Technical Account Manager, API Partnerships
ContractFully RemoteMid
pythonjavascriptgorestcasales+2

Headquarters: San Diego, CA, USA URL: http://www.shoutaboutus.com Technical Account Manager, API Partnerships Shout About Us · Remote (worldwide) · Full-time · 60K - 80K USD About the role We're hiring a Technical Account Manager to own and grow our most strategic accounts. You'll own the technical relationship with our API partners, from their first technical evaluation through implementation and ongoing support. Reporting directly to the CRO, you'll be the first dedicated post-sales professional at Shout About Us, responsible for making sure our biggest customers deploy, expand, and stay. Our ICP is founders, product teams, and engineering teams. This is a hands-on role. On any given day, you might join a prospect's technical discovery call, troubleshoot an API request with a partner engineer, coordinate a fix with our engineering team, or improve a quickstart guide. You'll also help build the documentation and processes that make each new integration easier than the last. Location and hours Remote, anywhere. Our standard working hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. US Eastern Time, including a lunch break. Occasional calls outside these hours are required for APAC partners and key implementation milestones. What you'll do Own a portfolio of 10-15 strategic accounts. Be the primary technical contact for API partners, keep stakeholders informed, and follow issues through to resolution. Support technical evaluations. Join sales calls, demonstrate API capabilities, understand the partner's requirements, and explain how an integration would work. Lead partner implementations. Turn requirements into a clear integration plan, guide developers through setup and testing, and track progress through launch. Troubleshoot directly. Investigate requests, responses, logs, authentication issues, and integration behavior before escalating to engineering. Work closely with engineering. Provide clear reproduction steps, relevant evidence, and customer impact when an issue needs deeper investigation. Improve the developer experience. Create and maintain API guides, Postman collections, code examples, FAQs, and onboarding playbooks. Identify recurring friction. Share partner feedback and integration patterns that can inform product improvements. Lead expansion efforts. Cross-sell new features and products as a natural extension of the relationship, not a separate motion. What we're looking for 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent at an API-first or dev-tools company Strong practical understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, authentication, webhooks, pagination, and rate limits. Comfort using Postman or curl, reading logs, and writing or adapting small code examples in a language such as JavaScript or Python. Experience driving adoption inside complex orgs: navigating the gap between the buyer who signed and the team that deploys Strong follow-through. You keep track of open questions, set expectations, and make sure customers know what happens next. Startup experience at a company under 50 people. There's no support team behind you. Clear written and spoken English. You can explain the same issue to a developer and a nontechnical stakeholder. Owner mentality. "I'll make sure this gets done," not "I passed it to engineering." Why you should join Own meaningful partner relationships from technical evaluation through launch and beyond. See the impact of your work in successful integrations and better customer experiences. You'll own and drive every initiative you work on from start to finish. We fully trust you. Work remotely from anywhere while collaborating on a shared schedule. Work directly with the people selling and building the product. Why you shouldn't join You are not comfortable working without a clear structure and playbook. You need predictable hours. Most weeks are normal. Go-live weeks and APAC escalations aren't. Interview process Our process includes an introductory call, a short written exercise, a practical technical session, and a final conversation with our CEO. We'll share the details and expected time commitment before each step. About Shout About Us Shout About Us is API-first review infrastructure for marketplaces and platforms. Reviews are the most valuable decision signal in every transaction: which agent, which contractor, which property, which restaurant. Almost every platform that hosts those decisions rents that signal from Google, Trustpilot or Yelp. We give platforms the APIs and infrastructure to own it. What you can build with our APIs: A verified first-party review engine: collection, verification, moderation and publishing under your brand Third-party review aggregation from Google, Yelp, Facebook and 80+ other sources AI review responses drafted and posted natively, without your customers leaving your platform Review solicitation and surveys triggered from events in your product Flagging, disputes, AI insight reports and competitor analysis We're a small team looking for someone who can make it easier for partners to understand, integrate, and succeed with our API. SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst - Flosum (Belarus)
ContractFully RemoteMid
godevopsfinancial analysisfp&avariance analysisaccounting+6

Headquarters: Belarus URL: http://flosum.com Description SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst — Flosum About Flosum Flosum is a Salesforce-native platform company delivering enterprise-grade DevOps, data protection, and security solutions to some of the world's largest organizations. Our product portfolio spans Cloud DevOps, Data Migrator, Data Masking, Data Backup, Org Security, Cloud Trust Center, and Sandbox Synchronization — all built natively on the Salesforce platform. We serve enterprise customers across technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, and federal government. Flosum is a growth-stage company operating with the intensity and speed of a startup backed by the discipline of a mature operator. The Role We're hiring a SaaS Revenue & Financial Analyst who will own the measurement layer of our entire business. You will be the person who knows every number — ARR, net retention, expansion, churn, pipeline conversion, cost of acquisition, gross margin by product line, services margin, cash flow, and everything in between. You'll work across Salesforce (our CRM and billing system of record) and QuickBooks (our financial system) to build a unified, always-current picture of company performance. This is not a reporting role. This is an analytical role where you connect revenue operations data to financial outcomes and surface the insights that drive decisions at the CEO level. What You'll Own You will build and maintain our SaaS metrics infrastructure — ARR waterfall, cohort retention analysis, revenue recognition schedules, deferred revenue tracking, and unit economics by segment. You will reconcile Salesforce bookings data against QuickBooks revenue entries and ensure we have a single source of truth across both systems. You will produce monthly and quarterly financial and revenue packages for leadership, including variance analysis against plan. You will model scenarios for pricing changes, product bundling, geographic expansion, and headcount investment. You will monitor pipeline health and translate pipeline data into revenue forecasts with documented assumptions. You will own the data integrity between our CRM and accounting systems, flagging discrepancies before they compound. You will support board-level and investor-level reporting with clean, defensible metrics. Requirements What We're Looking For You have three-plus years of experience in SaaS financial analysis, revenue operations, or FP&A at a B2B software company. You are deeply proficient in Salesforce — not as a user, but as someone who understands opportunity objects, product schedules, contract structures, and reporting at a data level. You are equally proficient in QuickBooks Online, including chart of accounts design, revenue categorization, journal entries, and reconciliation workflows. You understand ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and can apply them to a multi-product SaaS business with annual and multi-year contracts. You can build financial models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets — not from templates, from logic. You think in terms of cohorts, not just totals. You understand the difference between bookings, billings, and revenue, and you can explain why each matters. You are precise, skeptical of your own numbers, and obsessive about data integrity. Preferred Experience at a company with a mix of subscription revenue and professional services. Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or native Salesforce quoting and contract objects. Exposure to investor or board reporting at a growth-stage company. Experience with Marketo or HubSpot data as it relates to CAC and attribution modeling. Why Flosum You'll report directly into the CEO's operating rhythm. Your work will not sit in a queue — it will shape hiring plans, product investment, and go-to-market strategy in real time. Flosum is building the definitive platform for Salesforce lifecycle management, and we need someone who can measure every dimension of that growth with precision. The Agent Systems team is a 0→1 engineering group building internal AI-powered agents that interact directly with company systems. The mandate is to dramatically increase internal speed of execution through automation, intelligent inference, and workflow orchestration. This team operates at the intersection of AI, backend systems, and applied product engineering. The work is pragmatic and fast-moving — prototypes are expected, but the bar for production reliability remains high. Engineers on this team move fluidly between experimentation and shipping, building systems that reason over user interactions and take meaningful action across internal tools. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners across product, infrastructure, and internal operations to deploy agent-driven capabilities that compound leverage across the organization. The opportunity Build and ship AI-powered agent systems that automate internal workflows and decision paths Design and implement inference pipelines that reason over user interactions across internal systems Prototype quickly to validate agent behaviors, then productionize what proves valuable Architect backend services that integrate with multiple internal APIs and data sources Define patterns for safe, observable, and controllable agent execution Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-leverage automation opportunities Improve system speed, reliability, and signal quality as usage scales Contribute to foundational design decisions for a 0→1 agent platform Skills you should HODL 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software systems Strong backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, distributed systems, data modeling, reliability) Experience building fullstack systems, with comfort working across backend and occasional frontend surfaces Hands-on experience working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or inference pipelines in production Ability to prototype rapidly while maintaining a clear path to production-grade architecture Strong systems thinking — able to reason about orchestration, failure modes, and observability Comfort operating in ambiguous, 0→1 environments with high ownership Nice to haves Experience building or operating agent-based systems or autonomous workflows Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, or model performance tuning Experience integrating with internal enterprise systems (CRM, support tools, analytics platforms, etc.) Background in building developer platforms or internal tooling Experience designing guardrails, sandboxing, or safety layers for AI systems Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
