentorship from an experienced Revenue Operations Manager with deep HubSpot and systems expertise – Broad exposure to a modern RevOps toolstack and clear room to grow — technically and strategically – A hybrid working setup with real autonomy and flexibility, based in one of our office locations across our 14 markets – The opportunity to grow alongside a function that is actively expanding its influence across the business We empower companies with high-end IT services emagine is a high-end business, engineering & IT consulting company.
