Solutions Architect f/m/d
ApaleoBerlin, Germany28 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid
gosqlllmrestarchitecturecompliance+6

Apaleo is the world's most open, API-first property management platform powering the next generation of hospitality operations. Its modular, AI-powered infrastructure enables hoteliers to customise their tech stack, automate routine work, and deliver seamless, personalised guest experiences, powered by best-in-class apps and autonomous AI agents that adapt to every stay. Why this role You are the technical voice in front of strategic customers, at a moment when hospitality is being rebuilt around AI. We are launching our own AI agent platform, and we need architects who can show operators what comes next. High trust. You own the technical answer in front of strategic customers and deals. High visibility. Your work shows up in deals, key accounts and customer stories, and it reaches Product. High freedom. You decide how to solve a problem, which tools to use and what to prototype. Fast iteration. We test ideas within days, try new technology early and share what works. Your mission Win and grow strategic accounts with technical credibility, and turn what you learn in the field into input for the product. You look at a customer's current architecture and show how an Apaleo-centred setup delivers their goals. You also help them put AI agents to work, deciding what should be an agent, what it costs and how to set it up. Sales and Account Management own the relationship and the commercial terms. You own the technical answer. What you will do Technical discovery and solution scoping. Lead discovery where a standard demo is not enough. Write clear scopes covering what Apaleo delivers natively, what needs a short-term solution and what is out of scope. Proofs of concept. Build fast, working proofs of concept (quick demos that show technical fit). Agree scope in writing first, and build in a safe test environment, never with live guest data. Agents and automations. Design and build agents and automations for customer use cases, using n8n or Make today and Apaleo's own AI agent platform as it launches. Write code where agents need deterministic steps. Hands-on delivery and short-term solutions. Work alongside the customer, building only where it unblocks a named deal, removes an adoption risk or fills a product gap. Agree an exit plan (an end date, a replacement and a named owner) before you start. Post-sale health checks and expansions. Diagnose gaps against the go-live specification, run proactive checks (for example 90 days after go-live) and scope integrations for expanding customers. Reusable assets. Turn every engagement into a reference architecture, pattern or template that the next twenty customers can use. Thought leadership. Join prospect and customer conversations on how AI will change hospitality over the next two to three years. Product feedback. Test new technology on real customer problems. Share prototypes and field evidence with Product, ending every experiment with a clear decision: adopt, hand over or drop. How you work You decide the approach, the stack and the order of work. You protect three guardrails: written scope before a proof of concept, an exit plan before a custom build and no commercial promises. You go from idea to prototype in days and show it early. You think in systems and build for reuse, not one-off projects. You share findings openly with Sales, Account Management and Product. Who you work with Sales/BD and Account Management (they call you in at defined deal triggers), Customer Success, Product, Security, Partnerships, RevOps and Senior Leadership. What you bring Must have Multiple years in solution architecture, solution engineering or technical consulting in B2B SaaS, ideally with complex software such as ERP or enterprise platforms Strong API skills: REST, authentication, webhooks and events, and data-flow design Hands-on workflow automation (n8n preferred) and practical experience building with LLM agents A systems thinker with real AI curiosity, who uses AI tools day to day Stakeholder management experience and credibility with executives and IT teams Self-direction, an ownership mindset and the discipline to say no to scope that does not advance a deal Curiosity that ends in working prototypes, not just opinions Clear, structured documentation habits Fluent English and German skills Willingness to travel, including regularly to France and the UK Strong plus Hospitality or travel experience, including hotel operations and PMS concepts (reservations, folios, rate plans, night audit) Experience with another cloud PMS, channel manager or payments integrations Enterprise architecture experience on large, multi-site projects Applied AI or ML background, or experience with MCP and agent platforms SQL and BI fundamentals How we measure success Architecture engagements and blueprints delivered each quarter Customer satisfaction with your contribution Adoption of recommended apps, integrations and agents Share of engagements served by an existing reusable pattern Revenue impact e.g. deal unblocked, AI adoption, or churn averted Your first 90 days Days 1 to 30: Learn the platform and ways of working, shadow discovery and proof of concept work, and take over open customer projects. Days 31 to 60: Lead technical discovery on live deals and run your first health check with Account Management. Days 61 to 90: Deliver a proof of concept or short-term solution end to end with an exit plan, and share your first experiment with Product. What We Offer Culture & Growth A Diverse & International Team: Work alongside passionate professionals from over 20 nationalities, bringing unique cultural perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences to shape the future of hospitality tech. Growth & Development: As we scale, so do your opportunities. You'll benefit from 360° feedback reviews, a dedicated learning budget, and plenty of chances to take on more responsibility. Our salaries are competitive and guided by benchmarking data to ensure fairness across all roles and teams. We make sure to recognize and reward performance and contribution. Perks & Lifestyle Flexible & Remote Work Options: We focus on results, not clocking hours. You can work from home, the office or in a hybrid setup, with flexibility to adapt your schedule as long as it makes sense for your role, your team and our business. Free Public Transport: Travel across Germany with ease using our fully covered Deutschland Ticket . Team Connection: Strong connections fuel collaboration. figmasketchexcelprivate equityinsuranceprototyping+1

About 9fin 9fin is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world's largest asset class at over $145 trillion. Debt markets are vast, global, and mission-critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. 9fin replaces this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high-value workflows across global markets. Today, 9fin powers teams at 300+ blue-chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors. The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best-in-class retention driven by deep workflow adoption. We're at a defining inflection point. With proven product-market fit and strong, global market pull, 9fin is accelerating toward becoming the category-defining platform for debt markets worldwide. The Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help expand the breadth and depth of the 9fin platform. You'll join a cross-functional product and engineering team solving complex, high-value problems for professionals across global debt markets, spanning AI-powered workflows, financial data and analysis, transaction intelligence, document management, and other emerging product areas. You'll help shape products used by teams at leading investment banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisory businesses - sophisticated users working with large volumes of complex information, where speed, accuracy, and trust are critical. It's a chance to shape frontier AI-native products inside a company using technology to transform one of the world's largest financial markets. What you'll work on Product & Design Strategy Partner with customers, Product Managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to shape product vision and design strategy — not just how it looks, but how it works and why it matters. Synthesise research, feedback, domain expertise, and data to frame clear problems, and translate complex financial workflows into intuitive product experiences. Run discovery to understand what users need, how they work, and where technology can create real value. Align your work to clear outcomes, manage competing priorities, and focus your effort where it has the most impact in high-precision environments. Designing AI-Native Workflows Design interfaces that help users explore, understand, and act on AI-generated insights and complex datasets. Translate model outputs into clear, trustworthy interfaces — with source attribution, confidence, transparency, and appropriate user control. Partner with Product and Engineering on feedback loops and evaluation workflows to improve AI-powered experiences in production. Spot opportunities to apply emerging AI capabilities to real customer problems, prototyping new patterns where no playbook exists yet. Craft & Collaboration Own design end-to-end — flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that hold up across edge cases and complex data conditions. Work as an embedded partner to Product, Engineering, Data, and subject matter experts. Communicate design rationale clearly and bring stakeholders along, especially in new or ambiguous territory. Contribute to and evolve the design system to support increasingly sophisticated, data-heavy, AI-driven workflows. About you This role will be a great fit if you are: Comfortable with complexity: you've designed for sophisticated users or high-stakes domains (fintech, enterprise SaaS, data platforms, professional tools). Financial markets experience is useful but not required — curiosity matters more. A systems thinker: you shape workflows, behaviours, and trust, not just screens, zooming from the big picture to the finest interaction detail. Focused on trust and precision: you think in edge cases, error states, and ambiguity, especially where AI is involved. AI-native in how you work: generative AI is a natural part of your process, from research to prototyping to stress-testing ideas. A natural prototyper: you find the fastest way to make an idea tangible, whether that's AI tools, Figma, code, or a pencil sketch. Energised by a blank page: you thrive defining something new and iterating quickly through ambiguity. A strong communicator: you run discovery interviews, facilitate workshops, and know when to challenge, align, or move a team forward. Skilled in your craft: fluent in Figma, comfortable choosing the right fidelity, and experienced contributing to a design system. Benefits We're a scaling start up, and we enjoy sharing our success, when the company succeeds, we always reinvest that in our people. We also offer huge amounts of responsibility, an abundance of opportunity for growth and a platform to truly excel. Financial & Insurance Competitive Salary (our salary bands are benchmarked at the top end of the market) Equity Pension (your minimum contributions are 4% with 9fin matching up to 7%) Private Medical Insurance Paid sick leave with Income Protection for long periods of illness Group Life Assurance Season Ticket Loan & Cycle to Work schemes Time off 25 holiday days per year Local public holidays (with the ability to exchange them for alternative days) Hybrid working model, to allow you the flexibility to decide how, where and when you do your best work Work abroad for up to 3 months a year 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years of service Enhanced parental leave & flexible working arrangements available Training & Culture Professional learning and development budget Quarterly team socials Summer and Winter company social events 9fin is an equal opportunities employer At 9fin we are dedicated to building and promoting a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone can reach their full potential and truly belong. We recognize that building diverse teams enables a more creative and productive environment. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't perfectly align with the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. Senior Security Engineer
Full TimeOn-siteSenior£67,800 - £67,800 / Year
pythongobashawsazuregcp+13

Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact. At Docebo, we're using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We're an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses. We're shaping the future of learning with a team that isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you'll feel right at home here. And it's not just what we build, it's how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren't just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart : trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive. So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops. Role Overview The Senior Security Engineer will play a central role in securing Docebo's cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on AWS environments. Working closely with Cloud Infrastructure & Operations, Engineering, and other security teams, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving cloud security controls across all layers of the stack — from infrastructure provisioning and container orchestration to runtime detection and compliance enforcement. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who thinks in terms of risk and moves quickly to reduce it. The role also includes participation in an on-call rotation for security incidents affecting Docebo systems. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Cloud Security Architecture & Hardening: Own the security posture of Docebo's AWS environments. Define and enforce secure account structures, service control policies (SCPs), guardrails, and baseline configurations across multi-account setups. Evaluate and improve network segmentation, IAM boundaries, and data protection controls. Identify and remediate misconfigurations using CSPM tooling and manual review. Infrastructure as Code Security: Partner with Cloud Infrastructure to integrate security controls into IaC workflows. Define guardrails to catch insecure configurations before deployment. Own security scanning in CI/CD pipelines and promote a shift-left approach to cloud security across engineering teams. Incident Response & On-Call: Participate in the on-call rotation for security incidents, including triage, containment, and escalation for after-hours events. Lead investigation and root cause analysis for cloud security incidents with clear written post-mortems. Leverage automation and AI tooling to reduce mean time to detect and respond. Cloud Detection & Threat Monitoring: Build and maintain detection coverage for cloud-native threats (privilege escalation, unusual API activity, lateral movement, data exfiltration, and more). Leverage CloudTrail, GuardDuty, and SIEM integrations to maintain visibility across the AWS estate. Align detection logic with MITRE ATT&CK for Cloud. Vulnerability & Configuration Management: Own vulnerability management for cloud workloads — prioritizing findings from cloud configuration assessments, and runtime protection tools. Drive remediation with Engineering and Infrastructure teams, and build automated enforcement where manual review doesn't scale. Identity & Access Management: Define and enforce least-privilege principles across AWS IAM, service accounts, and federated identity. Review and improve IAM policies, permission boundaries, cross-account roles, and access patterns. Reduce standing access and enforce JIT access where appropriate. Development of Security Best Practices: Develop and document best practices, policies, and procedures for cloud security. Provide guidance and training to engineering and infrastructure teams to promote a security-aware culture. Vendor relationships: Maintain relationships with security vendors for technical issues, ensure smooth operations of security tools and services, and escalate problems or incidents to vendors when required. What it takes to be successful : You're a cloud security practitioner who operates with a builder's mindset. You understand AWS deeply — not just its security services, but how misconfigurations and design decisions create real risk. You're comfortable reading IaC, reviewing IAM policies, and diving into CloudTrail logs to reconstruct what happened. You know how to work with engineering and infrastructure teams as a partner, not a gatekeeper — and you can communicate risk clearly to stakeholders who don't live in the cloud console. You're comfortable being on-call and making decisions under pressure. Additionally, holding security-related certifications such as those from ISC2, ISACA, SANS, or CompTIA, and having Cloud Architecture certifications (AWS Security Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent) will significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role. We know great candidates don't always check every box. If you're excited about this role but don't meet 100% of the qualifications listed, we still encourage you to apply — we'd love to hear from you. Requirements : 5+ years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on cloud security in production AWS environments. Deep hands-on experience with AWS security services: IAM, SCPs, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Config, KMS, VPC security, and more. Good knowledge of Kubernetes security — including RBAC, pod security standards, network policies, admission controllers, and secrets management. Experience with cloud security posture management (CSPM) and cloud workload protection (CWPP/CNAPP) tools. Experience securing IaC pipelines (Terraform, CloudFormation) and integrating security scanning into CI/CD workflows. Good experience with container and image security — scanning, runtime protection, supply chain risk. Experience with SIEM and detection engineering — building and tuning cloud-native detection rules, threat hunting across CloudTrail and application logs. Gute Laune garantiert. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

About ElevenLabs ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. How we work High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. Impact not job titles: We don't have job titles. Instead, it's about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. What we offer Innovative culture: You'll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. Learning & development : ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. Social travel : We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. Co-working : If you're not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role We're building agents that run real parts of our business, take on real work, and get better based on the results they produce. You'll build them with whatever is most capable right now: our own agents platform, the latest orchestration tools, and frontier models. The hard part is making them reliable, measurable, and safe enough for the business to depend on. You'll sit in Marketing Engineering and be forward-deployed to our growth pods, where you'll find the problems worth solving and own the solutions end to end. You might be a forward-deployed builder, an applied AI engineer who has taken agents beyond the demo stage, or a full-stack engineer who is curious about growth. Requirements Python, SQL, LLM APIs and agent orchestration You've shipped production systems that other people relied on, starting from a vague problem You've built with LLMs beyond a demo and know how to evaluate them and where they fail You measure whether what you built worked Bonus: experience with GTM data or marketing systems. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
