Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. The Team: Celonis grew up with the private sector: Deutsche Telekom, Mercedes-Benz, Uniper and three quarters of the DAX companies rely on Celonis Process Intelligence. Now we are taking the next big step in Germany: scaling our business with the public sector. To make this happen, Celonis is investing heavily through 2029 in its German public sector business. Over the past year, we have built our Public Sector team from the ground up. Today, a strong go-to-market core team of Account Executives and Value Engineers is in place, working with federal and state-level institutions. The police are one of our primary target organizations in the public sector. Police officers spend a large proportion of their time on data work and comparatively little on the actual investigation. We want to turn that around. With our new police solution, Metropolis, we help police authorities connect and make sense of their data, so that officers can focus on what matters most: solving cases and keeping people safe . To address this, we are now complementing our existing Public Sector team with a highly specialized Account Executive who brings first-hand experience from inside the organization we serve: the Police . The Role: This is not a typical Account Executive role. You bring the perspective of someone who knows police work from the inside: how investigations really run, where time is lost in data work, and how decisions are made and budgets are approved. You will use this credibility to build trusted relationships with police authorities at federal and state level and position Celonis as a long-term partner for their digital transformation. Working closely with our Public Sector AEs, Value Engineers and product experts, you will translate the operational reality of police work into compelling use cases, contribute to the creation of solution blueprints, drive opportunities from first conversation to signed contract, and help shape how Celonis enters and grows in this market. The Work you'll do: Build and own relationships with police authorities at federal and state level, e.g. Bundespolizei, Bundeskriminalamt (BKA), Landeskriminalämter (LKA), Landespolizeien and the responsible Interior Ministries . Engage with decision-makers from police leadership, investigation units, IT and digitalization departments, and procurement. Translate investigators' daily challenges into concrete, AI-enabled use cases for Celonis and Metropolis, with measurable impact (e.g. time saved per case, faster case processing). Bring the voice of the police into Celonis: share insights with our product, marketing and value engineering teams to sharpen our offering. Own an individual revenue target and drive complex, long sales cycles to a successful close. Navigate public procurement and tender processes (e.g. VgV, VSVgV, UVgO, framework agreements) together with our partners and internal experts. Work closely with partners such as consulting firms, system integrators and public IT service providers. Represent Celonis at public sector events, conferences and police-specific forums. The Qualifications you need: Several years of professional experience within the German police (federal or state level), ideally in a leadership role and/or in an area close to investigations, criminal analysis, IT, digitalization or organizational development. A solid network within the police landscape and a deep understanding of how police authorities and Interior Ministries are organized, how decisions are made and how budgets are planned. First-hand understanding of the data challenges in police work, e.g. case management, evidence and data analysis, and cross-agency information sharing. A strong interest in moving into a commercial, customer-facing role. Prior experience in sales, business development or consulting is a plus, but not a must. We will support your onboarding into the sales role. Strong affinity for technology, data and AI, and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and convincing way. Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and to engage effectively at the leadership level. Familiarity with public procurement processes is a strong plus. Grit, a hands-on mindset, and the drive to build something new. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (native or fluent) and very good English. Willingness and eligibility to undergo a security clearance (Sicherheitsüberprüfung) if required by our customers. Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking and a growth mindset. Willingness to be collaborative and inclusive, to embrace diversity, and strong interpersonal skills #differentmakesusbetter Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team #bestteamwins #LI-SS6 What Celonis can offer you: Pioneer Innovation: Work with the global leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations. Ownership from Day 1: Every full-time "Celonaut" is an owner, receiving Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and merit-based refresh grants. Unrivaled Family Support: Benefit from our inclusive parental leave policy—24 weeks of fully paid leave for primary carers and 12 weeks for supporting carers, available from your first day of employment. Work-Life Integration: Enjoy Unlimited PTO (in applicable regions) and generous PTO globally, as well as a flexible hybrid work model that balances remote focus with vibrant office collaboration. Continuous Growth: Elevate your skills through our 70-20-10 learning framework, mentorship programs, and access to a dedicated learning platform. Holistic Well-being: Prioritize your health with subsidized Wellhub memberships, mental health counseling, and dedicated "Wellness Weeks" that prioritize work/life balance. Drive Sustainability: Participate in annual Impact Days, where you receive paid time off to volunteer for community and environmental causes with your local office, or virtually. Global Inclusion & Belonging: Find community through our Inclusion Think Tank and participate in our annual Inclusion Days, ensuring every voice is heard and valued. Value-Driven Impact: Join a mission-led organization where our core values—Live for Customer Value, The Best Team Wins, We Own It, and Earth Is Our Future—drive every decision. Ready to Take on a New Challenge in Enterprise Sales? Are you a driven, energetic sales professional looking for your next big adventure? Do you thrive on taking ownership, unlocking strategic accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals in a fast-paced environment? Are you excited by cutting-edge technology in a dynamic industry, and motivated by the opportunity to make a measurable impact; not just on your career, but on the world? If so, we want to hear from you. Where You'll Make an Impact: As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll join our high-performing EMEA sales team, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and VP EMEA. You'll take full ownership of your territory and become a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the Crypto and Financial Services landscape. You're not just here to sell, you're here to transform how leading enterprises combat crypto crime with Elliptic's industry-leading compliance and investigation solutions. You'll gain deep product expertise and apply your understanding of evolving global and regional regulations to build compelling business cases that speak directly to our customers' pain points. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a role where you can make an impact not just on the company you work for but also on the market you work in. Fascinating and challenging work is the norm - working at Elliptic is never boring! What you will do: Run the full enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, across a territory with massive potential and that has considerable inbound interest. Proactively identify, engage, and convert strategic enterprise accounts (including pre-defined targets and new prospects). Develop and execute multi-threaded sales strategies to engage diverse stakeholders (compliance, legal, risk, procurement, tech, C-level). Handle 5-, 6- and 7-figure deal cycles with skill, creativity, and precision leveraging persuasion, influence, and value based selling techniques. Drive account expansion through timely up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing value delivered to our customers. Partner with global peers to collaborate on multi-region and strategic global accounts with long-term growth potential. Collaborate with internal sales engineers, product experts, customer success, and marketing, as well as partner channels, to expand your reach and velocity. Stay ahead of industry shifts and translate emerging challenges into opportunities for Elliptic's solution suite. Represent Elliptic at key industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships and identify new prospects. Be an ambassador of the Elliptic brand, living our values of curiosity, trust, and action in every interaction. What you will achieve in the first 6 months: Completed Elliptic's product certifications and onboarding processes. Mapped your territory, identified your top 20 target accounts, and built a qualified pipeline of at least 3x your quarterly quota through a combination of inbound, outbound, and partner-sourced opportunities. Identified upsell or cross-sell motion in an existing Elliptic account in your territory and have it actively in play to build a qualified pipeline of at least 2x of your quarterly quota through proactive whitespace mapping and engagement in collaboration with the Customer Success Managers. Run complete discovery cycles with at least 10 enterprise prospects, using the Value Pyramid to connect client pain points to our solutions, applying MEDDPPICC to qualify or disqualify with confidence, and have a clear view of what you're walking away from and why. Progressed at least 2 opportunities to late-stage negotiation and closed your first deal, demonstrating you can manage the full enterprise cycle from initial engagement through legal and procurement. Built multi-threaded relationships across your strategic accounts - compliance, risk, and C-suite - not just a single champion per account. Earned a reputation internally with your SE, CS, marketing, and partner team as a well-prepared, collaborative account owner who closes the loop and uses internal resources without wasting them. You will be a great fit here if you are: A driven, tenacious "hunter" who thrives on owning their number and finding creative ways to exceed it. Experienced in B2B enterprise SaaS and/or DaaS sales within RegTech, FinTech, and/or Crypto. A proven track record of consistently closing successful enterprise deals across multiple years and companies. Comfortable leading complex, long-cycle and large deals involving multiple stakeholders, but also agile enough to take on quick-close 5-figure deals. Commercially curious, you ask smart questions, seek to understand the "why" behind a customer's problems, and use those insights to tailor impactful solutions. Confident, consultative, and persuasive, able to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, from mid-level managers to C-suites. A collaborative team player, independent yet never a "lone wolf." You value and engage support from your pack. Agile, resourceful, and fearless, you see opportunity where others see blockers and know how to create inroads where none appear to exist. Willingness to travel to customers and industry events and conduct business face to face. Our ideal candidate has: Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to establish meaningful relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders. Technical acumen with the ability to establish credibility with technical decision makers. Driven and solutions-oriented: you know how to navigate roadblocks and keep deals moving forward. Familiarity with the MEDDPPICC methodology and Value Based Selling. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), LLMs and other AI-driven prospecting and work efficiency tools. Passionate about generative AI and excited to help customers navigate a rapidly evolving industry. Bonus Points for: An existing network of connections across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) space. Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian. A proven use case and understanding of agentic AI is a strong plus. Ultimately we are looking to hire those who want to be the future leaders in the industry, super intrigued by Crypto and have an awesome mindset to learn so if you don't meet all the criteria still do apply! Benefits: Competitive salary Share Options Holiday - 25 days Private Health Insurance Collaborative, flexible and friendly environment: We understand that flexibility is the key to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Social events, which include regular team lunch on us, quarterly full day events and an annual company 3-day event - this year these are taking place virtually Personal training budget & LinkedIn Learning subscription We know Diversity and Inclusion is much deeper than just hiring, but it's important for us to mention it here. We want to be challenged every day. We believe our diverse team of individuals underpins this by bringing creative thinking and innovation to Elliptic every day. GTM Operations Manager
RevenueCat
RevenueCatEMEA, Germany3 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid$158,000 - $158,000 / Year
gosqllookerhubspotmarketocrm+4

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you'll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don't take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. The role We're looking for a GTM Operations Manager to build and improve the workflows that connect our go-to-market teams. A promising account signs up. Does the right person find out, with enough context to act? A customer becomes eligible for a new product. Do they receive useful guidance? A data sync fails overnight. Do we catch it before it affects a campaign, account handoff, or business decision? You'll help make those things work reliably. You'll join an existing GTM Operations team, working closely with @Nathan Bellehsen on Salesforce and Sales systems and @Masha Tsaryk on Marketing and customer-lifecycle systems. Your initial focus will be lead handoffs and lifecycle execution: the data, automation, quality checks, and reporting that turn customer signals into useful action. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role. You'll own agreed projects from understanding the problem through building, testing, rollout, and ongoing improvement. Experienced teammates will provide context, help set priorities, and partner with you on architectural decisions. Within that direction, we expect you to make progress independently and flag problems early. Our stack includes Salesforce, Customer.io , Clay, Looker, automation tools, and a growing set of AI workflows. You don't need to know every tool. You do need to understand how systems connect and enjoy figuring out why something isn't working. Why we're hiring for this role now RevenueCat's GTM organization is growing across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Growth. We're developing more deliberate ways to identify promising accounts, help customers adopt our products, and turn successful one-to-one work into programs that reach many more people. Our operations team already supports the systems behind that work. We need more capacity to take important workflows from "this could work" to something dependable that people use every day. You'll help us ship those improvements while making the existing operation easier to run: fewer manual handoffs, clearer ownership, more trustworthy data, and less time spent solving the same problem twice. What you'll be responsible for Own selected GTM workflows end-to-end. Translate a business problem into a practical solution, agree how success will be measured, build and test it, and stay responsible after launch. Make lead and account handoffs dependable. At Hive, we're building the defining physical AI platform of the next decade. Industrial labor is one of the most acute bottlenecks in the global economy. Operators are expensive, hard to retain, and working in environments that are increasingly unsafe. The shortage is structural. The window to solve it is now. Our answer is a machine-agnostic intelligence platform that lets any machine, on any site, perceive, decide, and act autonomously. One platform. Any machine. No fleet replacement. Already live across multiple sites and customers in Europe - spanning logistics and warehousing, industrial manufacturing, and large-scale chemical production - with a US expansion underway. The vision: one operator managing hundreds of machines simultaneously. Productive machine-hour cost dropping by 80x, and unlocks the next productivity revolution in physical work. The mission is to make productivity limitless. Come and help us build it. The Role As Operations Manager you will build and run the operational organization behind Hive's live customer operations in the UK. Following deployment handover, you will own day-to-day operational performance, including operators, shift coverage, training, quality, customer service and continuous improvement. Initially, the role is broader. As one of Hive's first UK operational hires, you will also help establish our local setup, support early deployments and solve the practical challenges that come with building a new operation from the ground up. What You Will Do Own Live Customer Operations Own operational performance after deployment handover. Ensure Hive delivers a safe, reliable and high-quality service across customer sites. Monitor operational KPIs, service quality, incidents and uptime. Coordinate operational issues and escalations and ensure clear customer communication. Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring operational issues. Build and Lead the Operator Organization in the UK Recruit, onboard and develop Hive's UK operator team. Build a strong pipeline of experienced industrial machine operators. Own operator training and qualification together with relevant Hive teams. Develop shift structures, workforce plans and schedules. Coach operators and set clear expectations for safety, quality, performance and professionalism. Follow up individual and team performance. Own Operational Quality Establish and maintain operational standards and procedures. Ensure consistent execution across shifts and customer sites. Investigate incidents and deviations and implement corrective actions. Build the routines, KPIs and management systems required to scale. Support Early UK Deployments Work closely with the Deployment, Engineering and service teams during launch and hypercare. Recruit and train operators ahead of go-live. Support operational testing, readiness and transition into steady-state operations. Ensure a structured handover from Deployment into Operations. Help Build Hive UK Support establishment of Hive's initial UK operating base and practical local infrastructure. Help establish suppliers, equipment, tools, inventory and local operating routines. Support recruiting, onboarding, HSE and other practical requirements of a new operation. Create structure without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. Create a Strong Field Feedback Loop Capture feedback from customers and operators systematically. Translate field experience into actionable improvements for Product, Engineering and Delivery. Help prioritize improvements that increase safety, reliability, uptime and operational quality. What We're Looking For Essential Experience managing industrial, field, logistics or service operations. Experience leading shift-based operational teams. Demonstrated people leadership including recruiting, onboarding, coaching and performance management. Strong operational planning and execution skills. Comfortable owning real-world operations where uptime and customer experience matter. Strong safety and quality mindset. Hands-on and comfortable working directly with equipment, operators and customer teams. Able to build structure in an environment where processes do not yet exist. Strong customer communication skills. Willingness to travel when operationally required. Professional fluency in English and authorization to work in the UK. Strongly preferred Experience from heavy equipment operations, warehousing, logistics, material handling, mining, construction, manufacturing, fleet operations, field service, industrial automation or robotics. Experience recruiting and managing forklift, wheel loader, heavy equipment or similar operators. What success looks like Hive has built a strong initial UK operator organization. Live customers have reliable operational coverage and clear escalation paths. Operators are properly trained, supported and held to clear standards. Shift planning and staffing are predictable and scalable. Operational incidents are handled quickly and systematically. Hive has the foundations of a scalable UK operating model to new hubs. Why Join Hive? Join Hive at a pivotal stage as we expand into the UK and build a new category in Physical AI. You'll work with cutting-edge autonomy technology and a highly experienced team to bring autonomous industrial machines out of development and into real-world commercial operations. As we establish and scale our UK operations, you'll have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility from day one, help shape how we operate in the UK, and build the playbooks for deploying and operating autonomous machines at scale. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Early applications are encouraged. Hive values diversity and encourages qualified candidates to apply regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation or background.
