When you join Exclaimer you will join a global award-winning SaaS provider with an exceptional revenue rate, ambitious growth plans, and an inclusive and outcomes-driven culture. Exclaimer is a high-growth SaaS company with 300+ colleagues across the UK, US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. We promote a people-first culture built on fairness, inclusion, psychological safety, and continuous learning. As we evolve into a multi-channel platform for branded business communications, we offer employees the opportunity to shape the future of global communication—while growing their careers in a culture where curiosity, creativity, and accountability thrive. We're officially Great Place To Work Certified™ Exclaimer has been recognised by Great Place To Work® for our culture of collaboration, trust, and growth. This certification reflects our commitment to creating an environment where every voice matters and people genuinely enjoy coming to work. See our accreditations to learn more: Great Place to Work® UK | Great Place To Work® USA About the opportunity 👇 Senior Product Manager, PLG & Onboarding About the role Exclaimer is the leading email signature management vendor. Our product appeals to companies who need their employees' emails to include disclaimers and signatures with consistent branding. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our product-led growth (PLG) motion, with a particular focus on the self-serve onboarding flow on www.exclaimer.com: the path a new user takes from signup through activation, to their first meaningful "aha" moment during a trial, to becoming a paying customer. You'll be working closely with our Head of PLG, with whom you agree improvements to the onboarding flow. Your impact on activation and time-to-value translates directly into revenue, retention, and lower cost of acquisition. You'll sit at the intersection of product, design, data, growth marketing, and sales, and you'll be judged on outcomes - activation rate, time-to-value, self-serve conversion, trial-to-paid - not just features shipped. What you'll do Own the self-serve funnel end to end – the initial focus is on signup, activation and first-value. Redesign and continuously improve onboarding – make it really easy for new users to set up and deploy their first signature in an intuitive self-guided way that gets users to value fast. Track funnel metrics - activation rate, time-to-value, trial/free-to-paid conversion - and set targets against them. Partner with data to improve on analytics. Run a disciplined experimentation program - prioritise, design, ship, and analyse A/B tests across the onboarding and activation funnel. Write specs and prioritise the roadmap for PLG and onboarding initiatives, balancing quick wins against structural changes. Partner with growth marketing on the handoff from acquisition to product - landing pages, signup flow, lifecycle email/in-app messaging. Partner with sales and customer success on clean handoffs for accounts that need a human touch. Contribute to pricing and packaging – the structure of our packages, feature gating, paywalls, and upgrade triggers. Talk to users constantly - usability testing, interviews, session replay, and support/NPS signal - to find where self-serve users get stuck. Report on PLG health to leadership, translating funnel data into a clear narrative and a prioritised action plan. What you'll bring Experience You are an experienced product manager, who has owned and improved a PLG motion or self-serve onboarding/activation funnel at a B2B SaaS company. A track record of moving a specific metric - activation rate, time-to-value, trial-to-paid conversion - and can speak to the before/after in detail. Experience running structured experimentation at a meaningful cadence, not one-off tests. Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing, and sales/CS. Skills & ways of working Data fluency – comfortable using data tools (Tableau, Databricks, Heap), with an inquisitive mind, drawing sound conclusions and making data-informed decisions. Product craft - strong UX instincts and a close working relationship with design; can review a Figma flow and know what will confuse or delight a new user. Systems thinking - sees the funnel as an integral part of the overall product and customer experience. Commercial acumen - understands how pricing, packaging, and monetisation levers interact with activation and conversion. Technical fluency and AI - can talk credibly with engineers about implementation trade-offs without needing to write the code. Is able to build AI into their workflows and to continuously seek ways to improve velocity and quality. Communication - writes clearly, prioritises ruthlessly, and can bring stakeholders along with objective arguments and a clear point of view. Collaboration and continuous learning – works well with geographically dispersed colleagues from a range of disciplines to achieve a common goal. Helps others improve their game by giving constructive feedback. Believes in continuous learning. At Exclaimer, we're proud to offer a benefits package that reflects our commitment to supporting you professionally, personally, and wherever life takes you. Alongside competitive pay, you'll have access to generous paid time off, flexible working options including our XFlex programme and a "work from anywhere" allowance - plus enhanced leave for all new parents, regardless of gender, family structure, or path to parenthood. Our wellbeing offering includes comprehensive healthcare coverage, fully funded insurance and income protection, access to 24/7 virtual care, and mental health, legal and financial support through employee assistance programmes. We help you plan for the future with contributory retirement plans and savings support, and back your day-to-day wellbeing with perks like subscriptions to Calm and Blinkist, fitness and lifestyle credits, global travel assistance and a wide range of discounts. Wherever you're based, you'll find that Exclaimer's benefits are designed to help you thrive: at work and beyond. At Exclaimer, inclusion is more than a policy - it's part of who we are. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities. Product Manager – Android Integration & Ecosystem
Full TimeOn-siteMid
architecturesalespartnerships

Your mission As our Product Manager – Android Integration & Ecosystem , you will define the product what and why for how ProGlove devices connect, integrate and create value within the enterprise Android ecosystem. ProGlove is evolving from a wearable scanner company into a Worker Companion company, bringing together ergonomic wearable hardware, software, connectivity, workflow guidance, data and intelligence. With the MAI Wearable Companion, we are entering a broader ecosystem of enterprise applications, technologies, standards, partners and customer infrastructure. Your mission will be to make our products easy to adopt, integrate and deploy at scale – without turning every customer opportunity into a bespoke engineering project. You will identify recurring customer needs, translate them into scalable capabilities and propositions, and decide where ProGlove should own, enable or partner. In doing so, you will help turn integration from a technical necessity into a source of differentiation, customer value and commercial opportunity. You will work closely with the Product Manager responsible for the Wearable Companion device. While they own the device proposition, you will own how the device connects to and creates value in the wider ecosystem. Together, you will shape a coherent end-to-end proposition for customers, developers, integrators and partners. Your day-to-day Define and evolve the product strategy and priorities for ProGlove's enterprise Android integration and ecosystem capabilities, aligned with customer needs and business goals. Work directly with customers, Sales and Solution Architecture to identify recurring problems, distinguish individual requests from broader market needs and turn the right opportunities into scalable solutions. Translate recurring integration needs into repeatable product capabilities such as APIs, SDKs, tools, interfaces, documentation, integration patterns and deployment solutions. Shape the product experience around device setup, provisioning, application distribution, device management and other capabilities required to deploy and operate connected device fleets at scale. Make clear, pragmatic decisions about where ProGlove should own, enable or partner , balancing customer value, strategic control, speed, scalability and technical complexity. Identify the platforms, applications, standards and ecosystem players that matter to our customers, and shape the integrations, certifications and technology partnerships that strengthen our proposition. Explore where integration capabilities, software, services and ecosystem propositions can create differentiated value and support commercial or recurring-revenue opportunities. Partner closely with Engineering and the Product Manager for the Wearable Companion to create alignment on customer problems, priorities, trade-offs and desired outcomes. Enable Sales and other customer-facing teams to clearly explain our Android proposition, supported capabilities, integrations and common deployment patterns. Maintain a forward-looking view of enterprise Android, AOSP, enterprise mobility, AI and adjacent technologies, and translate relevant developments into strategic options and product priorities. Your profile At ProGlove, technical expertise matters, but how you work is just as important. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, stays curious, collaborates openly and turns complexity into clear, pragmatic decisions. You bring strong Product Management experience in B2B or enterprise technology and can define strategy, discover meaningful customer problems, prioritize opportunities and turn them into scalable products or propositions. You are commercially minded and naturally connect product decisions with customer value, differentiation, business impact and opportunities to capture value. You are comfortable working with enterprise software, platforms, connected devices, integrations or technology ecosystems, and understand the realities of complex customer IT environments. You have enough technical depth to understand architecture, interfaces and trade-offs, contribute credibly to platform and integration discussions, and recognize when deeper engineering expertise is needed. You think in systems and patterns: when faced with a customer requirement, you look beyond the immediate request to understand why it exists, how broadly it applies and what a simple, repeatable solution could look like. You take end-to-end ownership, move topics forward without waiting for perfect instructions and remain effective when the product space or path ahead is not yet fully defined. You collaborate generously and build trust across Product, Engineering, Sales, Solution Architecture, customers and external partners. You can create alignment and drive decisions without relying on formal authority. You communicate clearly and transparently, raise risks early and can make complex technical and commercial topics understandable to different audiences. You are curious about customers, the business and emerging technologies, and continuously test assumptions rather than pursuing technology for its own sake. You use pragmatic judgment to balance speed, simplicity, quality and long-term value. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment. Experience in one or more of the following areas would be valuable, but is not required: Enterprise Android, AOSP or adjacent Android ecosystems, including environments operating outside standard Google Mobile Services. Enterprise mobility management, MDM/EMM, device provisioning, application deployment or connected fleet management. Rugged or industrial devices, IoT or edge devices, connected hardware or other B2B technology ecosystems. APIs, SDKs, developer or integrator experiences and enterprise integrations. Platform or ecosystem strategy, technology partnerships, certification programs or developer and partner ecosystems. Enterprise customers deploying technology at scale. Direct Android Product Management experience is an advantage, but not essential if you bring strong Product Management expertise and relevant experience from an adjacent enterprise technology ecosystem. Why us? This is an opportunity to shape an important part of a category that is still being defined. Android gives ProGlove access to a much broader technology ecosystem, but the opportunity goes far beyond compatibility. You will help determine what role ProGlove should play in that ecosystem, which capabilities we should own, where we should partner, what customers and developers should be able to build around us, and where integration itself can become a source of differentiation and recurring business value. ProGlove already has the customer base, market credibility, technology and industrial expertise to build on. Our products are used in some of the world's most demanding operational environments. What we are now building is the next layer. Over time, success will mean more than making our own products easier to integrate. It will mean creating capabilities, interfaces and ecosystem relationships that customers, application providers and partners actively choose to build around - moving ProGlove from ecosystem participant toward ecosystem shaper. If you are excited by the idea of turning complex technology ecosystems into simple, valuable products - and helping shape how the next generation of frontline technology connects with the digital world - we would love to meet you. Join us in building the future of frontline work. What success looks like ProGlove has a clear, customer-backed strategy and prioritized roadmap for Android integration and ecosystem capabilities. Recurring customer and integration needs are turned into scalable, repeatable solutions rather than one-off engineering projects. Customers can adopt, integrate, deploy and manage ProGlove devices more easily within their existing enterprise environments. Decisions about what ProGlove should own, enable or partner are made transparently and based on customer value, business impact and long-term scalability. Product, Engineering, Sales and Solution Architecture are aligned on priorities, supported capabilities and key trade-offs. Customer-facing teams can confidently communicate our Android proposition and common deployment patterns without relying on Product or Engineering in every opportunity. Relevant integrations, partnerships and commercial opportunities are identified, validated and translated into tangible product or business outcomes. Meet your team You will join our Product team and report directly to the CPO. You will work especially closely with the Product Manager responsible for the Wearable Companion, as well as colleagues across Engineering, Sales, Solution Architecture and Product Marketing. This is a highly cross-functional role. You will bring together customer needs, technical realities and commercial opportunities, while also building relationships with external technology partners, platform providers and integrators. The team values open collaboration, clear communication and shared ownership of outcomes. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Senior Product Marketing Manager
TRM LabsCanada, USA (Fully Remote)42 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior$175,000 - $195,000 / Year
gorarchitectureclaimscompliancecompliance+4

Build a Safer World. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. TRM Labs is building the global standard for investigations. We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who understands that this role is not content production. It's market ownership. Your job is to make TRM the obvious choice for a specific set of buyers. You work closely with a Product Manager and Sales — the PM builds, Sales opens doors, and you make sure buyers arrive already convinced. AI handles the execution. You handle the judgment. Product marketers at TRM make the category feel like TRM's home turf before a buyer ever talks to anyone. What you'll own You'll own the market position for TRM's AI-native investigation platform. Your buyers are investigators and analysts running complex, high-stakes cases where the quality of their tooling directly determines outcomes. Your job is to make TRM the platform they can't imagine working without. That means deep fluency with how government investigations actually run, positioning that speaks to the specific workflow pressures these buyers face, and ownership of the moments where TRM cements its position as the standard. How you'll work Deep diving: You know the product at the level where you can demo it as well as anyone in the company. You know where the real value sits and where it breaks down. You're in deal reviews and customer conversations often enough to know what lands, and you can hold a real conversation with both engineering and buyers. Positioning: You find the wedge: the framing where a prospect chooses TRM every time and asking about the competition sounds like the wrong question. You build the architecture everything hangs from: the claims, the proof, the hierarchy, the words TRM owns. Tight enough that a new hire and a ten-year veteran say the same true thing. Incepting: The story only works if the company believes it first. You get Sales carrying the message without you in the room, engineers who can explain why what they're building matters, and execs who open deals with the same frame you set. You don't mandate alignment. You create it by making the story so clear and compelling that people want to tell it. Owning the moment: A tier-one launch, a CEO keynote, the webpage a buyer lands on before they ever take a meeting. These are the moments where TRM either makes an impression or misses one. You own the narrative, the timing, and the outcome. The bar is a defining moment the whole company points to. You don't wait for those. You go make them. What we're looking for Storytelling. You think in narrative, not slides. You can make something technical matter to a stranger in two sentences. Your stories are grounded in data: win/loss patterns, customer signals, market evidence, because the most persuasive narrative is one that's actually true. You translate the same story across a keynote, a one-pager, and a website without losing what makes it land. Commercial instincts. You understand what moves a deal, not just what sounds good in a deck. You've been present enough in the sales cycle to know the difference, and you've changed your positioning because of it. AI builder. You build systems for the team, not just yourself. You've already offloaded the repeatable work to automation: competitive monitoring, content generation, persona synthesis. You spend your time on the judgment calls that actually require you. Walk us through something you built that made the whole team faster. Judgment. You know what good looks like across the work and you say so when it isn't: a positioning brief that almost works, a website that doesn't land, a design that misses. You hold the standard and give feedback that moves things forward, not feedback that leaves people guessing. Hard requirements 5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company You've owned at least two tier-one launches end to end: strategy, narrative, execution, and post-launch measurement You've owned a website or major digital channel and made content decisions that moved pipeline, not just pageviews You already use AI to build workflows and systems and can walk through a real example of something you built for your team, not just yourself Deal breakers Marketers who measure output in assets shipped Anyone who treats AI as something to explore rather than something already running in their workflow Candidates whose best examples inherited existing infrastructure. We need builders, not operators of programs someone else built. About the team TRM's product team doesn't coordinate work. It owns outcomes. Product marketers are embedded in the sales motion, in customer conversations, and in launch decisions. The team is small, the scope is real, and what you ship shows up directly in how deals close and how the market talks about TRM. PMMs here don't wait to be asked. What TRM speed looks like in this role Build an agent that scans the market for opportunities and builds a prototype for new product features that the product management team reviews Customer needs a product brochure before a meeting. You build something on-brand with the right content and get it to them today, without spinning up a design cycle. Fast and accurate does more for the deal than slow and polished. MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers , including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders. In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions , the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours. Location: UK, remote Travel: Regular travel across EMEA required Reports to: Sr. Director of Sales, EMEA The Role MaintainX is expanding its enterprise presence across EMEA, and we're rapidly expanding our sales team focused on the UK & Ireland market, with the potential to expand your territory to the rest of Europe Middle East and Africa depending on experience This is a new-logo sales role for someone who knows how to build pipeline, create urgency with complex industrial buyers, and close multi-site enterprise deals. You'll work closely with our EMEA sales leadership to establish the regional motion, win early reference customers, and help shape how MaintainX goes to market across the region. This is not an account-management seat. We're looking for a senior hunter who is energized by building territory from the ground up, selling into operational environments, and turning unfamiliar accounts into long-term strategic customers. What You'll Do Own new-logo enterprise growth across a UK&I-led EMEA territory, closing complex, multi-site deals from first conversation through signature. Build and manage your own pipeline through targeted prospecting, executive outreach, partner signals, and coordinated campaigns with BDR and Marketing. Sell to operational and executive buyers — including COOs, VP Operations, Reliability, Engineering, and Maintenance leaders — using the language of uptime, OEE, MTTR, safety, and asset performance. Lead full-cycle enterprise sales motions, including discovery, business-case development, multi-threading, stakeholder alignment, procurement, negotiation, and close. Build territory plans that prioritize the right accounts, industries, and expansion opportunities across the region. Navigate 6–12+ stakeholder buying committees and maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and mutual action plans. Bring market feedback back to Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership to help sharpen how MaintainX wins in EMEA. What We're Looking For 7+ years of enterprise B2B software closing experience, with a track record of owning full-cycle sales into large, complex organizations. Experience selling €250K–€1M+ ACV deals, ideally across multi-site or operationally complex environments. Proven hunter DNA: you have personally sourced, developed, and closed cold enterprise accounts rather than relying primarily on inbound demand or an established regional brand. Experience selling into manufacturing, industrials, energy, utilities, facilities, logistics, or other asset-intensive environments. Comfort building a territory from an early stage — whether in a new region, startup environment, new product category, or underdeveloped market. Strong executive presence with the ability to create credibility quickly with operational leaders and C-suite stakeholders. Multi-country EMEA sales experience, with an understanding of how buying processes, procurement, and decision-making differ across markets.
