Executive-level communication skills: able to distill complex issues into clear, actionable guidance and influence stakeholders from SMB to large enterprise and C-suite. A track record of using approved AI tools to increase legal productivity, and staying current on AI governance obligations. Advise senior business stakeholders, including GTM leadership, and Product teams, on deal structuring, risk allocation, commercial terms, and multi-jurisdictional GTM considerations, serving as the day-to-day legal lead who positions Legal as a genuine business enabler. Partner with the Product Legal team to develop and refine legal frameworks that support a self-serve and low-touch commercial motion, including API access agreements, developer terms, usage-based licensing structures, and SMB onboarding frameworks, contributing to a standardized, scalable approach that enables businesses to engage and onboard with speed and minimal friction. Provide clear, solution-focused guidance on AI-related commercial arrangements, data-sharing agreements, and emerging technology implementations as they enter the enterprise deal mix. Own and continuously develop the suite of enterprise and channel contracting templates, playbooks, negotiation guidelines, and approval frameworks used across the partnerships function. Design scalable legal infrastructure that empowers fast-moving deal teams to execute efficiently while maintaining sound risk controls across both direct and indirect channels. Extensive B2B commercial experience with proven success closing complex, consultative enterprise software or tech-enabled service deals. Direct experience selling into venture capital, private equity, asset management, or fund services is a strong plus, but your ability to build a high-performing tech sales motion comes first. You have a track record of driving sales motions for high-ticket solutions where deal sizes are consistently in the hundreds of thousands, focusing on relationship-driven, consultative outcomes. You have 3+ years of experience directly managing, coaching, and scaling Account Executives teams, with a clear track record of raising team performance, enforcing pipeline discipline, and driving revenue growth. You have coached team members through long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals You have successfully built and scaled sales motions across multiple markets, driving high performance through rigorous CRM discipline, RevOps tooling, and predictable forecasting routines. You excel at creating practical sales handbooks, enablement resources, playbooks, and coaching frameworks that teams rely on to drive complex, long-cycle enterprise deals. You are a seasoned people leader who sets a high bar for excellence, fostering talent through direct feedback, clear performance management, and structured coaching. You combine strong commercial judgment—knowing when to push or qualify out—with the executive presence to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders. You have a builder mentality and are comfortable creating structure in an environment that is still scaling You communicate excellently in English Existing understanding of VC / PE fund operations, GP / LP structures, fund administration, investor onboarding, transfer agency, or Luxembourg fund structures is a strong plus. What success looks like In your first months, you will build a clear understanding of bunch's commercial motion, ICP, product, implementation model, pricing, and market dynamics. You will establish trust with the existing sales team, founders, and key cross-functional partners, while introducing a clear cadence for pipeline reviews, deal coaching, forecasting, and performance visibility. Over time, you will strengthen the team's execution across priority markets, improve pipeline quality and forecast accuracy, standardise the sales playbook, support hiring and onboarding, and build stronger cross-functional routines with Marketing, Solutions, Operations, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps. You will also establish the core sales infrastructure the team needs to scale: clear funnel processes, reliable CRM workflows, useful dashboards, practical handbooks, repeatable coaching routines, and a shared source of truth for how we sell. Ultimately, you will help build a high-performing and scalable sales organisation across UK, Luxembourg and Germany, improving predictable revenue generation and constantly raising the quality bar for complex private-markets selling.
