About Telnyx Telnyx is an industry leader that's not just imagining the future of global connectivity—we're building it. From architecting and amplifying the reach of a private, global, multi-cloud IP network , to bringing hyperlocal edge technology right to your fingertips through intuitive APIs, we're shaping a new era of seamless interconnection between people, devices, and applications. We're driven by a desire to transform and modernize what's antiquated, automate the manual, and solve real-world problems through innovative connectivity solutions. As a testament to our success, we're proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team. Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We're currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers. The opportunity We're looking for a Director or VP of Product Marketing to lead that effort globally. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can connect deep technical understanding with positioning, distribution and commercial results. The title will reflect the experience and scope of the person we hire. A good product story matters, but a story alone isn't enough. The person in this role needs to turn our infrastructure into clear customer problems we solve, compelling reasons to choose Telnyx and practical ways to try it. A great sample application, integration or reference architecture can do more than another 30-slide deck. So can a precise message that reaches a developer at the moment they are deciding how to build. You'll work across Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, Sales and Marketing to bring those pieces together. You'll help shape what we launch, how we explain it, how buyers discover it and how our field teams take it to market. What you'll build A coherent product story. Own positioning, segmentation and competitive differentiation across AI inference, Voice AI, agent and edge infrastructure, communications, networking and wireless. Make the full platform understandable without flattening the technical details that make it valuable. Solutions people can actually use. Drive the packaging of sample apps, reference architectures, integrations, templates and working demos that prove what the infrastructure makes possible. Build repeatable plays for use cases such as contact centers, agent assist and industry-specific workflows. These should accelerate adoption and enterprise sales, not become disconnected software products. Distribution that reaches technical buyers. Shape how we win discovery through product pages, developer content, SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), technical communities and paid acquisition. You won't necessarily operate every campaign, but you must understand the mechanics deeply enough to direct them: search and answer-engine visibility, technical site structure, intent, targeting, conversion paths, attribution and economics. A field-ready commercial engine. Give enterprise sellers, FDEs and solutions teams the pitches, discovery frameworks, architecture diagrams, competitive proof, demos and ROI narratives they need to generate and advance opportunities. Translate platform capabilities into buying reasons for developers, technical executives and enterprise decision-makers. Launches that translate into adoption. Work with Product and Engineering early, not after something ships. Choose the audience, packaging and launch strategy, then measure activation, qualified demand, field utilization and downstream pipeline. Build an operating cadence that keeps pace with a rapidly changing roadmap. An AI-native PMM team. Use AI research tools, coding assistants, agents and automation as part of everyday work to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, messaging tests, content production, demo development and go-to-market execution. Know when to trust those tools, how to evaluate outputs and where human technical judgment still matters. Lead the team to operate the same way. How we'll measure success The ultimate measure is pipeline. Not the number of launches, assets, impressions or campaigns. We expect this leader to partner closely with Demand Generation and Sales to create measurable, qualified pipeline, improve conversion and accelerate opportunities. Product marketing should be able to show how specific product narratives, solutions, integrations and programs contribute to commercial results. Early wins will look like a dramatically clearer platform story; a small number of flagship use cases with runnable demos and integrations; sellers using consistent, technically credible plays; stronger discovery and conversion from search, AEO and paid channels; and a repeatable link from product launches to adoption and pipeline. We care about what works and scales, not activity for its own sake. What we're looking for You've led product marketing for a complex B2B technical platform, ideally in AI infrastructure, developer tools, APIs, cloud, networking or communications. You can be strategic without becoming removed from the work. You are technically fluent. You can understand architecture, work with APIs or SDKs, interrogate a latency or cost claim and talk comfortably with engineers. You don't have to be a production engineer, but you need to know when a demo is real and when it's just a pitch. You understand modern technical acquisition. You're credible directing AEO, SEO, paid programs and developer-focused content, and can connect channel-level metrics to funnel economics and qualified pipeline. You're already effective with AI tools and agents in your own work. You experiment, build workflows and use the technology to move faster. Familiarity with the limitations and evaluation of AI-generated outputs is as important as enthusiasm for the tools. You write exceptionally well, have strong instincts for enterprise sales, and know how to turn a complex product advantage into a clear reason to buy. You've built or led strong teams, can prioritize across competing launches and products, and enjoy working directly with product leaders and technical builders. Telecom experience is not required. Technical curiosity, taste, speed and a track record of generating commercial impact matter more. Why Telnyx This is a chance to shape the market narrative for a company that owns the underlying network, communications and compute infrastructure it sells. The platform is real, customers are deploying it in production, and the commercial opportunity is substantial. You'll have direct access to senior leadership and the ability to build a PMM function measured by its contribution to growth. Equal opportunity Telnyx is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants from different backgrounds and evaluate candidates based on the skills and experience relevant to the role. #LI-RH1 Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Was uns interessiert: Was kannst du wirklich? Du siehst schnell, was funktioniert. Nice to have – Hubspot-Erfahrung Wir nutzen gerne die Marketing-Features von Hubspot. Gute Zusammenarbeit schlägt oft reines Know-how.

Unsere Themen: Cybersecurity, Informationssicherheit, Managed IT Services, Microsoft Business Central/NAV-Modernisierung, Prozessdigitalisierung, Industrial IoT, Cloud, Daten und KI. In France we sell to imaging centers, to networks and health centers, and to independent practices. We have tested many acquisition channels without measuring them properly, so we can't say which one works best or for which type of practice. Our website is made to be read: a visitor can't try the product, estimate a return on investment or compare us with the alternatives. In the US, paid acquisition starts from zero. The target is set: 100 MQLs in Q4 2026, then +30% every quarter. We are hiring the person who will own that number. You report to Pierre, Head of Marketing. Your mission Build Vocca's inbound lead engine. You own paid acquisition and website conversion, in France first and then in the US, and you are accountable for the quarterly MQL target: 100 in Q4 2026 and about 285 per quarter by the end of 2027. Expected outcomes After 1 months: Tracking and attribution work: every lead has a source and a cost, and can be followed in the CRM up to the signed deal Google Ads and Meta accounts audited and rebuilt, with campaigns live for each segment A first ranking of channels by cost per MQL, and budget moved accordingly The first conversion pages live on the website After 3 months: The quarterly MQL target is met and on the +30% trajectory Cost per MQL and MQL-to-opportunity rate known for each channel and segment ROI calculator, comparison pages and a way to try the product live on the website Email and SMS nurturing running on leads who are not ready to buy yet A tested approach to practitioner communities, starting with dentists' Facebook groups After 9 months: About 285 MQLs per quarter, close to three times the Q4 2026 level Paid acquisition live in the US, with a first read on cost per lead A channel mix the sales team trusts, with lead quality reviewed with them on a regular basis What you will own Paid acquisition (the core of the job) Run the Google Ads and Meta campaigns yourself, and test other paid channels when the numbers justify it Own the budget: split it by segment and channel, and cut what doesn't convert Write and test ads and landing pages without waiting for a brief Open paid acquisition in the US Website and conversion Turn the website into something visitors can act on: ROI calculator, comparison pages, product trial, lead magnets Build and test landing pages for each segment and specialty Work with our web agency, which runs SEO and GEO, so that paid and organic use the same keywords and pages Nurturing and communities Run email and SMS campaigns to leads and prospects. RevOps owns the tools and the CRM sync, you own the messages and the calendar Join the communities where practitioners talk to each other and turn them into a source of leads Try new channels as they appear and drop them quickly when they don't pay Measurement Report cost per MQL, conversion to opportunity and revenue for each channel Agree with sales on what a qualified lead is, and review lead quality with them Tell the team every month where the next euro should go This role is for you if Must have: 4 to 7 years in growth or performance marketing with paid acquisition as your strongest skill. You have run Google Ads and Meta accounts yourself, on real budgets, and you can show the results You are a generalist out of curiosity. Beyond ads, you have built landing pages, set up tracking and written email sequences, and you prefer learning a tool to briefing someone else on it Fluent French and professional English. What we will assess: Numbers: you think in cost per lead, conversion rate and payback, and you can explain a campaign you stopped and why Doing it yourself: you build the campaign, the page and the automation, with AI and no-code tools when they save time Curiosity: you test channels nobody asked you to test Ownership: you have one number, and you say so early when it is off track Closeness to sales: you care about what happens to a lead after the form is filled in B2B lead generation for a SaaS product, experience marketing to healthcare professionals or small businesses Nice to have: paid campaigns on the US market. This role is NOT for you if You want to specialize in one channel and stay on it You manage agencies and freelancers and no longer operate the accounts yourself You are looking for a brand or content role Compensation and benefits 60-75K package Equity (BSPCE) Executive contract (cadre) on a forfait-jours basis, with 8 to 12 RTT days per year Hybrid: 3 days per week at our Paris office MacBook provided Meal vouchers: €9 per working day (55% covered by the company) Health insurance: 50% of Alan covered; public transport: 50% of Navigo covered; EGYM Wellpass Annual offsite and team events throughout the year Hiring process Video call with our Head of Talent Acquisition (30 min) Video interview with Pierre, Head of Marketing (45 min) On site Technical interview: a paid acquisition case, with Pierre Interview with Eliott, CEO or Maxime Chief of Staff Reference checks Offer We aim to keep the process within 30 days .
