The portfolio includes programs such as Rx Kids, guaranteed-income initiatives, and housing-stability programs. You will help teams design and expand these programs, structure partnerships, and navigate the legal issues affecting delivery and recipients. Travel Requirement: ~ 3–4 trips per year, plus travel as needed during active emergency responses. What you'll do: Build and deliver the Emergency Cash legal model Serve as the primary legal partner to Emergency Cash across program strategy, design, launch, and delivery. Build a repeatable legal model for emergency responses, including approaches to country entry, regulatory review, government engagement, contracting, data use, and the engagement of local counsel. Develop response-readiness tools, templates, and decision frameworks that allow common issues to be addressed quickly while escalating matters requiring legal judgment. During active responses, lead the legal work needed to launch and operate on emergency timelines, providing clear recommendations when information is incomplete. Coordinate with country teams, program-facing Counsel, and local advisors to use existing knowledge and relationships while retaining legal ownership of the response. Apply GiveDirectly's global standards for MNO data and remote enablement to individual responses, working with the Corporate & Strategic Affairs Counsel on novel or cross-cutting issues. Draft and negotiate the partnership, technology, vendor, data-sharing, and other agreements required to deliver emergency programs. Lead legal support for U.S. programs Serve as legal partner to GiveDirectly's U.S. programs across program design, implementation, expansion, and ongoing operations. Advise on the legal design and delivery of U.S. cash programs, including eligible recipient populations, interactions with public benefits, tax treatment and reporting, payments involving minors or caregivers, family-law considerations, privacy and data use, and state-specific requirements. Structure and negotiate program-specific agreements with governments, research institutions, community organizations, payment providers, and other partners. Develop reusable guidance for recurring issues and coordinate state-specific or specialist counsel where needed. Contribute across Legal Work with the Corporate & Business Affairs Counsel on organization-wide standards and initiatives affecting Emergency Cash or U.S. programs. Partner with the Africa Programs & Country Operations Counsel when emergency responses occur in countries within that role's portfolio. Work with Legal Operations support to delegate recurring contracting, research, coordination, and administrative work appropriately. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve. Qualification as an attorney in at least one jurisdiction, with relevant post-qualification legal experience. Experience advising on complex program, commercial, or regulatory matters in fast-moving or high-pressure environments. Strong commercial contracting skills, including drafting and negotiating complex partnership, technology, vendor, or data-related agreements. Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar legal and regulatory frameworks and advise where precedent, time, or information is limited. Strong legal and business judgment, including the ability to identify meaningful risks, assess tradeoffs, and recommend a practical path forward. Ability to translate complex legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance for colleagues without legal backgrounds. Experience coordinating external counsel, consultants, or other specialist advisors. Working knowledge of data privacy and data protection law. Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and reprioritize quickly during active emergency responses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English fluency. Preferred: Experience in emergency response, humanitarian operations, or other crisis-context legal work. Experience supporting the launch of programs or operations in new countries. Company Overview Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are 'Powered by Deepgram', including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram's voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram. Company Operating Rhythm At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren't optional, they're core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance. Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do. Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you're not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you're seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5. NOTE: THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE THAT WILL BE BASED OUT OF SINGAPORE. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a rare chance to be one of the first people building Deepgram's business in Asia Pacific. You will help lay the foundation of how we serve customers across APAC. You will shape the playbook rather than inherit one, work directly with our lighthouse regional customers, and have visible impact on how an AI-native company scales in one of the world's most dynamic markets. If the idea of building something from the ground up energizes you, this role is for you. Our Customer Success team, known as The Heartbeat of Deepgram, sits at the intersection of customers, product, and growth. We're not here just to "manage accounts"; we make Deepgram successful in our customers' environments by combining technical expertise with commercial impact. Customer Success Engineers are hands-on partners who ensure adoption, solve complex technical challenges, and highlight opportunities for expansion. At the same time, we bring back the insights that shape Deepgram's roadmap and the internal tools we build to support customers. WHO YOU ARE You are not a traditional CSM. You're a Customer Success Engineer, someone who thrives at the intersection of APIs, customer outcomes, and business growth. You have a strong technical foundation and are comfortable running demos, guiding architecture discussions, and helping customers integrate AI-driven solutions into their workflows. You're equally skilled at reading a room, building trust with executives, and uncovering growth opportunities that come from technical adoption. You've likely been a Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer, and you're excited to bring that blended experience to help customers realize value from day one and scale it over time. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will nurture and grow relationships with strategic customers, leading initiatives that drive adoption, enablement, and measurable business outcomes. You will own the lifecycle for assigned customers from onboarding and enablement through engagement, performance analysis, and expansion. You will be pivotal in aligning customer strategies with Deepgram's roadmap and strategy, ensuring both Deepgram and our customers achieve shared success. WHAT YOU'LL DO Act as a technical expert and strategic advisor to enterprise customers, engaging directly with developers, engineers, and executives to align business goals with technical solutions. Build, nurture, and sustain customer relationships across all personas interacting with Deepgram (from developers and program managers to CIOs, CTOs, and other C-level stakeholders). Conduct regular on-site visits with customers to partner closely, work hands-on to drive adoption, and actively embed Deepgram into their workflows. Frequent travel may be required. Own and manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, technical enablement, expansion, and advocacy. Focus on making Deepgram successful in the customer's environment; ensuring products are integrated, enabled, and adopted effectively, applying best practices, reference architectures, and creative solutions to drive outcomes. Continuously operate in discovery mode, surfacing customer issues, deeply understanding their complexity and business impact, and translating them into actionable requirements for internal teams. Confidently run live product demos, guide architecture discussions, and troubleshoot technical issues, bridging the gap between solutions design and commercial growth. Maintain a deep understanding of Deepgram APIs, integrations, and AI/ML technologies. Leverage AI to amplify your impact; be an expert in how Customer Success can apply AI to drive customer outcomes, surface insights, and improve internal systems. Proactively identify and scope opportunities for expansion (cross-sell, upsell, multi-product adoption), partnering with Sales. Develop and execute structured customer success plans that align business outcomes with Deepgram's product capabilities. Proactively initiate and lead executive business reviews, joint planning sessions, and strategy workshops to stay ahead of risks, ensure alignment, and surface opportunities for growth. Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap, GTM strategy, and even the internal tools and processes we build to support customers. Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (adoption, usage, health, satisfaction, expansion, and overall revenue impact). YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU Thrive at the intersection of sales engineering, account management, and customer success. Have high EQ and a high learning index, you read the room, adapt your style, and quickly absorb technical and business complexity. Are a strong communicator who can keep many stakeholders aligned and focused, often through constant updates and over-communication on status and ownership. Are energized by technical problem-solving, live demos, and translating support questions into growth conversations or business outcomes. See customer health and technical adoption not as endpoints but as the fuel for revenue expansion. Value collaboration and thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly. Have a high degree of integrity and can work both collaboratively and independently in a remote WFH environment. Being self-directed is key to staying proactive. Enjoy leveraging data to guide decisions, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for program improvement. Are persistent, resourceful, and able to adapt your communication style to suit both technical and business audiences. Are thoughtful in your approach and constantly question the status quo. Just because we do things a certain way, doesn't mean it's the best way! IT'S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE 7-10+ years in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, and/or Enterprise Customer Success (with strong technical focus), at innovative, API-driven technology companies (developer-first, developer tools, or emerging AI/tech). A proven track record in roles that blend customer engagement with technical expertise, navigating between solution design, technical problem-solving, and commercial growth. Hands-on experience running product demos, POCs, or technical workshops with enterprise customers. Demonstrated success identifying expansions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities in complex enterprise accounts. Strong technical aptitude: able to discuss APIs and developer workflows, and hold fluent technical conversations with engineers and architects. Experience engaging across technical teams (developers, architects, support) and executive buyers (CIO, CTO, VP Engineering, etc.). Exceptional interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders (including executives, technical teams, and sales). A strong sense of ownership and stewardship for your customers, and a keen focus on developing a strong personal brand. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD A background spanning solutions engineering or technical account management in addition to CSM responsibilities. Experience working in AI, machine learning, voice AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer-first technologies. Familiarity with automation tools, advanced analytics, and/or basic scripting that help you move faster and smarter. If you love operating where innovation and relationship management intersect, and you want to help build something from the ground up, we'd like to hear from you. BENEFITS & PERKS We offer best-in-class benefits, localized to your market. This includes comprehensive health coverage, generous paid time off, paid parental leave, meaningful learning and development support, and stipends to help you do your best work. Senior Security Engineer, Identity and Access Management Remote Location: San Francisco, California, U.S. Seattle, Washington, U.S. Austin, Texas, U.S. Washington, D.C., U.S. Boston, Massachusetts, U.S. Position Summary At HackerOne, identity is at the heart of how we protect the data we are trusted with most, our customers' vulnerabilities. We are building our Identity and Access Management capability with an AI-first approach, focused on engineering and not administration alone. As a Senior Security Engineer, you will design and deliver the access models and the automation behind them, so that people and systems can access only the right data, at the right time, in the right way. This role operates across the full identity lifecycle, from onboarding and creation through change and removal, for people, service accounts, and AI agents alike. You will help scale what a small team can accomplish by embedding automation, intelligence, and AI into how access is granted, reviewed, and removed, working toward least privilege for humans and least agency for AI. At HackerOne, we embrace a Flexible Work approach that gives us the freedom to do our best work while also fostering the connections and community that make us stronger. Reflecting this philosophy, this is a remote role targeted for candidates within ~50 miles of Austin TX, Seattle WA, Washington DC, San Francisco CA, or Boston MA, or within commuting distance of our London or Netherlands locations. What You Will Do Success in the Senior Security Engineer, Identity and Access Management role will be accomplished by delivering on the responsibilities below in alignment with the Values and Principles that define how we work at HackerOne: Own the identity lifecycle end to end, from onboarding and creation through change to removal, for people, service accounts, and AI agents alike, building the automation that grants entitlements on evidence of legitimate need and removes them seamlessly and automatically Design and build the access models on top of data classification, so that what an identity can reach follows from what the data is rather than from who asked Make time-bound access the default for critical data, so that the secure path is the easy path Engineer identity as code, keeping provisioning logic, entitlement policy, and access review rules in version control and under test across systems such as Okta, Lumos, and AWS IAM, applying First Principles Problem Solving rather than configuring by hand in consoles Build AI and LLM-powered tooling that makes access review and entitlement anomaly detection continuous rather than periodic, embedding AI First practices so unusual patterns surface when they happen rather than at audit, and decide where AI is trusted to carry an access decision and where a person still signs it off Bring non-human identities under the same discipline as human ones. Service accounts, workload identities, integrations, and AI agents each get an owner, a purpose, and an expiry, treated as the default rather than a cleanup project Continuously measure access and report the opportunity to reduce unnecessary entitlement, using Data-Driven Decision Making to prioritize where reduction matters most Partner with Engineering, Enterprise IT, and Compliance to embed identity controls into the systems they own, and support detection and incident response as the identity responder, containing access, reconstructing what an identity reached, and contributing to blameless retrospectives, demonstrating Change Agility as threats and tooling evolve Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, security engineering, or software engineering with substantial ownership of identity systems Hands-on experience operating an enterprise identity provider such as Okta, including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and lifecycle automation Experience managing identity across an enterprise SaaS estate such as Google Workspace, Salesforce and Workday, including SCIM provisioning and group-driven entitlements Experience with cloud IAM, ideally AWS, including policy design and short-lived credentials Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Python, Go, or a similar language, and hands-on use of AI and LLM tooling and agentic coding tools in production engineering work Preferred Qualifications Identity work in a regulated sector such as financial services, healthcare, or government, and producing access control evidence for audit against requirements such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 Managing identity infrastructure as code, and access request or governance tooling, for example Terraform and Lumos Mobile device management (MDM) alongside identity, for example Kandji integrated with Okta: device trust policies, platform SSO, and endpoint enrollment Non-human, workload, and privileged access: secrets management, short-lived credentials, and service-to-service authentication Building AI or LLM-powered tooling for security or identity workflows Detection and incident response for identity-centered incidents such as credential compromise, session abuse, or entitlement misuse Industry certification in identity or security, such as IDPro CIDPRO, Okta certifications, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or CISSP Compensation Bands: Tier Guide Seattle or Washington DC $180K – $220K • Offers Equity Options Job Benefits: Health (medical, vision, dental), life, and disability insurance Equity stock options Retirement plans Paid public holidays and unlimited PTO Paid maternity and parental leave Leaves of absence (including caregiver leave and leave under CO's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act) Employee Assistance Program Eligibility may differ by country We're committed to building a global team! About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role We are looking for a Vendor Admin Lead to own vendor master data for our global Finance Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Global Accounts Payable, you will be the single point of accountability for who our vendors are and get paid: onboarding, bank-detail verification, supporting documentation vetting, data quality and the controls around all of it. Anthropic's vendor base is growing quickly across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and a clean, verified vendor data is what keeps a fast-growing company scale with the necessary controls. This role is deliberately separate from invoice processing and payments. You will control vendor records and bank details; you will not book invoices or move money. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
